技术领域
本发明涉及热敏发色材料在水洗唛的应用领域,具体涉及一种基于热敏发色技术的水洗织物结构。
背景技术
目前服装等行业使用的水洗唛标签,通常在基础织物上进行系列处理涂布后做成水洗唛原胚布,再用碳带打印或喷墨打印或油墨印刷方式制成各种水洗唛标签,其缺点是无论碳带打印还是喷墨打印、油墨印刷,都需要使用碳带或者墨盒、油墨、染料等其它显色方式,不仅使用不便,使用成本高,而且使用后的碳带,墨盒成为废物,造成大量固体废物产生。
同时,碳带打印激光、喷墨打印机价格高昂,维修成本高,而可以进行数码打印的设备要几万甚至几十万元一台。而普通热敏打印机不仅体积小,使用方便,只要几千甚至几百元就可实现可变显色打印。
热敏发色技术是热敏成色剂和热敏显色剂在一定温度下发生化学反应生成新的发色物质而显色,但传统热敏发色技术都是将成色剂,显色剂研磨成细小颗粒直接涂布,这样生产的布制品不仅不耐摩擦,水洗,也不耐高温,无法在水洗唛标签上广泛应用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种基于热敏发色技术的水洗织物结构。该水洗织物结构可直接进行热敏打印,耐摩擦、水洗及高温及彩色,能够在水洗唛标签上广泛应用。
为了实现本发明的目的,所采用的技术方案是:
一种基于热敏发色技术的水洗织物结构,包括:
基础胚布层,将所述基础胚布层表面进行水洗或碱洗预处理得预处理基础胚布层;
在所述预处理基础胚布层上涂布底层涂布材料层,烘干后得底层涂布层;
将热敏涂层涂布在所述预处理基础胚布层上烘干后得热敏发色层;
将保护涂层涂布在所述热敏发色层上,烘干后得所述水洗织物结构;
所述的基础胚布层为棉、麻、丝、合成纤维或混纺纤维材质的基础胚布层;
所述的底层涂布材料层包括起支撑作用的骨架结构以及填充在所述骨架结构的空隙或周围的粘合材料;
所述热敏涂层为成色剂或显色剂混合而成的细小颗粒结构层,热敏成色剂和热敏显色剂质量比在100:50-200.当成色剂用量增加时,显色密度增加,显色剂用量根据成色剂性能和成色剂的制成方式和涂布方式的变化有所不同。显色剂用量超过一定比例时,显色密度不在增加,热敏发色层耐水,耐温和耐油性能反而变差。
或所述热敏涂层为成色剂、显色剂或增感剂混合而成的细小颗粒结构层,增感剂的增加是为了降低热敏发色温度,其使用量可为成色剂的0-100%。当但当成色剂过大时,热敏温度变得不可控。

通过预处理以达到除尘,除油,除脂的目的,使织物和后续的底层涂料结合更加紧密牢固。

所述其他助剂为甲醇。
所述填料优选为碳酸钙,所述粘合材料优选为聚丙烯酸。

材料制备:
1.底层涂料制备如下:
聚丙烯酸 30g;
甲醇 30g;
碳酸钙 60g;
将聚丙烯酸在甲醇中加热入境,加热碳酸钙超细粉末,搅拌均匀制成底涂液。
2.热敏涂层制备如下:
将30g3-二乙基6-甲基-7苯氨基荧烷溶于50g二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯中,加热溶解,慢慢加入200g 10% PVA水溶液中,高速搅拌分散2小时,加热至100度反应5小时制成成色剂复合体A液;
将50g双酚S,60g10% PVA 加入球磨机中,磨至1 微米以下颗粒制成显色剂B液;
将30g 1,2二苯基乙二醚,50g10% PVA加入球磨机中,磨至1 微米以下制成增感剂C液;
将成色剂A液,显色剂B液,增感剂C液混合,加1g环氧树脂乳化剂乳化剂,1g酚类抗氧剂,搅拌混合生成热敏涂层。
3.保护涂层制备如下:
30g10%丁苯乳液,10g硬酯酸锌,1g二苯甲酮紫外吸收剂,30g超细碳酸钙,10g纳米二氧化钛加入30g10%PVA水溶液中,混合生成保护涂层。
4.涂布方法如下:
在原尼龙水洗织物胚布上,依次涂布底涂层,热敏涂层,保护涂层,涂布量分别为干重15g/平方米;6g/平方米; 2g/ 平方米,每次涂布后需烘干压平得水洗织物结构。
所制备的水洗织物结构通过热敏打印机打印,给予0.50 mJ/dot 能级的能量,显示黑色。该热敏织物加热到150摄氏度时热稳定。
实施例2
其它方法同实施例1,热敏成色剂剂采用以下方法:
30g 3-二乙氨基-6,8-二甲基荧烷,40g 10% PVA ,在球磨机研磨至1微米以下颗粒后,加入5g草酸二丙烯酸酯,搅拌均匀,加入0.5.g乙二醛,加热至80度反应3小时,制成热敏成色剂D 液。
涂布方法:将热敏成色剂D液替换A 液,其它同实施方法1,制成橙色热敏水洗织物。
该织物用热敏打印机打印,给予0.3mJ/dot 能级能量,显示橙色。该水洗织物在120摄氏度热稳定。
实施例3
其它方法同1,在热敏涂层层涂布时,同时涂布时添加热敏成色剂A液和D液,热敏涂层涂布量增加到8g/m2,制成显黑色和橙色双色热敏水洗布。
该热敏水洗织物在用热敏打印机打印时,当给予0.20mJ/dot能级时,显示橙色,当给予0.30mJ/dot能级时,显示黑色。
比较例1
其它方法同例1,热敏成色剂采取以下传统方法:
30 该-二乙氨基-6-甲基-7-苯氨基荧烷,100 g 10% PVA水溶液,0.5g聚醚乳化剂,用球磨机研磨成粒径0.8 微米的颗粒,制成热敏成色剂E液。
涂布方法:将热敏成色剂E液代替A液,其它同例1,制成热敏水洗织物。
该织物用热敏打印机打印,给予0.2mJ/dot能级能量,显示黑色。该织物加热到90摄氏度时即开始变色。
实施例1-4和比较例1的测试结果如下表1所示:

