The vertical strips 703 are provided with a plurality of groups and are uniformly distributed on the bottom surface of the sealing plate 702, each group is provided with three vertical strips 703, and the connecting lines of the central points of the three vertical strips 703 in the same group are arranged in an equilateral triangle.
The supporting plate 704 is provided with a plurality of supporting plates which are uniformly distributed at the inner side positions of the vertical strips 703 in the same group, and a gap is reserved between the limiting plate 705 and the vertical strips 703.
In this embodiment, vertical strip 703 is equipped with a plurality ofly and evenly distributed in groups on the sealing plate 702 bottom surface, and every group is that vertical strip 703 all is equipped with three, and is equilateral triangle setting with the central point line of three vertical strips 703 of group to realize the operation of pickling in batches of duck's egg, improved the efficiency that duck's egg pickled greatly.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, it is substantially the same as that of embodiment 1, and preferably, one end of the conveying auger 127 extends to the inside of the pickling vessel 11.
In this embodiment, one end of the conveying auger 127 extends to the inner side of the pickling vessel 11, so that the red mud ingredient can be conveyed conveniently.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, basically the same as that of embodiment 1, preferably, the fixing base 9, the pickling vessel 11 and the sewage collecting vessel 31 are all fixed on the working surface, and the dispensing tank 121, the water storage tank 19 and the air heater 20 are all fixed on the working surface through brackets.
In this embodiment, fixing base 9, pickling ware 11 and the equal rigid coupling of sewage collection ware 31 are on the working face, and batching bucket 121, water storage bucket 19 and gas heater 20 all fix on the working face through the support to make the device operation more stable.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, basically the same as that of embodiment 1, preferably, a plurality of nozzles 14 are provided and distributed at the upper end of the side wall of the hollow dish 13 in a matrix shape, and the number of the high-pressure nozzles 16 is the same as that of the fixing rods 701, so that the impact force of water and gas can push the rotating blades 708 to rotate, thereby realizing multi-angle water washing and air drying of the duck eggs.

Claims (10)

1. The batch production equipment for salted duck eggs comprises a mounting rack (1), wherein the mounting rack (1) is provided with two symmetrical fixing mechanisms at two sides of a working surface, and is characterized in that a mounting groove is formed in the middle of the top surface of the mounting rack (1), the inner walls of the front side and the rear side of the mounting groove are rotatably connected with a screw rod (2), the outer wall of the screw rod (2) is fixedly connected with a mounting block (3) through threads, a mounting plate I (4) is fixedly connected to the top end of the mounting block (3) in the same group, an air cylinder (5) is fixedly connected to the outer top surface of the mounting plate I (4) through a screw, the output end of the air cylinder (5) penetrates through the top surface of the mounting plate I (4) and is fixedly connected to the end of the mounting plate II;
the duck egg placing mechanism (7) comprises fixing rods (701), the fixing rods (701) are rotatably connected to the bottom surface of the mounting plate II (6), sealing plates (702) are welded at the bottom ends of the fixing rods (701), vertical strips (703) are fixedly connected to the bottom surfaces of the sealing plates (702), supporting plates (704) are fixedly connected to the inner sides of the vertical strips (703) in the same group, limiting plates (705) are arranged at the upper ends of the supporting plates (704), limiting blocks (706) are fixedly connected to the side walls of the limiting plates (705), limiting grooves are formed in the inner sides of the supporting plates (704), the limiting blocks (706) are slidably connected in the limiting grooves, extrusion springs (707) are fixedly connected between the limiting blocks (706) and the top surfaces of the limiting grooves, rotating blades (708) are fixedly connected to the outer walls of the middle portions of the fixing rods (701), and the front sides of the two lead screws (2) penetrate through the front end face, a fixed seat (9) is further arranged on one side of the front end of the conveyor belt (8), a servo motor I (10) is fixedly connected to the top surface of the fixed seat (9) through screws, the output end of the servo motor I (10) is fixedly connected with one of the screw rods (2), a pickling vessel (11) is arranged in the middle of the inner sides of the two mounting frames (1), and a batching mechanism (12) is arranged on one side of the pickling vessel (11);
the batching mechanism (12) comprises a batching barrel (121), a servo motor II (122) is fixedly connected to the middle of the outer top surface of the batching barrel (121) through a screw, the output end of the servo motor II (122) penetrates through the top surface of the servo motor II (122) and is fixedly connected with a stirring paddle (123), a feeding funnel (124) is further connected to one side of the outer top surface of the batching barrel (121) in a penetrating manner, a conveying barrel (125) is further arranged at the bottom side of the batching barrel (121), one end of the conveying barrel (125) is in through connection with the side wall of the pickling vessel (11), a servo motor III (126) is further arranged on one side of the conveying barrel (125) away from the pickling vessel (11), and the output end of the servo motor III (126) penetrates through the conveying barrel (125) and;
