In this embodiment, the brush roller 183 is equipped with a plurality ofly to realize the continuous scrubbing operation of trichosanthes seed, and then fine assurance the abluent quality of trichosanthes seed.

Claims (10)

1. The cleaning device for processing the snakegourd fruit seeds comprises a cleaning dish (1) and is characterized in that both sides of the upper end of the cleaning dish (1) are rotatably provided with an extrusion conveying belt (2), a scrubbing convex hull (3) is fixedly arranged on the belt surface of the extrusion conveying belt (2), the input ends of the two extrusion conveying belts (2) extend to the outer side of the cleaning dish (1) and are rotatably connected through a gear set, a horizontal frame (4) is further fixedly arranged on the rear side of the upper end of the cleaning dish (1), a first servo motor (5) is fixedly connected to the top surface of the horizontal frame (4) through a screw, the output end of the first servo motor (5) is fixedly connected with the input end of the extrusion conveying belt (2), and a feeding dish (6) is further in through connection with the middle of the top surface of the cleaning dish (1);
the cleaning device is characterized in that a material receiving vessel I (7) is further sleeved and fixed on the outer wall of the lower end of the cleaning vessel (1), a material discharging pipe I (8) is further connected to the middle of the cleaning vessel (1) in a through mode, water dividing vessels I (9) are further fixed on two sides of the inner top surface of the cleaning vessel (1), a spray nozzle I (10) is mounted on the bottom surfaces of the water dividing vessels I (9), a water storage barrel (11) is further arranged on one side of the rear end of the cleaning vessel (1), a water pump (12) is fixedly connected to the top surface of the water storage barrel (11) through screws, a water pumping pipe (13) is connected between the input end of the water pump (12) and the water storage barrel (11) in a through mode, a water dividing barrel (14) is further fixed to the output end of the water pump (12), a water inlet pipe I (15) is further connected to one side of the upper end of the water dividing barrel (14, a first electromagnetic valve (17) is further installed on the first water inlet pipe (15), and a brushing mechanism (18) is further arranged on one side of the cleaning dish (1);
the brushing mechanism (18) comprises a brushing dish (181), bristles (182) are fixed on the inner bottom surface of the brushing dish (181), brush rolls (183) are rotatably connected to the inner walls of the front side and the rear side of the brushing dish (181), the rear sides of two adjacent brush rolls (183) penetrate through the rear side of the brushing dish (181) and are rotatably connected through a conveying belt (184), a fixing seat (185) is further arranged on one side of the rear end of the brushing dish (181), a second servo motor (186) is fixedly connected to the top surface of the fixing seat (185) through screws, the output end of the second servo motor (186) is fixedly connected with one of the brush rolls (183), stand columns (187) are fixedly connected to two sides of the top surface of the brushing dish (181), a second water distribution dish (188) is fixedly connected to the top surface of the stand column (187) through screws, a second spray nozzle (189) is installed on the bottom surface of the second water distribution dish (188), and a first material guide pipe (19) is further penetratingly connected to one side, close to the bottom end of the brushing dish (1), install control valve one (20) on passage pipe one (19), still through connection has inlet tube two (21) between water diversion ware two (188) and the water diversion section of thick bamboo (14), installs solenoid valve two (22) on inlet tube two (21), scrubbing mechanism (18) deviate from washing ware (1) one side and still are provided with sorting mechanism (23).

The cleaning device for processing the snakegourd fruit seeds as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sorting mechanism (23) comprises a sorting vessel (231), a material receiving vessel II (232) is further sleeved and fixed on the outer side of the upper end of the sorting vessel (231), a material discharging pipe II (233) is further connected to the outer wall of the upper side of the sorting vessel (231) in a penetrating manner, a material guiding pipe II (234) is further connected to one side of the lower end of the material receiving vessel II (232) in a penetrating manner, a control valve II (235) is mounted on the material guiding pipe II (234), and a water draining net (236) is further fixed to the inner wall of the material guiding pipe II (234).

6. The cleaning device for processing the snakegourd fruit seeds as claimed in claim 1, wherein the scrubbing convex hulls (3) are arranged in a plurality of shapes and distributed on the belt surface of the extrusion conveyor belt (2) in a matrix shape.

The cleaning device for processing the snakegourd fruit seeds as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first discharge pipes (8) are arranged in a plurality and uniformly distributed on the outer wall of the middle part of the cleaning vessel (1), the first discharge pipes (8) are all located at the upper side position of the first receiving vessel (7), and the first spray heads (10) are arranged in a plurality and uniformly distributed on the bottom surface of the first water distribution vessel (9).
8. The cleaning device for processing the snakegourd fruit seeds as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first electromagnetic valve (17) and the second electromagnetic valve (22) are both arranged on one side close to the water separation cylinder (14).

The cleaning device for processing the snakegourd fruit seeds as claimed in claim 1, wherein the brush roll (183) is provided with a plurality of brushes which are uniformly distributed on the inner walls of the front and rear sides of the brushing dish (181), and the second spray head (189) is provided with a plurality of sprayers which are distributed on the bottom surface of the second water distribution dish (188) in a matrix manner.

The cleaning device for processing the snakegourd fruit seeds as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner bottom surfaces of the cleaning dish (1) and the brushing dish (181) are both arranged in a manner that the inner bottom surfaces of the cleaning dish (1) and the inner bottom surfaces of the brushing dish (181) are inclined downwards from one side of the cleaning dish (1) to one side of the brushing dish (181).
