广播和通信接收机供显示与节目有关的信息，除预定显示区外配备有另一显示区，将观众选取的特定信息显示数据全部显示，当显示数据以省略方式显示时，显示数据附有信息省略号，将显示数据显示在有限显示区内。接收机包括：信息接收器，接收与节目有关的信息；解码器，对上述信息解码；显示单元，显示解码的上述信息；指令接收器，接收来自遥控器或设在接收机的一个以上按键的输入信号；和显示控制器，根据输入信号控制显示屏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种将有关播送节目的信息连同视频和声频数据一起接收下来、对与节目有关的数据进行解码并显示出来的广播和通信接收机，更具体地说，涉及一种能显示与节目有关的信息的接收机。
背景技术
在现有技术的电视信号接收机中，诸如广播节目的名称、开始和结束的时间之类的节目信息都没有连同视频和/或声频信号一起播送，因而历来都不能将这些信息显示在电视显示屏上，所以电视观众一向是从报纸上登载的节目预告表中获取这些信息的。
此外，目前业已开始的数字广播是用数字化信号代替一般的模拟电视信号通过人造卫星、电缆或地面广播播送到各个家庭的。业已实现的卫星转播就是以这种方式进行的，甚至在日本启用这类业务的计划也已在进行中。数字广播时，各色各样的附加信息可以连同数字化视频和声频信号同时播送。这时就可以利用这类附加信息编制节目预告表。
另一方面，即使进行一般的模拟广播时，当应用这种系统在垂直消隐期间多路复用与节目有关的信息时，也可以编制与数字广播的情况类似的节目表。
图1是模拟广播式多路复用系统的方框图，其中SA表示声频信号，SV表示视频信号，SP表示与节目有关的信息，例如广播节目的名称、开始和结束的时间等。编号1表示多路复用装置，用以多路复用视频信号SV和与节目有关的信息SP，编号2表示调制器，用以将视频信号SV和声频信号SA调制成广播电磁波。
在模拟广播系统中，在垂直消隐期间采用了一种多路复用与节目有关的信息SP的方法。然而，在垂直消隐期间多路复用的信息量比数字广播系统中可播送的信息量小。此外，在模拟广播系统中，就其屏幕显示功能而论，其屏幕显示能力和待处理的信息量都受到限制。因此，按模拟广播系统制成的显示屏其显示能力就比按数字广播系统的差。
图2是数字广播式多路复用系统的方框图，其中编号3A、3B和3P分别表示对声频信号、视频信号和与节目有关的信息进行编码的编码器。在此数字广播系统中，声频信号SA、视频信号SV和与节目有关的信息SP分别经编码器3A、3B和3P编码和压缩之后由多路复用器1进行时分多路复用，得出多路复用信号，由调制器2将多路复用信号调制成广播电磁波。
数字广播系统的特点是，与节目有关的信息SP由编码器3P进行编码和压缩，因而可加以多路复用的信号比模拟广播系统中能加以多路复用的与节目有关的信息多。
当这类与节目有关的信息想作为节目表显示在显示屏(例如电视显示屏)的某预定显示区时，若所有的显示数据全显示出来所需的显示区大于该预定显示区，则所有显示数据就不能在有限的显示区完全显示出来。因此，在此情况下有这样的缺点，即丢失了部分原可显示出来的信息。
发明内容
因此，本发明的主要目的是在显示数据丢失时显示观众所选取的特定信息有关的全部显示数据或添加信息校正显示，从而使显示数据信息可以在显示屏的有限显示区中显示出来。
本发明的另一个目的是使报纸和杂志无需登载与节目有关的信息。
按照本发明的一个方面，提供一种广播和通信接收机，包括信息接收装置，供接收视频信号、音频信号和与节目有关的信息，其中与节目有关的信息包括广播节目的名称、开始和结束时间的信息；
多路分解装置，供对收到的音频视频信号和收到的与节目有关的信息进行多路分解；
信息解码装置，供对收到的信号中经多路分解的与节目有关的信息进行解码；
音频视频解码装置，供对经多路分解的音频视频信号进行解码；
屏幕显示装置，供显示经解码的与节目有关的信息；
指令接收装置，供接收遥控器来的或设在接收机主体的一个或多个按键来的输入信号；和
显示控制装置，供根据输入信号控制显示屏；
其中，在屏幕显示装置中配备有用于显示与节目有关的信息的第一显示区，在所述第一显示区显示多个字符信息串，显示控制装置有一个数据量比较装置，供将可显示数据计算器计算的第一显示区的大小与输入数据计算器计算的显示数据的大小相比较，且在经判断显示数据的大小大于第一显示区的大小时，显示显示控制装置的显示数据字符串可显示的部分和附在省略的字符串最末尾部分的省略符号。
