将颜料分散液加入容器中,边搅拌边加入聚乙烯醇溶液、颜料、聚二甲基硅氧烷以及水,混合均匀,过滤,即得涂料;
S2:保护膜的制备:
将聚氯乙烯、玻璃纤维、氯化聚乙烯进行干燥处理后,将聚氯乙烯、玻璃纤维、氯化聚乙烯、碳酸钙、硬脂酸混合均匀,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出即得改性聚氯乙烯;
聚氯乙烯为通用性塑料,具有阻燃性、耐磨性,但聚氯乙烯的韧性不足,温度低时易分解,玻璃纤维可以增强聚氯乙烯的力学性能,但是降低了韧性,选用氯化聚乙烯作为改性剂加入至聚氯乙烯-玻璃纤维复合材料中,增强了聚氯乙烯的韧性,拉伸轻度和弯曲强度。
将聚四氟乙烯、莫来石、碳纤维混合均匀,搅拌5-10s,冷却4-6min,重复6-9次,即得聚四氟乙烯复合材料;
聚四氟乙烯性能优良,化学性质稳定,耐老化,但耐磨性差,将莫来石和碳纤维作为填充材料加入至聚四氟乙烯中,增强了聚四氟乙烯的耐磨性,耐热性。
将1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷和八甲基环四硅氧烷,混合均匀,加入三氟甲基磺酸,60-80℃下反应5-7h,加入无水碳酸钠调节pH至6-7,过滤,减压蒸馏后,与丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸、苯乙烯、十二烷基硫酸钠、丙烯氧基丙基烷基酚基聚醚硫酸铵、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚溶于去离子水中,混合均匀,乳化0.5-1h,超声10-30min,得预乳液,将一部分预乳液升温至60-80℃,加入过硫酸铵,反应10-30min,升温至70-90℃,加入剩余预乳液和过硫酸铵,反应2-4h即得改性聚丙烯酸酯;
聚丙烯酸酯粘合力强、透明性好、抗氧化性强、成本低,常用作于胶粘剂,但是耐候性、抗老化性差,对其改性,增强了聚丙烯酸酯耐热性、耐水性和力学性能,柔韧性和抗老化性能也有所提升。
按照配方量,将改性聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、聚异丁烯、聚四氟乙烯复合材料、聚甲基氢硅氧烷、改性聚丙烯酸酯混合搅拌均匀;
将混合好的物料进行密炼、塑化,然后压延成型,即得保护膜;
改性聚氯乙烯具有难燃、耐酸碱、耐磨等特性,加入邻苯二甲酸二辛脂作为增塑剂使保护膜韧性增强,改性聚丙烯酸酯能形成光泽好而耐水的膜,粘合牢固,不易剥落,在室温下柔韧而有弹性,聚甲基氢硅氧烷作为防水剂加入至保护膜中,在染色过程中不会发生串色现象。

