Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to a plant acne-removing composition and application thereof.
Background
Dust in the air directly contacts with facial skin, and is easily adsorbed on the skin to block pores. Meanwhile, irregular diet, poor sleep and high pressure are also normalcy of contemporary people, irregular work and rest cause skin metabolic disturbance and cause the breeding of acnes.
"no acne is formed after puberty", which is a common knowledge of the public, but in practice, in addition to puberty acne vulgaris, the public suffers from post-puberty acne, and experts point out that importance is attached to the treatment and care of post-puberty acne. The reason for the long acne is mainly as follows: 1. the action of androgens in vivo increases sebum secretion; 2. the keratinization of the pilosebaceous canal is abnormal, so that the sebum removal is not smooth; 3. propionibacterium acnes proliferates in large amounts; 4. a complex series of inflammatory reactions is secondary, which is the main cause of most adolescent acne vulgaris. In addition to puberty, acne may also occur when the above conditions exist, i.e., post-pubertal acne, which is classified into persistent and delayed post-pubertal acne according to the age of onset. Acne, while not life threatening, severely affects the patient's personal appearance and self-esteem, and even causes psychological illness, resulting in a sub-health condition. The results of the study showed that. Acne is a bad emotion such as low emotion, anxiety, depression, mental stress and the like of a patient, and affects social and psychological problems.
The existing products for removing acnes on the market are various, and with the improvement of the life quality of people, the requirements on the safety, the effectiveness and the experience of the products are higher and higher, so that the effects of removing acnes, such as antibiotics, hormones, acid brushing, laser therapy, traditional Chinese medicine acne removal and the like, are achieved through single effects of inhibiting the propagation of bacteria, stripping horny layers, clearing heat and detoxicating and the like, the effects of treating the symptoms and the root cause are achieved, and the acne muscles are not conditioned from the root cause.

The term as used herein:
"prepared from … …" is synonymous with "comprising". The terms "comprising," "including," "having," "containing," or any other variation thereof, as used herein, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion. For example, a composition, step, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements is not necessarily limited to only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such composition, step, method, article, or apparatus.
When an equivalent, concentration, or other value or parameter is expressed as a range, preferred range, or a range bounded by a list of upper preferable values and lower preferable values, this is to be understood as specifically disclosing all ranges formed from any pair of any upper range limit or preferred value and any lower range limit or preferred value, regardless of whether ranges are separately disclosed. For example, when ranges of "1 to 5" are disclosed, the described ranges should be construed to include ranges of "1 to 4", "1 to 3", "1 to 2 and 4 to 5", "1 to 3 and 5", and the like. When a numerical range is described herein, unless otherwise indicated, the range is intended to include its endpoints and all integers and fractions within the range.
In these examples, the parts and percentages are by mass unless otherwise indicated.
"and/or" is used to indicate that one or both of the illustrated cases may occur, e.g., a and/or B include (a and B) and (a or B).
The application provides a plant acne-removing composition, which comprises the following components: linked salicylic acid, rosewood seed extract, boerdossier tree leaf extract, madecassoside and medicinal layer porus extract.
In the prior art, the effects of removing acnes are achieved by brushing acid (salicylic acid, fruit acid and azelaic acid), softening and exfoliating waste cutin and preventing hair follicle accumulation and keratinization. Brushing acid can make the skin in a new-born state, but the skin is not suitable for use and is easy to become a disfiguring tool. The acidic functional groups have certain irritation, so that the skin becomes sensitive, stabbing, desquamation and reddening. In addition, the acid has low molecular weight and strong penetrability, is difficult to keep stable on the surface layer of the skin with low moisture content, and is quickly transferred to the deep layer of the skin. There is not enough time to stay in the stratum corneum to perform the exfoliating function, but rather, to cause some damage to the deep layers of the skin.
