技术领域
本发明涉及具有包含含有丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物的基部和贯通孔的结构体的层叠体。
背景技术
一直以来,例如逐渐制作了对板状体等实心体实施针孔加工等后加工、对纤维状物实施穿孔加工等而具有贯通孔的结构体。然而,这些结构体的制作在耗费功夫的方面有问题。
作为消除该耗费功夫的问题的方案之一,提出了一种在基材片的单侧表面或两侧表面上将1层以上的具有贯通孔的热塑性弹性体层模具印刷成型而成的层叠体(例如参照专利文献1)。
而且,由弹性体制作板状体等结构体的情况下,由于其软质性而粘合粘接性能是期待的性能之一。使用弹性体作为该材料的情况下,出于进行对位的必要性等,有时要求临时固定的容易性。
另外,在粘合性能上,有时要求对各种被粘物的粘接性,有时特别要求对金属的高粘接性。另外,在与作为通用的片使用的包含大量增塑剂的软质聚氯乙烯(PVC)接合的情况下,大多情况下要求抑制增塑剂迁移所导致的粘合性能降低。

发明要解决的问题
然而,容易临时固定的情况下,有粘合性变高的倾向。另外,想要提高对各种被粘物的粘合性的情况下,大多情况下添加增粘树脂、增塑剂等,因此,为了进行对位而一旦剥离时等,有容易残胶的倾向。特别是临时固定于包含大量增塑剂的软质聚氯乙烯时等,为了进行对位而一旦剥离时等,更容易残胶。因此,难以制作满足这些全部特性的结构体。
本发明的目的在于,提供:能兼顾临时固定等中的操作性与粘合性、且能抑制残胶、对各种被粘物、特别是对金属的粘接性也优异的、具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体的层叠体。
用于解决问题的方案
根据本发明,上述目的通过如下方案等而达成:
[1]一种层叠体,其具有:基材、和设置于该基材的至少一个表面的包含基部和贯通孔的结构体,
该结构体的基部含有丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I),所述丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)包含:由甲基丙烯酸酯单元形成的2个聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)、和含有通式CH2=CH-COOR1(1)(式中,R1表示碳数1~3的有机基团)所示的丙烯酸酯单元的1个聚合物链段(B),所述丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)具有(A1)-(B)-(A2)嵌段结构,重均分子量为50000~250000,聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)的总含量为35质量%以下;
[2]一种热熔用粘接构件,其包含[1]所述的层叠体。
发明的效果
根据本发明,可以得到:能兼顾临时固定等中的操作性与粘合性、且能抑制残胶、对各种被粘物、特别是对金属的粘接性也优异的、具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体。
具体实施方式
以下,对本发明详细地进行说明。需要说明的是,本说明书中,“(甲基)丙烯酸酯”是“甲基丙烯酸酯”和“丙烯酸酯”的统称,而且“(甲基)丙烯酸”是“甲基丙烯酸”和“丙烯酸”的统称。
本发明的层叠体具有包含含有丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)的基部和贯通孔的结构体。结构体具有上述基部和贯通孔,因此,不仅透气性优异,而且在临时固定等中的操作性和粘合性优异。另外,也能抑制残胶。
上述结构体由包含以网格状连续的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)的基部和贯通孔形成是优选方式。通过具有这种结构,从而不仅透气性更优异,而且临时固定等中的操作性和粘合性更优异。另外,残胶的抑制也更优异。另外,对各种被粘物、特别是对金属的粘接性也优异。
作为成为上述网格状的形状,例如可以举出网眼形状、蜂窝形状、斑片形状、瓷砖(tile)形状等。另外,作为上述结构体的形状,可以为离散地设有贯通孔的点形状、条纹形状等。
上述结构体的、贯通孔以外的部分(基部)含有丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)。丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)包含:由甲基丙烯酸酯单元形成的2个聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)、和含有通式CH2=CH-COOR1(1)(式中,R1表示碳数1~3的有机基团)所示的丙烯酸酯单元的1个聚合物链段(B),所述丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)具有(A1)-(B)-(A2)嵌段结构,重均分子量为50000~250000,聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)的总含量为35质量%以下。
丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)形成结构体的基部,从而可以得到不仅临时固定等中的操作性与粘合性优异、而且能抑制伴随被粘物中所含的增塑剂的迁移而容易产生的残胶、对各种被粘物、特别是对金属的粘接性也优异的具有结构体的层叠体。
(聚合物链段(A1)和(A2))
丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)具有由甲基丙烯酸酯单元形成的聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)的2个甲基丙烯酸酯单元所形成的聚合物链段。
作为成为上述聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)的结构单元的甲基丙烯酸酯,例如可以举出甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸异丙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯、甲基丙烯酸仲丁酯、甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯、甲基丙烯酸正己酯、甲基丙烯酸环己酯、甲基丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸正辛酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、甲基丙烯酸十三烷酯、甲基丙烯酸硬脂酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、甲基丙烯酸苯酯、甲基丙烯酸苄酯等不具有官能团的甲基丙烯酸酯;甲基丙烯酸甲氧基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸乙氧基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸2-氨基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、甲基丙烯酸四氢糠酯等具有官能团的甲基丙烯酸酯等。
