为了制造应急灯开关,依次执行注塑成型过程、三个喷涂过程(红色喷涂、黑色喷涂和高光喷涂)、激光切割过程和符号印刷过程。在此,当来自光源的光通过红色喷涂区域时,要求该光不通过符号印刷区域。然而,来自光源的光也穿过符号印刷区域中的白色区域,从而降低了应急灯开关的符号的可见度。
在许多车辆中,不仅应急灯开关而且布置在车辆内部的其他开关也被配置为包括光源。因此,已经进行了用于提供改善的夜间可视性的开关结构和制造方法的研究。
在该背景技术部分中公开的以上信息仅用于增强对本公开的背景的理解,因此,其可能包含不构成该国本领域普通技术人员已知的相关技术的信息。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种由单个部分组成的开关结构。
本公开的另一个目的是提供一种应用于车辆内部的开关结构及其制造方法,其中,通过膜印刷方法将把手设置在移动块的顶面上。
本公开的另一个目的是提供一种能够使用单个模具同时制造移动块和把手的工艺。
本公开的目的不限于上述目的,并且根据以下描述,本领域技术人员将清楚地理解本文中未提及的其他目的,并且参照本公开的实施方式,本公开的目的将变得显而易见。另外,本公开的目的可通过技术方案描述的组成及其组合来实现。
用于实现本公开的上述目的的开关结构及其制造方法具有以下配置。
在一个方面,本公开提供了一种开关结构,包括:发光部,被配置为从车辆接收电力并辐射光;移动块,定位成围绕所述发光部;光透射部,被配置为允许从所述发光部辐射的光穿过所述移动块中的开口;和膜印刷层,位于所述光透射部的顶面上,并包括符号。
在优选的实施方式中,膜印刷层可形成为具有从20微米至50微米的范围的厚度。
在另一个优选的实施方式中,膜印刷层的相对端中的每个可从所述移动块的端部向内定位0.1微米至0.3微米。
在又一个优选的实施方式中,膜印刷层可被配置为在与移动块中的开口相对应的位置处形成符号,以使从发光部辐射的光穿过该符号。
在又一个优选的实施方式中,光透射部所在的移动块的顶面可在移动块的高度方向上是渐缩的。
在另一方面,本公开提供一种制造开关的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:使用上模具将移动块注塑成型;通过使已经将移动块注塑成型的上模具与下模具接合来对把手进行注塑成型;和取出注塑成型的产品。
在优选的实施方式中,注塑成型步骤可包括:在膜印刷层上印刷符号;将膜印刷层放置在形成把手的下模具的上端上;和根据形成把手的下模具的形状预成型膜。
在另一个优选的实施方式中,预成型步骤可包括:将膜印刷层插入在形成把手的下模具中凹入的部分。
在又一个优选的实施方式中,注塑成型步骤可包括:当移动块完全注塑成型在上模具的一端时,旋转上模具;和在上模具旋转之后,在上模具的相对端注塑成型移动块。
在又一个优选的实施方式中,在上模具的旋转之后在上模具的相对端注塑成型移动块的步骤可与在上模具的一端注塑成型把手的步骤同时进行。
在又一个优选的实施方式中,方法还可包括,在将具有已经被注塑成型的把手的产品取出之后,旋转上模具的相对端,以在相对端中将把手注塑成型。

此外,在说明书中使用的术语“把手(knob)”可以是包括“膜印刷层”和“光透射部”的组成元件。
常规地,为了制造开关,首先将白色的应急灯开关主体注塑成型。随后,依次进行红色喷涂、黑色喷涂和高光喷涂,并执行激光切割和符号印刷,从而完成最终产品。
然而,当通过这些常规方法制造最终产品时,由于重复喷涂和干燥,生产产品所花费的时间增加,从而增加了制造成本和缺陷率。
因此,本公开涉及一种开关结构及其制造方法,其中通过使用膜印刷方法的两个注塑成型过程来制造开关。
图1和图2是根据本公开的开关100的结构的侧视截面图。开关100的结构包括:发光部150,其被配置为从车辆接收电力并辐射光;移动块110,其被布置为围绕发光部150并且在其中具有开口111,从发光部150辐射的光通过开口111;和光透射部120,设置在移动块110的顶表面上并且被配置为允许从发光部150辐射的光通过。
移动块110可被配置为响应于用户输入而沿高度方向或设定方向移动,或者可被配置为通过位于其下方的印刷电路板(PCB)将用户输入发送至控制器。
更优选地,移动块110可被配置为防止从发光部150辐射的光穿过符号131以外的区域,并且可形成为具有深色。
移动块110可包括形成在其中的开口111,以具有与位于顶部的把手140的符号131相同的形状,并且可被配置为允许从发光部辐射的光通过开口111。
把手140包括光透射部120,该光透射部120形成在移动块110的开口111中并且在移动块110的顶表面上以具有预定高度,并且包括设置在光透射部120的顶面的膜印刷层130。
膜印刷层130通过堆叠膜和印刷层而形成,并且在膜和符号131的印刷表面之间涂覆涂料。优选地,膜印刷层130被配置为使得释放材料印在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)膜上。此外,为了防止开关100的表面剥离或变色而涂覆有涂料,为了确保在其上印刷有印刷油墨的符号131的印刷面和涂料之间的粘合性而涂覆有底漆,从而完成在其上印刷符号131的膜印刷层130。
