背景技术:
随着经济社会的高速发展,人们体力活动减少导致的肥胖,生活节奏也在不断地加快,人们所承受的各种压力也在稳步上升,于是人体新陈代谢的平衡可能会遭到破坏而导致糖尿病、高血脂发生。生活方式病在快速增加,过于精细的主食成为糖尿病,高血脂的元凶之一。
发明内容:
为了解决上述现实生活中人们存在的问题,本发明提供了一种调节血糖血脂增强体质的面条配方。本发明对人体有明显调节血糖血脂的疗效。正常人常期用来做主食可有效减少糖尿病高血脂的发生,同时增强体质。可以让糖尿病人保健、降低血糖含量,有效平稳血糖,降低血脂。而且原料来源广泛,成本不高。

面条配方各组份作用及实验数据:
魔芋:中国早在两千多年前就开始栽培魔芋了,食用历史也相当悠久。相传很久以前,四川峨眉山的道士,用魔芋块茎淀粉生产的雪魔芋豆腐,色棕黄,其形酷似多孔海绵,味道鲜美,饶有风味,为峨眉山一珍品。后来,魔芋从中国传到日本,深受日本人所喜爱,几乎每户每餐必食之,直到现在也仍然是日本民间最受欢迎的风雅食品,而且日本厚生省还明确规定中小学生配餐中必须有魔芋食品。
日本有1500多年的种植和食用历史,有100多年的魔芋精粉加工史,而中国虽有2000多年的民间栽种历史,但真正的魔芋精粉加工只是八十年代中期才开始。同时,日本已是世界上最大的魔芋食品消费国家。
据《本草纲目》记载,2000多年前祖先就用魔芋来治病。魔芋含有十六种氨基酸,十种矿物质微量元素和丰富的食物纤维,对防治糖尿病,高血脂有特效;魔芋低热、低脂、低糖,对预防和治疗结肠癌、乳腺癌、肥胖症的人群可以说是一种上等的既饱口福、又治病健体的食品,还可以防治多种肠胃消化系统的多种常见慢性疾病,由此可见,魔芋是一种″天赐良药″,食用起来有百利而无一害。
营养成分
魔芋含淀粉35%,蛋白质3%,以及多种维生素和钾、磷、硒等矿物质元素,还含有人类所需要的魔芋多糖,即葡甘露聚糖高达30%。魔芋属的一些种类块茎富含魔芋多糖,尤其是白魔芋、花魔芋品种含量高达50-65%。
作用
魔芋的营养保健作用就是发挥膳食纤维对营养不平衡的调节作用,如防治便秘、降血脂、降血糖、减肥健美等。另外,它还可用于制作隐形眼镜和医疗光学制品;在护眼液中加魔芋葡甘聚糖,能够防止眼睛和隐形镜片的干燥。魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶消毒后可用于止血和促进伤口愈合;还可将其制成降血脂、降血糖、减肥、通便等药物。

苦荞:苦荞即苦荞麦,学名鞑靼荞麦(鞑靼,读音dádá,是对中国古代北方少数民族的统称),别名荞叶七、野兰荞、万年荞、菠麦、乌麦、花荞。比甜荞即荞麦的营养价值高出很多。特别是生物类黄酮的含量是荞麦的13.5倍。