与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明通过制备出一种防水性高的聚氯乙烯膜,包覆在无需染色的部分,在待染色部位,提前刻上图案,对需要染色的部分进行染色,即可完成染色工艺,制备聚氯乙烯膜具有良好的粘性、韧性以及防水性,在染色过程中,不会发生无需染色部位染上涂料,分区域染色时,不会发生串色现象,染色结束,撕掉保护膜时不会断裂且不会留下痕迹,因为保护膜具有耐老化以及耐磨性,所以可反复使用,降低生产成本,复合当前市场需求。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:一种碎边涂料染色亚克力板的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述加工工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:涂料的制备:
按照配方量,将硫酸钡、硬脂酸盐、碳酸钙、瓷土、多菌灵加入至六偏磷酸钠水溶液中混合均匀,砂磨3次,过滤即得颜料分散液;
将颜料分散液加入容器中,边搅拌边加入聚乙烯醇溶液、颜料、聚二甲基硅氧烷以及水,混合均匀,过滤,即得涂料;
S2:保护膜的制备:
将聚氯乙烯、玻璃纤维、氯化聚乙烯进行干燥处理后,将聚氯乙烯、玻璃纤维、氯化聚乙烯、碳酸钙、硬脂酸混合均匀,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出即得改性聚氯乙烯;
将聚四氟乙烯、莫来石、碳纤维混合均匀,搅拌5s,冷却4min,重复6次,即得聚四氟乙烯复合材料;
将1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷和八甲基环四硅氧烷,混合均匀,加入三氟甲基磺酸,60-80℃下反应5h,加入无水碳酸钠调节pH至6,过滤,减压蒸馏后,与丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸、苯乙烯、十二烷基硫酸钠、丙烯氧基丙基烷基酚基聚醚硫酸铵、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚溶于去离子水中,混合均匀,乳化0.5h,超声10min,得预乳液,将一部分预乳液升温至60℃,加入过硫酸铵,反应10min,升温至70℃,加入剩余预乳液和过硫酸铵,反应2h即得改性聚丙烯酸酯;
按照配方量,将改性聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、聚异丁烯、聚四氟乙烯复合材料、聚甲基氢硅氧烷、改性聚丙烯酸酯混合搅拌均匀;
将混合好的物料进行密炼、塑化,然后压延成型,即得保护膜;
S3:碎边涂料染色亚克力板工艺:
提前将碎边图案刻在亚克力板上;
将亚克力板的表面清理干净,将保护膜覆于无需染色的部分;
使用涂料对待染色部位进行染色;
加热并烘干,撕掉保护膜,得到碎边涂料染色亚克力板。

实施例2:一种碎边涂料染色亚克力板的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述加工工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:涂料的制备:
按照配方量,将硫酸钡、硬脂酸盐、碳酸钙、瓷土、多菌灵加入至六偏磷酸钠水溶液中混合均匀,砂磨4次,过滤即得颜料分散液;
将颜料分散液加入容器中,边搅拌边加入聚乙烯醇溶液、颜料、聚二甲基硅氧烷以及水,混合均匀,过滤,即得涂料;
S2:保护膜的制备:
将聚氯乙烯、玻璃纤维、氯化聚乙烯进行干燥处理后,将聚氯乙烯、玻璃纤维、氯化聚乙烯、碳酸钙、硬脂酸混合均匀,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出即得改性聚氯乙烯;
将聚四氟乙烯、莫来石、碳纤维混合均匀,搅拌6s,冷却4.5min,重复7次,即得聚四氟乙烯复合材料;
将1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷和八甲基环四硅氧烷,混合均匀,加入三氟甲基磺酸,70℃下反应5.5h,加入无水碳酸钠调节pH至6.3,过滤,减压蒸馏后,与丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸、苯乙烯、十二烷基硫酸钠、丙烯氧基丙基烷基酚基聚醚硫酸铵、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚溶于去离子水中,混合均匀,乳化0.7h,超声15min,得预乳液,将一部分预乳液升温至65℃,加入过硫酸铵,反应15min,升温至75℃,加入剩余预乳液和过硫酸铵,反应2.5h即得改性聚丙烯酸酯;
按照配方量,将改性聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、聚异丁烯、聚四氟乙烯复合材料、聚甲基氢硅氧烷、改性聚丙烯酸酯混合搅拌均匀;
将混合好的物料进行密炼、塑化,然后压延成型,即得保护膜;
S3:碎边涂料染色亚克力板工艺:
提前将碎边图案刻在亚克力板上;
将亚克力板的表面清理干净,将保护膜覆于无需染色的部分;
使用涂料对待染色部位进行染色;
加热并烘干,撕掉保护膜,得到碎边涂料染色亚克力板。