其中,从改善得到的聚合物的耐热性、耐久性的观点出发,优选不具有官能团的甲基丙烯酸酯,更优选甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯、甲基丙烯酸环己酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、甲基丙烯酸苯酯,从聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)与聚合物链段(B)的相分离变得更清晰、包含含有丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)的基部和贯通孔的结构体的聚集力变高的方面出发,进一步优选甲基丙烯酸甲酯。聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)可以由这些甲基丙烯酸酯的1种构成,也可以由2种以上构成。另外,上述丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)具有聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)这2个作为由甲基丙烯酸酯单元形成的聚合物链段,但构成这些聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)的甲基丙烯酸酯可以相同也可以不同。另外,聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)中所含的甲基丙烯酸酯单元的比率在聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)各自的聚合物链段中,优选60质量%以上、更优选80质量%以上、进一步优选90质量%以上、更进一步优选95质量%以上。另外,聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)的甲基丙烯酸酯单元的比率可以为100质量%。
需要说明的是,由甲基丙烯酸酯单元形成的各聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)中所含的甲基丙烯酸酯单元的立构规整性可以彼此相同也可以不同。
丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)中,聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)的总含量为35质量%以下、优选32质量%以下。另外,聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)的总含量优选4质量%以上、更优选8质量%以上。聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)的总含量如果为上述范围内,则有将丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)用于包含基部和贯通孔的结构体时,得到的层叠体的操作性和粘合性优异,也能抑制伴随被粘物中所含的增塑剂的迁移而容易产生的残胶,对各种被粘物、特别是对金属的粘接性也优异的倾向。另外,丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)中所含的聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)各自的含量可以相同也可以不同。
上述聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)各自的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)优选60~140℃、更优选70~130℃、进一步优选80~130℃。玻璃化转变温度如果处于该范围,则在本发明的层叠体的通常的使用温度下该聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)作为物理假交联点发挥作用而变得体现聚集力,可以得到耐久性、耐热性等优异的层叠体。需要说明的是,本说明书中的玻璃化转变温度是以DSC测定得到的曲线的外推开始温度。
上述聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)各自的Tg可以相同也可以不同。上述聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)各自的Tg不同的情况下,两者的聚合物链段的Tg为上述范围是优选的一方式。
(聚合物链段(B))
丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)具有1个含有通式CH2=CH-COOR1(1)(式中,R1表示碳数1~3的有机基团)所示的丙烯酸酯单元(以下,也称为丙烯酸酯(1)单元)的、1个聚合物链段(B)。在聚合物链段(B)中包含丙烯酸酯(1)单元,从而可以赋予粘合性、且得到能抑制伴随被粘物中所含的增塑剂的迁移而容易产生的残胶、对各种被粘物、特别是对金属的粘接性也优异的层叠体。
作为丙烯酸酯(1),例如可以举出丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸异丙酯、丙烯酸正丙酯等不具有官能团的丙烯酸酯;丙烯酸2-甲氧基乙酯、丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯、丙烯酸2-氨基乙酯、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯等具有官能团的丙烯酸酯等。
其中,从得到的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)对增塑剂的耐性提高的观点、透明性、柔软性和对被粘物的粘接性的观点出发,优选不具有官能团的丙烯酸酯,更优选丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯,进一步优选丙烯酸甲酯。它们可以单独使用,也可以组合使用2种以上。
构成聚合物链段(B)的丙烯酸酯单元还包含通式CH2=CH-COOR2(2)(式中,R2表示碳数4~12的有机基团)所示的丙烯酸酯(2)单元也是优选的一方式。
作为丙烯酸酯(2),例如可以举出丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸异丁酯、丙烯酸仲丁酯、丙烯酸叔丁酯、丙烯酸正戊酯、丙烯酸异戊酯、丙烯酸正己酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、丙烯酸正辛酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸癸酯、丙烯酸异冰片酯、丙烯酸月桂酯、丙烯酸环己酯、丙烯酸苯酯、丙烯酸苄酯等不具有官能团的丙烯酸酯;丙烯酸2-乙氧基乙酯、丙烯酸2-(二乙基氨基)乙酯、丙烯酸四氢糠酯、丙烯酸2-苯氧基乙酯等具有官能团的丙烯酸酯等。
其中,从聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)与聚合物链段(B)的相分离变得更清晰、得到的结构体的聚集力提高的方面、和粘合性提高的方面出发,优选不具有官能团的丙烯酸酯,更优选丙烯酸正丁酯和丙烯酸2-乙基己酯,进一步优选丙烯酸正丁酯。它们可以单独使用,也可以组合使用2种以上。
上述聚合物链段(B)中的丙烯酸酯(1)单元和丙烯酸酯(2)单元的质量比(1)/(2)优选95/5~5/95。质量比如果为上述范围内,则源自丙烯酸酯(1)单元的对增塑剂的耐性、与源自丙烯酸酯(2)单元的对被粘物的粘合性的均衡性优异。因此,包含含有丙烯酸类嵌段共聚物(I)的基部的结构体与基材的层叠体中,即使基材中包含增塑剂的情况下,增塑剂也不易向结构体迁移,可以得到耐久性优异的层叠体。从上述观点出发,上述丙烯酸酯的质量比(1)/(2)优选90/10~15/85、更优选90/10~20/80、进一步优选80/20~20/80。
另外,上述聚合物链段(B)仅由丙烯酸酯(1)单元形成也是优选的一方式。上述聚合物链段(B)如果仅由丙烯酸酯(1)单元形成,则例如基材等中包含增塑剂的情况下,对增塑剂的耐性进一步提高。
另外,上述聚合物链段(B)中的丙烯酸酯(1)所占的比率的下限优选15%、更优选25%、进一步优选40%。
作为上述聚合物链段(B)中使用的丙烯酸酯的组合,例如可以举出丙烯酸甲酯/丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸甲酯/丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、丙烯酸甲酯/丙烯酸正丁酯/丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、丙烯酸乙酯/丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯/丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、丙烯酸乙酯/丙烯酸正丁酯/丙烯酸2-乙基己酯等。
聚合物链段(B)中,除丙烯酸酯(1)之外还包含丙烯酸酯(2)的情况下,所包含的丙烯酸酯(1)和(2)的总计单元的比率在聚合物链段(B)中、优选60质量%以上、更优选80质量%以上、进一步优选90质量%以上,可以为100质量%。
