本发明涉及一种热升华色带和用于热升华色带的背涂液及其制备方法,其有效成分的质量份为:硝化纤维素100份;有机硅塑料1‑30份;硬脂酸辛树脂1‑40份;甲苯二异氰酸酯的芳香族聚异氰酸酯预聚物1‑40份,本发明提出的一种热升华色带和用于热升华色带的背涂液及其制备方法,所使用的原料成分简单,成本低,节省了能源,同时也能满足色带背涂层的使用要求,不影响色带打印产品的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及色带所用的背涂液的配方技术领域,具体涉及一种热升华色带和用于热升华色带的背涂液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着色带应用的不断扩大,色带品种也越来越多,越来越高端,从蜡基、混合基、树脂基,色带越高端,对背涂层的要求也越来越高。色带背面的一层背涂层,它的主要作用是减少打印头磨损,减少静电产生和加强热传导。
以往背涂层以有机硅为主,但缺陷是硅油迁移,对高端产品打印有影响。再有进口背涂层大部分是丙烯酸和有机硅接枝的产品,需要高温固化,浪费热能,相对色带的成本就会增加。另外接枝产物对于高端产品达不到抗热的要求,色带会被打破,根本无法应用于热升华。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种热升华色带和用于热升华色带的背涂液及其制备方法,工艺简单,可以满足抗热的要求,并且不会影响色带打印清晰度。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种用于热升华色带的背涂液,其有效成分的质量份如下:
硝化纤维素 100份
有机硅塑料 1-30份
硬脂酸辛树脂 1-40份
甲苯二异氰酸酯的芳香族聚异氰酸酯预聚物1-40份
一种热升华色带,包括权利要求1所述的用于热升华色带的背涂液。
优选地,所述背涂液形成的背涂层的厚度为0.2-0.6g/m2
一种用于热升华色带的背涂液的制备方法,具体的制备方法为:在 50~60℃条件下,将硝化纤维素加入到有机溶剂中搅拌,再将有机硅塑料、硬脂酸辛树脂和甲苯二异氰酸酯的芳香族聚异氰酸酯预聚物称重,加入到硝化纤维素溶液中搅拌。
采用上述方案的有益效果是:本发明提出的一种热升华色带和用于热升华色带的背涂液及其制备方法,所使用的原料成分简单,成本低,节省了能源,同时也能满足色带背涂层的使用要求,不影响色带打印产品的质量。

以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例一
一种用于热升华色带的背涂液,其有效成分的质量份如下:硝化纤维素 100份;有机硅塑料1份;硬脂酸辛树脂1份;甲苯二异氰酸酯的芳香族聚异氰酸酯预聚物1份。
一种热升华色带,包括以上所述的用于热升华色带的背涂液,所述背涂液形成的背涂层的厚度为0.2g/m2
一种用于热升华色带的背涂液的制备方法,具体的制备方法为:在50℃条件下,将硝化纤维素加入到有机溶剂中搅拌,再将有机硅塑料、硬脂酸辛树脂和甲苯二异氰酸酯的芳香族聚异氰酸酯预聚物称重,加入到硝化纤维素溶液中搅拌。
所述有机溶剂为芳香族类溶剂,如二甲苯、甲苯等。
实施例二
一种用于热升华色带的背涂液,其有效成分的质量份如下:硝化纤维素 100份;有机硅塑料30份;硬脂酸辛树脂40份;甲苯二异氰酸酯的芳香族聚异氰酸酯预聚物40份。
一种热升华色带,包括以上所述的用于热升华色带的背涂液,所述背涂液形成的背涂层的厚度为0.6g/m2
一种用于热升华色带的背涂液的制备方法,具体的制备方法为:在60℃条件下,将硝化纤维素加入到有机溶剂中搅拌,再将有机硅塑料、硬脂酸辛树脂和甲苯二异氰酸酯的芳香族聚异氰酸酯预聚物称重,加入到硝化纤维素溶液中搅拌。
所述有机溶剂为二甲苯。
实施例三
一种用于热升华色带的背涂液,其有效成分的质量份如下:硝化纤维素 100份;有机硅塑料20份;硬脂酸辛树脂30份;甲苯二异氰酸酯的芳香族聚异氰酸酯预聚物15份。
一种热升华色带,包括以上所述的用于热升华色带的背涂液,所述背涂液形成的背涂层的厚度为0.4g/m2
一种用于热升华色带的背涂液的制备方法,具体的制备方法为:在55℃条件下,将硝化纤维素加入到有机溶剂中搅拌,再将有机硅塑料、硬脂酸辛树脂和甲苯二异氰酸酯的芳香族聚异氰酸酯预聚物称重,加入到硝化纤维素溶液中搅拌。
所述有机溶剂为甲苯。
一种热转印树脂基色带,其构主要由以下几部分组成:
其中染料层为丙烯酸树脂或乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯油墨固化成的涂层,涂层厚度0.4-1.5g/m2;接着层为使用丙烯酸树脂或醋丁纤维素或硝化棉树脂涂料固化成的涂层,涂层厚度0.2-0.4g/m2;基材为PET材质,厚度4.3-6um;背涂层为硝化纤维素、有机硅塑料、硬脂酸辛树脂和甲苯二异氰酸酯的芳香族聚异氰酸酯预聚物涂料固化所形成的涂层,涂层厚度0.2-0.6g/m2
本发明所述染料层为丙烯酸树脂或乙烯-醋酸乙烯醋油墨固化成的涂层,因其涂层含颜料,需达到一定厚度才能达到产品的光泽度固使用涂布厚度为0.4-1.5g/m2,优选的涂层厚度1.2g/m2。接着层主要作用为染料层提供剥离较果,测试表明,部分丙烯酸树脂或醋丁纤维素或销化棉涂层达到 0.2um就可实现剥离,优先的涂层厚度0.3um。PET基材良好的热稳定性为本发明产品提供了有力的支撑,本发明所使用的PET膜厚度为4.3-6um,该厚度下,色带既能稳定运行,又具有良好的热传导性,优选的厚度6um。背涂层为硝化纤维素、有机硅塑料、硬脂酸辛树脂和甲苯二异氰酸酯的芳香族聚异氰酸酯预聚物涂料所形成的涂层,涂层厚度0.2-0.6g/m2,有机硅塑料具有良好的耐热性及滑爽性,该背涂层有利于对打印机探头的保护,优选的涂层厚度0.46g/m2
采用上述方案的有益效果是:本发明提出的一种热升华色带和用于热升华色带的背涂液及其制备方法,所使用的原料成分简单,成本低,节省了能源,同时也能满足色带背涂层的使用要求,不影响色带打印产品的质量。

硝化纤维素 100份
有机硅塑料 1-30份
硬脂酸辛树脂 1-40份
甲苯二异氰酸酯的芳香族聚异氰酸酯预聚物1-40份。
2.一种热升华色带,其特征在于,包括权利要求1所述的用于热升华色带的背涂液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种热升华色带,其特征在于,所述背涂液形成的背涂层的厚度为0.2-0.6g/m2
4.一种用于热升华色带的背涂液的制备方法,其特征在于,具体的制备方法为:在50~60℃条件下,将硝化纤维素加入到有机溶剂中搅拌,再将有机硅塑料、硬脂酸辛树脂和甲苯二异氰酸酯的芳香族聚异氰酸酯预聚物称重,加入到硝化纤维素溶液中搅拌。
