Abstract

Description
本发明总地涉及一种波纹管式泵分配器,更具体地涉及这样一种分配器,其中采用了波纹管来密封容器出入口,此出入口在比如装运和存放等非使用状态下封闭于柱塞的锁下位置。
已知的泵分配器具有一构成一泵室的管状弹性波纹管,泵室位于一泵壳体的一对作相对往复运动的部件内。这种已有技术的分配器通常具有一由阀控制的容器出入口来由空气替代从容器分配出的产品,以防止在分配期间容器发生塌陷以及帮助起动波纹管泵室。容器出入口阀通常是单向的,可包括一弹性盖或瓣阀,根据压力差来开启出入口以便当容器内的压力降低到大气压以下时允许空气进入容器。然而,在诸如装运和存放分配器箱包的非使用状态下,可能产生这样的问题,即在压力波动作用在容器出入口阀两侧上期间,产品会从打开的容顺出入口泄漏。而且,如果在运输或装卸期间泵柱塞被意外压下,产品就可能通过排放道而漏出。
因此需要在非使用期间锁住柱塞以防止其往复运动,以及需要在柱塞锁定状态下对已关闭的容器出入口进行密封。
因此本发明的目的是提供一种具有柱塞锁下特征的波纹管泵分配器,避免了在非使用期间发生意外的柱塞往复运动。在此锁下状态下,当弹性波纹管的一部分密封在容器出入口周围时,该出入口就被密封地封闭了。
本发明的分配器具有一波纹管,其一端座落在一对作相对往复运动的分配器壳体部件之间。波纹管具有由阀控制的进口和出口,壳体部件之一包括一由手指驱动的柱塞。柱塞具有一支承件,它顶着另一壳体部件而与波纹管密封地配合,此另一壳体部件可安装于待分配的产品的容器上。波纹管在比如处于运输和存放位置之类的非使用状态下是密封配合的,此时柱塞完全压下,在壳体部件上有协作装置用来在这种非使用状态下锁住分配器。
安装至容器的那个壳体部件有一端壁,此端壁包括由一阀座围绕着的容器出入口,在处于柱塞锁下位置时,支承件与阀座配合以密封已封闭的出入口。阀座可以是环形的,支承件可以包括一延伸入波纹管内部的中空的垂下的套筒。
壳体部件上的协作装置可包括螺纹,波纹管可以固定至柱塞,以便当柱塞旋下而进入其锁下位置时,与柱塞一起绕分配器的中心轴线转动。
从下面结合附图对本发明的详细描述中,本发明的其他目的、优点和新特点将变得更清楚。
图1是本发明波纹管分配器的垂直剖视图,显示了已准备好使用的处于非锁定位置的分配器;

图7与图5相似,显示了在泵分配器的抽吸冲程期间开启着的阀。
现请参看附图,所有这些附图中相同和相应的部件用相同的数字表示,本发明的分配泵在图1中用10总体表示,柱塞具有一包括一对作相对往复运动的部件11和12的壳体。构成一往复柱塞的部件之一的部件11具有一圆柱壁13,它叠套在另一部件12的侧壁14上以在图1和图3的所示的位置之间作往复运动。部件12在形式上为一具有圆形侧壁14的容器封闭件,其内部有螺丝,以便与待分配产品的容器(未示)的颈部以螺丝配合。
一构成排放道16的排放管15从一出口17延伸,该出口17位于一在柱塞内的内部的垂下的环形凸缘18上。柱塞的顶端19包括一手指座以便于操作者在分配期间的操作。
弹性塑或弹性材料制成的波纹管21构成了一个泵室22,且安装于部件11和12内。波纹管的一端23围绕着凸缘18并且由环缘24密封在位,环缘24可卡配在成形于柱塞内壁处的一环缘25上。波纹管就因此而固定安装于柱塞,端部23具有一通过隔开的切口28(图4)而成形于其内的弹性单向瓣阀27之类。
与其一端部23相反的波纹管下端部29可如图所示封闭,并且具有一由单向阀32控制的进口通道31。如图6和图7中更清楚地显示,进口阀32可包括一成形于套筒33上端处的一体式瓣阀32。从波纹管垂下的此套筒33支承着一下垂管34,下垂管34以通常方式延伸入其上安装有分配器的产品容器(未示)。
波纹管可在分配工作期间在两个壳体部件11和12之间施加恢复力,而形式上分别为在壁14外表面上和壁13的内表面上的环缘35和36的挡止装置限制了柱塞相对于部件12的向上行进。
部件12有一端壁37,端壁37具有一中央直立冠部38,冠部38具有一上端壁39(图2),上端壁39具有一中央开口41,开口41的尺寸稍大于穿过其中的套筒33。端壁39具有一稍稍抬起的环部42,以便位于壁39的上表面43上方的波纹管的底端29稍稍抬起,如在图1中所清楚显示的那样。
而且,上端壁39包括一个或多个与容器(未示)内部联通的出入口44,并且在图1所示的柱塞向上延伸位置上,上端壁39经成形于上表面43和底壁29的下表面之间的一环形通道而与大气联通。上表面43相似地也有一用于容器出入口的阀座,这将在后面进行全面描述。
一支承件可以呈垂下的中空套筒45的形式,它从柱塞的顶端19向内延伸入波纹管的内部。
