发明内容

本发明还涉及用于车灯的(例如,后灯)光源模块,光源模块配置成使得刹车灯和转向信号灯在相同的区域中进行操作,使得灯的尺寸可减小而且其制造成本可减少。

如图1至图11所示,根据本发明的用于车灯的(例如,后灯)光源模块包括:具有光导部分11的内部透镜,光导部分在预定方向上辐射光;在各个方向上漫射光的光漫射部分12,其中在光导部分11与光漫射部分12之间设置有气隙;辐射光到光导部分11的第一光源20;辐射光到光漫射部分12的第二光源30;与第一光源20和第二光源30耦合的印刷电路板(PCB)40,PCB 40控制电流向第一光源20和第二光源30的供应;以及与内部透镜10和PCB 40耦合的饰框50,当第一光源20和第二光源30关闭时,饰框50实现作为形状或设计的饰框图像。根据本发明的光源模块配置成使得饰框50和PCB 40在一个方向上台阶式延伸,并且其中第一光源20、第二光源30和内部透镜10设置在饰框的台阶中的每个,以便当光源开启时实现三维模式图像。
具体地,通过使用台阶式结合的内部透镜10并且通过开启或关闭第一光源20和第二光源30,本发明在光源开启时获得三维模式图像。因此,本发明的优点在于,与用于实现三维模式图像的OLED相比,其制造成本可减少。进一步地,光源模块的优点在于,其可经由批量制造而普遍使用。进一步地,如以下所述,通过使用LED光源,其可提供足够的光量,并且因此可适合用于车灯的光源模块。
以饰框50为中心,内部透镜10与饰框50的前部结合,使得内部透镜10从饰框50的前部向前突起,而与第一光源20和第二光源30耦合的PCB 40与饰框50的背部(后部)结合。
本发明还包括:外部透镜60和灯罩70,其中外部透镜60放置在内部透镜10的前方并且覆盖内部透镜10,饰框50和外部透镜60与灯罩70结合。
根据本发明,从第一光源20生成的光向外部透镜60辐射。为此,在光导部分11内部的面向外部透镜60的底部上设置有定向光学突起13,使得定向光学突起13改变光的路径的方向,以便朝向外部透镜60辐射从第一光源20生成的光。
另外,在光漫射部分12的整个内部表面上设置有漫射光学突起14,使得漫射光学突起14在各个方向上漫射从第二光源30生成的光。漫射光学突起14可以为具有微小尺寸的突起。
可在内部透镜10的一侧上设置有钩15,并且可在饰框50上形成锁孔51,使得钩15通过插入其中而锁定到锁孔51。
当施加外力时,钩15能够从内部透镜10弹性弯曲。因此,当插入锁孔51中时,钩15弹性收缩,但在插入之后,钩15恢复其初始形状并且与饰框50的背部结合。
如图7所示,当第一光源20开启时,光导部分11用作刹车灯。为此,第一光源20可以为红色发光二极管(LED),以便执行刹车灯功能。
进一步地,如图8所示,当第二光源30开启时,光漫射部分12用作尾灯。为此,第二光源30可以为红色LED,以便执行尾灯功能。
第一光源20和第二光源30可配置成通过PCB 40的控制单独地开启或关闭。因此,如图7和图8所示,光导部分11和光漫射部分12可单独地开启或关闭。
进一步地,第一光源20和第二光源30可配置成通过PCB 40的控制同时地开启或关闭。因此,如图9所示,光导部分11和光漫射部分12可同时地开启或关闭。
同时,本发明还包括第三光源80,其在由PCB 40和饰框50形成的台阶中的每个上设置在第一光源20的一侧。第三光源80耦合到PCB 40并且通过PCB 40的控制辐射光到光导部分11。当第三光源开启和关闭时,光导部分11用作转向信号灯。为此,第三光源80可以为黄色LED,以便执行转向信号灯功能。
通过PCB 40的控制,第三光源80连续重复开启和关闭,使得光导部分11可执行转向信号灯功能。
如上所述,可通过使用一个光导部分11来根据情形获得刹车灯功能和转向信号灯功能。因此,无需附加部分来执行转向信号灯功能。因而,其优点在于,灯(例如,后灯)的尺寸及其重量可显著减小,而且其制造成本可显著减少。
在此,第三光源80可配置成通过PCB 40的控制同时地或单独地开启或关闭。