按照本发明的另一方面，提供一种广播和通信接收机，包括：信息接收装置，供接收视频信号、音频信号和与节目有关的信息，其中与节目有关的信息包括广播节目的名称、开始和结束时间的信息；解码装置，供对收到的信号中与节目有关的信息进行解码；屏幕显示装置，供显示经解码的与节目有关的信息；指令接收装置，供接收来自遥控器或来自设在接收机主体上的一个或多个按键的输入信号；和显示控制装置，供根据输入信号控制显示屏；其中，用于显示与节目有关的信息的与节目有关的信息显示屏至少包括，用于显示节目名称的第一节目名称显示区、用于显示频道号的频道号区，和多个信息区，所述多个信息区包括显示待显示时间的时标区，每个所述信息区用至少一个字符串和背景，所述信息区形成表示节目广播时间表的节目表，所述节目名称区的一端示出节目开始时间，另一端示出节目结束时间，显示控制装置包括一个数据量比较装置，供将第一节目名称区的大小与节目名称数据量相比较，当数据量比较器判断节目名称数据量大于节目名称区的大小时，显示控制装置使显示数据的可显示字符串和附在字符串最末尾的省略符号显示出来。

具体实施方式
图3是本发明一个实施例的广播和通信接收机的方框图，它包括：输入端101、供输入来自外部天线等的广播和通信信号用；分离器或多路信号分离器102，供从收到的信号提取视频信号或声频信号或与节目有关的信息信号；A/V(声频/视频)解码器103，供对视频和声频信号进行解码，从而再现原来的图象和原来的伴音；图象多路复用器104，供多路复用视频信号和象字符之类的图表；电视显示器105；指令接收器106，供接收用户的输入；信息解码器107，供对播送来的与节目有关的信息进行解码；与节目有关的信息的缓冲器108，供存储经解码的与节目有关的信息；控制微计算机110，里面装有上述器件106至109；输入数据量计算111，供计算自信息缓冲器收到的显示数据量；可显示数据量计算器113，供计算可显示在显示屏上的字符行数；比较器112；供将输入数据量与可显示数据量相比较；显示数据设定器114，供设定待显示的字符行；以及显示控制器109，里面装有上述器件111至114。此外，广播和通信接收机中还装有信号接收器118和解码器119，前者供接收广播和通信信号用，后者供对收到的信号进行解码用。
图3中，加到输入端101的信号通过接收器118和解码器119发送给多路信号分离器102。多路信号分离器102从收到的信号提取视频和声频信号，并将它们发送给A/V解码器103。同样，多路信号分离器102还从收到的信号提取与节目有关的信息，并将其发送给控制微计算机110的信息解码器107。与节目有关的信息经信息解码器107解码后发送给与节目有关信息的缓冲器108。

当输入数据的字符行数多于可显示字符行数时，显示数据设定器114将输入数据可显示的字符行作为显示数据发送给图象多路复用器104，表示省略的符号加在字符行最后一行的末尾。
图4中示出了供说明本发明的显示与节目有关的信息的显示屏的一个例子，其中编号201表示节目开始时间，编号202表示节目结束时间，编号203表示节目名称。在图4的与节目有关信息的显示屏的实例中，节目的开始时间201和结束时间202和节目名称203排列成一行，表示节目广播时间表，但显示节目名称203的显示区小得不能将节目名称203从头到尾完全显示出来。
特别是需要以日本(汉字)表示系统时，需要放大语句的汉字字符的尺寸，因而减少了可在显示区内显示的字符行数，从而不能将显示数据完全显示出来。
图5是图3中与节目有关信息的显示屏的第一实例。图5中，编号301表示省略显示数据尾部的省略符号。
在图4与节目有关的信息的显示屏的情况下，不可能判断象节目名称之类的显示数据是从头到尾完全显示出来抑或只显示显示数据可显示的字符行。另一方面在图5的与节目有关的信息的显示屏的情况下，当只显示显示数据可显示的字符行时，则在显示字符行的末尾附加了表示省略显示数据尾部的省略符号301，从而使电视观众一目了然。虽然图5的与节目有关信息数据的显示屏采用了“…”作为省略符号，但必要时也可以采用另一种适当的符号。此外，待显示的内容也不局限于象节目开始时间201、节目结束时间202和节目名称203之类的这种与节目有关的信息，也可以采用其它信息。
图6示出了图3中与节目有关信息的显示屏的第二实施例，其中编号401表示由n个节目显示区4011，4012，…，401n-1和401n组成的第一显示区，402表示第二显示区，403表示用以选择第一显示区中n个节目显示区4011，4012，…，401n-1其中之一的光标，404则表示其中列出多个(1，……，和n)第一显示区401的显示区。
