Abstract
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for protecting liver, protecting stomach and sobering up, a preparation and a preparation method thereof, relating to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines. The Chinese medicinal composition has effects of dispersing stagnated liver qi, regulating stomach, invigorating spleen, relieving alcoholism, refreshing and promoting urination, and has effects of protecting liver and invigorating stomach. The reasonable compatibility of the citron, the perilla leaves and the hovenia dulcis thunb can realize synergistic interaction, finally achieve the effect of soothing the liver and regulating the flow of qi, effectively avoid the influence of drunkenness on the esophagus, recover the motor function of the esophagus, avoid the relaxation of the muscles of the esophagus, avoid the phenomenon of increasing gastric acid, avoid the reduction of the gastric discharge function and ensure the stable progress of liver metabolism. The traditional Chinese medicine composition has the advantages that all raw materials are pure traditional Chinese medicines, have no toxic or side effect on human bodies, have no drug resistance, are different from components such as stimulants, vitamins and amino acids in chemical anti-alcohol medicines, are healthier and are beneficial to conditioning human bodies of users.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for protecting liver, protecting stomach and sobering up, a preparation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Sobering up, as the name suggests, is to wake up people from a drunk state to restore consciousness or self-control. Usually, the sobering is not natural, but the sobering substance is drunk before drinking wine to sober up, so that the conversion of acetaldehyde is accelerated, the decomposition of alcohol is promoted, the purpose of saving time and reducing the harm of alcohol to human bodies is achieved. In daily life, people are faced with forced excessive drinking, which not only easily causes liver injury and corresponding liver pathological changes, but also causes other diseases, especially physiological dysfunction and death of human body. Therefore, sobering up, protecting liver and stomach are very urgent.
At present, anti-alcohol products in the market mainly comprise chemical drugs and traditional Chinese medicine preparations, wherein most of the chemical drugs are components such as stimulants, vitamins and amino acids, and can quickly achieve the effects of anti-alcohol and sobering up, but most of the chemical drug anti-alcohol mechanisms can only promote alcohol decomposition to achieve a temporary relieving effect, so that the liver protection effect is hardly achieved, and the toxic and side effects are great. Most of the traditional Chinese medicine preparations also do not have the effects of protecting stomach and liver, can relieve alcoholism, but cannot play the role of regulating and nourishing liver and stomach fundamentally.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a drug for protecting liver and stomach and alleviating hangover, so as to condition the liver and stomach of a user while alleviating hangover.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition for protecting liver, protecting stomach and sobering up, which has the effects of soothing liver, regulating qi, regulating the middle warmer, strengthening spleen, relieving alcoholism and cooling and inducing diuresis.
The invention also aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for protecting liver, protecting stomach and sobering up, which comprises the traditional Chinese medicine composition, and meanwhile, the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is taken as an oral preparation, is favorable for improving the drug effect and is convenient for a user to carry and use.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation for protecting liver, stomach and sobering up, which directly prepares the raw material powder into soft materials, granulates, tablets and packages to obtain the tablets.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme.
In a first aspect, the embodiment of the application provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for protecting liver, stomach and sobering, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 30-70 parts of citron powder, 30-70 parts of perilla leaf powder, 30-70 parts of hovenia dulcis thunb powder, 60-140 parts of radix puerariae powder, 30-70 parts of mulberry powder, 30-70 parts of sea buckthorn powder, 30-70 parts of dark plum powder, 30-70 parts of exocarpium citri rubrum powder, 10-30 parts of inulin, 10-30 parts of agastache powder, 5-15 parts of licorice powder, 30-70 parts of turmeric and 5-15 parts of corn oligopeptide powder.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application further provides an aforementioned traditional Chinese medicine preparation for protecting liver, protecting stomach and sobering up, including the aforementioned traditional Chinese medicine composition for protecting liver, protecting stomach and sobering up.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present application further provides a preparation method of the aforementioned traditional Chinese medicine preparation for protecting liver, protecting stomach and sobering up, including the following steps:
taking materials: weighing citron powder, perilla leaf powder, hovenia dulcis thunb powder, kudzu root powder, mulberry powder, sea buckthorn powder, dark plum powder, tangerine peel powder, inulin, agastache powder, liquorice powder, turmeric and corn oligopeptide powder according to the weight parts, and adding sorbitol powder to obtain a first component raw material;
preparing a soft material: putting the first component raw material into a trough type mixer, uniformly stirring for the first time, adding an ethanol solution, and stirring for the second time to obtain a dry and wet uniform soft material;
preparing particles: preparing the soft material into 18-mesh granules in a granulator, drying the granulated and formed granules in drying equipment, pouring the dried granules into a granulator, and sieving by a 16-mesh sieve to obtain finished granules;
tabletting: pouring the finished product granules into a mixer, adding magnesium stearate, mixing uniformly, standing, putting into a tablet press for tabletting, adding a film coating agent, and coating with purified hydrated slurry to obtain tablets;
packaging: and packaging the slices after bagging, bottling or aluminum-plastic packaging.

Examples of effects
The purpose of this effect example is to verify the effects of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for protecting liver, protecting stomach and sobering up provided in the foregoing examples.
1) Taking 120 male SPF Kunming mice (24 +/-2 g), dividing into 6 groups, wherein each group comprises 20 mice, feeding for 12 hours before each mouse experiment, and intragastrically administering 0.2ml/10g of 39 ℃ white spirit (equivalent to 200ml of adult drinking) to each experimental mouse;
2) after the wine is infused for 15min, the physiological saline for gastric lavage in 1 group and the Chinese medicinal preparation in experimental examples 1-5 in 2-6 groups are respectively tabletted, and meanwhile, the same dosage is ensured.
3) After the intragastric administration for 15min, the behavior index of the mouse is observed by adopting an intoxication experiment. Wherein, the drunkenness experiment: whether the mouse is drunk or not is indicated by whether the righting reflex (right reflex) disappears. After the mice are filled with the wine, the mice lie on the platform back and down, if the mice can not turn over the body by themselves within 30s, the positive reflection disappears, namely the mice are drunk, the number of drunk patients and the disappearance time and recovery time of the mouse positive reflection are recorded, and the drunk maintenance time (the disappearance time of the positive reflection to the recovery time) is calculated
The test results are shown in the following table.
As can be seen from the table, the drugs of example 3 in group 4 were used for the shortest time to alleviate hangover.
