Examples
Example 1
The fresh skin and muscle activating essence stock solution is prepared by the following steps of:
s1, mixing butanediol accounting for 80% of the total weight of butanediol with polyacrylate crosslinked polymer-6 at a rotating speed of 120r/min for 10min, adding glycerol, EDTA disodium and water, stirring and mixing at 77.5 ℃ and 120r/min for 10min, and preserving heat for 30min to obtain a mixed solution A;
s2, adding arginine, hydrogenated lecithin, p-hydroxyacetophenone, nicotinamide and humectant into the mixed solution A, stirring and mixing for 10min at 77.5 ℃ and 120r/min, and cooling to 60 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution B;
s3, premixing 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, pearlescent pigment, skin feel regulator and the balance of butanediol for 8min at 50 ℃ and 120r/min, adding into the mixed solution B, stirring and mixing for 20min at the rotating speed of 1500r/min, and cooling to 45 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution C;

Test one
The essence concentrates prepared in examples 1 to 25 and comparative examples 1 to 7 were taken as test samples, deionized water was taken as a blank group, 330 female volunteers with spots distributed on the face and aged 25 to 35 years were selected by willing investigation, randomly divided into 33 groups, and 10 persons in each group were subjected to anti-aging test by using deionized water, the essence concentrates prepared in examples 1 to 25 and the essence concentrates prepared in comparative examples 1 to 7, respectively. After the anti-aging test, the skin glossiness change rate of the test area is 18.12-19.66%, the total spot area reduction rate is 21.22-23.35%, the skin texture change rate is-25.01 to-26.23%, and the skin elasticity change rate is 30.18-32.36%. From further analysis of the above data, it can be seen that after the essence of the examples of the present application was used continuously for 8 weeks, the number of wrinkles in the application area was significantly reduced, the total area of spots was significantly reduced, the skin gloss was significantly improved, and the skin became smoother and more elastic, and the skin quality was improved, wherein example 24 is a preferred example. The anti-aging effect of the essence stock solutions prepared in comparative examples 1 to 7 is obviously reduced compared with the examples.
As is clear from the combination of examples 4, examples 7 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 3, the difference is that the weight ratio of astaxanthin and the fermentation product filtrate of coated yeast in the anti-aging component is different, and the data in Table 6 shows that the anti-aging effect of the essence stock solution is good when the anti-aging component is composed of astaxanthin and the fermentation product filtrate of coated yeast in a weight ratio of 1 (80-150), especially when the weight ratio of astaxanthin to the fermentation product filtrate of coated yeast is 1 (80-120). In comparative example 1, the anti-aging component is only astaxanthin, and the test results of comparative example 4 and comparative example 1 show that under the condition that the content of the anti-aging component in the essence stock is the same, the anti-aging effect of the essence stock can be obviously improved by compounding the astaxanthin and the filtrate of the fermentation product of the tectorial membrane microzyme, and the anti-aging component and the filtrate of the fermentation product of the tectorial microzyme have better synergistic anti-aging effect. Compared with the essence prepared in the comparative example 1, the essence prepared in the example 4 has the advantages that the change rate of skin glossiness can be improved by 4.43%, the reduction rate of total spot area can be improved by 4.36%, the reduction rate of skin texture can be improved by 5.81%, and the change rate of skin elasticity can be improved by 8.75%.
The difference between the anti-aging components is that the weight ratio of astaxanthin to Chinese goosebeery fruit water is different in the combination of examples 10-13, comparative example 1 and comparative examples 4-5, and the data in Table 6 shows that the anti-aging effect of the essence stock is better when the anti-aging components are formed by mixing astaxanthin and Chinese goosebeery fruit water in a weight ratio of 1 (280-350), especially when the mixing weight ratio of astaxanthin and Chinese goosebeery fruit water is 1 (280-320). And the test results of the comparative example 1 and the example 10 show that the astaxanthin and the actinidia chinensis fruit water also have better synergistic anti-aging effect, and when the content of the anti-aging components in the essence stock solution is the same, the astaxanthin and the actinidia chinensis fruit water are compounded to form the anti-aging components, compared with the astaxanthin alone, the number of wrinkles and the spot area of a test area can be further reduced, the dark yellow skin can be effectively improved, and the skin is rich in elasticity.
As can be seen from the combination of examples 7, 11, 14-18 and 6-7, when the anti-aging component is formed by mixing astaxanthin, the fermentation product filtrate of covered saccharomycetes and Chinese goosebeery fruit water, the anti-aging effect of the essence stock solution is better, and the preferable weight ratio of astaxanthin, the fermentation product filtrate of covered saccharomycetes and Chinese goosebeery fruit water is 1 (80-150) (280-350). The three components are compounded to form the anti-aging component in the range, the change rate of the skin glossiness is 19.17-19.48%, the reduction rate of the total spot area is 22.98-23.26%, the change rate of the skin texture is-25.89 to-26.14%, and the change rate of the skin elasticity is 31.41-31.69%. By further optimizing the proportion, when the weight ratio of astaxanthin to the fermentation product filtrate of the tectorial membrane saccharomycetes to the actinidia chinensis fruit water is 1 (90-110) (290-310), the prepared essence stock solution has better anti-aging effect.
Test II
The essence stock solutions prepared in examples 24 and 26 to 29 were taken as test samples, deionized water was taken as a blank group, 60 female volunteers aged 20 to 30 years were selected through willingness investigation, randomly divided into 6 groups, and 10 persons in each group were subjected to pearlescent effect test by using the deionized water, the essence stock solutions prepared in examples 24 and 26 to 29, respectively.
The test area is selected as the face area, and after the test area is cleaned by using clear water, the corresponding sample is smeared with the smearing amount of 1mg/cm 3 After waiting for 10min, the volunteers scored the pearling effect of the facial skin in the test area before and after application, averaged with the volunteer test results in the test group, and are reported in table 7 below.

