二、背景技术
传统意义上的保健酒都是将中药材进行组合加以白酒静置在容器中,浸泡半个月或一个月乃至更长时间倒出直接使用,这种浸泡的酒,服用不方便,不能随身携带,而且又不卫生,更主要的是中药有效成份不容易全部浸出,造成浪费,且保健效果缓慢,适口性差。
三、发明内容
本发明是为了避免上述现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种快捷浸出有效成份,口感纯真,酒香浓郁,食用方便卫生,强身健体的理想佳酿产品。
本发明解决技术问题采用如下技术方案
本发明保健酒的特点是按质量份数,其原料构成为:红花1-2份,甘草 1-2份,牛膝5-6份,杜仲5-6份,五加皮5-6份,金银花5-6份,枸杞7-8份,生地黄7-8份,当归7-8份,桂元肉7-8份,大枣9-10份,冰糖9-10份,蜂蜜 9-10份,35度浓香型白酒90-100份。
本发明保健酒的制备方法的特点是按如下歩骤操作。
a、将红花,甘草,牛膝,杜仲,五加皮,金银花,枸杞,生地黄,当归,桂元肉,大枣等十一位原料洗漂晾干,并加入十一位原料体积9倍的水,于 80--100℃浸提4小时,过滤分离得滤液a,向所述滤渣a中加入所述原料药体积 7倍的水于80--100℃浸提2小时。过滤分离得滤液b和滤渣b,向所述滤渣b 中加入所述原料药体积5倍的水于80--100℃浸提1小时,过滤分离得滤液c,将所述滤液a,滤液b,滤液c合并后,于75--85℃浓缩得浸膏,所述浸膏在60℃时的比重为1.16--1.20g/cm3.
b、向蜂蜜中加入蜂蜜体积15%的水,搅拌均匀后于115--125℃浓缩得炼蜜,所述炼蜜在25℃的密度为1.20--1.25g/cm3。
c、向冰糖中加入冰糖体积10%的水,搅拌均匀后于90-100℃浓缩得炼糖,所述炼糖在25℃的密度为1.20--1.22g/cm3。

本实施例中保健酒的制备方法按如下歩骤操作。
a、将红花,甘草,牛膝,杜仲,五加皮,金银花,枸杞,生地黄,当归,桂元肉,大枣等十一位原料洗漂晾干,并加入十一位原料体积8倍的水,于80℃浸提4小时,过滤分离得滤液a,向所述滤渣a中加入所述原料药体积7 倍的水于85℃浸提2.5小时。过滤分离得滤液b和滤渣b,向所述滤渣b中加入所述原料药体积4倍的水于100℃浸提1.5小时,过滤分离得滤液c,将所述滤液a,滤液b,滤液c合并后,于75℃浓缩得浸膏,所述浸膏在60℃时的比重为1.13--1.20g/cm3.
b、向蜂蜜中加入蜂蜜体积10%的水,搅拌均匀后于110℃浓缩得炼蜜,所述炼蜜在25℃的密度为1.20--1.25g/cm3。
c、向冰糖中加入冰糖体积10%的水,搅拌均匀后于100℃浓缩得炼糖,所述炼糖在25℃的密度为1.20--1.22g/cm3。
d、将歩骤a所得浸膏,歩骤b所得炼蜜,歩骤c所得炼糖在0℃冷却 48小时,去其火毒后和35度白酒混合并搅拌均匀,密封静置60日后取出,先粗滤过120目筛得滤液d,精滤过200目筛得滤液e,将上述滤液罐装得成品。
实施例二:
本实施例中保健酒的原料按质量份数构成为:红花2份,甘草2份,牛膝4份,杜仲4份,五加皮4份,金银花2份,枸杞6份,生地黄6份,当归7 份,桂元肉9份,大枣9份,冰糖9份,蜂蜜9份,35度浓香型白酒95份。
本实施例中保健酒的制备方法按如下歩骤操作。
a、将红花,甘草,牛膝,杜仲,五加皮,金银花,枸杞,生地黄,当归,桂元肉,大枣等十一位原料洗漂晾干,并加入十一位原料体积10倍的水,于90℃浸提4.5小时,过滤分离得滤液a,向所述滤渣a中加入所述原料药体积 8倍的水于85℃浸提2.5小时。过滤分离得滤液b和滤渣b,向所述滤渣b中加入所述原料药体积6倍的水于90℃浸提1.5小时,过滤分离得滤液c,将所述滤液a,滤液b,滤液c合并后,于75℃浓缩得浸膏,所述浸膏在60℃时的比重为1.13--1.20g/cm3.
