Comparative preparation example 2
This comparative preparation example provides a whitening and moisturizing composition, which is identical to preparation example 1 except that the raw materials do not contain ubiquinone, niacinamide, diglucosylgallic acid, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, undaria pinnatifida extract and alpha-arbutin, and a reduced portion is distributed to sodium metabisulfite.

Example 1
The embodiment provides an emulsion, which comprises the following specific raw materials in percentage by mass:
preparation example 1 provides a whitening and moisturizing composition 25%, disodium EDTA 0.06%, isostearyl alcohol 1%, polydimethylsiloxane 6%, and the balance water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing water, glycerol, EDTA disodium and sodium hyaluronate, heating to 82 ℃, and stirring to obtain a water phase;
(2) mixing isostearyl alcohol, polydimethylsiloxane and sodium metabisulfite, heating to 82 ℃, and stirring to obtain an oil phase;
(3) mixing the water phase obtained in step (1) and the oil phase obtained in step (2), homogenizing at 2500r/min, cooling to 45 deg.C, and mixing with arginine, ubiquinone, nicotinamide, diglucosylgallic acid, Glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, Undaria pinnatifida extract, and alpha-arbutin to obtain the emulsion.
Example 2
The embodiment provides an emulsion, which comprises the following specific raw materials in percentage by mass:

Comparative examples 1 to 2
Comparative examples 1 to 2 each provide an emulsion, and the specific materials were identical to those of example 1 except that the whitening and moisturizing composition provided in preparation example 1 was replaced with the whitening and moisturizing composition provided in comparative preparation examples 1 to 2, respectively, in equal amounts.

115 healthy Chinese female subjects with dark, dark yellow and uneven facial skin are selected, the age range is 25-60 years, and the average age is 46.3 +/-5.6 years. the results show that the emulsion prepared from the whitening and moisturizing composition provided by the invention has obvious moisturizing, whitening and blackening effects; comparing example 1 with examples 19-21, it can be seen that the present invention further increases the moisture content of the stratum corneum of the skin, decreasing the amount of transdermal moisture loss by selecting a specific combination of humectants; compared with the comparative examples 1 and 1-2, the invention has the advantages that the antioxidant and the skin conditioner are compounded and have synergistic effect, so that the melanin value of the skin at the color spot part is obviously reduced, the melanin value of the skin at the non-color spot part is also reduced to a certain extent, and the whitening and skin brightening effects are excellent; comparing examples 1, 4-6, it can be seen that the present invention further improves the whitening and anti-tanning effect of the emulsion by optimizing the combination of specific skin conditioning agents; comparing examples 1 and 7-18, the invention can find that the combination of ubiquinone, nicotinamide, diglucosylgallic acid, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, undaria pinnatifida extract and alpha-arbutin can further improve the melanin removing effect of the emulsion by synergistic action.
In addition, each test data of example 1 was subjected to significance analysis and p values were calculated, and the results are shown in fig. 1-4, where n.s., represent p >0.05, p <0.01, and p <0.001, respectively.
The product provided by the invention can obviously increase the moisture content of the horny layer of the face, improve the moisture loss of the cheek, improve the barrier function of the skin, obviously reduce the melanin of a color spot part and brighten the skin.
The applicant states that the present invention is described by the above examples to describe the whitening and moisturizing composition and the application thereof, but the present invention is not limited to the above examples, that is, it does not mean that the present invention is implemented only by relying on the above examples. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.

Claims (10)

1. The whitening and moisturizing composition is characterized by comprising 8-12 parts of a moisturizing agent, 4-8 parts of a thickening agent, 0.2-1 part of an antioxidant and 5-9 parts of a skin conditioning agent in parts by weight;
the skin conditioner comprises one or a combination of at least two of allantoin, ubiquinone, niacinamide, diglucosylgallic acid, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, undaria pinnatifida extract, alpha-arbutin, ceramide NP, ceramide EOP, ceramide AP, centella asiatica extract, polygonum cuspidatum root extract, scutellaria baicalensis root extract, chamomile flower extract or rosemary leaf extract.
2. The whitening and moisturizing composition of claim 1, wherein the moisturizer comprises any one or a combination of at least two of glycerin, butylene glycol, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, sodium hyaluronate, or ethylhexyl glycerin, preferably a combination of glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, and ethylhexyl glycerin;
preferably, the thickener comprises any one or a combination of at least two of carbomer, xanthan gum or ethylcellulose.
3. Whitening and moisturizing composition according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said antioxidants comprise sodium metabisulphite and/or tocopheryl acetate;
preferably, the skin conditioner is a combination of ubiquinone, niacinamide, diglucosylgallic acid, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, undaria pinnatifida extract, and alpha-arbutin;
preferably, the whitening and moisturizing composition further comprises 0.08-0.2 part by weight of a pH regulator, wherein the pH regulator comprises any one or a combination of at least two of arginine, citric acid or sodium citrate.
4. Use of the whitening and moisturizing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 in the preparation of cosmetics.
5. An emulsion, which is characterized by comprising 17.28 to 30.2 parts by weight of the whitening and moisturizing composition as defined in any one of claims 1 to 3, 0.04 to 0.08 part by weight of a metal ion blocking agent, 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of an emulsifier, 4 to 8 parts by weight of an emollient and water.
6. The emulsion of claim 5, wherein the metal ion blocking agent comprises disodium EDTA;
preferably, the emulsifier comprises any one or a combination of at least two of isostearyl alcohol, butylene glycol cocoate, glyceryl stearate or PEG-100 stearate;
preferably, the emollient comprises any one or combination of at least two of polydimethylsiloxane, squalane or jojoba seed oil.
7. The emulsion of claim 5 or 6, further comprising 0.02 to 0.06 parts by weight of a preservative comprising butylated hydroxytoluene.
8. A process for the preparation of an emulsion according to any one of claims 5 to 7, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing water, a humectant, a metal ion locking agent and a thickening agent, and heating to obtain a water phase;
(2) mixing emulsifier, emollient and antioxidant, and heating to obtain oil phase;
(3) mixing the water phase obtained in the step (1) and the oil phase obtained in the step (2) for homogenization, then cooling, and mixing with a skin conditioner to obtain the emulsion;
the step (1) and the step (2) do not distinguish the sequence.
9. The method of preparing an emulsion according to claim 8, wherein the temperature raising to the temperature in step (1) and step (2) is independently 80 to 85 ℃;
preferably, the mixing of step (2) further comprises mixing with a preservative;
preferably, the mixing with the skin conditioning agent of step (3) further comprises mixing with a pH adjusting agent.
10. The process for the preparation of an emulsion according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that, preferably, the temperature reduction of step (3) is carried out to a temperature of 44-46 ℃;
preferably, the homogenizing rate in step (3) is 2000-3000 r/min.