As can be seen from the data in table 7, the essence concentrates prepared in examples 24 and examples 26 to 29 of the present application can produce a better pearling effect, especially the essence concentrates of examples 27 to 29. Namely, when the pearlescent pigment is formed by mixing synthetic mica 117770, synthetic mica 117754 and synthetic mica 117771 (0.08-0.12) and (0.6-0.8) according to the weight ratio of 1, the pearlescent effect of the essence stock solution can be effectively improved, and after the pearlescent pigment is coated, the pearlescent pigment fully plays a role in increasing the color of skin in a test area, so that the skin is bright and has pearl luster. Particularly, when the pearlescent pigment is formed by mixing synthetic mica 117770, synthetic mica 117754 and synthetic mica 117771 according to the weight ratio of 1:0.1:0.7, after the essence stock solution is coated, the skin presents a soft and layered metallic pearl luster, and the charm of a user is greatly improved.
Test three
The essence stock solutions prepared in examples 28 and 30-32 were taken as test samples, deionized water was taken as a blank group, 50 female volunteers aged 20-30 were selected by willingness investigation, randomly divided into 5 groups of 10 persons each, and moisturizing effect test was performed by using the essence stock solutions prepared in examples 28 and 30-32, respectively.
The test area was selected as the facial area, and the volunteer was tested for skin cuticle moisture before starting the test, and after washing the test area with clear water, the corresponding sample was smeared at an amount of 1mg/cm 3 . The volunteers were again subjected to skin horny layer moisture test at 6h after use, and the difference between the skin horny layer moisture content after 6h and before use was calculated, and the results of the volunteer test in the test group were averaged and are shown in the following table 8.
Test instrument: corneometer MP A580, manufactured by Courage+Kahazaka (CK) Inc., germany, the skin moisture content test probe was Corneometer CM825.
Testing environmental conditions: an indoor environment; no strong sunlight or direct light; the ambient temperature is 20+/-2 ℃ and the ambient humidity is 40-60%.

when the anti-aging component comprises Chinese goosebeery fruit water but not the tectorial membrane saccharomycete fermentation product filtrate, the weight ratio of astaxanthin to Chinese goosebeery fruit water is 1 (280-350);
when the anti-aging component comprises the tectorial yeast fermentation product filtrate and the Chinese goosebeery fruit water, the weight ratio of astaxanthin to the tectorial yeast fermentation product filtrate to the Chinese goosebeery fruit water is 1 (80-150) (280-350);
