本发明的课题是在不对包装材料施加较大负荷的前提下,对连续行进而成形为筒状的片状的包装材料的熔接部的密封不良进行检测。
(用于解决课题的技术方案)
本发明的第一发明的包装体制造装置是通过密封单元将形成为筒状的片状的包装材料的重叠部进行熔接来制造包装体的包装体制造装置,具备:引导构件,其将形成为筒状的包装材料进行引导;检测片,其在所述密封单元的下游沿熔接后的包装材料的熔接部以能摆动的方式安装于所述引导构件;施力单元,其对所述检测片朝所述引导构件的向外方向施力;以及检测单元,其对所述检测片基于所述施力单元的作用力而被推出至比熔接部靠外侧之处的情况进行检测。
本发明的第二发明的包装体制造装置是在第一发明的基础上,所述包装体制造装置具备判定单元,在所述检测片被推出至比熔接部靠外侧之处时,所述判定单元判定为熔接部已发生密封不良。
本发明的第三发明的包装体制造装置是在第一发明或第二发明的基础上,所述检测单元是对所述检测片的前端接近的情况进行检测的接近传感器。
本发明的第四发明的包装体制造装置是在第三发明的基础上,所述检测片的前端朝向熔接部而形成为凸状。
(发明效果)
根据本发明,能够在不对包装材料施加较大负荷的前提下,对连续行进而成形为筒状的片状的包装材料的熔接部的密封不良进行检测。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图来说明本发明的实施方式。图1是本发明的一实施方式的包装体制造装置的立体图。图2的(a)是将包装材料卷绕成圆筒形的引导部周边的主视图,图2的(b)是其侧视图。
本实施方式的包装体制造装置10是如下装置:将连续供给的片状的作为无纺布的包装材料S卷绕于圆筒形的引导构件12的周围,将纵向的重叠部分熔断(纵向密封)形成圆筒状的包装体,然后将包装体横向熔断,填充内容物,进行横向熔断来制造四面体形的提取袋,这样的装置例如根据专利第5240482号等(在此,此处的熔断是指,与熔接同时地切断)而是现有公知的。在本实施方式中,引导构件12还起到将用于填充到包装体中的内容物供给至包装体内的填充喷嘴的功能。例如,在直立配置的引导构件12的上端配置有将内容物供给至引导构件12内的料斗14。
将从侧方作为带状的片材而供给的包装材料S弯折、且沿引导构件12的周围卷绕的周知的成型机引导件16以包围引导构件12的周围的方式配置于引导构件12的上方部。从侧方供给的包装材料S通过成型机引导件16向下方弯折,且进行卷绕以包围圆筒状的引导构件12的周围,成形为圆筒状。此时,带状的包装材料S的两侧边以使内侧面彼此紧密接触的方式,沿引导构件12的长度方向以重叠部分相应的量而重叠为给定宽度(重叠部)。随后,将包装材料S维持相同的状态而沿引导构件12向下方输送。
在成型机引导件16的下方(下游),在与包装材料S的重叠部对应的位置处,与引导构件12相邻地配置有密封装置(密封单元)18。密封装置18例如是用于熔断重叠部的装置,具备超声波变幅杆18A和与超声波变幅杆18A对置的砧18B。超声波变幅杆18A和砧18B配置为从两侧对沿引导构件12行进的包装材料S的重叠部进行包夹。包装材料S的重叠部在超声波变幅杆18A与砧18B之间经过从而被熔断(熔接部M)。
此外,在本实施方式的引导构件12,在密封装置18的下方(下游)且与包装材料S的熔接部M对应的位置处,设置有检测挡块(dog)(检测片)20。图3的(a)、图3的(b)是表示检测挡块20的2种状态的放大侧视图。
检测挡块20以沿熔接部M的方式沿着引导构件12的长度方向进行配置。检测挡块20的上端部(上游端)按能以水平轴为中心进行摆动的方式安装于引导构件12的侧面,且被未图示的施力构件施力以将下端部(下游端)推出至外侧。图3的(a)示出检测挡块20被作用力推出到外侧的状态。图3的(b)示出检测挡块20与作用力对抗而被按压于引导构件12的状态。此外,在检测挡块20的上端部形成抵接部20A,该抵接部20A在朝熔接部M摆动时(图3的(a)的状态)与引导构件12抵接而对摆动的角度进行限制。
