Traditional Chinese medicine composition for protecting liver, protecting stomach and sobering up, preparation and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for protecting liver, protecting stomach and sobering up, a preparation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Sobering up, as the name suggests, is to wake up people from a drunk state to restore consciousness or self-control. Usually, the sobering is not natural, but the sobering substance is drunk before drinking wine to sober up, so that the conversion of acetaldehyde is accelerated, the decomposition of alcohol is promoted, the purpose of saving time and reducing the harm of alcohol to human bodies is achieved. In daily life, people are faced with forced excessive drinking, which not only easily causes liver injury and corresponding liver pathological changes, but also causes other diseases, especially physiological dysfunction and death of human body. Therefore, sobering up, protecting liver and stomach are very urgent.
At present, anti-alcohol products in the market mainly comprise chemical drugs and traditional Chinese medicine preparations, wherein most of the chemical drugs are components such as stimulants, vitamins and amino acids, and can quickly achieve the effects of anti-alcohol and sobering up, but most of the chemical drug anti-alcohol mechanisms can only promote alcohol decomposition to achieve a temporary relieving effect, so that the liver protection effect is hardly achieved, and the toxic and side effects are great. Most of the traditional Chinese medicine preparations also do not have the effects of protecting stomach and liver, can relieve alcoholism, but cannot play the role of regulating and nourishing liver and stomach fundamentally.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a drug for protecting liver and stomach and alleviating hangover, so as to condition the liver and stomach of a user while alleviating hangover.

Examples of effects
The purpose of this effect example is to verify the effects of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for protecting liver, protecting stomach and sobering up provided in the foregoing examples.
1) Taking 120 male SPF Kunming mice (24 +/-2 g), dividing into 6 groups, wherein each group comprises 20 mice, feeding for 12 hours before each mouse experiment, and intragastrically administering 0.2ml/10g of 39 ℃ white spirit (equivalent to 200ml of adult drinking) to each experimental mouse;
2) after the wine is infused for 15min, the physiological saline for gastric lavage in 1 group and the Chinese medicinal preparation in experimental examples 1-5 in 2-6 groups are respectively tabletted, and meanwhile, the same dosage is ensured.
3) After the intragastric administration for 15min, the behavior index of the mouse is observed by adopting an intoxication experiment. Wherein, the drunkenness experiment: whether the mouse is drunk or not is indicated by whether the righting reflex (right reflex) disappears. After the mice are filled with the wine, the mice lie on the platform back and down, if the mice can not turn over the body by themselves within 30s, the positive reflection disappears, namely the mice are drunk, the number of drunk patients and the disappearance time and recovery time of the mouse positive reflection are recorded, and the drunk maintenance time (the disappearance time of the positive reflection to the recovery time) is calculated
The test results are shown in the following table.
Figure BDA0003244242870000171
Figure BDA0003244242870000181
As can be seen from the table, the drugs of example 3 in group 4 were used for the shortest time to alleviate hangover.
