例如公开号106237868B所述的一种过滤膜制备装置,包括涂膜机构,所述涂膜机构包括辊轴和支座,所述支座包括辊轴筒和连接段,所述连接段为中空管状,与存储罐连接的导管通过螺纹连接;所述辊轴筒轴向设有开口,所述开口长度为所述辊轴筒长度,开口宽度小于所述辊轴直径,所述辊轴筒从所述开口处设置为内径变化的压紧环和回收环,所述压紧环从上向下内径逐渐变大,所述回收环内径从上往下逐渐收拢;所述辊轴穿过开口置于所述压紧环和回收环内,所述辊轴另一侧设置有若干支撑架;该专利的缺点是不能加工出一层波纹状滤膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种滤膜及其制备方法,能加工出一层波纹状滤膜。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种滤膜制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:对上层滤膜进行抹平,将上层滤膜加热折弯;
步骤二:对上层滤膜进行打孔,对下层滤膜进行打孔;
步骤三:将上下两层滤膜的滤孔对齐贴合在一起;
步骤四;将两层滤膜固定到一起。
一种滤膜制备装置,包括波纹板、动模板、支撑架、转动杆和滑动架,波纹板滑动连接在支撑架上,动模板通过两个液压缸安装在支撑架上,多个转动杆分别转动连接在波纹板和动模板的左右两端,多个转动杆分别转动连接在两个滑动架的上下两端,两个滑动架分别滑动连接在支撑架的左右两端,波纹板为波纹型,波纹板上端的弧形面上均设有通孔,动模板为波纹型,动模板上端的弧形面上均设有通孔,波纹板上设有多个支撑板。

一种滤膜制备装置包括运输带310、转动轮320、连接杆330、驱动轮340和套筒350,多个转动轮320分别转动连接在两个滑动架150上,两个运输带310分别和多个转动轮320通过摩擦传动,两个连接杆330分别固定连接在左端的两个驱动轮340上,套筒350滑动连接在两个连接杆330之间,多个驱动轮340分别转动连接在两个滑动架150上,多个驱动轮340分别同通过两个皮带传动,驱动轮340上设有四个弧形槽和四个弧形凸起,多个驱动轮340分别和两个运输带310之间摩擦传动;
在对滤膜成型后,波纹板110和动模板120向两侧移动,失去对滤膜的限制,使得滤膜在移动过程中不会被波纹板110和动模板120影响,避免滤膜形状因和波纹板110和动模板120接触发生变化,使得滤膜形状不够均匀,但是波纹板110和动模板120向两侧移动后滤膜失去支撑,滤膜自身重力会使滤膜向下坠从而导致本身形状改变,通过波纹板110和动模板120向两侧移动后,两个滑动架150向中间移动没这时两个滑动架150位于滤膜的下端就能给予滤膜足够的支撑,通过一个驱动轮340转动带动全部的驱动轮340转动,多个驱动轮340转动来带动滤膜移动,因为驱动轮340的形状和滤膜的波纹形重合,所以多个驱动轮340转动带动滤膜移动过程中,不会损坏滤膜现有的形状,左端的两个驱动轮340通过连接杆330和套筒350连接,使得两个驱动轮340之间的距离发生变化后,仍能连接在一起互相带动,这样就能保证多个驱动轮340同时转动,稳定的对滤膜进行运输,进一步的,多个驱动轮340转动带动滤膜移动,驱动轮340转动过程中和运输带310接触,通过摩擦传动带动运输带310转动,避免驱动轮340运输滤膜的过程中发生打滑等情况,使得滤膜的运输过程中稳定有效,提高对滤膜形态的保护。
如图10和11所示;
一种滤膜制备装置包括固定板410、凸轮420、打孔器430和摩擦板440,固定板410上设有一排通孔Ⅱ411,两个凸轮420通过连接轴421连接,两个凸轮420均转动连接在固定板410上,多个打孔器430均滑动连接在固定板410上,多个打孔器430均固定连接在摩擦板440上,摩擦板440和固定板410通过多个弹簧连接,摩擦板440和两个凸轮420通过摩擦传动,多个打孔器430均由尖头Ⅱ431、环形刀432Ⅱ和滑杆433组成,固定板410固定连接在支撑架130上;