图4为引导构件周边的侧视图,示出检测挡块从成形为圆筒状的包装材料S的熔接部M突出的状态。在与检测挡块20的下端部大致相同的高度,在与引导构件12相隔给定距离的位置处,将接近传感器22配置为与检测挡块20对置。接近传感器22通过对检测挡块20的下端部已接近的情况进行检测,来检测检测挡块20已被推出至外侧(检测单元)。来自接近传感器22的信号被送往未图示的控制部。
此外,在与检测挡块20的下端部大致相同的高度,配置有沿引导构件12向下方输送形成为筒状的包装材料S的一对传送辊24。一对传送辊24例如在图2的(a)的正视图中配置为从左右包夹引导构件12,且以相同的速度绕水平轴以相反的方向进行旋转。环绕引导构件12的圆筒状的包装材料S在引导构件12的两侧被夹于引导构件12和输送辊24之间,与输送辊24同步向下方进行输送。
此外,在比引导构件12的下端部靠下游侧之处,设置有以横穿长度方向轴的方式将成形为圆筒状的包装材料S夹入进行熔断(横向密封)的横向密封装置,横向密封后,在引导构件12内经过而供给内容物,并对该密封部之上积累的内容物的上方再进行横向密封,从而制造将内容物密封于四面体形状的提取袋中的包装体。此外,在本实施方式中,内容物例如是绿茶、红茶等。
在利用密封装置18适当熔接了重叠部(重叠部分)的情况下,检测挡块20抵抗作用力而被压入圆筒状的包装材料S内,且大致沿引导构件12的长度方向进行配置,但在未适当熔接的情况下,检测挡块20的下端部基于旋转作用力而在包装材料S的两侧缘部(重叠部)之间被朝外侧推出。由此,接近传感器22检测到挡块20的下端部,控制部判定为在熔接部M已发生密封不良(判定单元)。
如上所述,根据本实施方式,能够在不对包装材料施加较大负荷的前提下,对连续行进而成形为筒状的片状的包装材料的熔接部的密封不良进行检测。
接着,参照图5的侧视图来说明本实施方式的变形例。在变形例中,检测挡片的形状与实施方式不同,其他构成与实施方式相同,故使用相同的标号,并省略其说明。
如图5所示,变形例的检测挡块26在下端部具备朝熔接部M突出为凸状的突起部26A。突起部26A的前端例如形成为圆弧状,使得与圆筒状的包装材料S的内周面之间的摩擦小。突起部26A和圆筒状的包装材料S的内周面摩擦变小,例如形成圆弧状。即使在熔接部M仅开小孔的情况下,突起部26A也能从包装材料突出而被接近传感器22检测到,因此能够更高精度地检测密封不良。
此外,尽管在本实施方式中说明了以无纺布作为包装材料来制造收容有茶叶、红茶等内容物的四面体形状的提取袋的装置,但不限于此,也可以是使用树脂制的片材来制造收容有液体的以三边密封、四边密封的方式密封的袋状的包装体的装置等。

Claims (4)

1.一种包装体制造装置,通过密封单元将形成为筒状的片状的包装材料的重叠部进行熔接来制造包装体,其特征在于,
所述包装体制造装置具备:
引导构件,其将形成为筒状的包装材料进行引导;
检测片,其在所述密封单元的下游沿熔接后的包装材料的熔接部以能摆动的方式安装于所述引导构件;
施力单元,其对所述检测片朝所述引导构件的向外方向施力;以及
检测单元,其对所述检测片基于所述施力单元的作用力而被推出至比熔接部靠外侧之处的情况进行检测。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装体制造装置,其特征在于,
所述包装体制造装置具备判定单元,在所述检测片被推出至比熔接部靠外侧之处时,所述判定单元判定为熔接部已发生密封不良。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的包装体制造装置,其特征在于,
所述检测单元是对所述检测片的前端接近的情况进行检测的接近传感器。
4.根据权利要求3所述的包装体制造装置,其特征在于,
所述检测片的前端朝向熔接部而形成为凸状。