第一显示区401上显示出包括节目名称在内的至少一部分显示数据。第二显示区402上显示出和第一显示区401上没有任何省略的完全显示一样的包括节目名称的显示数据。光标403根据用户的输入信号选取n个节目显示区中的一个想选择的节目显示区。这样，由于操纵光标403就可以使用户任意从设在另一显示区404中的第一显示区401选取特定的第一显示区401(例如，4011)，因而所有显示数据包括用户所需的节目名称在内都可没有任何省略地完全显示出来。
由于在第二显示区上没有任何省略地只显示用户需要的显示数据，而在第一显示区上带省略符号地显示显示数据，因而在另一显示区404中可显示更多的第一显示区。
翻到图7，图中示出了本发明第二实施例的广播和通信接收机的方框图，接收机包括：时间信息鉴别器115，供鉴别输入数据的时间信息；显示时段设定器117，供设定待显示在显示屏上的节目表时段；和时间信息比较器116，供将输入数据的时间信息与节目表的时段相比较。其它组成元件与图3中的相同。
当表示要求在显示屏上显示出与节目有关的信息的信号输入指令接收器106中时，存储在与节目有关信息的缓冲器108中的与节目有关的信息就从缓冲器108发送给显示控制器109的时间信息鉴别器115。显示控制器109的时间信息比较器116将经时间信息鉴别器105鉴别的时间信息与显示时段设定器117设定的显示时段相比较，并将其比较结果和输入数据发送给显示数据设定器114，在设定器114中设定它们的显示格式。显示控制器109控制图象多路复用器104，并将自显示数据设定器收到的显示数据与自A/V解码器103收到的视频信号组合起来将其显示在电视显示屏105上。
上述与节目有关信息的显示屏的显示格式采用至少在各信息栏和背景中的字符串，即显示出表示节目广播时间表这样的节目表：节目开始时间显示在各节目名称栏的左端，节目结束时间显示在各信息栏的右端。
当经判断，输入数据的时间信息超出显示时段范围时，显示数据设定器114修改显示数据左端或右端的形状并将其发送给图象多路复用器104。显示数据设定器114修改节目名称栏的左端或右端的形状，以清楚地表明，节目的开始或结束时间处在显示中的节目表时段范围之外。
图8示出了图7中与节目有关信息的显示屏的第三实例，图中包括频道号栏501、时标栏502、表示n频道节目显示区5031，5032，…，503n-1和503n的第一节目名称显示栏503、第二节目名称显示栏504、表明节目广播开始或结束时间处在显示中节目表之外的连续显示图形505、和节目名称选择栏506，其中列出了多个(n＝1，……)第一节目名称显示栏503。
在节目显示屏中，横向部分表示时间，第一节目名称显示栏503在水平方向上的显示起始位置表示广播开始时间，其水平长度表示节目广播的持续时间。时标栏502中示出了时间值。
此外，纵向部分表示广播频道。频道号栏501上显示着广播台的频道号、广播台的名称或标志符号。
用户用遥控器或设在接收装置主体上的一个或多个按键选取节目名称选择栏506中第一节目名称显示栏5031，5032，…和503n的其中一个。所选取的第一节目名称显示栏503也显示在第二节目名称显示栏504中。更具体地说，至少一部分节目名称显示在第一节目名称显示栏503上，这样选定的整个节目名称则没有任何省略地完整显示在第二节目名称显示栏504上。
节目的广播开始时间、广播持续时间或广播结束时间是根据显示在时标栏502中的时间值表示的。然而，当节目广播持续时间比节目表屏上显示的持续时间长或节目广播开始或结束时间处在显示的节目表中表示的时段以外时，就不可能在节目表显示屏上显示出节目广播开始或结束的时间。为显示节目是在显示的时段之前开始广播的或节目是在显示的时段之后结束广播的，采用了连续显示图形505。
采用连续显示图形505，则当广播持续时间重叠、提前或滞后显示的时段时就可以表示广播开始或结束时间在显示的时段的范围之外。
图9中示出了图7中与节目有关信息的显示屏的第四实例，其中包括了一个第三时间信息显示栏601。
在节目显示屏上，第三时间信息显示栏601设在与节目有关信息的显示屏内，表示节目的广播开始和结束的时间。因此，当节目广播持续时间比可显示在显示屏的持续时间长从而不能在节目表屏的时标栏502内表示节目广播开始或结束时间时，可以清楚地显示出广播开始和结束的时间，即收到的与节目有关的信息没有任何省略的时间信息。
时间信息显示栏601可以是独立的显示区，也可以设在准备与节目名称一起表示的第二节目名称显示栏504内。