另外,通过PCB 40的控制,本发明使在由PCB 40和饰框50形成的台阶中的每个上设置的第一光源20、第二光源30和第三光源80能够沿着台阶同时地或顺序地开启或关闭。因此,如图11所示,光导部分11和光漫射部分12配置成沿着台阶顺序地开启或关闭。
如上文所述,通过使用台阶式结合的内部透镜10并且通过开启或关闭第一光源20和第二光源30,本发明能够在光源开启时实现三维模式图像。因此,能够提供车辆的改善的豪华效果,并且因而改善适销性。具体地,其优点在于,其制造成本可小于用于实现三维模式图像的OLED的制造成本。而且,其优点在于,其可经由批量生产而普遍使用。
进一步地,通过使用LED光源,本发明可产生足够的光量,并且因此其适合用于车灯的光源模块。
进一步地,本发明配置成可使用一个光导部分11来根据情形选择性执行刹车灯功能和转向信号灯功能。因此,无需附加部件来执行转向信号灯功能。因此,灯(例如,后灯)的尺寸及其重量可显著减小,而且其制造成本可显著减少。
尽管已经为说明的目的描述了本发明的优选实施例,但本领域的技术人员将认识到,在未背离如所附权利要求所公开的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,可进行各种修改、添加和替换。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于车灯的光源模块,包括:
内部透镜,其包括光导部分和光漫射部分,其中在所述光导部分与所述光漫射部分之间设置有气隙,所述光导部分在预定方向上辐射光,并且所述光漫射部分在各个方向上漫射光;
第一光源,其将光辐射到所述光导部分;
第二光源,其将光辐射到所述光漫射部分;
印刷电路板,其与所述第一光源和所述第二光源耦合,所述印刷电路板控制电流向所述第一光源和所述第二光源的供应;以及
饰框,其与所述内部透镜和所述印刷电路板耦合,当所述第一光源和所述第二光源关闭时,所述饰框实现作为形状或设计的饰框图像,
其中所述饰框和所述印刷电路板在一个方向上台阶式延伸,
所述第一光源与所述第二光源以及所述内部透镜设置在所述饰框的台阶中的每个上,以便在光源开启时实现三维模式图像,并且
在所述光漫射部分的整个内部表面上设置有漫射光学突起,使得所述漫射光学突起在各个方向上漫射从所述第二光源生成的光,
其中所述漫射光学突起为具有微小尺寸的突起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光源模块,还包括:
外部透镜,其放置在所述内部透镜的前方并且覆盖所述内部透镜;以及
灯罩,所述饰框和所述外部透镜与所述灯罩结合在一起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的光源模块,其中从所述第一光源生成的光通过所述光导部分向所述外部透镜辐射。
4.根据权利要求2所述的光源模块,其中在所述光导部分的内部的面向外部透镜的底部设置有定向光学突起,使得所述定向光学突起改变光的路径的方向,以便向所述外部透镜辐射从所述第一光源生成的光。
5.根据权利要求1所述的光源模块,其中当所述第一光源开启时,所述光导部分用作刹车灯;并且
所述第一光源为红色发光二极管,以便执行刹车灯功能。
6.根据权利要求1所述的光源模块,其中当所述第二光源开启时,所述光漫射部分用作尾灯;并且
所述第二光源为红色发光二极管,以便执行尾灯功能。
7.根据权利要求1所述的光源模块,还包括:
第三光源,其在所述台阶中的每个上设置在所述第一光源的一侧,所述第三光源耦合到所述印刷电路板,并且通过所述印刷电路板的控制将光辐射到所述光导部分,其中
当所述第三光源开启和关闭时,所述光导部分用作转向信号灯,并且
所述第三光源为黄色发光二极管,以便执行转向信号灯功能。
8.根据权利要求7所述的光源模块,其中所述第一光源、所述第二光源和所述第三光源配置成通过所述印刷电路板的控制同时地或单独地开启或关闭。
9.根据权利要求7所述的光源模块,其中在所述台阶上设置的所述第一光源、所述第二光源和所述第三光源配置成通过所述印刷电路板的控制同时地或顺序地开启或关闭。
10.根据权利要求1所述的光源模块,其中在所述内部透镜的一侧设置有钩;并且
在所述饰框上形成有锁孔,使得所述钩通过插入到所述锁孔中而锁定到所述锁孔。
