Abstract
本发明公开了一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品,包括以下重量份数的原料:沙棘5‑10份、刺五加3‑8份、黑豆8‑12份、黑芝麻8‑12份、山药5‑10份、火麻仁5‑10份、黄豆12‑15份、维生素10‑20份、改性膳食纤维3‑8份、麦芽糊精3‑8份、β‑环状糊精2‑5份。本发明以常见食品种类为原料,纯天然无食品添加剂,制备得到的健康食品能够有效改善肠道功能并延缓衰老。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活节奏的日益加快,快餐行业的发展、垃圾食品的泛滥以及不规则的饮食习惯、较大的生活压力等,导致人们胃肠的健康问题成为当今社会关注的热点。肠胃是人体最重要的消化器官,它负责我们身体的食物消化和营养物质的吸收,肠胃功能一旦出现问题,就会使得食物无法正常吸收和消化,食物消化不良,会引起胃胀、胃痛、甚至胃膜发炎出血等症状,还会引起免疫力低下,身体消瘦的问题;并且肠胃问题容易导致新陈代谢紊乱、内分泌失调,出现皮肤色素沉着、产生黄褐斑等现象。
中医将包括胃肠道等重要器官在内的整个消化系统称为“脾胃”,中医认为,脾胃是“后天之本”。据《脾胃论》记载:“内伤脾胃,百病由生。”《金匮要略注》说:“五脏六腑之血,全赖脾气统摄。”《素问集注·五脏生成篇》所说:“脾主运化水谷之精,以生养肌肉,故主肉”。对于脾胃虚寒、脾胃虚弱、胃热素盛、气机阻滞等消化问题的患者,供选择的中药种类较多,但大多苦、涩,口感差,消费者往往难以长期坚持服用,导致最终治疗效果不佳。
针对上述现象,现有技术中大多是通过益生菌食品来改善胃肠道存在的问题,形式较为单一,局限性较大,而且目前用于改善肠道问题的食品大多都添加有防腐剂、香精等人工合成的添加剂,会进一步破坏体内益生菌群的生存与增殖,扰乱胃肠道环境。
因此,如何提供一种新型的能够有效改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种以常见食品种类为原料,且纯天然无食品添加剂的健康食品,能够有效改善肠道功能并延缓衰老。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品,包括以下重量份数的原料:沙棘5-10份、刺五加3-8份、黑豆8-12份、黑芝麻8-12份、山药5-10份、火麻仁5-10份、黄豆12-15份、维生素10-20份、改性膳食纤维3-8份、麦芽糊精3-8份、β-环状糊精2-5份。
在上述技术方案中,沙棘、刺五加相配伍,能够活血化瘀,祛痰止咳、助消化、健脾胃、气血双补,并且能够清除体内自由基,养心安神,在一定程度上增强记忆力,提高睡眠质量。
黑豆、黑芝麻能够促进消化、预防便秘,理气健脾、养血补胃,促进胃肠蠕动;山药含有丰富的淀粉酶、多酚氧化酶等物质,能促进消化,养护肠胃,与黑豆黑芝麻协同作用,能够有效改善肠道内有益细菌的数量,改善肠道环境;火麻仁对肠道起到润滑作用,能促进排便;黑豆、黄豆协同作用不仅能够促进消化、预防便秘,而且还能够调节内分泌,清除体内自由基,减少皮肤皱纹,恢复肌肤弹性,减少色素沉淀,并且具有一定的助眠和安神效果。
优选的,在上述一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品中,包括以下重量份数的原料:沙棘6-8份、刺五加4-6份、黑豆8-10份、黑芝麻8-10份、山药6-8份、火麻仁6-8份、黄豆12-15份、维生素12-18份、改性膳食纤维4-6份、麦芽糊精4-6份、β-环状糊精3-4份。
优选的,在上述一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品中,包括以下重量份数的原料:沙棘7份、刺五加5份、黑豆9份、黑芝麻9份、山药7份、火麻仁7份、黄豆13份、维生素15份、改性膳食纤维5份、麦芽糊精5份、β-环状糊精3份。
优选的,在上述一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品中,所述维生素为维生素C、维生素E中的任意一种或者两种的混合。
本发明还公开了上述改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黑豆、黑芝麻、山药、火麻仁、黄豆、麦芽糊精和β-环状糊精分别粉碎后过筛、混合,烘干,得到混合物粉末,备用;
(2)将沙棘、刺五加分别用饮用水浸泡一段时间后在沸水中煎煮2-3次,合并煎煮液、浓缩、喷雾干燥,得到混合物粉末,备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)得到的两种混合物粉末与改性膳食纤维、维生素混合均匀,称重、包装,即可。
本发明中的β-环状糊精对各原料起到一定的包埋作用,可以使得产品的形状更加稳定,保质期更长。
优选的,在上述一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品的制备方法中,步骤(1)中所述粉碎是粉碎至粒径小于0.3mm以下。
优选的,在上述一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品的制备方法中,步骤(1)中所述烘干温度为100-105℃,烘干时间为20-30min。
优选的,在上述一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品的制备方法中,步骤(2)中所述浸泡温度为40-50℃,浸泡时间为30-60min。
优选的,在上述一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品的制备方法中,步骤(2)中所述喷雾干燥的进风温度为130-150℃,出风温度为70-90℃,且喷雾干燥时间为3-5min。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开提供了一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品及其制备方法,具有以下有益效果:
本发明制备得到的健康食品为粉剂状,并且由于在制备过程中均经过了高温熟化处理,所以可根据个人习惯采用冷水、温水或者热水冲泡,食用方便;且没有添加任何食品添加剂,不会对胃肠道造成任何负担,不仅能够改善肠道菌群,显著提高人体免疫力,而且能够延缓衰老,提高记忆力,提高睡眠质量,适宜各年龄段的人群;
本发明改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品制备方法工艺简单、操作方便,对设备要求低,可工业化和规模化生产,并且由于结合包埋作用,使得产品形状更加稳定、保质期更长。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品,包括以下重量份数的原料:沙棘5份、刺五加3份、黑豆8份、黑芝麻8份、山药5份、火麻仁5份、黄豆12份、维生素C10份、改性膳食纤维3份、麦芽糊精3份、β-环状糊精2份。