The linked salicylic acid used in the application is formed by linking the acid functional group of salicylic acid and the alcohol functional group of gum arabic according to an equal ratio covalent bond, compared with the traditional salicylic acid, the irritation of the traditional salicylic acid is derived from the acid functional group, and the phenomena of erythema, itching, stinging and the like of skin can be caused. Meanwhile, the molecular weight of the linked salicylic acid is increased, so that the salicylic acid can be well stabilized on the epidermis cutin layer, and the effect of durable exfoliating is achieved. The traditional salicylic acid has small molecular weight, is difficult to keep stability in the epidermis layer, but is quickly transferred to the deep layer of the skin, and does not have enough time for the horny layer to stay for playing a role. The traditional salicylic acid is replaced by the linked salicylic acid, so that the irritation of the salicylic acid is reduced, and meanwhile, the salicylic acid stays on the stratum corneum better, and the effect of softening and exfoliating the horns is achieved. Improves the advantage of salicylic acid, reduces the side effect of easy sensitization, and softens the existing old waste cutin by mildly brushing acid.
The existing acne-removing products basically inhibit the growth of propionibacterium acnes by a sterilization and bacteriostasis principle so as to achieve the acne-removing effect. Propionibacterium acnes is a normal flora of the skin, lodges in hair follicles and sebaceous glands of the skin, and researches show that actinomycetes account for 45.6% of the total bacterial amount on healthy skin, while Propionibacterium acnes is one of the types and plays an important role in skin health.
Propionibacterium acnes is considered to be the most predominant bacterium causing acnes because excessive grease is secreted in the skin, the sebaceous cells are excessively proliferated, the grease is secreted into sebaceous glands and spread in pores, after propionibacterium acnes contacts the grease, triglycerides in the grease are decomposed to form glycerin and fatty acids, the glycerin increases nutrition of bacteria, proliferation of bacteria is caused, and free fatty acids cause keratinization of skin pores, hyperkeratinization, and pore blockage is caused. Bacterial proliferation, pore blockage, and vaccinia formation.
The rosewood seed extract can regulate sebum secretion, inhibit excessive secretion of sebum cells, reduce glycerol and free fatty acid generated by decomposing lipid by lipase, reduce nutrition obtained by acne bacillus, prevent bacteria from propagating in large quantity, inhibit proliferation of skin bacteria causing acne to easily occur, balance skin microecology, rebuild acidic coat of skin, and reduce pore keratinization. The acne removing composition does not aim at killing propionibacteria, and achieves the treatment effect by inhibiting the proliferation of propionibacteria acnes and regulating the balance of skin microecology.
The Boerduo tree leaf extract is derived from Boerduo tree leaves, can activate the skin self-defense factor beta defensin under the condition of not inducing inflammation, can reduce the influence of the outside on the skin, relieve and condition the skin, reduce skin redness and restore skin barrier.
Madecassoside has effects of relieving inflammation skin, relieving itching, resisting erythema, and reducing skin desquamation. The medicinal layer porus extract can moisten and moisten, improve acne pores, tighten skin, strengthen and protect skin.
Aiming at 4 major factors causing acne, the plant acne-removing composition controls the grease of the acne skin, mildly exfoliates excessive cutin of the skin, reduces bacterial proliferation, enables the skin to achieve microecological balance, and has the effects of diminishing inflammation, relieving and improving pores of the skin after acne removal, so that the acne muscle is thoroughly repaired from exfoliating cutin, controlling oil, removing acne, resisting inflammation, relieving and repairing 6 major effects, and the acne muscle is radically restored to a healthy state.

Test example 1 penetration of salicylic acid and test of exfoliating Capacity in acne-removing composition
The formulations of the anti-acne conditioning water of examples 1 to 2, and comparative examples 1 to 3 are shown in table 1. Examples 1-2 and comparative examples 1-3 were set up to observe the effect of conventional salicylic acid and linked salicylic acid on skin mainly by measuring the permeability of acne-removing conditioning water, while evaluating whether the effect of linked salicylic acid on exfoliating with conventional salicylic acid was affected or not by testing the exfoliating ability.
Table 1 formulations of anti-acne Conditioning Water of examples 1-2 and comparative examples 1-3
1. Skin penetration test
The skin permeation of the anti-acne conditioning water was measured using a Franz cell device using a spectrophotometer for 24h,48h,72 h. The test results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2 skin penetration test results of anti-acne conditioning water
As can be seen from the experimental results in Table 2, the diffusion range of the conventional salicylic acid is wider within 24 hours, and the sustained release range of the linked salicylic acid is more stable after 48 hours. It can be seen that the linked salicylic acid can stay in the epidermis better, thereby increasing the working time in the epidermis to achieve the exfoliating effect.