桑叶:桑叶是桑科植物桑的干燥叶。初霜后采收,除去杂质,晒干而得,是一种发散风热药,既可内服,也可外敷。其性寒,味甘、苦,有疏散风热、清肺润燥、清肝明目的功效,可治疗风热感冒,肺热燥咳,头晕头痛,目赤昏花的病症。
现代中、西医把桑叶和桑叶生物制剂作为改善糖尿病及其他各种疑难杂症的药物而使用,认为其药效极为广泛。有清肺润燥、止咳、去热、化痰、治盗汗;补肝、清肝明目、治疗头晕眼花、失眠、消除眼部疲劳;消肿、清血‘治疗痢疾、腹痛、减肥、除脚气、利大、小肠;抗应激、凉血、降血压、降血脂、预防心肌梗塞、脑溢血、祛头痛、长发;降血糖、抗糖病等。抗衰老、抗疲劳作用
浙江大学临床药理研究所通过4年的实验(等,2004),证实桑叶具有类似于人参的补益和抗衰老作用。人参属于热补,而桑叶属于清补,无忌限,无论老幼均可使用,且四季皆宜。
另外,桑叶中所含的槲皮素、酚类化合物、维生素C等成分能通过抑制或清除自由基来防止氧化损伤。桑叶具有类似人参的补益与抗衰老、稳定神经系统功能的作用,能缓解生理变化引起的情绪激动,提高体内超氧化物歧化酶的活性,阻止体内有害物质的产生,减少或消除已经产生并积滞于体内的脂褐质(黄东等,2000)。桑叶能提高小鼠对高温刺激的耐受能力和防止由于应激刺激引起的肾上腺皮质分布功能低下,而当肾上腺功能低下时,桑叶可使之恢复正常。桑叶能延长小鼠游泳及转棒时间,具有增强机体耐力作用,能延长果蝇的寿命。能有效地清除生物氧化产生的超氧阴离子,具有延缓衰老的作用(唐法娣等,2000)。
古典论述
《本草蒙筌》:采经霜者煮汤,洗眼去风泪殊胜。盐捣敷蛇虫蜈蚣咬毒,蒸捣罯扑损瘀血带凝。煎代茶,消水肿脚浮,下气令关节利;研作散,汤调。止霍乱吐泻,出汗除风痹疼。炙和桑衣煎浓,治痢诸伤止血。
《本草备要》:甘寒,手足阳明之药。大肠、胃。凉血刀斧伤者,为末,干贴之妙。燥湿,去风明目。采经霜者煎汤洗眼,去风泪;洗手足,去风痹。桑叶、黑芝麻等分,蜜丸、名扶桑丸,除湿去风,乌须明目。末服止盗汗,严州有僧,每就枕,汗出遍身,比旦,衣被皆透,二十年不能疗。监寺教采带露桑叶,焙干为末,空心米饮下二钱,数日而愈。代茶止消渴。
《本经逢原》:桑叶清肺胃,去风明目。取经霜者煎汤,洗风眼下泪。同黑芝麻蜜丸久服,须发不白,不老延年。《本经》言除寒热出汗,即《大明》蒸熟捣盦风痛出汗之谓。煎饮利五脏,通关节下气。煎酒服,治一切风。桑根烧灰淋汁,与石灰点面上风,灭痣,去恶肉。
《本草崇原》:《夷坚志》云:严州山寺有一游僧,形体羸瘦,饮食甚少,每夜就枕,遍身汗出,迨旦衣皆湿透,如此二十年无药能疗,期待尽耳。监寺僧曰:吾有药绝验,为汝治之,三日宿疾顿愈,其方单用桑叶一味,乘露采摘,焙干碾末,每用二钱,空腹温米饮调服。或值桑落时,干者亦堪用,但力不如新采者,桑叶是止盗汗之药,非发汗药。《本经》盖谓桑叶主治能除寒热,并除出汗也。恐人误读作发汗解。故表而明之。
《本草求真》:清肺泻胃,凉血燥湿,去风明目,《圣济录》治吐血不止,晚桑叶焙研,凉茶服三钱,只一服止,后用补肝肺药。《千金方》治头发不长,用桑叶、麻叶煮泔水沐之,七次可长数尺。《集简》治风眼下泪,用腊月不落桑叶煎汤,日日温洗,或入芒硝。扶桑丸除风湿,乌须明目,用黑芝麻同桑叶等分为丸。震亨曰:经霜桑叶研末,米饮服,止盗汗。[10]
《得配本草》:甘,寒。入手足阳明经。清西方之燥,泻东方之实。去风热,利关节,疏肝,止汗。得生地、麦冬,治劳热。配生地、阿胶,治嗽血。肝燥者禁用。
《本草经解》:桑叶气寒,秉天冬寒之水气,入足太阳寒水膀胱经;味苦甘有小毒,得地中南火土之味,而有燥湿之性,入手少阴心经、足太阴脾经。气味降多于升,阴也。
太阳者,行身之表,而为一身之藩者也,太阳本寒标热,所以太阳病,则发寒热。桑叶入太阳,苦能清,甘能和,故降寒热。汁者,心之液,得膀胱气化而出者也,桑叶入膀胱而有燥湿之性,所以出汗也。”
《本草新编》:桑叶之功,更佳于桑皮,最善补骨中之髓、添肾中之精,止身中之汗,填脑明目,活血生津,种子安胎,调和血脉,通利关节,止霍乱吐泻,除风湿寒痹,消水肿脚浮,老男人可以扶衰却老,老妇人可以还少生儿。…桑叶采叶如茶,种大者第一,再大者次之,再小者又次之。与其小,无宁大也。过大,则止可煎汤以入药,有堪为丸散矣。洗目,宜取老桑叶,自落者无用矣。
《本草分经》:苦甘而凉。滋燥凉血,止血去风,清泄少阳之气热。
《新编中药志》:味苦、甘、性寒。有散风清热、清肺润燥、凉血明目功能。用于风热感冒、肺热咳嗽、头痛、头昏、目赤、眩晕、血热吐血。
苦瓜粉:主要功效
1、保健功能
苦瓜粉性寒味苦,具有清暑祛热、明目解毒、养血益气等功效,对热病烦渴、中暑、痢疾、目赤、痈肿丹毒、恶疮等有食疗作用;此外,苦瓜中含有的有效成份“植物胰岛素”,即苦瓜苷,能安全、平稳降低血糖,重要的是改善胰岛腺功能修复B细胞,对并发症有明显的改善作用,同时具有调节血脂、降低血脂的作用,还能使胰岛素细胞活性增强,自身调节血糖的能力地增强,加速血糖氧化,符合人体代谢的自然规律;苦瓜另一个作用是清暑除烦、解,、明目、益气壮阳,平时吃苦瓜可以清毒,降火,并且苦瓜还有″植物胰岛素″的美誉,能够预防和改善糖尿病的并发症,具有调节血脂并提高免疫力的作用。
2、瘦身功能
一根苦瓜里含有0.4%贵如黄金的减肥特效成分——高能清脂素,这种被誉为“脂肪杀手”的特效成分能使摄取的脂肪和多糖减少40%-60%左右;实验证实,每天服用一毫克该成分,可阻止100克左右的脂肪吸收,并使腰围瘦小2毫米之多……药理研究证实,高能清脂素不进入人体血液,只作用于人体吸收脂肪的重要部位——小肠,通过改变肠细胞网孔,阻止脂肪、多糖等高热量大分子物质的吸收,从而加速体内小分子营养的吸收,又不参与人体代谢,所以无任何毒副作用。
3、药用功能
苦瓜粉中含有的“多肽-P”,对糖尿病如同胰岛素一样有效,并可取而代之作为糖尿病的治疗药物。物质基础可能包括甾甙、皂甙、肽类物质。苦瓜粉中所含的苦瓜蛋白,可提高机体的免疫功能,促进免疫细胞消灭癌细胞,这种蛋白脂类物质可能成为治疗癌症的新药;活性成分主要是蛋白质、皂甙。苦瓜素有抗艾滋病病毒的作用,抗病毒蛋白MAP30有望开发成一种新型的治疗艾滋病的药物。苦瓜中含有一种有避孕作用的物质,α-苦瓜素、β-苦瓜素可引起怀孕小鼠早期、中期流产或致畸。

