Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-aging repair cream compounded by polypeptide and ceramide and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, ceramide 1, ceramide 3 and ceramide 6II are matched with acetyl hexapeptide-8 solution, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 solution and arginine/lysine polypeptide solution, so that wrinkles such as fine lines and dry lines of facial skin can be well improved, and meanwhile, fragile skin can be repaired.

the humectant in the group F material comprises 6 wt% of caprylyl hydroximic acid, 6 wt% of ethylhexyl glycerin, 73 wt% of 1, 2-hexanediol and 15 wt% of water.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the anti-aging repair cream compounded by the polypeptide and the ceramide, which comprises the following steps:
1. respectively stirring and uniformly dissolving the group D materials and the group F materials for later use;
2. stirring the group A materials, heating to 75-80 ℃ and completely dissolving;
3. stirring the materials in the group B, heating to 80-85 ℃, and completely dissolving;
4. adding the group A materials into the group B materials, homogenizing for 5-7 minutes, stirring, keeping the temperature for 15-20 minutes, and then cooling;
5. cooling to 60-65 deg.C, adding group C materials, homogenizing for 3-5 min, vacuumizing, stirring, and cooling;
6. cooling to 35-40 deg.C, sequentially adding D, E, F, G groups of materials, stirring, and dissolving completely;
filtering and discharging at 7.35-40 ℃;
8. sterilizing the packaging material to be qualified;
9. inspecting the semi-finished product, and filling;
10. and finally, packaging, inspecting and warehousing after qualification.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, ceramide 1, ceramide 3 and ceramide 6II are matched with acetyl hexapeptide-8 solution, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 solution and arginine/lysine polypeptide solution, so that wrinkles such as fine lines and dry lines of facial skin can be well improved, and meanwhile, fragile skin can be repaired.

4. adding the group A materials into the group B materials, homogenizing for 5-7 minutes, stirring, keeping the temperature for 15-20 minutes, and then cooling;
5. cooling to 60-65 deg.C, adding group C materials, homogenizing for 3-5 min, vacuumizing, stirring, and cooling;
6. cooling to 35-40 deg.C, sequentially adding D, E, F, G groups of materials, stirring, and dissolving completely;
filtering and discharging at 7.35-40 ℃;
8. sterilizing the packaging material to be qualified;
9. inspecting the semi-finished product, and filling;
10. and finally, packaging, inspecting and warehousing after qualification.

c group material: octyl methicone, ceramide 1, ceramide 3, ceramide 6II, skin conditioner, thickener, bisabolol;
d group of materials: water and arginine in the formula table;
e, group material: biological carbohydrate gum-1 solution, xylitol mixture, acetyl hexapeptide-8 solution, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 solution, arginine/lysine polypeptide solution, and kava root extract solution;
f group material: butanediol, water pepper fruit and pomelo fruit extract solution, humectant;
g group material: essence, CI 19140, CI 16035.