由多个单体使上述聚合物链段(B)共聚的情况下,可以由无规共聚物形成,也可以由嵌段共聚物、接枝共聚物形成,进一步可以由圆锥状嵌段共聚物(梯度共聚物)形成。
上述聚合物链段(B)的玻璃化转变温度更优选-70~30℃、更优选-50~25℃、进一步优选-40~20℃、最优选-30~15℃。玻璃化转变温度如果处于该范围,则在使用温度下柔软,操作性和粘合性高,可以得到对被粘物等中所含的增塑剂的耐性高的具有结构体的层叠体。
上述聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)、以及聚合物链段(B)中,在不有损本发明的效果的范围内,可以含有彼此的单体单元。例如,可以在聚合物链段(A1)或(A2)与聚合物链段(B)的边界具有锥形结构。另外,聚合物链段(A1)或(A2)与聚合物链段(B)可以不含有彼此的单体单元。
另外,上述聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)以及聚合物链段(B)根据需要可以含有其他单体。作为上述其他单体,例如可以举出(甲基)丙烯酸、巴豆酸、马来酸、马来酸酐、富马酸等具有羧基的乙烯基系单体;(甲基)丙烯酰胺、(甲基)丙烯腈、乙酸乙烯酯、氯乙烯、偏二氯乙烯等具有官能团的乙烯基系单体;苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯、对甲基苯乙烯、间甲基苯乙烯等芳香族乙烯基系单体;丁二烯、异戊二烯等共轭二烯系单体;乙烯、丙烯、异丁烯、辛烯等烯烃系单体;ε-己内酯、戊内酯等内酯系单体等。各聚合物链段含有这些其他单体的情况下,其含量相对于构成各聚合物链段的单体的总质量,优选20质量%以下、进一步优选10质量%以下、更进一步优选5质量%以下。
将聚合物链段(A1)作为(A1);聚合物链段(A2)作为(A2);聚合物链段(B)作为(B)时,丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)具有依次键合有聚合物链段(A1)、聚合物链段(B)、聚合物链段(A2)的、(A1)-(B)-(A2)嵌段结构。丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)通过采取该结构,从而成为粘接力、保持力、聚集力优异的结构体。
丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)的重均分子量(Mw)为50000~250000。从聚集力和制造时的操作性的方面出发,优选50000~230000、更优选55000~220000、进一步优选60000~200000。丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)的Mw如果低于50000,则有聚集力差的担心。另外,Mw如果超过250000,则有制造时的操作性差的担心。
丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)的分子量分布(Mw/Mn)优选1.0~1.5、更优选1.0~1.4。需要说明的是,本说明书中的重均分子量(Mw)和数均分子量(Mn)是通过凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)测定求出的标准聚苯乙烯换算的重均分子量和数均分子量。
本发明中使用的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)的制造方法只要可以得到满足涉及化学结构的本发明的条件的聚合物就没有特别限定,可以采用依据公知的方法的方法。通常,作为得到分子量分布窄的嵌段共聚物的方法,可以采用使作为结构单元的单体进行活性聚合的方法。作为这种活性聚合的方法,例如可以举出如下方法:将有机稀土金属络合物作为聚合引发剂进行活性聚合的方法(参照日本特开平06-93060号公报);将有机碱金属化合物作为聚合引发剂,在碱金属或碱土金属的盐等无机酸盐的存在下进行活性阴离子聚合的方法(参照日本特表平05-507737号公报);在有机铝化合物的存在下,将有机碱金属化合物作为聚合引发剂,进行活性阴离子聚合的方法(参照日本特开平11-335432号公报);原子转移自由基聚合法(ATRP)(参照Macromolecular Chemistry and Physics、2000年、201卷、p.1108~1114)等。
上述制造方法中,对于在有机铝化合物的存在下、将有机碱金属化合物作为聚合引发剂进行活性阴离子聚合的方法,得到的嵌段共聚物的透明性变高、残留单体少、臭气被抑制、另外可以抑制用作结构体的基部时贴合后的气泡的发生,故优选。进而,在有甲基丙烯酸酯聚合物链段的分子结构成为高间规、提高结构体的基部的耐热性的效果的方面、在较温和的温度条件下能进行活性聚合、工业上生产的情况下环境负荷(主要用于控制聚合温度的冷冻机所消耗的电力)小的方面,也优选。
作为上述有机铝化合物,例如可以举出下述通式(3)所示的有机铝化合物,

(式(3)中,R3、R4和R5各自独立地表示任选具有取代基的烷基、任选具有取代基的环烷基、任选具有取代基的芳基、任选具有取代基的芳烷基、任选具有取代基的烷氧基、任选具有取代基的芳氧基或N,N-二取代氨基,或R3为上述任意基团、R4和R5成为一体而形成任选具有取代基的亚芳基二氧基。)。
作为上述通式(3)所示的有机铝化合物,从聚合的活性的高低、操作的容易性等的方面出发,优选可以举出异丁基双(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯氧基)铝、异丁基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯氧基)铝、异丁基〔2,2’-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯氧基)〕铝等。
作为上述有机碱金属化合物,例如可以举出正丁基锂、仲丁基锂、异丁基锂、叔丁基锂、正戊基锂、四亚甲基二锂等烷基锂和烷基二锂;苯基锂、对甲苯基锂、锂萘等芳基锂和芳基二锂;苄基锂、二苯基甲基锂、由二异丙烯基苯与丁基锂的反应生成的二锂等芳烷基锂和芳烷基二锂;二甲基氨基锂等氨基锂;甲氧基锂、乙氧基锂等烷氧基锂等。它们可以单独使用,也可以组合使用2种以上。其中,从聚合引发效率高的方面出发,优选烷基锂,其中,更优选叔丁基锂、仲丁基锂,进一步优选仲丁基锂。
另外,上述活性阴离子聚合通常在对聚合反应为非活性的溶剂的存在下进行。作为溶剂,例如可以举出苯、甲苯、二甲苯等芳香族烃;氯仿、二氯甲烷、四氯化碳等卤代烃;四氢呋喃、乙醚等醚等,适合使用甲苯。
嵌段共聚物例如可以通过在使单体聚合而得到的期望的活性聚合物末端,重复期望的次数的形成期望的聚合物链段(聚合物链段(A2)、聚合物链段(B)等)的工序后,使聚合反应停止,从而可以制造嵌段共聚物。具体而言,例如经过包括如下工序的多阶段的聚合工序,使得到的聚合物的活性末端与醇等反应,使聚合反应停止,从而可以制造丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I):在有机铝化合物的存在下,利用由有机碱金属化合物形成的聚合引发剂,使形成第1聚合物链段的单体进行聚合的第1工序;使形成第2聚合物链段的单体进行聚合的第2工序;和,使形成第3聚合物链段的单体进行聚合的第3工序。根据上述的方法,可以制造由聚合物链段(A1)-聚合物链段(B)-聚合物链段(A2)形成的三嵌段共聚物。
作为聚合温度,形成聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)时优选0~100℃,形成聚合物链段(B)时优选-50~50℃。聚合温度低于上述范围的情况下,反应的进行变慢,使反应结束变得需要长时间。另一方面,聚合温度高于上述范围的情况下,活性聚合物末端的失活增加,分子量分布变宽,或变得得不到期望的嵌段共聚物。另外,聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)以及聚合物链段(B)分别可以以1秒~20小时的范围进行聚合。