2. Exfoliating capability test
The exfoliating capacity of the product was evaluated by measuring the rate of skin discoloration. The experimental object: 15 volunteers, one group of three people, use different acne-removing conditioning water respectively, and finally average. The skin was previously treated with dihydroxyacetone and volunteers applied the test article once daily to the hands and after 15 days, the skin was tested for changes in chromaticity. The greater the ITA DEG value, the lighter the skin tone, and conversely the darker. The test results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 results of the Dekeratotic Performance test of anti-acne Conditioning Water
Numbering device | Comparative example 1 | Comparative example 2 | Comparative example 3 | Example 1 | Example 2 |
Skin ITA value | 10° | 10° | 12° | 11° | 12° |
Skin ITA value after 15 days | 15° | 35° | 40° | 34° | 39° |
From the results in Table 3, it can be seen that linked salicylic acid has as good exfoliating effect as conventional salicylic acid and does not have reduced performance due to the linking.
Test example 2 oil control, moisturizing, skin micro-ecological Conditioning test of rosewood seed extract in acne-removing composition
The formulas of the acne-removing masks of examples 3 to 5 and comparative example 4 are shown in Table 4, and the acne-removing masks of examples 3 to 5 and comparative example 4 evaluate the oil control effect of the product without drying the skin mainly by measuring the inhibition efficiency of lipase activity and skin moisture content of the acne-removing mask. Meanwhile, the survival rate of propionibacterium acnes is tested to verify the effect of micro-ecological regulation on skin.

TABLE 5 Propionibacterium acnes survival and lipase Activity test results
As can be seen from the test results in Table 5, the addition of rosewood seed extract did not significantly inhibit the growth of Propionibacterium acnes, but significantly inhibited lipase activity. By inhibiting lipase activity, secretion of oil is inhibited. The secretion of grease is reduced, propionibacterium acnes cannot be greatly propagated, and the normal skin requirement level is maintained, so that the skin reaches the microecological balance state.
2. Skin moisture content test
Skin hydration was tested by testing skin moisture content. The experimental object: the skin moisture content of the skin is tested for 0 days and 28 days by using an SK multifunctional skin tester. And calculating the skin moisture content increase rate MMV, wherein the MMV increase rate is larger than 0, so that the product has moisturizing effect, and the higher the value is, the stronger the moisturizing capability is. The test results are shown in Table 6.
TABLE 6 skin moisture content test results
As can be seen from the test results in Table 6, the addition of rosewood seed extract does not dry the skin due to oil control, and the skin still maintains a certain sense of moisture.
Test example 3 anti-inflammatory, allergy-relieving and pore-improving efficacy test of acne-removing composition
The formulas of the acne-removing essence of examples 6-7 and comparative examples 5-7 are shown in Table 7, the Podoson leaf extract in the acne-removing composition mainly acts to activate the skin self-defense factor, maintain the skin barrier and promote the self-healing capacity of the skin without inducing inflammation, the madecassoside mainly plays a role in relieving and regulating skin redness on inflamed skin, and the medicinal layer porus (mushroom) extract plays a role in astringing pores to restore the skin to a smooth state.
The test is mainly used for observing the effects of the three active substances under different collocations by testing the effects of anti-inflammatory, soothing, repairing and pore improving of the acne-removing essence.
Table 7 formulations of anti-acne essence of examples 6-7 and comparative examples 5-7
1. Evaluation of anti-inflammatory efficacy
The testing method comprises the following steps: the method selects the pro-inflammatory factor TNF-alpha as a detection index, uses LPS to stimulate cultured mouse macrophages, quantitatively detects the expression of the TNF-alpha in the culture supernatant, and examines the inhibition effect of acne-removing essence on the release of inflammatory factors.
Evaluation criteria: by calculating the inhibition rate (%) of TNF-alpha, the inhibition effect of the sample on inflammation was evaluated, and the higher the inhibition rate was, the better the inhibition effect on inflammation was proved.
The test results are shown in Table 8, and the anti-acne essence of examples 6-7 has better inhibition rate on inflammation than that of comparative examples 5-7. The acne-removing composition has the advantages that the composition plays a role in coordination and synergy, and has a good effect on inhibiting inflammation.
