背景技术
隐性饥饿是指机体由于营养不平衡或者缺乏某种维生素及人体必需的矿物质,同时又存在其他营养成分过度摄入,从而产生隐蔽性营养需求的饥饿症状,一般认为是一种因为无法保证正常营养成分吸收而导致的饥饿症状,重点在元素不平衡而不是饱腹方面的容积。
年全球约有18亿人在遭受隐性饥饿,中国隐性饥饿的人口达到3个亿,现代医学发现,70%的慢性疾病包括糖尿病、心血管疾病、癌症、肥胖症、亚健康等都与人体营养元素摄取的不均衡有关,“隐性饥饿”正成为人们健康的致命杀手。
最常见的隐性饥饿包括:缺铁、缺碘、缺锌,缺乏维生素和矿物质。长期缺乏维生素A,眼睛容易疲倦、干涩;维生素B1摄入不足会造成注意力不集中、忧郁以及记忆力衰退等;长期缺乏维生素、矿物质还可能引发心脏病及癌症;目前经济和科技发展迅速,但工作和生活节奏更加快速,吃饭都是比较冲忙,导致很多人营养元素摄取不均衡,导致一些隐性疾病。

步骤S1、将所有原材料经过隧道炉进行低温烘焙、并进行灭菌和脱水;
步骤S2、将所有熟化灭菌的原材料按照配方进行配料;
步骤S3、按照配方进行配比后的原料,进行充分搅拌;
步骤S4、按照配方进行配比,进行充分搅拌后的原料利用超微粉碎机进行碾磨,粗细度控制在80目以上;
步骤S5、将碾磨之后的粉进行灌装,制备成品。
在本发明内,水分控制不高于3%;
本发明口味良好,无特殊异味,且食用两周后具有调理脾胃、改善肠道菌群、保肝护肝的作用,能够调节人体机能,增强体质,提高机体抗病能力。

1.一种五行平衡御膳饮食配方,其特征在于,包括组分1和组分2;组分1包括按重量份数组成的糙米2-4份、小米2-4份、黑芝麻2-4份、燕麦2-4份、菊粉2-4份、花生2-4份、玉米2-4份、红薯2-4份、红米2-4份、红枣片2-4份、山药6-8份、藜麦3-5份、荞麦3-5份、大麦3-5份、小麦3-5份、高粱米3-5份、薏米3-5份、黑米3-5份;组分2包括按重量份数组成的低聚木糖3-5份、胡萝卜丁3-5份、苹果丁2-4份、火麻仁1份、莲子1份、魔芋粉1份、姜黄1份、罗汉果提取物1份、甘草1份、核桃仁2-4、白芝麻2-4份、青稞2-4份、赤小豆2-4、蚕豆2-4、绿豆2-4份、黄豆2-4份、黑豆2-4份、豌豆3-5份、鹰嘴豆 2-4份、茯苓1份、葛根2-4份、枸杞子2-4份、蒲公英1份、亚麻籽1份、芡实1份、决明子1份、南瓜子1份、菊花1份、山楂1份、金银花1份、百合1份、杏仁1份、黑桑葚1份、酸枣仁1份、紫菜1份、螺旋藻2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种五行平衡御膳饮食配方,其特征在于,组分1还包括按重量份数组成的粳米2-4份、白糯米1份、血糯米1份、西米1-3份、大黄米1份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种五行平衡御膳饮食配方,其特征在于,组分2还包括按重量份数组成的冬瓜子1份、西瓜籽葵花籽1份、苦瓜籽1份、香瓜籽2份、白菜籽2份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种五行平衡御膳饮食配方,其特征在于,组分2还包括按重量份数组成的白果2份、酸枣仁1份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种五行平衡御膳饮食配方,其特征在于,组分2还包括按重量份数组成的豇豆2份、花腰豆1份、白扁豆1份、赤小豆1份、黄豆1份、纳豆2份、花豆1份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种五行平衡御膳饮食配方,其特征在于,组分2还包括按重量份数组成的姜黄1份、枳棋子2份、油菜花粉1份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种五行平衡御膳饮食配方,其特征在于,组分2还包括按重量份数组成的香蕉干1份、马铃薯干1份、白薯干1份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种五行平衡御膳饮食配方,其特征在于,组分2还包括按重量份数组成的茅根1份、芦根2份、桂圆1份、淮山1份、藿香1份、覆盆子1份、薤白2份、榧子1份。
9.一种五行平衡御膳饮食配方的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、将所有原材料经过隧道炉进行低温烘焙、并进行灭菌和脱水;
步骤S2、将所有熟化灭菌的原材料按照配方进行配料;
步骤S3、按照配方进行配比后的原料,进行充分搅拌;
步骤S4、按照配方进行配比,进行充分搅拌后的原料利用超微粉碎机进行碾磨,粗细度控制在80目以上;
步骤S5、将碾磨之后的粉进行灌装,制备成品。
