As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, and it is preferable that the pushing plates 1410 are located right below the diverting grooves 1414, and the ladle grooves 1415 are provided in four and located at both sides of the front and rear ends of the cleaning drum 1.
In this embodiment, four gourd ladle discharge grooves 1415 are provided, so that the gourd ladles can be discharged at multiple points, and the gourd ladles can be smoothly discharged from the cleaning cylinder 1.

Claims (10)

1. A high-efficiency cleaning and separating device for snakegourd fruit seeds comprises a cleaning barrel 1, wherein supporting columns are welded at four corners of the bottom surface of the cleaning barrel 1, and is characterized in that a rubbing dish 2 is connected to the center of the top surface of the cleaning barrel 1 in a penetrating manner, conveying belts 3 are installed on two sides of the inner wall of the rubbing dish 2, rubbing convex hulls 4 are fixed on the belt surfaces of the conveying belts 3, abutting plates 5 are attached to the inner sides of the conveying belts 3, the front sides and the rear sides of the abutting plates 5 are fixed on the inner wall of the rubbing dish 2, a first driving gear 6 and a second driving gear 7 are respectively fixed at the input ends of the two conveying belts 3, a first horizontal frame 8 is fixed on the upper side of the front end surface of the rubbing dish 2, a first servo motor 9 is fixedly connected to the top surface of the first horizontal frame 8 through screws, the output end of the first servo motor 9 is fixedly connected to the input end of one conveying belt 3, and a feeding hopper 10 is further connected to the center of the top surface of the rubbing dish 2 in a penetrating manner;
a second horizontal frame 11 is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the cleaning cylinder 1, a second servo motor 12 is fixedly connected on the top surface of the second horizontal frame 11 through screws, the output end of the second servo motor 12 penetrates through the side wall of the cleaning cylinder 1 and is fixed with cleaning slurry 13, toggle mechanisms 14 are respectively installed on two sides of the upper end of the cleaning cylinder 1 and comprise a mounting frame 141, a mounting plate 142 is arranged on the upper side of the mounting frame 141, supporting legs 143 are fixed on the bottom surface of the mounting plate 142, balls are respectively installed at the bottom ends of the supporting legs 143, rolling grooves are also formed in the top surface of the mounting frame 141 and are respectively arranged in the rolling grooves, racks 144 are also fixed on the front side and the rear side of the top surface of the mounting plate 142, strip plates 145 are respectively arranged on the upper sides of the front end and the rear end of the mounting plate 142, a mounting rod 146 is rotatably connected between the two strip plates 145, the outer walls of the front side and the rear side of the mounting rod 146 are fixedly connected with a third driving gear 147 through screws, and a third servo motor 148 is further fixed on the side wall of the strip plate 145, the output end of a third servo motor 148 is fixedly connected with the mounting rod 146, the front side and the rear side of one end, close to the cleaning barrel 1, of the mounting plate 142 are rotatably connected with a pull rod 149 in a damping mode, one end of the pull rod 149 penetrates through the side wall of the cleaning barrel 1 and is fixedly provided with a push plate 1410 at the end part, one side, close to the pull rod 149, of the push plate 1410 is also provided with a cylindrical groove, the inner wall of the cylindrical groove is rotatably connected with a rotary disc 1411 through a rolling bearing, retraction springs 1412 are fixed between the rotary disc 1411 and the inner wall of the cleaning barrel 1, the lower side of the pull rod 149 is provided with a fourth servo motor 1413, the output end of the fourth servo motor 1413 is rotatably connected with the pull rod 149 through a gear set, four corners of the outer top surface of the cleaning barrel 1 are also provided with reversing grooves 1414, and the upper end of the cleaning barrel 1 is also provided with a ladle discharging groove 1415;
the bottom surface of the cleaning barrel 1 is connected with a discharge pipe 15 in a through mode, a control valve 16 is installed on the discharge pipe 15, a guide plate 17 is arranged on the lower side of the discharge pipe 15, a draining hole is formed in the bottom surface of the guide plate 17 in a penetrating mode, a draining net 18 is fixed to the inner wall of the draining hole, a water storage tank 19 is arranged on the lower side of the guide plate 17, an isolation net 20 is fixed to the inner wall of the upper side of the water storage tank 19, a collecting vessel 21 is further arranged on one side of the water storage tank 19, and a water circulation mechanism is further installed between the water storage tank 19 and the water storage tank 19.

3. The efficient snakegourd seed cleaning and separating device is characterized in that a mounting seat 22 is arranged at the rear side of the water storage tank 19 and fixed on a working surface, and a water diversion vessel 25 is fixed on the outer top surface of the scrubbing vessel 2.

The efficient cleaning and separating device for the snakegourd seeds as claimed in claim 2, wherein the plurality of mounting pipes 28 are uniformly distributed on the side wall of the water diversion pipe 27, the mounting pipes 28 are arranged in a manner that the outer side of the washing utensil 2 is inclined downwards towards the inner side of the washing utensil 2, and the plurality of water mist nozzles 29 are uniformly distributed on one side of the top surface of the mounting pipes 28.
5. The efficient cleaning and separating device for the snakegourd seeds is characterized in that the scrubbing convex hulls 4 are arranged in a plurality and distributed on the belt surfaces of the conveyor belts 3 in a matrix shape, and the two conveyor belts 3 are arranged vertically.