b、向蜂蜜中加入蜂蜜体积10%的水,搅拌均匀后于110℃浓缩得炼蜜,所述炼蜜在25℃的密度为1.20--1.25g/cm3。
c、向冰糖中加入冰糖体积10%的水,搅拌均匀后于100℃浓缩得炼糖,所述炼糖在25℃的密度为1.20--1.22g/cm3。
d、将歩骤a所得浸膏,歩骤b所得炼蜜,歩骤c所得炼糖在0℃冷却 48小时,去其火毒后和35度白酒混合并搅拌均匀,密封静置60日后取出,先粗滤过120目筛得滤液d,精滤过200目筛得滤液e,将上述滤液罐装得成品。
实施例三:
本实施例中保健酒的原料按质量份数构成为:红花3份,甘草2份,牛膝4份,杜仲3份,五加皮5份,金银花4份,枸杞6份,生地黄6份,当归7 份,桂元肉7份,大枣12份,冰糖10份,蜂蜜10份,35度浓香型白酒75份。
本实施例中保健酒的制备方法按如下歩骤操作。
a、将红花,甘草,牛膝,杜仲,五加皮,金银花,枸杞,生地黄,当归,桂元肉,大枣等十一位原料洗漂晾干,并加入十一位原料体积9倍的水,于100℃浸提3.5小时,过滤分离得滤液a,向所述滤渣a中加入所述原料药体积6倍的水于80℃浸提2.5小时。过滤分离得滤液b和滤渣b,向所述滤渣b 中加入所述原料药体积5倍的水于90℃浸提2小时,过滤分离得滤液c,将所述滤液a,滤液b,滤液c合并后,于75℃浓缩得浸膏,所述浸膏在60℃时的比重为1.13--1.20g/cm3.
b、向蜂蜜中加入蜂蜜体积10%的水,搅拌均匀后于110℃浓缩得炼蜜,所述炼蜜在25℃的密度为1.20--1.25g/cm3。
c、向冰糖中加入冰糖体积10%的水,搅拌均匀后于100℃浓缩得炼糖,所述炼糖在25℃的密度为1.20--1.22g/cm3。
d、将歩骤a所得浸膏,歩骤b所得炼蜜,歩骤c所得炼糖在0℃冷却60小时,去其火毒后和35度白酒混合并搅拌均匀,密封静置45日后取出,先粗滤过120目筛得滤液d,精滤过200目筛得滤液e,将上述滤液罐装得成品。
Claims (2)
1.保健酒其特征是按质量份数,其原料构成为:红花1-2份,甘草1-2份,牛膝5-6份,杜仲5-6份,五加皮5-6份,金银花5-6份,枸杞7-8份,生地黄7-8份,当归7-8份,桂元肉7-8份,大枣9-10份,冰糖9-10份,蜂蜜9-10份,35度浓香型白酒90-100份。
所述保健酒是将上述原料按以下方法制备得到的保健酒:
将红花,甘草,牛膝,杜仲,五加皮,金银花,枸杞,生地黄,当归,桂元肉,大枣等十一位原料洗漂晾干,并加入十一位原料体积9倍的水,于80--100℃浸提4小时,过滤分离得滤液a,向所述滤渣a中加入所述原料药体积7倍的水于80--100℃浸提2小时。过滤分离得滤液b和滤渣b,向所述滤渣b中加入所述原料药体积5倍的水于80--100℃浸提1小时,过滤分离得滤液c,将所述滤液a,滤液b,滤液c合并后,于75--85℃浓缩得浸膏,所述浸膏在60℃时的比重为1.16--1.20g/cm3。向蜂蜜中加入蜂蜜体积15%的水,搅拌均匀后于115--125℃浓缩得炼蜜,所述炼蜜在25℃的密度为1.20--1.25g/cm3。向冰糖中加入冰糖体积10%的水,搅拌均匀后于90-100℃浓缩得炼糖,所述炼糖在25℃的密度为1.20--1.229/cm3。将步骤a所得浸膏,步骤b所得炼蜜,步骤c所得炼糖在0℃冷却48小时,去其火毒后和35度白酒混合并搅拌均匀,密封静置60日后取出,先粗滤过120目筛得滤液d,精滤过200目筛得滤液e,将上述滤液罐装得成品。
2.一种权利要求1所述的保健酒的制备方法,其特征是按如下步骤操作:
a、将红花,甘草,牛膝,杜仲,五加皮,金银花,枸杞,生地黄,当归,桂元肉,大枣等十一位原料洗漂晾干,并加入十一位原料体积9倍的水,于80--100℃浸提4小时,过滤分离得滤液a,向所述滤渣a中加入所述原料药体积7倍的水于80--100℃浸提2小时。过滤分离得滤液b和滤渣b,向所述滤渣b 中加入所述原料药体积5倍的水于80--100℃浸提1小时,过滤分离得滤液c,将所述滤液a,滤液b,滤液c合并后,于75--85℃浓缩得浸膏,所述浸膏在60℃时的比重为1.16--1.20g/cm3。
b、向蜂蜜中加入蜂蜜体积15%的水,搅拌均匀后于115--125℃浓缩得炼蜜,所述炼蜜在25℃的密度为1.20--1.25g/cm3。
c、向冰糖中加入冰糖体积10%的水,搅拌均匀后于90-100℃浓缩得炼糖,所述炼糖在25℃的密度为1.20--1.229/cm3。
d、将步骤a所得浸膏,步骤b所得炼蜜,步骤c所得炼糖在0℃冷却48小时,去其火毒后和35度白酒混合并搅拌均匀,密封静置60日后取出,先粗滤过120目筛得滤液d,精滤过200目筛得滤液e,将上述滤液罐装得成品。