光透射部120被配置为允许从发光部150辐射的光穿过。光透射部120可由透明材料形成,以将通过移动块110中的开口111的光传输到膜印刷层130。
膜印刷层130可包括具有各种形状中的任何一种的符号131。可根据开关100的功能和使用条件来确定符号131。
位于膜印刷层130中的符号131被配置为基本上与位于移动块110中的开口111相对应,并且被配置为使得穿过光透射部120的光根据符号131的形状被辐射。
移动块110可形成为使得其宽度在高度方向上逐渐减小。更优选地,移动块110可形成为使得其上端在高度方向上是渐缩的。此外,移动块110可形成为多级形状,其中,渐缩部分的下端和其上端具有彼此平行的表面。
移动块110的顶表面可形成为多级形状,从而在侧视截面图中形成两个平行表面。形成多级部分的底表面的移动块110的最外平面可形成为具有0.5至0.7微米的厚度。
因此,光透射部120可被布置为围绕移动块110。更优选地,光透射部120可被形成为围绕包括渐缩部分的移动块110的整个上端。
把手140可形成在比移动块110的相对端的最外表面朝着移动块110的中心更向内的位置。移动块110的侧表面可形成为比把手140的侧表面进一步突出,以在其间形成台阶部分121,台阶部分121的尺寸范围为0.1微米至0.3微米。
更优选地,把手140的侧表面中的最外表面可通过预设阶梯部分121形成为位于比具有多级结构的移动块110的最外表面在宽度方向上更靠内的位置。
根据本公开的实施方式,由于移动块110的侧表面比光透射部120的面向移动块110的侧表面进一步突出,所以移动块110起到完全阻挡从发光部150发射的光泄漏的作用。
如上所述,根据本公开的开关结构具有由于在其间具有台阶部分121的光透射部120和移动块110的最外层形状以及渐缩形状的移动块110的顶表面的结构而防止从发光部150辐射的光泄漏到移动块110中的开口111以外的区域的结构。
光透射部120可被配置为使得在侧面截面图中,光透射部120的至少一个远端形成为弯曲部分122。移动块110和光透射部120的弯曲部分122之间的空间可比移动块110和光透射部120的平坦部分之间的空间窄。
这样,开关100可被配置为使得光透射部120的厚度朝着更接近光透射部120的弯曲部分122的区域逐渐减小。由于光透射部分120的厚度逐渐减小,可减少从发光部150泄漏到外部的光量。
在本公开的实施方式中,膜印刷层130可形成为具有从20微米至50微米的范围的厚度,并且从移动块110的顶表面到膜印刷层130的顶表面的厚度可以是1.3t。另外,移动块110的侧面的厚度可以1.2t。
图3示出了按时间顺序使用根据本公开的实施方式的膜印刷方法和嵌件注塑成型方法制造开关100的方法。
如图3所示,将其上印刷有符号131的膜印刷层130固定至下模具300,并且执行根据下模具300的形状预形成膜印刷层130的过程。另外,下模具300被配置成对光透射部120进行注塑成型,上模具200被配置成对移动块110进行注塑成型。
该方法包括以下过程:使由上模具200注塑成型的移动块110与已经执行预成型的下模具300紧密接触的过程以及进行注塑成型以使得根据移动块110的顶表面的形状和下模具300的形状形成光透射部120的过程。
更优选地,为了允许移动块110由上模具200经由中间的分隔壁400注塑成型,将用于形成移动块110的熔融树脂引入到分隔壁400中。在对移动块110进行注塑成型之后,使上模具200与下模具300接触,以使光透射部120位于移动块110的顶表面上。
取出产品,在该产品中,膜印刷层130位于以这种方式注塑成型的光透射部120的顶表面上并且移动块110位于光透射部120的底表面上。
更优选地,当将光透射部120注塑成型时,将光透射部120的一部分引入并固定在形成在移动块110中的开口111中。
另外,由于包括中间的分隔壁400,使得移动块110由上模具200注塑成型,因此该方法包括放置中间的分隔壁400以面对上模具200的过程以及通过中间的分隔壁400注入用于形成移动块110的熔融树脂的过程。在对移动块110进行注塑成型之后,将上模具200和下模具300彼此面对地放置,并且用于形成光透射部120的熔融树脂沿上模具200注入。
结果,提供了开关100,该开关100包括通过上述制造过程彼此整体形成的移动块110、光透射部120和膜印刷层130。
图4示出了根据本公开的另一实施方式的制造开关100的方法。
具体地,以时间顺序示出了根据本公开的另一实施方式的使用膜印刷方法和嵌件注塑成型方法制造开关100的方法。
放置下模具300,使得膜覆盖下模具300,以形成膜印刷层130。下模具300包括形成在其中的凹部,以对光透射部120进行注塑成型。
上模具200包括面对下模具300的一端和远离下模具300设置的相对端。上模具200可包括在一端和相对端对称地形成的凹部以对移动块110进行注塑成型。
更优选地,上模具200可包括第一上模具210和第二上模具220,第一上模具210具有形成在其中的凹部以对移动块110进行注塑成型,第二上模具220位于上模具200的相对端附近。
