S12、将聚乳酸和聚乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物共同加入到混合釜中,加热共混均匀后,于103-113℃的温度下,加入富马酸二甲酯和2,6-二氨基吡啶硫酸盐搅拌混合20-40min,保温加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠和添加剂混合均匀后,压延成厚度为0.2-2mm的表面膜;
S2、制作中间复合板:
S21、按重量份计,称取木屑30-50份、秸秆30-50份、玻璃纤维10-18份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2-3份、硬脂酸钡2-4份、阻燃剂1-5份,备用;
S22、将木屑和秸秆共同加水蒸煮20-40min,完成蒸煮后,保温加入玻璃纤维研磨混合20-30min,最后在70-100℃的温度下,加入邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、硬脂酸钡和阻燃剂混合均匀后,热压成型为厚度为10-20mm的复合板材;
S3、橱柜镂铣板:
S31、利用气动镂铣机将中间复合板雕刻造型后,再经侧表面打磨处理;
S32、将表面膜加热至100-120℃后涂上聚氨酯粘合剂,与处理后的中间复合板层压形成橱柜镂铣板。
本发明提出的一种橱柜镂铣板,具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明以聚乳酸和聚乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物为主要原料,通过加入富马酸二甲酯、2,6-二氨基吡啶硫酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和添加剂混合制成表面膜,将表面膜通过聚氨酯粘合剂连接于中间复合板两边形成防霉防污性能好的橱柜镂铣板;
2、本发明通过控制富马酸二甲酯和2,6-二氨基吡啶硫酸盐的添加配比,发现在富马酸二甲酯和2,6-二氨基吡啶硫酸的质量比为1.5-2:1时,两者能够协同增效,起到良好的防水、防霉效果。
3、本发明采用木屑和秸秆为主要原料,通过加入玻璃纤维、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、硬脂酸钡和阻燃剂复合制成中间复合板,所得板材耐压性能稳定,无甲醛释放,安全环保。
4、本发明配方科学、配比严谨,所得橱柜镂铣板解决了现有技术中橱柜镂铣板防霉防污性能不佳的问题,其制作方法简单,制备条件温和,易于工业化生产,可得广泛应用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一
本发明提出的一种橱柜镂铣板,包括表面膜和中间复合板两部分;所述表面膜分为内表面膜和外表面膜;所述内表面膜、中间复合板和外表面膜之间依次通过聚氨酯粘合剂连接;
所述表面膜包括以下重量份的原料:聚乳酸40份、聚乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物15份、富马酸二甲酯3份、2,6-二氨基吡啶硫酸盐2份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1份、添加剂3份;
所述中间复合板包括以下重量份的原料:木屑30份、秸秆30份、玻璃纤维10份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2份、硬脂酸钡2份、阻燃剂1份;
所述添加剂为阻燃剂、增韧剂、抗氧剂和热稳定剂的复合物。
其制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、制作表面膜:
S11、按重量份计,称取聚乳酸40份、聚乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物15份、富马酸二甲酯3份、2,6-二氨基吡啶硫酸盐2份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1份、添加剂3份,备用;
S12、将聚乳酸和聚乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物共同加入到混合釜中,加热共混均匀后,于103℃的温度下,加入富马酸二甲酯和2,6-二氨基吡啶硫酸盐搅拌混合20min,保温加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠和添加剂混合均匀后,压延成厚度为0.2mm的表面膜;
S2、制作中间复合板:
S21、按重量份计,称取木屑30份、秸秆30份、玻璃纤维10份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2份、硬脂酸钡2份、阻燃剂1份,备用;
S22、将木屑和秸秆共同加水蒸煮20min,完成蒸煮后,保温加入玻璃纤维研磨混合20min,最后在70℃的温度下,加入邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、硬脂酸钡和阻燃剂混合均匀后,热压成型为厚度为10mm的复合板材;
S3、橱柜镂铣板:
S31、利用气动镂铣机将中间复合板雕刻造型后,再经侧表面打磨处理;
S32、将表面膜加热至100℃后涂上聚氨酯粘合剂,与处理后的中间复合板层压形成橱柜镂铣板。
该橱柜镂铣板置于温度为25℃,湿度为75%的环境下,60天仍未见霉斑生长;倒上热油并在室温下保持24h,可轻松擦除,且不留痕迹。
实施例二
本发明提出的一种橱柜镂铣板,包括表面膜和中间复合板两部分;所述表面膜分为内表面膜和外表面膜;所述内表面膜、中间复合板和外表面膜之间依次通过聚氨酯粘合剂连接;
所述表面膜包括以下重量份的原料:聚乳酸50份、聚乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物20份、富马酸二甲酯5份、2,6-二氨基吡啶硫酸盐3份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.5份、添加剂4份;
所述中间复合板包括以下重量份的原料:木屑40份、秸秆40份、玻璃纤维14份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2.5份、硬脂酸钡3份、阻燃剂3份;
所述添加剂为阻燃剂和增韧剂的复合物。
其制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、制作表面膜:
S11、按重量份计,称取聚乳酸50份、聚乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物20份、富马酸二甲酯5份、2,6-二氨基吡啶硫酸盐3份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.5份、添加剂4份,备用;
S12、将聚乳酸和聚乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物共同加入到混合釜中,加热共混均匀后,于108℃的温度下,加入富马酸二甲酯和2,6-二氨基吡啶硫酸盐搅拌混合30min,保温加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠和添加剂混合均匀后,压延成厚度为1mm的表面膜;
S2、制作中间复合板:
S21、按重量份计,称取木屑40份、秸秆40份、玻璃纤维14份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2.5份、硬脂酸钡3份、阻燃剂3份,备用;
S22、将木屑和秸秆共同加水蒸煮30min,完成蒸煮后,保温加入玻璃纤维研磨混合25min,最后在85℃的温度下,加入邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、硬脂酸钡和阻燃剂混合均匀后,热压成型为厚度为15mm的复合板材;
S3、橱柜镂铣板:
S31、利用气动镂铣机将中间复合板雕刻造型后,再经侧表面打磨处理;
S32、将表面膜加热至110℃后涂上聚氨酯粘合剂,与处理后的中间复合板层压形成橱柜镂铣板。
该橱柜镂铣板置于温度为25℃,湿度为75%的环境下,68天仍未见霉斑生长;倒上热油并在室温下保持24h,可轻松擦除,且不留痕迹。
实施例三
本发明提出的一种橱柜镂铣板,包括表面膜和中间复合板两部分;所述表面膜分为内表面膜和外表面膜;所述内表面膜、中间复合板和外表面膜之间依次通过聚氨酯粘合剂连接;
所述表面膜包括以下重量份的原料:聚乳酸60份、聚乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物25份、富马酸二甲酯8份、2,6-二氨基吡啶硫酸盐4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份、添加剂5份;
所述中间复合板包括以下重量份的原料:木屑50份、秸秆50份、玻璃纤维18份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯3份、硬脂酸钡4份、阻燃剂5份;
所述添加剂为阻燃剂、增韧剂和热稳定剂的复合物。
其制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、制作表面膜:
S11、按重量份计,称取聚乳酸60份、聚乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物25份、富马酸二甲酯8份、2,6-二氨基吡啶硫酸盐4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份、添加剂5份,备用;
S12、将聚乳酸和聚乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物共同加入到混合釜中,加热共混均匀后,于113℃的温度下,加入富马酸二甲酯和2,6-二氨基吡啶硫酸盐搅拌混合40min,保温加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠和添加剂混合均匀后,压延成厚度为2mm的表面膜;
S2、制作中间复合板:
S21、按重量份计,称取木屑50份、秸秆50份、玻璃纤维18份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯3份、硬脂酸钡4份、阻燃剂5份,备用;