S2:保护膜的制备:
将聚氯乙烯、玻璃纤维、氯化聚乙烯进行干燥处理后,将聚氯乙烯、玻璃纤维、氯化聚乙烯、碳酸钙、硬脂酸混合均匀,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出即得改性聚氯乙烯;
将聚四氟乙烯、莫来石、碳纤维混合均匀,搅拌8s,冷却5min,重复8次,即得聚四氟乙烯复合材料;
将1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷和八甲基环四硅氧烷,混合均匀,加入三氟甲基磺酸,60-80℃下反应6h,加入无水碳酸钠调节pH至6.5,过滤,减压蒸馏后,与丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸、苯乙烯、十二烷基硫酸钠、丙烯氧基丙基烷基酚基聚醚硫酸铵、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚溶于去离子水中,混合均匀,乳化0.8h,超声25min,得预乳液,将一部分预乳液升温至70℃,加入过硫酸铵,反应25min,升温至80℃,加入剩余预乳液和过硫酸铵,反应3h即得改性聚丙烯酸酯;
按照配方量,将改性聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、聚异丁烯、聚四氟乙烯复合材料、聚甲基氢硅氧烷、改性聚丙烯酸酯混合搅拌均匀;
将混合好的物料进行密炼、塑化,然后压延成型,即得保护膜;
S3:碎边涂料染色亚克力板工艺:
提前将碎边图案刻在亚克力板上;
将亚克力板的表面清理干净,将保护膜覆于无需染色的部分;
使用涂料对待染色部位进行染色;
加热并烘干,撕掉保护膜,得到碎边涂料染色亚克力板。

所述改性聚氯乙烯所需材料包括,以重量计:聚氯乙烯90份、玻璃纤维15份、氯化聚乙烯8份、碳酸钙15份。
所述聚四氟乙烯复合材料所需材料包括,以重量计:聚四氟乙烯25份、莫来石10份、碳纤维15份。
所述改性聚丙烯酸酯所需材料包括,以重量计:1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷15份、八甲基环四硅氧烷15份、三氟甲基磺酸10份、无水碳酸钠25份、丙烯酸丁酯35份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯6份、丙烯酸8份、苯乙烯4份、十二烷基硫酸钠4份、丙烯氧基丙基烷基酚基聚醚硫酸铵4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4份、过硫酸铵10份。
实施例4:一种碎边涂料染色亚克力板的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述加工工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:涂料的制备:
按照配方量,将硫酸钡、硬脂酸盐、碳酸钙、瓷土、多菌灵加入至六偏磷酸钠水溶液中混合均匀,砂磨6次,过滤即得颜料分散液;
将颜料分散液加入容器中,边搅拌边加入聚乙烯醇溶液、颜料、聚二甲基硅氧烷以及水,混合均匀,过滤,即得涂料;
S2:保护膜的制备:
将聚氯乙烯、玻璃纤维、氯化聚乙烯进行干燥处理后,将聚氯乙烯、玻璃纤维、氯化聚乙烯、碳酸钙、硬脂酸混合均匀,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出即得改性聚氯乙烯;
将聚四氟乙烯、莫来石、碳纤维混合均匀,搅拌10s,冷却6min,重复9次,即得聚四氟乙烯复合材料;
将1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷和八甲基环四硅氧烷,混合均匀,加入三氟甲基磺酸,80℃下反应7h,加入无水碳酸钠调节pH至7,过滤,减压蒸馏后,与丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸、苯乙烯、十二烷基硫酸钠、丙烯氧基丙基烷基酚基聚醚硫酸铵、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚溶于去离子水中,混合均匀,乳化1h,超声30min,得预乳液,将一部分预乳液升温至80℃,加入过硫酸铵,反应30min,升温至90℃,加入剩余预乳液和过硫酸铵,反应4h即得改性聚丙烯酸酯;
按照配方量,将改性聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、聚异丁烯、聚四氟乙烯复合材料、聚甲基氢硅氧烷、改性聚丙烯酸酯混合搅拌均匀;
将混合好的物料进行密炼、塑化,然后压延成型,即得保护膜;
S3:碎边涂料染色亚克力板工艺:
提前将碎边图案刻在亚克力板上;