虽然上面是就本实施例数据字广播系统的节目显示屏进行说明的，但本发明并不局限于上述特定数字广播系统，而是可以应用到与节目有关的信息经多路复用发送给一般模拟电视广播系统这种的广播系统。此外，本发明也不局限于节目表显示屏，而是可应用于其它的一般显示屏。
按照本发明，当想显示与项目经选择的情况有关的信息时，可以配备广播和通信接收机的与节目有关信息的显示屏，在其上没有任何省略地全部显示出接收机所收到的与节目有关信息的所有显示数据。
此外，用户还可因此无需购买载有与节目有关信息的报纸或杂志。

Claims (11)

1.一种广播和通信接收机，包括：
信息接收装置，供接收视频信号、音频信号和与节目有关的信息，其中与节目有关的信息包括广播节目的名称、开始和结束时间的信息；
多路分解装置，供对收到的音频视频信号和收到的与节目有关的信息进行多路分解；
信息解码装置，供对收到的信号中经多路分解的与节目有关的信息进行解码；
音频视频解码装置，供对经多路分解的音频视频信号进行解码；
屏幕显示装置，供显示经解码的与节目有关的信息；
指令接收装置，供接收遥控器来的或设在接收机主体的一个或多个按键来的输入信号；和
显示控制装置，供根据输入信号控制显示屏；
其中，在屏幕显示装置中配备有用于显示与节目有关的信息的第一显示区，在所述第一显示区显示多个字符信息串，显示控制装置有一个数据量比较装置，供将可显示数据计算器计算的第一显示区的大小与输入数据计算器计算的显示数据的大小相比较，且在经判断显示数据的大小大于第一显示区的大小时，显示显示控制装置的显示数据字符串可显示的部分和附在省略的字符串最末尾部分的省略符号。
2.如权利要求1所述的广播和通信接收机，其特征在于，除上述的第一显示区外，还配备了可显示的字符数多于所述第一显示区的第二显示区，显示控制装置使所有要显示的数据可以显示在第二显示区中。
3.如权利要求2所述的广播和通信接收机，其特征在于，第二显示区中显示的信息与所述第一显示区上按用户的输入选取的信息相同。
4.一种广播和通信接收机，包括：
信息接收装置，供接收视频信号、音频信号和与节目有关的信息，其中与节目有关的信息包括广播节目的名称、开始和结束时间的信息；
多路分解装置，供对收到的音频视频信号和收到的与节目有关的信息进行多路分解；
信息解码装置，供对收到的信号中经多路分解的与节目有关的信息进行解码；
音频视频解码装置，供对经多路分解的音频视频信号进行解码；
屏幕显示装置，供显示经解码的与节目有关的信息；
指令接收装置，供接收来自遥控器或来自设在接收机主体上的一个或多个按键的输入信号；和
显示控制装置，供根据输入信号控制显示屏；
其中，用于显示与节目有关的信息的显示屏包括，用于显示节目名称的第一节目名称显示区、用于显示频道号等的频道号区，和多个信息区，所述多个信息区包括显示待显示时间的时标区，每个所述信息区采用字符串和背景，所述信息区形成表示节目广播时间表的节目表，所述节目名称区的一端示出节目开始时间，另一端示出节目结束时间，显示控制装置包括一个数据量比较装置，供将第一节目名称区的大小与节目名称数据量相比较，当数据量比较器判断节目名称数据量大于节目名称区的大小时，显示控制装置使显示数据的可显示字符串和附在字符串最末尾的省略符号显示出来。
5.如权利要求4所述的广播和通信接收机，其特征在于，所述与节目有关的信息的显示屏，除所述的第一节目名称区外，还包括可显示字符数多于第一节目名称区的第二节目名称区，且显示控制装置使所有节目名称数据显示在第二节目名称区中。
6.如权利要求5所述的广播和通信接收机，其特征在于，第二节目名称区上显示的信息与所述的第一节目名称区的信息相同。
7.如权利要求4所述的广播和通信接收机，其特征在于，显示控制装置包括一个用于将所述节目名称区中待显示的节目广播时间与时标区中待显示的时段相比较的时间比较装置，并在时间比较装置判断广播结束时间在时标区显示的时段之外时，所述显示控制装置改变所述节目名称区左端或右端连续显示图形的形状。
8.如权利要求5所述的广播和通信接收机，其特征在于，与节目有关信息的显示屏还有第二显示区，供显示包括所选节目的开始和结束时间在内的时间信息。
9.如权利要求7所述的广播和通信接收机，其特征在于，与节目有关信息的显示屏还有第二显示区，供显示包括所选节目的开始和结束时间在内的时间信息。
10.如权利要求8所述的广播和通信接收机，其特征在于，第二节目名称区中配备有第三显示区。
11.如权利要求9所述的广播和通信接收机，其特征在于，第二节目名称区中配备有第三显示区。