实施例2
一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品,包括以下重量份数的原料:沙棘10份、刺五加8份、黑豆12份、黑芝麻12份、山药10份、火麻仁10份、黄豆15份、维生素E20份、改性膳食纤维8份、麦芽糊精8份、β-环状糊精5份。
实施例3
一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品,包括以下重量份数的原料:沙棘6份、刺五加4份、黑豆8份、黑芝麻8份、山药6份、火麻仁6份、黄豆12份、维生素C6份、维生素E6份、改性膳食纤维4份、麦芽糊精4份、β-环状糊精3份。
实施例4
一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品,包括以下重量份数的原料:沙棘8份、刺五加6份、黑豆10份、黑芝麻10份、山药8份、火麻仁8份、黄豆15份、维生素C7份、维生素E11份、改性膳食纤维6份、麦芽糊精6份、β-环状糊精4份。
实施例5
一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品,包括以下重量份数的原料:沙棘7份、刺五加5份、黑豆9份、黑芝麻9份、山药7份、火麻仁7份、黄豆13份、维生素E15份、改性膳食纤维5份、麦芽糊精5份、β-环状糊精3份。
实施例1-5用于改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品由以下方法制备得到:
(1)将黑豆、黑芝麻、山药、火麻仁、黄豆、麦芽糊精和β-环状糊精分别粉碎后过筛,得到粒径小于0.3mm的粉末,将各原料粉末混合,在100-105℃的条件下烘干20-30min,得到混合物粉末,备用;
(2)将沙棘、刺五加分别用饮用水在40-50℃浸泡30-60min后在沸水中煎煮2-3次,合并煎煮液、浓缩、喷雾干燥3-5min(进风温度为130-150℃,出风温度为70-90℃),得到混合物粉末,备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)得到的两种混合物粉末与改性膳食纤维、维生素混合均匀,称重、包装,即可。
志愿者选取:随机选取胃肠道疾病患者150例,其中男75例,女75例,年龄最大者65岁,年龄最小者12岁,平均年龄为35.7岁。
诊断标准:肠道功能紊乱,包括:常有腹痛、腹胀、肠鸣、腹泻和便秘,腹痛常因进食或冷饮而加重,在排便、排气、灌肠后减轻,且腹痛时伴有腹胀、排便不畅感或排便次数增加,粪便可稀可干等症状。
治疗方法:给予实施例5制备的改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品,每天冲服2袋,直接加入饮用水冲调后食用,坚持食用20天。
疗效评定标准:
治愈:腹痛、腹胀症状消失,排便通畅,随访6个月无复发;
显效:腹痛、腹胀症状消失,排便通畅;
好转:腹痛、腹胀症状减轻,排便通畅;
无效:症状无改善。
治疗效果:经治疗后疗效观察,150例肠道功能紊乱者,服用本发明改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品20天后,达到显效标准140例,好转9例,无效1例,总有效率为99.3%;且服用本发明的改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品后,志愿者的睡眠状况及皮肤状态均得到了明显的好转。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的方案而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。

1.一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:沙棘5-10份、刺五加3-8份、黑豆8-12份、黑芝麻8-12份、山药5-10份、火麻仁5-10份、黄豆12-15份、维生素10-20份、改性膳食纤维3-8份、麦芽糊精3-8份、β-环状糊精2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:沙棘6-8份、刺五加4-6份、黑豆8-10份、黑芝麻8-10份、山药6-8份、火麻仁6-8份、黄豆12-15份、维生素12-18份、改性膳食纤维4-6份、麦芽糊精4-6份、β-环状糊精3-4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:沙棘7份、刺五加5份、黑豆9份、黑芝麻9份、山药7份、火麻仁7份、黄豆13份、维生素15份、改性膳食纤维5份、麦芽糊精5份、β-环状糊精3份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品,其特征在于,所述维生素为维生素C、维生素E中的任意一种或者两种的混合。
5.一种权利要求1-4任一项所述的改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黑豆、黑芝麻、山药、火麻仁、黄豆、麦芽糊精和β-环状糊精分别粉碎后过筛、混合,烘干,得到混合物粉末,备用;
(2)将沙棘、刺五加分别用饮用水浸泡一段时间后在沸水中煎煮2-3次,合并煎煮液、浓缩、喷雾干燥,得到混合物粉末,备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)得到的两种混合物粉末与改性膳食纤维、维生素混合均匀,称重、包装,即可。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述粉碎是粉碎至粒径小于0.3mm以下。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述烘干温度为100-105℃,烘干时间为20-30min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述浸泡温度为40-50℃,浸泡时间为30-60min。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种改善肠道功能延缓衰老的健康食品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述喷雾干燥的进风温度为130-150℃,出风温度为70-90℃,且喷雾干燥时间为3-5min。