对比例1:与实施例1做对比,保护膜原料中不加入聚甲基氢硅氧烷和改性聚丙烯酸酯,生产工艺和本文相同。
对比例2:与实施例1做对比,保护膜原料中不加入邻苯二甲酸二辛脂以及聚异丁烯,生产工艺和本文相同。
实验数据
将实施例1至实施例4,对比例1、对比例2进行测试,具体测试结果见下表。
结论:通过实施例1至实施例4的染色工艺,可以对碎边亚克力板快速上色,且颜色均匀,无串色,制备的保护膜具有高防水性,韧性和粘性也极佳。

Claims (4)

1.一种碎边涂料染色亚克力板的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述加工工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:涂料的制备:按照配方量,将硫酸钡、硬脂酸盐、碳酸钙、瓷土、多菌灵加入至六偏磷酸钠水溶液中混合均匀,砂磨3-6次,过滤即得颜料分散液;将颜料分散液加入容器中,边搅拌边加入聚乙烯醇溶液、颜料、聚二甲基硅氧烷以及水,混合均匀,过滤,即得涂料;
S2:保护膜的制备:将聚氯乙烯、玻璃纤维、氯化聚乙烯进行干燥处理后,将聚氯乙烯、玻璃纤维、氯化聚乙烯、碳酸钙、硬脂酸混合均匀,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出即得改性聚氯乙烯;将聚四氟乙烯、莫来石、碳纤维混合均匀,搅拌5-10s,冷却4-6min,重复6-9次,即得聚四氟乙烯复合材料;将1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷和八甲基环四硅氧烷,混合均匀,加入三氟甲基磺酸,60-80℃下反应5-7h,加入无水碳酸钠调节pH至6-7,过滤,减压蒸馏后,与丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸、苯乙烯、十二烷基硫酸钠、丙烯氧基丙基烷基酚基聚醚硫酸铵、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚溶于去离子水中,混合均匀,乳化0.5-1h,超声10-30min,得预乳液,将一部分预乳液升温至60-80℃,加入过硫酸铵,反应10-30min,升温至70-90℃,加入剩余预乳液和过硫酸铵,反应2-4h即得改性聚丙烯酸酯;按照配方量,将改性聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、聚异丁烯、聚四氟乙烯复合材料、聚甲基氢硅氧烷、改性聚丙烯酸酯混合搅拌均匀;将混合好的物料进行密炼、塑化,然后压延成型,即得保护膜;
所述改性聚氯乙烯所需材料包括,以重量计:聚氯乙烯80-100份、玻璃纤维10-20份、氯化聚乙烯5-10份、碳酸钙10-20份;
所述聚四氟乙烯复合材料所需材料包括,以重量计:聚四氟乙烯10-30份、莫来石5-15份、碳纤维5-20份;
所述改性聚丙烯酸酯所需材料包括,以重量计:1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷10-20份、八甲基环四硅氧烷10-20份、三氟甲基磺酸5-13份、无水碳酸钠15-30份、丙烯酸丁酯30-40份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-8份、丙烯酸5-10份、苯乙烯1-5份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-5份、丙烯氧基丙基烷基酚基聚醚硫酸铵1-5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-5份、过硫酸铵6-15份;
S3:碎边涂料染色亚克力板工艺:提前将碎边图案刻在亚克力板上;将亚克力板的表面清理干净,将保护膜覆于无需染色的部分;使用涂料对待染色部位进行染色;加热并烘干,撕掉保护膜,得到碎边涂料染色亚克力板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碎边涂料染色亚克力板的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述S1步骤中的涂料所需材料包括,以重量计:硫酸钡10-25份、硬脂酸盐0.5-3份、碳酸钙10-20份、瓷土40-60份、多菌灵0.1-0.5份、颜料20-40份、六偏磷酸钠0.5-2份、聚乙烯醇10-25份、聚二甲基硅氧烷10-20份、水30-50份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种碎边涂料染色亚克力板的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述S2步骤中的保护膜所需材料包括,以重量计:改性聚氯乙烯80-100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂20-40份、聚异丁烯25-40份、聚四氟乙烯复合材料20-40份、聚甲基氢硅氧烷50-80份、改性聚丙烯酸酯20-60份。