只有波纹形滤膜,无法稳定保持波纹的形态,通过将一个下层滤膜和波纹形滤膜连接在一起,使得上层波纹形滤膜形态能够稳定保持,为了使下层滤膜和波纹形滤膜的滤孔对齐,波纹形滤膜下方有动模板120,二者无法同时进行打孔,所以通过两个凸轮420转动带动摩擦板440移动,摩擦板440移动带动多个打孔器430移动,多个打孔器430移动对下层滤膜进行打孔,打孔器430由尖头Ⅱ431、环形刀432Ⅱ和滑杆433组成,所以通过尖头Ⅱ431先接触到薄膜,对薄膜破开一个孔,这样更加便于环形刀432Ⅱ进行切割,避免了环形刀432Ⅱ直接对薄膜进行切割容易导致对薄膜造成拉伸,损坏薄膜上除了滤孔外的其他位置,随后两个凸轮420转动失去对摩擦板440的支撑,摩擦板440通过多个弹簧弹力带动复位,以此来循环往复对下层滤膜进行打孔。
如图12和13所示;
一种滤膜制备装置包括支撑板510、热接板520和导向辊530,支撑板510固定连接在固定板410上,热接板520为波纹形,热接板520通过液压缸Ⅱ安装在支撑板510上,导向辊530转动连接在支撑板510上;
如图13所示,为上层波纹形滤膜和下层滤膜的加工路线,上层波纹形滤膜水平向后移动进行加工,下层滤膜先向上移动进行打孔随后通过导向辊530导向向后转动,这时上层波纹形滤膜和下层滤膜重合,通过液压缸Ⅱ带动热接板520向下移动,热接板520向下移动将上层波纹形滤膜和下层滤膜接触的位置固定,以此来固定上层波纹形滤膜的形态,使得上层波纹形滤膜在进行过滤时更加稳定。
Claims (3)
1.一种滤膜制备方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:对上层滤膜进行抹平,将上层滤膜加热折弯;
步骤二:对上层滤膜进行打孔,对下层滤膜进行打孔;
步骤三:将上下两层滤膜的滤孔对齐贴合在一起;
步骤四;将两层滤膜固定到一起;
所述该方法还使用一种滤膜制备装置,该装置包括支撑架(130)、波纹板(110)和动模板(120),动模板(120)通过液压缸固定在支撑架(130)上,波纹板(110)滑动连接在支撑架(130)上,波纹板(110)和动模板(120)均为波纹型模具,波纹板(110)和动模板(120)能够同时向内侧或外侧移动;
所述一种滤膜制备装置还包括转动杆(140)和滑动架(150),多个转动杆(140)分别转动连接在波纹板(110)和动模板(120)上,多个转动杆(140)分别转动连接在两个滑动架(150)上;
所述一种滤膜制备装置还包括连接板(210)、丝杆(220)和钻孔器(240),多个钻孔器(240)均转动连接在连接板(210)上,连接板(210)和丝杆(220)之间螺纹传动;
所述一种滤膜制备装置还包括驱动板(230),多个驱动板(230)均滑动连接在连接板(210)上,多个驱动板(230)分别和多个钻孔器(240)之间螺纹传动;
所述钻孔器(240)由丝杆(241)、环形刀(242)和尖头(243)三部分组成,尖头(243)位于环形刀(242)的下端,环形刀(242)位于丝杆(241)的下端;
所述一种滤膜制备装置还包括运输带(310)、转动轮(320)和驱动轮(340),多个转动轮(320)分别转动连接在两个滑动架(150)上,两个运输带(310)分别和多个转动轮(320)摩擦传动,多个驱动轮(340)分别转动连接在两个滑动架(150)上;
所述一种滤膜制备装置还包括固定板(410)、凸轮(420)、打孔器(430)和摩擦板(440),多个打孔器(430)均固定在摩擦板(440)上,两个凸轮(420)均和摩擦板(440)摩擦传动。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种滤膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述一种滤膜制备装置还包括支撑板(510)、热接板(520)和导向辊(530),热接板(520)通过液压缸安装在支撑板(510)上,导向辊(530)转动在支撑板(510)上。
3.使用权利要求2所述一种滤膜制备方法制备的一种滤膜,其特征在于:该滤膜由上层波纹状滤膜和下层水平滤膜组成,且上层波纹状滤膜和下层水平滤膜上的滤孔位置上下对应。