成为本发明的结构体的基部的成分中,含有上述丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)。只要发挥本发明的效果即可,成为其基部的成分中所含的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)的含量没有特别限制,上述丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)相对于成为基部的成分的总量,优选包含40质量%以上,更优选包含50质量%以上,进一步优选包含60质量%以上,特别优选包含70质量%以上,可以为100质量%。基部中包含40质量%以上的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I),从而更容易发挥基部的特性。
成为本发明的结构体的基部的成分在不有损本发明的效果的范围内可以包含其他聚合物、增粘树脂、软化剂、增塑剂、热稳定剂、光稳定剂、抗静电剂、阻燃剂、发泡剂、着色剂、染色剂、折射率调节剂、填料、固化剂、润滑剂、防胶着剂、防蚁剂、防鼠剂等添加剂。这些其他聚合物和添加剂可以包含1种,也可以包含2种以上。
作为上述其他聚合物,例如可以举出聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和(甲基)丙烯酸酯聚合物或共聚物等丙烯酸类树脂;聚乙烯、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚丙烯、聚丁烯-1、聚-4-甲基戊烯-1、聚降冰片烯等烯烃系树脂;乙烯系离聚物;聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物、高抗冲聚苯乙烯、AS树脂、ABS树脂、AES树脂、AAS树脂、ACS树脂、MBS树脂等苯乙烯系树脂;苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物;苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯-马来酸酐共聚物;聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚乳酸等聚酯树脂;尼龙6、尼龙66、聚酰胺弹性体等聚酰胺;聚碳酸酯;聚氯乙烯;聚偏二氯乙烯;聚乙烯基醇;乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物;聚缩醛;聚偏二氟乙烯;聚氨酯;改性聚苯醚;聚苯硫醚;有机硅橡胶改性树脂;丙烯酸类橡胶;有机硅系橡胶;SEPS、SEBS、SIS等苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体;IR、EPR、EPDM等烯烃系橡胶等。其中,从与成为结构体的基部的成分中所含的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)的相容性的观点出发,优选聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸酯聚合物或共聚物、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、AS树脂、苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯-马来酸酐共聚物、聚乳酸、聚偏二氟乙烯,更优选聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸酯共聚物、苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯-马来酸酐共聚物。
作为上述(甲基)丙烯酸酯聚合物或共聚物,例如可以举出聚丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯酸正丁酯、聚丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸甲酯的无规共聚物、甲基丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸正丁酯的无规共聚物等。
包含成为上述结构体的基部的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)的配混物的制造方法没有特别限制,例如可以如下制造:使用捏合机、挤出机、混合辊、班伯里密炼机等已知的混合或混炼装置,将各成分在100~250℃的范围内的温度下进行混合,从而可以制造。另外,使各成分溶解于有机溶剂并混合后,将该有机溶剂蒸馏去除,从而也可以制造。其中,优选将各成分在双螺杆挤出机中、在150~240℃的范围内的温度下进行熔融混炼后、挤出、切断从而形成粒料等形态。
制造上述结构体的方法只要可以制作包含含有丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)的基部和贯通孔的结构体就没有特别限制。例如可以举出以下的方法。
方法(1),将包含丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)的配混物熔融挤出而制作长纤维,由该长纤维制作短纤维的集合物,将这些短纤维的集合物由粘接剂或热压接,从而制作结构体。
方法(2),通过熔喷法由包含丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)的配混物的熔融物制作结构体。
方法(3)(图案印刷法),在具有具备凹凸的图案层的基底上涂布包含丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)的配混物的熔融物,或在基底上使配混物熔融后将包含基部和贯通孔的材料从基板上剥离,从而制作结构体。
这些方法中,从将凹部的形状形成对应于期望的形状的形状而容易制作包含期望的形状的基部和贯通孔的结构体等方面出发,通过图案印刷法制作本发明的结构体是优选的一方式。
本发明的层叠体具有:基材、和设置于该基材的至少一个表面的、包含基部和贯通孔的上述结构体。
作为上述层叠体,例如可以举出:由包含基部和贯通孔的上述结构体/基材形成的2层的层叠体;由包含基部和贯通孔的上述结构体/基材/包含基部和贯通孔的上述结构体形成的3层的层叠体;由包含基部和贯通孔的上述结构体/基材/包含基部和贯通孔的上述结构体/基材形成的4层的层叠体;由包含基部和贯通孔的上述结构体/基材/包含基部和贯通孔的上述结构体/基材/包含基部和贯通孔的上述结构体形成的5层的层叠体;由基材/包含基部和贯通孔的上述结构体/基材形成的3层的层叠体;等。
另外,本发明的层叠体中,包含基部和贯通孔的上述结构体形成最外层的情况下,在其外侧可以设置例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯薄膜、经脱模处理的PET薄膜、脱模纸等剥离层。
作为层叠体中使用的基材,例如可以举出纸、树脂片或薄膜、由纤维质材料形成的织布或无纺布等。作为成为树脂片或薄膜或纤维质材料的热塑性高分子材料,例如可以举出聚酯、聚酰胺、丙烯酸类树脂、聚氨酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯等氯乙烯系树脂等。由热塑性高分子材料制作纤维质材料的情况下,例如可以将这些热塑性高分子材料熔融纺丝。另外,由热塑性高分子材料制作树脂片或薄膜的情况下,例如可以通过熔融挤出成型这些热塑性高分子材料而制作。
作为其他纤维质材料,例如可以举出棉、麻、绢、羊毛等天然纤维;玻璃纤维、碳纤维等无机纤维;等。可以制作由这些纤维质材料制作的织布,但作为织布,可以举出织物、编织物等。另外,由这些纤维质材料,通过机械方法、化学方法、或组合这些方法而可以制作无纺布。
本发明的层叠体可以通过将如上述得到的包含基部和贯通孔的结构体层叠在基材上而得到。对于层叠的方法,只要可以得到本发明的层叠体就没有特别限制。例如可以举出以下的方法。
方法(1),通过包含基部和贯通孔的结构体由粘接剂或热压接于基材,制造层叠体。
方法(2),通过上述熔喷法,在基材上直接熔喷成为基部的材料,从而制造层叠体。
方法(3),在具有具备凹凸的图案层的基底上涂布包含丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)的配混物的熔融物后,或在基底上使配混物熔融后将包含基部和贯通孔的材料从基板上剥离后,在熔融状态下转印至基材,从而制造层叠体。
这些方法中,从容易制作形成有期望的形状的结构体的层叠体等方面出发,经图案印刷法制造层叠体的、上述(3)的方法是优选的一方式。
本发明中得到的层叠体兼顾临时固定等中的操作性与粘合性,对被粘物的粘接性优异。另外,该层叠体中所含的结构体的热熔特性优异。因此,本发明的层叠体用作包含该层叠体的热熔用粘接构件是适合的一方式。