第一上模具210被配置成使得用于形成移动块110的熔融树脂被引入其中。通过第一上模具210和第二上模具220之间的接触来对第一移动块110a进行注塑成型。
在第一移动块110a被注塑成型之后,第二上模具220从第一上模具210移开,并且第一上模具210的已经注塑成型了第一移动块110a的端部移动到靠近下模具300的位置。
更优选地,第一上模具210位于第二上模具220和下模具300之间,并且配置成可绕第一上模具210的一个轴线旋转。已经在第一上模具210和第二上模具220之间注塑成型的第一移动块110a与第一上模具210一体地旋转,并且位于面对下模具300的位置。
第一上模具210可通过驱动单元(未示出)绕其一个轴线旋转,使得第一上模具210的注塑成型表面面对下模具300或第二上模具220。
注塑成型的第一移动块110a位于已旋转以面对下模具300的第一上模具210的端部,并且光透射部120在第一上模具210和下模具300彼此面对的状态下注塑成型。
如图4所示,当光透射部120被注塑成型时,其上印刷有符号131的膜印刷层130被固定到下模具300,并且根据下模具300的形状被预形成。
此外,在第一上模具210和下模具300之间进行光透射部120的注塑成型的同时,第一上部模具210的相对端面对第二上模具220,从而对第二移动块110b进行注塑成型。
当完成第一上模具210与第二上模具220之间以及第一上模具210与下模具300之间的注塑成型过程时,取出第一上模具210与下模具300之间的开关100,旋转第一上模具210,使得第一上模具210的其中已经注塑成型有第二移动块110b的端部面对下模具300。
即,将包括膜印刷层130的光透射部120注塑成型在第一上模具210和下模具300之间,并且同时,将移动块110注塑成型在第一上模具210和第二上模具220之间。
从以上描述显而易见的是,根据本公开的开关结构及其制造方法具有以下效果。
本公开可提供一种由单个部分组成的开关,从而减少了制造成本和时间。
另外,本公开可使用单个模具注塑成型移动块和把手,从而增加了制造的便利性。
另外,本公开可通过代替镀铬技术来去除有害物质和气味因素,从而提高可用性。

Claims (11)

1.一种开关结构,包括:
发光部,被配置为从车辆接收电力并辐射光;
移动块,定位成围绕所述发光部;
光透射部,被配置为允许从所述发光部辐射的光穿过所述移动块中的开口;和
膜印刷层,位于所述光透射部的顶面上,所述膜印刷层包括符号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的开关结构,其中,所述膜印刷层形成为具有从20微米至50微米的范围的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的开关结构,其中,所述膜印刷层的相对端中的每个从所述移动块的端部向内定位0.1微米至0.3微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的开关结构,其中,所述膜印刷层被配置为在与所述移动块中的所述开口相对应的位置处形成符号,以使从所述发光部辐射的光穿过所述符号。
5.根据权利要求1所述的开关结构,其中,所述光透射部所在的所述移动块的顶面在所述移动块的高度方向上是渐缩的。
6.一种制造开关的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
使用上模具将移动块注塑成型;
通过使已经将所述移动块注塑成型的所述上模具与下模具接合来对把手进行注塑成型;和
从所述上模具和所述下模具中取出注塑成型的产品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,注塑成型步骤包括:
在膜印刷层上印刷符号;
将所述膜印刷层放置在形成所述把手的所述下模具的上端上;和
根据形成所述把手的所述下模具的形状预成型膜。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,预成型步骤包括:
将所述膜印刷层插入在形成所述把手的所述下模具中凹入的部分。
9.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,注塑成型步骤包括:
当所述移动块完全注塑成型在所述上模具的一端时,旋转所述上模具;和
在所述上模具旋转之后,在所述上模具的相对端注塑成型所述移动块。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,在所述上模具旋转之后在所述上模具的所述相对端注塑成型所述移动块的步骤与在所述上模具的一端注塑成型所述把手的步骤同时进行。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,进一步包括,在将具有已经被注塑成型的所述把手的产品取出之后,旋转所述上模具的所述相对端,以在所述相对端中将所述把手注塑成型。