1.热稳定测试将热敏涂层涂布后置于恒温烘箱15分钟不变色为优,烘箱温度设置为:90、120、150摄氏度;
2.耐刮擦实验将热敏涂层用热敏打印机打印发色后人工手磨测试发色牢度,不掉色为优;
3.防水测试方法:水中浸泡4小时,洗衣机机洗20分钟,循环4次,不掉色为准。
4.防油测试方法:滴管滴油静止4个小时,用手揉搓不掉色为优。
5.耐刮擦测试方法:用指甲划擦,观察纸张划痕及发色状况,以不发色为优。
6.耐黄变测试方法:用紫外线光照灯持续照射48小时色密度增加不超过5%为优,不超过10%为良。紫外线强度为256-365强度。

Claims (9)

1.一种基于热敏发色技术的水洗织物结构,其特征在于,包括:
基础胚布层,将所述基础胚布层表面进行水洗或碱洗预处理得预处理基础胚布层;
在所述预处理基础胚布层上涂布底层涂布材料层,烘干后得底层涂布层;
将热敏涂层涂布在所述预处理基础胚布层上烘干后得热敏发色层;
将保护涂层涂布在所述热敏发色层上,烘干后得所述水洗织物结构;
所述的基础胚布层为棉、麻、丝、合成纤维或混纺纤维材质的基础胚布层;
所述的底层涂布材料层包括起支撑作用的骨架结构以及填充在所述骨架结构的空隙或周围的粘合材料;
所述热敏涂层为成色剂或显色剂混合而成的细小颗粒结构层;
或所述热敏涂层为成色剂、显色剂或增感剂混合而成的细小颗粒结构层;
或所述热敏涂层为成色剂颗粒被有机化合物材料外壳或高分子材料外壳包裹后形成的成色剂复合物颗粒后分散,与分散后的显色剂颗粒或增感剂颗粒混合而得的结构层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种基于热敏发色技术的水洗织物结构,其特征在于,所述粘合材料通过其他助剂溶解或分散在骨架结构的空隙或周围;
所述骨架结构为填料骨架结构,所述填料包括高岭土、活性白土、碳酸钙、氧化铝、氧化硅、氧化锌或钛白粉中的任意一种或多种;
所述粘合材料包括聚丙烯酸、聚氨酯、丁苯乳液或苯丙乳液聚乙烯醇中的任意一种或多种;
所述其他助剂为甲醇。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种基于热敏发色技术的水洗织物结构,其特征在于,所述热敏涂层还包括分散剂、乳化剂、粘合剂、抗氧剂、紫外吸收剂或润滑剂中的任意一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种基于热敏发色技术的水洗织物结构,其特征在于,所述增感剂包括2-苄基萘酚、1,2-二苯氧基乙烷、1,2二苯基乙二醚或1,2,二(3-甲基苯氧基)乙烷中的任意一种或多种;优选1,2二苯基乙二醚。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种基于热敏发色技术的水洗织物结构,其特征在于,所述成色剂包括结晶紫内脂、3-二乙氨基-6-甲基-7苯氨基荧烷、3-二丁氨基-6-甲基-7-苯氨基荧烷、3-N-乙基-N异戊氨基-6-甲基-7-苯氨基荧烷、3-N-乙基-N-(4-甲苯)氨基-6-甲基-7-苯氨基荧烷、3-二乙氨基-6-甲基-7-(2,4-二甲基苯)氨基荧烷、3,3-二(1-辛基-2-甲吲哚-3-基)苯酞、3,3-二(1-丁基-2-甲吲哚-3-基)苯酞、3,二乙氨基-7,8苯并荧烷、3-二乙氨基-7-(二苯甲氨基)荧烷、3-(4-二甲氨基)-3-(1-丁基-2-甲基-吲哚-3-基)-6-二甲氨基苯酞、3-二乙氨基-6,8-二甲基荧烷、3-二乙氨基-7-乙氧酰基荧烷、3-二丁氨基-7-乙氧酰基荧烷中的任意一种或多种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种基于热敏发色技术的水洗织物结构,其特征在于,所述显色剂包括双酚A,双酚S,3,3‘-二(2-丙烯)基-4,4’-双酚S,4-羟基-4‘异丙氧基二苯砜、3-((((4-甲苯基)磺酰基)酰基)氨基)苯基-4-甲苯磺酯或2,4-二苯磺酰基苯酚中的任意一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种基于热敏发色技术的水洗织物结构,其特征在于,所述有机化合物包括甲苯二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、赖氨酸二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸甲酯、草酸二丙烯酸酯、甘油三丙烯酸甲酯。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种基于热敏发色技术的水洗织物结构,其特征在于,所述高分子材料包括PVA、改性PVA、聚丙烯酸或改性淀粉中的任意一种或多种。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种基于热敏发色技术的水洗织物结构,其特征在于,所述分散为分散至水溶液或有机溶液中,所述有机溶液包括甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、醋酸乙酯、苯或甲苯中的任意一种或多种。