本发明的层叠体可以用于各种用途。具体而言,例如除表面保护用、掩蔽用、包装/封装用、办公用、标签用、装饰/显示用、装订用、切割带用、医疗/卫生用、夹层玻璃用、防玻璃飞散用、电绝缘用、电子设备保持固定用、半导体制造用、光学显示薄膜用、粘合型光学薄膜用、电磁波屏蔽用或电气/电子部件的封固材料用的粘合带/薄膜/片之外,还可以举出医疗用材料、过滤器材料、食品包装材料、住宅材料、厨房材料、帽子材料等。
作为表面保护用途,可以用于金属、塑料、橡胶、木材等各种材料,具体而言,可以用于涂料面、金属的塑性加工、深拉加工时、汽车构件、光学构件的表面保护。作为该汽车构件,可以举出涂装外板、车轮、镜子、车窗、灯、灯罩等。作为该光学构件,可以举出液晶显示器、有机EL显示器、等离子体显示器、场致发射显示器等各种图像显示装置;偏光薄膜、偏光板、相位差板、导光板、漫射板、DVD等光盘构成薄膜;面向电子/光学用途的精密精细涂布面板等。
作为掩蔽用途,可以举出印刷电路板、柔性印刷电路板的制造时的掩蔽;电子设备中的镀覆、焊接处理时的掩蔽;汽车等车辆的制造、车辆/建筑物的涂装、印刷、土木工程结束时的掩蔽等。
作为包装用途,可以举出重物包装、出口包装、瓦楞纸板箱的封口、罐封等。作为办公用途,可以举出办公通用、封口、图书的修补、制图、笔记用等。作为标签用途,可以举出价格、商品显示、标签、POP、贴纸、条带、铭牌、装饰、广告用等。
作为标签用途,可以举出纸、加工纸(实施了铝蒸镀加工、铝层压加工、漆加工、树脂加工等的纸)、合成纸等的纸类;以玻璃纸、塑料材料、布、木材和金属制的薄膜等为基材层的标签。作为基材层,例如可以举出优质纸、铜版纸、浇注纸、热敏纸、箔纸、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜、聚氯乙烯薄膜、OPP薄膜、聚乳酸薄膜、合成纸、合成纸热敏、保护层压薄膜等。
作为上述标签的被粘物,可以举出塑料瓶、发泡塑料制外壳等塑料制品;纸板箱等纸制/纸板制品;玻璃瓶等玻璃制品;金属制品;陶瓷等其他无机材料制品等。
作为装饰/显示用途,可以举出危险表示密封、卷尺、布线标记、蓄光带、反射片等。
作为粘合型光学薄膜用途,例如可以举出在偏光薄膜、偏光板、相位差薄膜、视野角放大薄膜、亮度改善薄膜、防反射薄膜、抗眩光薄膜、滤色器、导光板、漫射薄膜、棱镜片、电磁波屏蔽薄膜、近红外线吸收薄膜、功能性复合光学薄膜、ITO贴合用薄膜、耐冲击性赋予薄膜、可视性改善薄膜等的单面或两面的至少一部分或全部形成有粘合剂层的光学薄膜等。上述粘合型光学薄膜也包括用于上述光学薄膜的表面保护的保护薄膜。粘合型光学薄膜适合用于液晶显示装置、PDP、有机EL显示装置、电子纸、游戏机、移动终端等各种图像显示装置。
作为电绝缘用途,可以举出线圈的保护被覆或绝缘、发动机/变压器等的层间绝缘等。作为电子设备保持固定用途,可以举出载带、封装体、显像管的固定、拼接、肋增强等。作为半导体制造用,可以举出有机硅晶圆的保护用等。
作为医疗/卫生用途,可以举出镇痛消炎剂(膏药、巴布)、感冒用贴剂、止痒贴、角质软化剂等经皮吸收药用途;急救胶布(含杀菌剂)、手术敷料/外科带、胶布、止血带、人排泄物处理固定具用带(人工肛门固定带)、缝合用带、抗菌带、固定包带、自粘性绷带、口腔粘膜粘贴带、运动用带、脱毛用带等各种带用途;面膜、明眼片、角质剥离膜等美容用途;尿布、宠物垫等卫生材料的粘合用途;冷却片、暖宝宝、防尘、防水、害虫捕获用等。

以下,根据实施例、比较例等对本发明进一步具体地进行说明,但本发明不受以下的例子的任何限定。需要说明的是,以下所示的制造例1~6中,单体、其他化合物通过常规方法进行干燥纯化,在氮气中进行脱气而使用。另外,单体、其他化合物向反应体系的移送和供给在氮气气氛下进行。
以下的例子中,得到的聚合物、嵌段共聚物、和无规共聚物的重均分子量(Mw)和数均分子量(Mn)通过GPC以聚苯乙烯换算分子量求出,由这些值算出分子量分布(Mw/Mn)。GPC中使用的测定装置和条件如下所述。

另外,以下的例子中,嵌段共聚物中的各聚合物链段的含量通过1H-NMR测定而求出。1H-NMR测定中使用的测定装置和条件如下所述。
[1H-NMR测定的装置和条件]
·装置:日本电子株式会社制核核磁共振装置“JNM-LA400”
·氘代溶剂:氘代氯仿
1H-NMR光谱中,3.6ppm、3.7ppm和4.0ppm附近的信号分别归属于甲基丙烯酸甲酯单元的酯基(-O-CH 3)、丙烯酸甲酯单元的酯基(-O-CH 3)和丙烯酸正丁酯单元的酯基(-O-CH 2-CH2-CH2-CH3),由它们的积分值之比求出各单体单元的摩尔比,基于单体单元的分子量,将其换算为质量比,从而求出各聚合物链段的含量。
[透气性1]
在厚度95μm的由聚酯系无纺布(广濑制纸株式会社制、15TH-36)形成的基材的单面,通过以熔融状态转印的公知的印刷法层叠制造例1~4的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物、实施例5~7的配混物、和比较例3的苯乙烯系三嵌段共聚物、比较例5的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的厚度100μm的平面层,制作具有不含贯通孔的结构体的层叠体,在40℃、90%RH的气氛下,依据JISZ0208(B法)测定,从而评价丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物本身、苯乙烯系三嵌段共聚物本身、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体本身、配混物本身的透气性。
[透气性2]
将实施例1~7、11、比较例1、3中得到的包含基部和贯通孔的结构体(或不含贯通孔的结构体)和不具有贯通孔的基材所形成的层叠体切成宽度10mm、长度100mm,贴合于在40℃、90%RH的湿度调节下保管的木板上后,对于从木板下侧供给40℃、90%RH的加湿空气后的安装性,以2阶段进行感性评价,判断透气性2。需要说明的是,实施例11中,由于层叠体的两面为结构体,因此,将一个结构体的表面用PET薄膜覆盖后,使另一个面的结构体贴合在木板上后,以与上述同样的方法判断透气性2。
1.一部分中发生浮起。
2.不发生浮起,未被剥离。
[透气性3]
将实施例8~10、比较例2、4~5中得到的具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和无纺布基材的层叠体穿着于身体,以3阶段进行感性评价因出汗所致的闷热性。
1.闷热大,容易产生褶皱
2.感到闷热,但在褶皱发生前未引起闷热。
3.未感到闷热,有丝滑感。
[轻量化]
算出包含基部和贯通孔的结构体中的、贯通孔所占的比率作为孔隙率。孔隙率为50%以上的情况判断为可以轻量化,评价为“○”。低于50%的情况下,无法轻量化,评价为“△”。
[残胶]
将实施例1~10、比较例1~5中得到的层叠体切成宽度10mm、长度100mm,使该切出的层叠体的具有结构体的一侧的表面贴合于玻璃板,用2kg辊往复2次进行压接,制作评价用样品。将评价用样品在室温下静置24小时后剥离层叠体,对玻璃表面进行目视确认。将未见残胶等、确认不到被粘物(玻璃板)的污染的情况评价为“无”,将可见残胶等、确认到被粘物的污染的情况评价为“有”。
[增塑剂迁移性]
实施例1~10、比较例1~5中,将得到的层叠体切成宽度10mm、长度100mm,使具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体的一侧的表面贴合于1mm厚的软质聚氯乙烯(PVC)板(DIAMONDPLASTICS CORPORATION制、Hishiplate sheet XS-004、添加增塑剂94PHR),用2kg辊往复2次进行压接,制作评价用样品。实施例11中,层叠体的两面为结构体,因此,将一个结构体的表面用PET薄膜覆盖后,通过上述方法,使另一个表面的结构体贴合于软质聚氯乙烯(PVC)板。将评价用样品在室温下静置5天后,剥离层叠体,对此时的包含基部和贯通孔的结构体表面、1mm厚的软质PVC板的表面进行目视确认。将基本没有被粘物自软质PVC板(1mm厚)侧的增塑剂迁移、无残胶等、未确认到被粘物的污染的情况评价为“无”,将可见增塑剂迁移所导致的残胶等、确认到被粘物的污染的情况评价为“有”。
[临时固定性]