为了将柱塞锁下在其位于部件12上的完全压下的位置上,圆柱形侧壁13和14分别具有内螺纹46和外螺纹47。在如图4所示的柱塞完全压下的状态下,螺纹46和47互相咬合而使部件11拧在部件12上,以将柱塞锁定在其完全压下的状态。在这种状态下,支承套筒45的下缘与波纹管的底壁29配合并顶着位于出入口44外部且围绕着出入口44的出入口阀座43而压缩壁29。出入口44就这样密封地封闭于图4所示的柱塞锁下位置上。在此位置上,在凸缘18的帮助下,波纹管的沟槽塌陷成折叠状态,且位于支承件45的外部。
由于波纹管的上端固定于部件11,当柱塞下降而锁定到其如图4所示的诸如装运和存放的非使用位置时,波纹管与柱塞一起绕其中心轴线转动。在此位置下,柱塞头不会意外地被压下或被敲击,完全避免了通过密封的出入口通道的泄漏。
在工作中,假设泵室22由产品而起动,且柱塞如图1所示处于非锁定状态,施加在柱塞顶端19的外部手指压力顶着波纹管的固有弹簧力而压下柱塞,压迫泵室内的流体而迫使出口阀27打开,如图3所示。随着外部手指力的消失,波纹管的恢复力使柱塞回复到如图1所示的位置,从而在泵室内形成了低于大气压的压力,这使产品经开启的入口阀32(图7)而被吸入泵室。
在分配工作期间,容器出口是开启着的,以便由空气来补充从容器排出的产品,以避免容器和波纹管塌陷。
在分配器的非使用状态下,比如在装运和存放期间,柱塞完全压下且向下拧到图4所示的其锁定位置。在这种状态下,套筒45顶着阀座43而压缩波纹管的下端29,以可靠地密封已封闭的容器出入口,防止泄漏。
柱塞可简单地拧开而能够上升回到其图1所示的非锁定位置,以便使用。
尽管图示了一弹性进口瓣阀,其他类型的阀也是可以使用的,比如鸭嘴形阀(auckbill valve)。同时,与图示类型不同的其他出口阀也可采用,并不偏离本发明。
本发明的波纹管分配器可修改成一喷射器,在这种情形下,不需要排出管,而由一喷射孔帽取代,这也不偏离本发明。
同时,在分配器两个壳体部件上的协作的锁下螺纹可以由落入本发明范围内的协作的锁定凸缘之类来取代。
显然,根据上述教导,本发明可进行许多其他修改和变化。因此应明白在后附权利要求范围内本发明可以以不同于上述特定描述的那样进行实施。
Claims (8)
1.一种泵分配器,包括一壳体,壳体包括一对作相对往复运动的部件;一管状弹性波纹管,构成一泵室,且其一端密封于所述两个部件之间,所述波纹管具有由阀控制的进口和出口;所述两部件之一包括一与所述由阀控制的出口联通的排放道,所述两个部件的另一个具有一容器出入口且可用来将分配器安装到待分配产品的容器上;其特征在于,所述此另一部件具有一包含所述出入口的壁和一围绕所述出入口的阀座,所述波纹管一端与所述叠合于所述出入口的所述一端相反,所述一部件具有一支承件以在诸如装运和存放的非使用状态下顶着阀座而密封地配合所述波纹管,在这种状态下,所述一部件相对于所述另一部件完全压下以密封已封闭的容器出入口,位于所述部件上的协作装置用来将所述分配器锁定在所述非使用位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述相反端包含所述由阀控制的进口。
3.如权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述协作装置包括在所述两个部件上的具有锁定环缘的套合的侧壁。
4.如权利要求3所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述锁定环缘包括需要所述两部件作相对转动以将分配器锁定在所述非使用位置的相配合的螺纹。
5.如权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述波纹管的一端密封至所述一部件上,所述由阀控制的出口包括一与所述波纹管成一体的瓣阀。
6.如权利要求5所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述协作装置包括位于所述两部件上的套合的侧壁,侧壁上具有相配合的螺纹,从而所述两部件的相对转动使分配器锁定在所述非使用位置上。
7.一种泵分配器,包括一壳体,壳体包括一对作相对往复运动的部件;一管状弹性波纹管,构成了一泵室,且其一端密封地位于所述两部件之间;所述波纹管具有由阀控制的进口和出口;所述两部件之一包括一与所述由阀控制的出口联通的排放道,所述两部件的另一个具有一容器出入口,且可将分配器安装在待分配产品的容器上;其特征在于,所述另一部件具有一包括所述出入口的壁,所述波纹管的一端与叠合于所述出入口的所述一端相反,所述一部件具有一支承件,支承件具有一支承缘,位于所述出入口的外面以便顶着所述另一部件的所述壁将所述波纹管的所述相反端密封在所述非使用位置上。
8.如权利要求8所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述支承件延伸入所述波纹管的内部并且包括一中空套筒。