S22、将木屑和秸秆共同加水蒸煮40min,完成蒸煮后,保温加入玻璃纤维研磨混合30min,最后在100℃的温度下,加入邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、硬脂酸钡和阻燃剂混合均匀后,热压成型为厚度为20mm的复合板材;
S3、橱柜镂铣板:
S31、利用气动镂铣机将中间复合板雕刻造型后,再经侧表面打磨处理;
S32、将表面膜加热至120℃后涂上聚氨酯粘合剂,与处理后的中间复合板层压形成橱柜镂铣板。
该橱柜镂铣板置于温度为25℃,湿度为75%的环境下,62天仍未见霉斑生长;倒上热油并在室温下保持24h,可轻松擦除,且不留痕迹。

S22、将木屑和秸秆共同加水蒸煮20min,完成蒸煮后,保温加入玻璃纤维研磨混合20min,最后在70℃的温度下,加入邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、硬脂酸钡和阻燃剂混合均匀后,热压成型为厚度为10mm的复合板材;
S3、橱柜镂铣板:
S31、利用气动镂铣机将中间复合板雕刻造型后,再经侧表面打磨处理;
S32、将表面膜加热至100℃后涂上聚氨酯粘合剂,与处理后的中间复合板层压形成橱柜镂铣板。
该橱柜镂铣板置于温度为25℃,湿度为75%的环境下,42天发现霉斑生长;倒上热油并在室温下保持16h,可轻松擦除,且不留痕迹。

1.一种橱柜镂铣板,包括表面膜和中间复合板两部分;其特征在于,所述表面膜分为内表面膜和外表面膜;所述内表面膜、中间复合板和外表面膜之间依次通过聚氨酯粘合剂连接;
所述表面膜包括以下重量份的原料:聚乳酸40-60份、聚乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物15-25份、富马酸二甲酯3-8份、2,6-二氨基吡啶硫酸盐2-4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-2份、添加剂3-5份;
所述中间复合板包括以下重量份的原料:木屑30-50份、秸秆30-50份、玻璃纤维10-18份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2-3份、硬脂酸钡2-4份、阻燃剂1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种橱柜镂铣板,其特征在于,所述表面膜包括以下重量份的原料:聚乳酸50份、聚乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物20份、富马酸二甲酯5份、2,6-二氨基吡啶硫酸盐3份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.5份、添加剂4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种橱柜镂铣板,其特征在于,所述富马酸二甲酯和2,6-二氨基吡啶硫酸的质量比为1.5-2:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种橱柜镂铣板,其特征在于,所述添加剂为阻燃剂、增韧剂、抗氧剂或热稳定剂中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种橱柜镂铣板,其特征在于,所述中间复合板包括以下重量份的原料:木屑40份、秸秆40份、玻璃纤维14份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2.5份、硬脂酸钡3份、阻燃剂3份。
6.一种根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的橱柜镂铣板的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、制作表面膜:
S11、按重量份计,称取聚乳酸40-60份、聚乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物15-25份、富马酸二甲酯3-8份、2,6-二氨基吡啶硫酸盐2-4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-2份、添加剂3-5份,备用;
S12、将聚乳酸和聚乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物共同加入到混合釜中,加热共混均匀后,于103-113℃的温度下,加入富马酸二甲酯和2,6-二氨基吡啶硫酸盐搅拌混合20-40min,保温加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠和添加剂混合均匀后,压延成厚度为0.2-2mm的表面膜;
S2、制作中间复合板:
S21、按重量份计,称取木屑30-50份、秸秆30-50份、玻璃纤维10-18份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2-3份、硬脂酸钡2-4份、阻燃剂1-5份,备用;

S3、橱柜镂铣板:
S31、利用气动镂铣机将中间复合板雕刻造型后,再经侧表面打磨处理;
S32、将表面膜加热至100-120℃后涂上聚氨酯粘合剂,与处理后的中间复合板层压形成橱柜镂铣板。