实施例1~10、比较例1~5中,从得到的层叠体切出纵50mm、横50mm的试验片1张后,在上述尺寸且经定位的95μm的聚酯系无纺布(广濑制纸株式会社制、15TH-36)上安装上述层叠体,用2kg辊往复2次以压接这些试验片。实施例11中,从得到的层叠体切出纵50mm、横50mm的试验片1张后,使用2张上述尺寸且经定位的95μm的聚酯系无纺布(广濑制纸株式会社制、15TH-36),以夹持层叠体的方式安装,用2kg辊往复2次以压接这些试验片。将未发生自经定位的位置的偏移的情况评价为“A”、确认到轻微偏移的情况评价为“B”。
[与高极性被粘物的粘接力-1]
将实施例1~10和比较例1~5中得到的层叠体切割成宽度10mm、长度140mm的大小,制作试验片。以与试验片的基材侧的表面接触的方式安装铝箔(东洋铝制、RANAFOIL E、两面粗糙化型、80μm),之后将该试验片安装于被粘物上使得试验片的结构体侧的表面与厚度1mm的被粘物(SUS(不锈钢)基材、或铝基材)接触,以110℃进行压接。之后,在室温(23℃)下保管24小时后,依据ISO29862,用Instron公司制万能试验机“5566型”,在23℃下以50mm/分钟的速度沿180°的方向进行剥离,测定层间粘接力并评价。
[与高极性被粘物的粘接力-2]
将实施例11中得到的层叠体切割成宽度10mm、长度140mm的大小,制作试验片。将得到的试验片的两面用厚度1mm的SUS基材夹持,以110℃进行压接。之后,在室温(23℃)下保管24小时后,确认粘接状态。
《制造例1》[丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-1)的制造]
(1)在2L的三口烧瓶上安装三通活塞,并将内部用氮气进行置换后,边在室温下进行搅拌,边加入甲苯938g和1,2-二甲氧基乙烷20.2g,接着,加入含有异丁基双(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯氧基)铝20.8mmol的甲苯溶液41.4g,进一步加入含有仲丁基锂2.60mmol的仲丁基锂的环己烷溶液1.53g。(2)接着,在搅拌下、在室温下,向其中加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯21.8g,进一步持续搅拌60分钟。反应液起初着色为黄色,但搅拌60分钟后成为无色。
(3)之后,将聚合液的内部温度冷却至-30℃,搅拌下用2小时滴加丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸正丁酯的混合液(质量比75/25)246g,滴加结束后以-30℃进一步持续搅拌5分钟。
(4)之后,向其中加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯25.2g,在室温下搅拌一晩。
(5)添加甲醇12.2g使聚合反应停止后,将得到的反应液在搅拌下注入15kg的甲醇中,使白色沉淀物析出。将得到的白色沉淀物回收并干燥,从而得到丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-1)260g。以上述方法通过GPC测定求出得到的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-1)的重均分子量(Mw)和数均分子量(Mn),由这些值算出(Mw/Mn)。另外,通过上述1H-NMR测定,求出丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-1)中的甲基丙烯酸甲酯单元所形成的聚合物链段的总含量。
将丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-1)的性状示于表1。
《制造例2》[丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-2)的制造]
(1)在2L的三口烧瓶上安装三通活塞,并将内部用氮气进行置换后,边在室温下进行搅拌,边加入甲苯938g和1,2-二甲氧基乙烷20.2g,接着,加入含有异丁基双(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯氧基)铝20.8mmol的甲苯溶液41.4g,进一步加入含有仲丁基锂2.60mmol的仲丁基锂的环己烷溶液1.53g。(2)接着,在搅拌下、在室温下,向其中加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯21.8g,进一步持续搅拌60分钟。反应液起初着色为黄色,但搅拌60分钟后成为无色。
(3)之后,将聚合液的内部温度冷却至-30℃,在搅拌下用2小时滴加丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸正丁酯的混合液(质量比50/50)246g,滴加结束后以-30℃进一步持续搅拌5分钟。
(4)之后,向其中加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯25.2g,在室温下搅拌一晩。
(5)添加甲醇12.2g使聚合反应停止后,将得到的反应液在搅拌下注入15kg的甲醇中,使白色沉淀物析出。将得到的白色沉淀物回收并干燥,从而得到丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-2)260g。以上述方法通过GPC测定求出得到的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-2)的重均分子量(Mw)和数均分子量(Mn),由这些值算出(Mw/Mn)。另外,通过上述1H-NMR测定,求出丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-2)中的甲基丙烯酸甲酯单元所形成的聚合物链段的总含量。将丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-2)的性状示于表1。
《制造例3》[丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-3)的制造]
(1)在2L的三口烧瓶上安装三通活塞,并将内部用氮气进行置换后,边在室温下进行搅拌,边加入甲苯1154g和1,2-二甲氧基乙烷24.9g,接着,加入含有异丁基双(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯氧基)铝19.0mmol的甲苯溶液37.8g,进一步加入含有仲丁基锂3.22mmol的仲丁基锂的环己烷溶液1.89g。
(2)接着,在搅拌下、在室温下,向其中加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯22.9g,进一步持续搅拌60分钟。反应液起初着色为黄色,但搅拌60分钟后成为无色。
(3)之后,将聚合液的内部温度冷却至-30℃,在搅拌下用2小时滴加丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸正丁酯的混合液(质量比20/80)150g,滴加结束后以-30℃进一步持续搅拌5分钟。
(4)之后,向其中加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯38.2g,在室温下搅拌一晩。
(5)添加甲醇12.2g使聚合反应停止后,将得到的反应液在搅拌下注入15kg的甲醇中,使白色沉淀物析出。将得到的白色沉淀物回收并干燥,从而得到丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-3)200g。以上述方法通过GPC测定求出得到的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-3)的重均分子量(Mw)和数均分子量(Mn),由这些值算出(Mw/Mn)。另外,通过上述1H-NMR测定,求出丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-3)中的甲基丙烯酸甲酯单元所形成的聚合物链段的总含量。
将丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-3)的性状示于表1。
《制造例4》[丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-4)的合成]
(1)在2L的三口烧瓶上安装三通活塞,并将内部用氮气进行置换后,边在室温下进行搅拌,边加入甲苯936g和1,2-二甲氧基乙烷51.4g,接着,加入含有异丁基双(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯氧基)铝16.5mmol的甲苯溶液32.9g,进一步加入含有仲丁基锂7.00mmol的仲丁基锂的环己烷溶液4.10g。
