Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building material processing, and particularly relates to a manual rhinoceros skin gilding process for a cinnabar building material and application of the manual rhinoceros skin gilding process to building materials.
Background
The daily utensils, artworks and artworks made by painting on the surface of various utensils are generally called as "painters". The lacquer is natural juice cut from lacquer tree, and is mainly composed of urushiol, laccase, gum and water. It has the special functions of resisting moisture, high temperature and corrosion, and may be used in preparing different color paint. In china, the properties of paints have been recognized and used to make ware since the time of the new stoneware.
Gilding is a traditional metal decoration process generated in the Xianqin era, is a traditional method, is still popular in folk to date, and is also called fire gold plating or mercury gold plating. The gold-mercury agent is prepared by coating gold and mercury on the surface of copper container, heating to evaporate mercury, and make gold firmly attached to the surface of copper container.
Gold plating process mostly adopts gold mud made of gold mercurial to be smeared on the surface of a copper device, and then mercury is evaporated by heating, but the evaporated mercury vapor in the process can cause adverse effects on human health, the processes of gold smearing and gold opening are required to be carried out for many times in order to increase the thickness of a gold layer, the process is complicated, and the amount of the generated mercury vapor is larger.
However, most lacquerwares are made of wooden products as blanks, gold plating is often performed on metallic devices such as cupronics, and the method of processing by using building materials as blanks and lacquer technology is rare,
patent document with application number CN201910986997.5 discloses a painting process of woodcarving, which adopts mercury sulfide to replace cinnabar, tetrahedrite is added during paint mixing, modern chemical raw materials are used as a main material of gold primer, the cost is reduced, and the prepared vermilion lacquer woodcarving artware does not fade. However, the mercuric sulfide has certain toxicity, and from the viewpoint of the preparation method, the preparation is finished after painting, gold pasting and paint covering, and the subsequent steps such as polishing and the like are not carried out, so that from the viewpoint of common knowledge in the field, the unground lacquerware cannot develop color.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a cinnabar building material manual rhinoceros skin gilding process and application thereof to building materials.
The method is realized by the following technical scheme:
1. an application of gilding cinnabar process in building material.
2. The gilding process is characterized in that cinnabar is coated on the surface of a building material by adopting a gilding process, and specifically, the gilding process is prepared by steps of priming, cloth mounting, ash scraping, twisting, colored paint coating, gilding, colored paint coating, polishing, paint brushing, wiping and polishing after a building material blank is polished.
Further, the blank includes but is not limited to wood, ceramic tile, floor and cinnabar. When the blank is wood, the painting process is required to be carried out firstly.
3. The manual rhinoceros skin gilding process for the cinnabar building materials comprises the following specific steps of:
(1) polishing: polishing the surface of the blank by using 120-mesh abrasive paper;
(2) paint mixing: taking 280-plus-320-mesh cinnabar powder, mixing with natural raw lacquer in a proportion of 4-6: 1 to obtain the cinnabar primer;
(3) priming paint: repairing and coating the cinnabar primer or primer lacquer prepared in the step (2) on the surface of the polished blank, and putting the blank into a shady room for drying for 12-14 h;
(4) preparing a viscose: natural raw lacquer and tile ash are mixed in a proportion of 1: 1, and repeatedly kneading to obtain the viscosity adhesive;
(5) mounting cloth: polishing the whole body by using 400-mesh sand paper, wiping the whole body by using a dust-free paper towel dipped with alcohol, uniformly brushing the adhesive on ramie cloth, mounting the ramie cloth on a blank body, and drying the ramie cloth in the shade;
(6) scraping middle ash: grinding the whole body by using 400-mesh sand paper, blending the ground tile with natural raw lacquer by using medium-fine tile ash, then blade-coating the mixture on a blank body, and putting the blank body into a shady room for drying in the shade;
(7) scraping fine ash: polishing with 400-mesh sand paper, scraping with fine ash mixed raw lacquer, spreading on the blank, and drying in shade;
(8) twisting: and (3) after the whole body is polished by 400-plus 600-mesh sand paper, mixing cinnabar powder, raw lacquer and egg white in a proportion of 1: 1: mixing at a mass ratio of 0.2-0.4, twisting different textures on the surface of the blank, and drying in shade in a shady room;
(9) painting color paint: painting a colored paint on the twisted blank body, putting the twisted blank body into a shady room, and taking out the twisted blank body when the colored paint is dried to 75%;
(10) gold pasting: sticking gold foil on the blank by using an anti-static bamboo clamp, cleaning and removing redundant gold foil by using a soft brush, and putting the blank into a shading room for complete drying in the shade;
(11) covering with gold: coating a layer of completely transparent natural raw lacquer on the product obtained in the step (10), and drying in the shade;
(12) painting color paint: painting different color paints according to the requirements of the product, and putting the product into a shady room for complete drying in the shade;
(13) grinding and displaying: polishing the texture by using 320-7000 mesh water sand paper and adjusting the texture;
(14) painting: brushing the surface with natural lacquer, drying in shade in a shady room, repeating the above steps for three times;
(15) wiping: polishing with 1200-mesh waterproof abrasive paper, wrapping a cotton ball with dust-free paper, uniformly wiping the surface once, standing for 15 minutes, and wiping off raw paint with the dust-free paper to uniformly adhere a natural paint film to the surface; the step is repeated for 10 times, and the water sand paper with different meshes is replaced for polishing every time until 7000 meshes are reached;
(16) grease cleaning: coating natural grease on the surface of a product, wiping the raw lacquer on the surface by using a dust-free paper towel, only keeping the lacquer film on the surface, and putting the product in a shady room for drying in the shade;
(17) polishing: mixing vegetable oil and pearl powder in a ratio of 1: 1-1.5, applying the mixture on the surface of a product, pushing and wiping the product with force, and then applying the polishing paste on a cloth wheel for polishing until the surface of the product is smooth.
Further, when the wiping is repeated to the 5 th time, the wiping powder is coated on the palm, the surface of the product is forcibly rubbed, and the wiping step is repeated.
In conclusion, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the invention adopts dozens of procedures of priming cinnabar pigment and natural lacquer on building material blanks such as wood, ceramic tiles, ceramics, cinnabar and the like, laying cloth, drying in the shade, scraping ash, polishing, twisting, painting, gilding, painting and the like to ensure that the pigment fully permeates into the blanks and well adheres to the surfaces of the blanks, thereby showing that modern products are combined with traditional lacquer culture.
The base paint is prepared by blending cinnabar and natural raw lacquer and is applied to building materials, so that the building materials are richer in style and are not easy to decolor, and the prepared materials such as ceramic tiles and the like are stronger in decoration.
