背景技术
本公开总体上涉及跟踪标签,但非限制地涉及在整个供应链内的跟踪。
由于许多原因,跟踪供应链中的集装箱很重要。托运人希望获得更新的状态,这通常需要手动扫描条形码。有些产品容易腐烂,因此到达目的地的进度很重要。运输期间的延误可能以未预料到的方式影响准时制物流系统。通常,运输过程期间可获得的状态很少。
跟踪通常是批量进行的,例如通过拖车、轨道车辆或运输集装箱。许多不同的包裹和货盘具有相同的批量跟踪。包裹和货盘丢失或内容物受到干扰的情况并不少见。知道何时发生了篡改、盗窃或其他损失对于物流系统很重要。
发明内容

传感器标签148的移除使其在没有重新调节的情况下不再可用。例如,细长部分可以用未切割的导电环替换。在没有正确凭证和/或密钥的情况下,不能重置由标签控制器140记录的移除状态。非易失性存储器用于存储状态,即使电池124被移除或出现故障也是如此。
接下来参考图3,示出了物流链300的实施方案的框图。物流引擎112通过网络108与任何数量的操作环境304通信。操作环境304包括一个或多个无线收发器152,并且可以是轨道车辆、牵引拖车、飞机、仓库、货盘、客户位置、托运人位置、供货仓库等。在与每个操作环境304的通信范围内通常存在多个传感器标签148。物流引擎112收集供应链上的情报,并具有清单以知晓哪些操作环境是正常的以及哪些操作环境是不正常的,使得可以对被跟踪集装箱120进行物流管理。
接下来参考图4A和图4B,示出了操作环境400的实施方案,其中BT读取器104被智能拉链系带116包围。一些智能拉链系带116位于BT读取器104的通信范围412内,而其他则不在通信范围内。BT读取器104的覆盖区域404允许读取唯一ID,但是超范围区域408不允许读取唯一ID。例如,覆盖区域404可以在分配建筑物内部,但超范围区域408在该建筑物外部。在许多部署中,存在许多BT读取器104以覆盖给定空间的独特布局,如图4B所示。BT读取器104可以是固定的或移动的(例如,安装到卡车、叉车、无人机、人员、货盘、火车、飞机、其他集装箱等)。

封闭件,所述封闭件可移除地附接到所述集装箱,其中:
从所述被跟踪集装箱移除所述封闭件允许触及所述被跟踪集装箱的内容物,
移除所述封闭件防止重新安装所述封闭件实现封闭状态;
一旦所述封闭件被移除,便利用来自所述物流传感器的数据确定移除状态,
通过远离所述传感器标签的所述无线收发器报告所述移除状态以及所述电子标识符,并且
响应于报告所述移除状态,通过所述无线收发器接收远程命令以从所述传感器标签移除所述电源以保存电力直到所述传感器标签被循环利用为止。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于附接到集装箱的至少所述部分的传感器标签,其中易断环包括柔性带区段,所述柔性带区段包括齿,所述齿在将所述柔性带区段插入棘爪中时以单向方式接合所述棘爪。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于附接到集装箱的至少所述部分的传感器标签,其中电子识别电路是BluetoothTM信标。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于附接到集装箱的至少所述部分的传感器标签,所述传感器标签还包括易断链节,其中所述易断链节包括电连接件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于附接到集装箱的至少所述部分的传感器标签,所述传感器标签还包括易断链节,其中所述易断链节是可替换的。
6.一种用于附接到被跟踪集装箱的至少一部分的传感器标签,所述传感器标签包括:
无线收发器,所述无线收发器报告电子标识符;
物流传感器;
电源,所述电源为所述传感器标签供电,其中所述电源不活动直到移除非导电折板为止;以及
易断链节,所述易断链节可移除地附接到所述集装箱,其中:
利用来自所述物流传感器的数据确定从所述被跟踪集装箱移除了所述传感器标签,并且
通过远离所述传感器标签的所述无线收发器报告所述移除。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于附接到集装箱的至少所述部分的传感器标签,其中易断环包括柔性带区段,所述柔性带区段包括齿,所述齿在将所述柔性带区段插入棘爪中时以单向方式接合所述棘爪。
8.根据权利要求6所述的用于附接到集装箱的至少所述部分的传感器标签,其中电子识别电路是BluetoothTM信标。
9.根据权利要求6所述的用于附接到集装箱的至少所述部分的传感器标签,其中所述电子识别电路是RFID电路。
10.根据权利要求6所述的用于附接到集装箱的至少所述部分的传感器标签,其中所述电源是纽扣电池。
11.根据权利要求6所述的用于附接到集装箱的至少所述部分的传感器标签,其中所述电源是无线电力接收器。
12.根据权利要求6所述的用于附接到集装箱的至少所述部分的传感器标签,其中所述易断链节包括电连接件。
13.根据权利要求6所述的用于附接到集装箱的至少所述部分的传感器标签,其中所述易断链节防止在未断裂时打开所述集装箱。

15.一种用于附接到被跟踪集装箱的至少一部分的传感器标签,所述传感器标签包括:
无线收发器,所述无线收发器报告电子标识符;
物流传感器;
电源,所述电源为所述传感器标签供电;以及
封闭件,所述封闭件可移除地附接到所述集装箱,其中:
从所述被跟踪集装箱移除所述封闭件允许触及所述被跟踪集装箱的内容物,
利用来自所述物流传感器的数据确定移除状态,
在所述物流传感器中记录指示需要重新调节的所述移除状态,
通过远离所述传感器标签的所述无线收发器报告所述移除状态以及所述电子标识符,
作为重新调节的一部分更换所述封闭件,并且
如在所述物流传感器中所存储的重置所述移除状态。
16.根据权利要求15所述的用于附接到集装箱的至少所述部分的传感器标签,其中易断环包括柔性带区段,所述柔性带区段包括齿,所述齿在将所述柔性带区段插入棘爪中时以单向方式接合所述棘爪。
17.根据权利要求15所述的用于附接到集装箱的至少所述部分的传感器标签,其中电子识别电路是BluetoothTM信标。
18.根据权利要求15所述的用于附接到集装箱的至少所述部分的传感器标签,所述传感器标签还包括易断链节,其中所述易断链节包括电连接件。
19.根据权利要求15所述的用于附接到集装箱的至少所述部分的传感器标签,所述传感器标签还包括易断链节,其中所述易断链节防止在未断裂时打开所述集装箱。
20.根据权利要求15所述的用于附接到集装箱的至少所述部分的传感器标签,所述传感器标签还包括易断链节,其中所述易断链节是可替换的。

Claims (20)

1.一种用于附接到被跟踪集装箱的至少一部分的传感器标签,所述传感器标签包括:
无线收发器,所述无线收发器报告电子标识符;
物流传感器;
电源,所述电源为所述传感器标签供电;以及
封闭件,所述封闭件可移除地附接到所述集装箱,其中:
从所述被跟踪集装箱移除所述封闭件允许触及所述被跟踪集装箱的内容物,
移除所述封闭件防止重新安装所述封闭件实现封闭状态;
一旦所述封闭件被移除,便利用来自所述物流传感器的数据确定移除状态,并且
通过远离所述传感器标签的所述无线收发器报告所述移除状态以及所述电子标识符。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于附接到集装箱的至少所述部分的传感器标签,其中易断环包括柔性带区段,所述柔性带区段包括齿,所述齿在将所述柔性带区段插入棘爪中时以单向方式接合所述棘爪。