(2)接着,在搅拌下、在室温下,向其中加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯65.0g,进一步持续搅拌60分钟。反应液起初着色为黄色,但搅拌60分钟后成为无色。
(3)之后,将聚合液的内部温度冷却至-30℃,在搅拌下用2小时滴加丙烯酸正丁酯226g,滴加结束后以-30℃进一步持续搅拌5分钟。
(4)之后,向其中加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯161g,在室温下搅拌一晩。
(5)添加甲醇13.7g使聚合反应停止后,将得到的反应液在搅拌下注入15kg的甲醇中,使白色沉淀物析出。将得到的白色沉淀物回收并干燥,从而得到丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-4)430g。以上述方法通过GPC测定求出得到的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-4)的重均分子量(Mw)和数均分子量(Mn),由这些值算出(Mw/Mn)。另外,通过上述1H-NMR测定,求出丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-4)中的甲基丙烯酸甲酯单元所形成的聚合物链段的总含量。将丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-4)的性状示于表1。
《制造例5》[丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-5)的合成]
(1)在2L的三口烧瓶上安装三通活塞,并将内部用氮气进行置换后,边在室温下进行搅拌,边加入甲苯936g和1,2-二甲氧基乙烷51.4g,接着,加入含有异丁基双(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯氧基)铝16.5mmol的甲苯溶液32.9g,进一步加入含有仲丁基锂6.62mmol的仲丁基锂的环己烷溶液3.88g。
(2)接着,在搅拌下、在室温下,向其中加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯52.9g,进一步持续搅拌60分钟。反应液起初着色为黄色,但搅拌60分钟后成为无色。
(3)之后,将聚合液的内部温度冷却至-30℃,在搅拌下用2小时滴加丙烯酸正丁酯226g,滴加结束后以-30℃进一步持续搅拌5分钟。
(4)之后,向其中加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯46.2g,在室温下搅拌一晩。
(5)添加甲醇13.7g使聚合反应停止后,将得到的反应液在搅拌下注入15kg的甲醇中,使白色沉淀物析出。将得到的白色沉淀物回收并干燥,从而得到丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-5)300g。以上述方法通过GPC测定求出得到的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-5)的重均分子量(Mw)和数均分子量(Mn),由这些值算出(Mw/Mn)。另外,通过上述1H-NMR测定,求出丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-5)中的甲基丙烯酸甲酯单元所形成的聚合物链段的总含量。将丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-5)的性状示于表1。
《制造例6》[苯乙烯系三嵌段共聚物的制造]
在带搅拌装置的耐压容器中,加入环己烷23kg、仲丁基锂(11质量%、环己烷溶液)99ml,向该溶液中用30分钟加入苯乙烯467g,以50℃聚合30分钟。然后,用60分钟加入异戊二烯6380g,以50℃聚合90分钟。之后,进一步用30分钟加入苯乙烯467g,以50℃聚合30分钟,得到包含聚苯乙烯-聚异戊二烯-聚苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(以下,将其称为苯乙烯系三嵌段共聚物(A-1))的反应混合液。得到的苯乙烯系三嵌段共聚物(A-1)的重均分子量为95000,通过1H-NMR测得的苯乙烯含量为18质量%。
在包含上述苯乙烯系三嵌段共聚物(A-1)的反应混合液中,在辛酸镍(64质量%、环己烷溶液)90g中加入三异丙基铝(20质量%、环己烷溶液)460g,添加另行制备好的氢化催化剂,在80℃、1MPa的氢气氛下,进行氢化反应,得到上述聚苯乙烯-聚异戊二烯-聚苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物的氢化物(以下,将其称为苯乙烯系三嵌段共聚物(I'-1))。得到的苯乙烯系三嵌段共聚物(I'-1)的重均分子量为102000,通过1H-NMR测得的苯乙烯含量和氢化率分别为17质量%、99%。
将上述制造例1~5中得到的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-1)~(I-5)的嵌段结构、重均分子量(Mw)、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)、构成聚合物链段(A)的PMMA聚合物链段(甲基丙烯酸甲酯单元100质量%所形成的聚合物链段)的总含量、聚合物链段(B)的构成成分、以及聚合物链段(B)中的质量比示于表1。需要说明的是,表1中,PMMA表示甲基丙烯酸甲酯单元100质量%所形成的聚合物链段,PMA/PnBA表示仅由丙烯酸甲酯单元和丙烯酸正丁酯单元形成的链段,PnBA表示丙烯酸正丁酯单元100质量%所形成的链段。

《实施例1》[具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体(II-1)的制造]
在厚度100μm的聚氯乙烯(PVC)制的基材薄膜(AS ONE Corporation制)的单面,通过以熔融状态转印的公知的图案印刷法层叠制造例1中得到的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-1)所形成的网眼形状1(贯通孔的大小:纵横800μm、基部的粗细:300μm、厚度100μm)的具备凹凸的图案层,制作具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体(单位面积重量:58g/m2)和基材的层叠体。
《实施例2~3》[具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体(II-2~3)的制造]
将丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-1)变更为制造例2~3中得到的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-2)或(I-3),除此之外,通过与实施例1同样的方法,制作具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体。
《实施例4》[具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体(II-4)的制造]
将贯通孔的形状变更为表2中记载的网眼形状2,除此之外,通过与实施例2同样的方法,制作具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体。
《实施例5~7》[具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体(II-5~7)的制造]
将表2中记载的2种丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物基于表2中记载的配混比、利用双螺杆挤出机以220℃进行熔融混炼后,挤出并切断,从而得到配混物。将丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-1)变更为该配混物,除此之外,通过与实施例1同样的方法,制作具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体。