葛根:药理作用
1、葛根素具有扩张冠状动脉和脑动脉的作用,可降低血脂,能显著增加缺血组织的血液供应量。

本发明的有益效果是:一种调节血糖血脂增强体质的面条配方,本发明对人体有明显调节血糖血脂的疗效。正常人常期用来做主食可有效减少糖尿病高血脂的发生,同时增强体质。可以让糖尿病人保健、降低血糖含量,有效平稳血糖,降低血脂。而且原料来源广泛,成本不高。
具体实施方式:
一种调节血糖血脂增强体质的面条配方,所述配方的组份比例为:魔芋5% 小麦粉86% 苦荞粉5% 苦瓜粉2% 桑叶粉2% 葛根粉0.5%
将上魔芋5% 小麦粉86% 苦荞粉5% 苦瓜粉2% 桑叶粉2%,葛根粉0.5%先用魔芋精粉水溶液配料注入小麦粉,桑叶粉,苦瓜粉和盐,采取真空和面,之后熟化,低温烘培。以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关工作人员完全可以在不偏离本项发明技术思想的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术性范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

1.一种调节血糖血脂增强体质的面条配方,其特征在于:所述配方的组份比例为魔芋5% 小麦粉86% 苦荞粉5% 苦瓜粉2% 桑叶粉2% 葛根粉0.5%,将魔芋5% 小麦粉86%苦荞粉5% 苦瓜粉2% 桑叶粉2%,葛根粉0.5%先用魔芋精粉水溶液配料注入小麦粉,桑叶粉,苦瓜粉和盐,采取真空和面,之后熟化,低温烘培。
