The leaf wilting starts to appear 1 month later in the control group, the leaves are partially shed after 2 months, one of the leaves is completely shed, and 5 leaves are completely killed after 3 months.
Wherein:
the picture of aquilaria sinensis seedlings after the first day of water culture is shown in fig. 2, wherein the left side is the aquilaria sinensis seedlings for experiment, and the right side is the aquilaria sinensis seedlings for control group.
The picture of aquilaria sinensis seedlings after one month of water culture is shown in fig. 3, wherein the left side is the aquilaria sinensis seedlings for experiment, and the right side is the aquilaria sinensis seedlings for control group.
The rooting condition after one month of water culture is shown as 14, and as can be seen from figure 14, the rooting effect of aquilaria sinensis in the embodiment is the best.
The picture of aquilaria sinensis seedlings after three months of water culture is shown in fig. 4, wherein the left side is the aquilaria sinensis seedlings for experiment, and the right side is the aquilaria sinensis seedlings for control group.
As shown in FIG. 5, the photographs of aquilaria sinensis seedlings after six months of water culture show that the growth effect of aquilaria sinensis is the best in the present example after six months from the control group and examples 1-3.
As can be seen from fig. 2-5 and fig. 14, compared with the tap water control, since the tap water does not contain aspirin and sugar-soaked garlic water, it cannot resist bacteria and corrosion, and can not provide the nutrition required by aquilaria sinensis seedlings, as time goes by, the aquilaria sinensis seedlings do not have new fibrous roots growing, part of the plants have root rot, the trunk shrinks and dries up, the leaves gradually fall off, finally, the leaves all fall off, mosquitoes are bred, the consumption of dissolved oxygen in water is high, and the death of the trees is aggravated.
The prescription of the invention adds aspirin and sugar-soaked garlic water at the same time, because aspirin can release salicylic acid and acetic acid in water, it has the functions of antibiosis and antisepsis, the sugar-soaked garlic water is rich in vitamins, calcium, iron, selenium and other microelements, also rich in a plurality of amino acids, it can provide the nutrient elements and microelements needed by the growth and development of tree body, induce new fibrous root and tender leaf to grow out, in addition, the garlicin can prevent the breeding of mosquito, increase the dissolved oxygen in water, at the same time, it also has the function of sterilization, and prevent the root system from pathological changes and rotting.
During the aquilaria sinensis seedling soil culture, the aquilaria sinensis seedlings can grow in acidic sandy loam, laterite and yellow loam (the pH value is 4.5-6.5), but the aquilaria sinensis seedlings in the invention need to grow slowly and are not suitable to grow too fast because the aquilaria sinensis seedlings are used as ornamental plants, so in order to prevent the aquilaria sinensis seedlings from growing too fast, an alkaline solution is added into the aquilaria sinensis seedling culture solution in the application, the pH value of the aquilaria sinensis seedling culture solution is made to be alkalescent, however, the aquilaria sinensis seedling culture solution can be gradually acidified along with the growth of the aquilaria sinensis seedlings and just can reach a proper pH value suitable for the growth of the aquilaria sinensis seedlings, and therefore, the aquilaria sinensis seedlings can be kept at a slow growth speed by initially adjusting the aquilaria sinensis water culture solution to be alkalescent, and can be used as water culture ornamental plants.
In addition, due to hot weather in the south, acidic nutrient solution is easy to ferment to cause the smell of the nutrient solution, the surface layer has mucous membrane, the dissolved oxygen amount of water is reduced, the eutrophication of the water is caused, and the like, so the initial alkalescent nutrient solution can also avoid the conditions.
Example 2

The aquilaria sinensis water culture method specifically comprises the following operation methods:
(1) preparing aquilaria sinensis saplings: 15 bagged seedlings of 1-year-old healthy aquilaria sinensis seeds are randomly selected in 5 months in 2020, the height is 35-50 cm, 10 seedlings are used for the test, 5 seedlings are used for a common control group, tap water is adopted for the control group, and no medicine is added.
(2) Container, tray and fixture preparation: a commercially available 2.5L water culture glass container and a self-contained plastic tray are selected, a little cobblestones are prepared, and the water culture glass container and the self-contained plastic tray are disinfected and cleaned by 0.3 percent potassium permanganate disinfectant before use.
(3) Preparing a hydroponic solution: according to the weight ratio of garlic, white sugar and tap water of 5: 4: 50, sealing and soaking for 2 months to prepare the garlic water soaked with sugar; preparing 2L of exposed or placed tap water for each container, adjusting pH of the hydroponic liquid to 7.0 with NaOH according to aspirin 20mg and sugar-soaked garlic water 10mL to obtain hydroponic liquid, pouring the hydroponic liquid into a hydroponic glass container, and placing a matched plastic tray (with the depth of about 1/2 of the glass container) into the glass container.
(4) Planting: removing root soil from selected aquilaria sinensis saplings, cleaning with clear water, soaking in 0.05% potassium permanganate solution for 5min for disinfection, placing in a plastic tray to soak the roots in the hydroponic liquid, and adding a certain amount of cobblestones to fix the plant roots.
(5) Managing after planting: the hydroponic culture solution is changed for 1 time every 3 months, the formula of the hydroponic culture solution is the same as that of the hydroponic culture solution, and glassware, a plastic tray and cobblestones are disinfected and cleaned by 0.3 percent potassium permanganate disinfectant.
(6) Environmental parameters: continuously observing for 6 months at 27-35 deg.C and humidity of 55-80%.
(7) The results are summarized as follows: and continuously observing for 6 months, wherein part of the plants in the test group have wilting leaves and fall off in 1 month, 10 leaves are recovered to stand after 2 months, most of the plants survive and grow well after 3 months, and most of the plants grow new tender leaves after 6 months. The leaf wilting starts to appear 1 month later in the control group, the leaves are partially shed after 2 months, one of the leaves is completely shed, and 5 leaves are completely killed after 3 months.
Wherein:
aquaculture Aquilaria sinensis seedlings on the first day are shown in FIG. 10, in which the experimental Aquilaria sinensis seedlings are on the left and the control Aquilaria sinensis seedlings are on the right.