《实施例8》[具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体(II-8)的制造]
将基材变更为表2中记载的聚酯系无纺布(广濑制纸株式会社制、15TH-36、厚度95μm),除此之外,通过与实施例1同样的方法,制作具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和无纺布基材的层叠体。
《实施例9~10》[具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体(II-9~10)的制造]
将丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-1)变更为丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-2)或(I-3),除此之外,通过与实施例8同样的方法,制作具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和无纺布基材的层叠体。
《实施例11》[具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体(II-11)的制造]
在表4中记载的厚度的聚氯乙烯(PVC)制的基材薄膜(AS ONE Corporation制)的两面,通过以熔融状态转印的公知的图案印刷法层叠制造例2中得到的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-2)所形成的具备网眼形状1(贯通孔的大小:纵横800μm、基部的粗细:300μm、厚度100μm)的凹凸的图案层,制作在基材的两面具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体(结构体1和2)(单位面积重量:58g/m2)的层叠体。
《比较例1》[具有不含贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体(III-1)的制造]
在厚度100μm的PVC制的基材薄膜的单面,通过以熔融状态转印的公知的印刷法层叠制造例2中得到的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-2)所形成的厚度100μm(单位面积重量:110g/m2)的平面层,制作具有不含贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体。
《比较例2》[具有不含贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体(III-2)的制造]
将基材变更为表3中记载的聚酯系无纺布(广濑制纸株式会社制、15TH-36、厚度95μm),除此之外,通过与比较例1同样的方法,制作具有不含贯通孔的结构体和无纺布基材的层叠体。
《比较例3》[具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体(III-3)的制造]
将丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-1)变更为制造例5中得到的苯乙烯系三嵌段共聚物(I'-1),除此之外,通过与实施例1同样的方法,制作具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体。
《比较例4》[具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体(III-4)的制造]
将基材变更为表3中记载的聚酯系无纺布(广濑制纸株式会社制、15TH-36、厚度95μm),除此之外,通过与比较例3同样的方法,制作具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和无纺布基材的层叠体。
《比较例5》[具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体(III-5)的制造]
将丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-1)变更为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(东曹株式会社制、Pearlthane U-204B),除此之外,通过与实施例8同样的方法,制作具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和无纺布基材的层叠体。
根据透气性1的方法,进行了构成结构体的基部的聚合物本身、配混物本身的透气性的评价。对于成为构成本发明的结构体的基部的材料的、制造例1~3中得到的丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I-1)~(I-3)本身所形成的层、实施例5~7中得到的配混物本身所形成的层(各自厚度:100μm)、比较例5中使用的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,体现出400g/m2·24小时以上的高的透气性。另一方面,对于比较例3、4中使用的苯乙烯系三嵌段共聚物本身所形成的层(各自厚度:100μm),透气性非常差、为30g/m2·24小时。
如实施例1~7的结果(表2)所示,对于满足本发明的条件的具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和聚氯乙烯(PVC)制的基材的层叠体,透气性2的评价结果为“2”,透气性高,因此,加湿空气所产生的影响小,具有包含基部和贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体无法从木板剥离。轻量化的评价中,包含基部和贯通孔的结构体的孔隙率均为50%以上,判断为轻量化,记作“○”。另外,增塑剂迁移性的评价中,对被粘物的1mm厚的软质PVC板的表面进行了目视确认,结果没有从被粘物的软质PVC板(1mm厚)侧的增塑剂迁移所导致的残胶等,被粘物污染记作“无”。另外,临时固定性的评价中,未发生自定位后的位置的偏移,临时固定性高,因此,记作“A”。另外,关于与高极性被粘物的粘接性,对SUS板、铝板均示出15N/10mm以上的高的粘接性。

另一方面,如比较例1的结果(表3)所示,不满足本发明的条件的具有不含贯通孔的结构体和PVC制的基材的层叠体的情况下,透气性2的评价结果为“1”,无孔隙部,因此,加湿空气所产生的影响大,结构体与木板之间一部分发生了浮起。另外,轻量化的评价中,由于为不具有贯通孔的结构体,因此,未实现轻量化,记作“△”。另外,增塑剂迁移性的评价中,对被粘物的1mm厚的软质PVC板的表面进行了目视确认,结果没有从被粘物的软质PVC板(1mm厚)侧的增塑剂迁移所导致的残胶等,被粘物污染记作“无”。另外,临时固定性的评价中,未发生自定位后的位置的偏移,临时固定性高,因此,记作“A”。另外,关于与高极性被粘物的粘接性,对SUS板、铝板均示出15N/10mm以上的高的粘接性。

由以上可知,本发明的具有包含含有丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物的基部和贯通孔的结构体和基材的层叠体能兼顾临时固定等中的操作性与粘合性,且能抑制残胶,对各种被粘物、特别是对金属的粘接性也优异。

Claims (2)
1.一种层叠体,其具有:基材、和设置于该基材的至少一个表面的包含基部和贯通孔的结构体,
该结构体的基部含有丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I),所述丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)包含:由甲基丙烯酸酯单元形成的2个聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)、和含有通式CH2=CH-COOR1(1)所示的丙烯酸酯单元的1个聚合物链段(B),式中,R1表示碳数1~3的有机基团,所述丙烯酸类三嵌段共聚物(I)具有(A1)-(B)-(A2)嵌段结构,重均分子量为50000~250000,聚合物链段(A1)和(A2)的总含量为35质量%以下。
2.一种热熔用粘接构件,其包含权利要求1所述的层叠体。
