As can be seen from the data in Table 4, the difference between the measured value and the initial value of example 5 and comparative example 2 was compared at 2h, and the data were significantly different (P<0.05 The difference between the measured value and the initial value of example 5 and comparative example 2 was not significantly different at 4h (P>0.05 A) is provided; as can be seen from the data in Table 5, the difference between the measured value and the initial value of the two groups of example 5 and the blank group was compared at 2h and 4h, and the data were significantly different (P<0.05). In summary, the measured values at 2h and 4h were obtained in example 5The difference from the initial value and the blank data are reduced, which shows that the use of the embodiment 5 inhibits the increase of the content of normal grease secretion of the skin, and proves that the oil control convergence kit has obvious oil control effect; compared with the data of comparative example 2 in 2 hours, the data of example 5 shows that example 5 can inhibit the increase of the oil secretion content of skin more, and proves that the use method of the oil control convergence suit has better oil control effect, that is, experimental data show that the oil control convergence suit provided by the invention has better short-term oil control effect, the oil control effect is obvious, and especially, the oil control effect can be obviously improved according to the use sequence of emulsion, essence and water.
(2) Long term moisturizing skin moisture content test
After face cleaning, the oil control convergence kit of example 5 and comparative example 1 was sequentially and respectively applied to the left and right cheeks of a subject by taking 1-3 pumps in the order of oil control convergence emulsion, oil control convergence essence and oil control convergence water, rubbing the hands until warm, lightly wrapping the face to help absorption, twice a day in the morning and at the evening, and simultaneously detecting the moisture content of the horny layer of the left and right cheeks and cheeks by a skin moisture tester (CKEnneometer CM825 in Germany) for 2 weeks and 4 weeks before use, and the specific results are shown in Table 6.
TABLE 6 moisture content of the inner stratum corneum of the forearm (x.+ -. S) for subjects at various time points
Figure GDA0002964345840000133
Figure GDA0002964345840000141
The skin moisture meter corneometer cm825 was used to measure the skin stratum corneum moisture content, the higher the skin stratum corneum moisture content measurement, the higher the skin stratum corneum moisture content. As can be seen from the data in table 6, example 5 compares the facial moisture content of D14 to that before use, the data not having statistical significance (P > 0.05); the facial moisture content of example 5D28 was compared to before use, the data were statistically significant (P < 0.05); comparative example 1 the facial moisture content of D14, D28 was compared to before use, the data were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Experimental data show that the oil control convergence kit provided by the invention has the function of improving the skin moisture content for a long time and has a good moisturizing effect.
Summary of efficacy: as can be seen from the comparison of the effects of the example 5 and the comparative examples 1 and 2, the comparative examples 1 and 2 have certain effects of controlling oil and supplementing water under the condition of lacking certain specific components or different use sequences, but the effects are not obvious, so that the obvious water supplementing and oil controlling effects of the oil controlling convergence kit provided by the invention are generated by the synergistic effect of different components in the formula, and the oil controlling convergence kit has obvious oil controlling and moisturizing effects when used under the specific use method under the conditions of specific component selection, specific proportion and dosage range, that is, the oil controlling convergence kit provided by the invention has good comprehensive oil controlling and moisturizing effects of controlling oil for a long time, helping to regulate the water-oil balance of skin, improving the skin function, building younger muscles, enabling the skin to be clean and healthy, achieving the effects of fine and transparent and helping to solve the problem of oil drying outside the oily skin.
(3) Subject self-assessment
All subjects were subjected to a questionnaire, which is a subjective evaluation of the subjects using the product of example 5, with the following main evaluation items: the specific results of the tightening feeling, the absorption speed, the fineness of facial pores, the moisture degree, the smoothness of the skin, the greasy feeling of the face and the like are shown in fig. 1 and 2.
As can be seen from fig. 1, the volunteer satisfaction results after using the 28-day oil control convergence kit were: 93% of volunteers consider that the product is not tight after use, 100% of volunteers consider that the product is fast in absorption speed, 86% of volunteers consider that facial pores are finer after 4 weeks of use of the product, and 100% of volunteers consider that the product is more moist and moist, smoother and less greasy on the face after 4 weeks of use.
As can be seen from fig. 2, the volunteers self-evaluate the results after using the 28-day oil control convergence kit: volunteers consider that after the product is used for 4 weeks, skin moisture retention is increased by 73%, facial pores are fine and tired by 64%, skin smoothness is improved by 69%, and facial greasy feeling is reduced by 66%.
The results of efficacy evaluation of the samples prepared in examples 1-4 were similar to those of example 5.
Poor skin condition
During use of the samples, 0 subjects developed local erythema, papules, wheal, edema, or systemic adverse skin response.
The above examples are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above examples, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications that do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be made in the equivalent manner, and the embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.
