Abstract
本发明提供一种便于去除建筑物上的乱涂乱画,而又不会划伤其表面层的方法。其特征为,通过底涂层,将具有防水性的溶剂缩合型硅酮树脂涂料涂敷在建筑物的表面上,形成难粘接性的表面层,在该表面层上乱涂乱画后,在其上涂敷可剥离性涂料,形成可剥离层,在可剥离层硬化后,通过从表面层上剥去可剥离层去除建筑物上的乱涂乱画。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及去除涂在建筑物表面,例如桥墩、桥梁等道路设施的外表面,隧道的内表面,房屋建筑物的内外表面,柱子和护栏等道路辅助设施的表面上的乱涂乱画的新方法。
背景技术
在建筑物的表面上,经常有行为不端的人对其进行乱涂乱画。他们通常是用喷漆器和油性标记笔进行乱涂乱画的。
作为去除这种乱涂乱画的方法,其中之一是用含有稀料的抹布等擦拭将其擦去。但是,擦去乱涂乱画需要大量人力和时间,并且做到完全擦去十分困难,而且又容易划伤表面层。
因此,近来,有人提议这样一种方法,即在建筑物的表面上预先涂敷防止乱涂乱画用的涂料而形成表面层,从而难以在表面层上乱涂乱画,或是有乱涂乱画也可用擦拭的方式去除(例如,日本专利公开第33142/1993号、日本专利公开第151540/1996号和日本专利公开第100445/1997号专利公报对此有所公开)。
然而,即使利用上述方法,也很难完全去除乱涂乱画,在表面层上仍旧会遗留乱涂乱画。若仍留有乱涂乱画,则终究必须进行擦拭。正如上面所述,这样的擦拭不但不容易,而且会划伤表面层。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明抛弃上述擦拭乱涂乱画的想法,根据新思维,提供了一种去除乱涂乱画的方法。
即,本发明提供一种去除乱涂乱画的方法,其特征在于,基本方法是:经过底涂层,将具有防水性的溶剂缩合型硅酮树脂涂料涂敷在建筑物的基层材料的表面上,形成难粘接性的表面层。在该表面层上乱涂乱画后,在其上涂敷可剥离性涂料,形成可剥离层。待可剥离层硬化后,通过从表面层上剥去可剥离层,而将乱涂乱画从表面层的表面上去除,所述可剥离性涂料是树脂涂料,该树脂选自丙烯酸树脂、氨基甲酸乙酯树脂、环氧树脂、聚酯树脂和硅酮树脂。
这种方法,硬化后的可剥离性涂料的物性最好是当20℃时,延展率为100%以上,拉伸强度为100kg/cm2以上。但是并不仅限于此。

具体实施方式
图中所示各层的厚度和乱涂乱画的厚度,是为了说明的方便而将其夸大表现。图中标号,1是基层材料,2是底涂层,3是表面层,4是乱涂乱画,5是可剥离层。
如图1所示,在建筑物的基层材料1的表面上形成底涂层2。基层材料的表面是水泥面、各种钢板面、各种涂层面(例如劣质喷漆面)、模板彩色瓷砖面等。基层材料1的表面上形成底涂层2是为了修补基层材料1各面的凹凸不平,以及使表面层3具有良好的粘接性。
在该实施例中,如果在形成底涂层2时使用丙烯硅酮树脂涂料,则丙烯硅酮树脂涂料与形成表面层3的溶剂缩合型硅酮树脂涂料的亲和性良好,且表面层3与基层材料1可通过底涂层2牢固地形成一体。
丙烯硅酮树脂涂料可以通过含有羟基的硅酮树脂、丙烯多元醇与异氰酸酯树脂的反应,硅酮改性丙烯多元醇与异氰酸酯树脂的反应,以及含有烷氧基甲硅烷基的丙烯与空气中的水分的反应得到。
另外,形成底涂层2的涂料只要是与表面层3的亲和性良好的涂料即可,并不仅限于丙烯硅酮树脂涂料。
形成底涂层2之后,在该底涂层2上涂敷具有防水性的溶剂缩合型硅酮树脂涂料,形成难粘接性的表面层3。
迄今为止,已有形成表面层3所使用溶剂缩合型硅酮树脂的例子,而本发明为使喷涂在表面层3上的喷漆等乱涂乱画的剥离性良好,则使用具有防水性的溶剂缩合型硅酮树脂。
具有防水性的溶剂缩合型硅酮树脂涂料,可通过向溶剂缩合型硅酮树脂涂料中添加间苯硅烷等防水剂而得到。具有代表性的防水剂有氟代烷基硅烷、氟代烷基改性硅油、氟化芳香族化合物、氟化沥青等。溶剂缩合型硅酮树脂可通过在有机锡等催化剂的存在下,对具有末端硅烷醇基的甲基水二烯聚硅氧烷、甲基甲氧基硅烷或二甲基聚硅氧烷等进行缩合而得到。二甲基聚硅氧烷具有优良的脱模性,可用于脱模带等的表面处理。
如上所述,通过底涂层2,在建筑物的基层材料1的表面上施加表面层3。按照后述方法,可容易地去除落在其上的乱涂乱画。
如图2所示,当表面层3上落有乱涂乱画时,由该乱涂乱画的上面向表面层3涂敷可剥离性涂料,形成可剥离层5。
可剥离性涂料必须形成有经过冬夏季节而具有优良剥离性的涂膜,并具有附着落在表面层3上的喷漆等乱涂乱画的物性。具有该物性的可剥离性涂料是树脂系涂料。硬化后的可剥离层5的物性最好是以20℃为基础,延展率为100%以上,拉伸强度为100kg/cm2以上。树脂的种类有丙烯酸系、氨基甲酸乙酯系、环氧系、聚酯系和硅酮系等。这些树脂也可含有溶剂或水。
形成于表面层3上的可剥离层5硬化后,如图3所示,从表面层3上慢慢地剥去可剥离层5。表面层3具有防水性和难粘接性,由于可剥离层5具有剥离性,所以可容易地从表面层3上剥去。这时,乱涂乱画4附着在可剥离层5上,从而可以从表面层3上被去除。若可剥离层5具备上述物性,可剥离层5则富有柔软性,且富有拉伸力。因此,由于可剥离层5从表面层3上剥去的过程中不会发生断开,所以易于做到从表面层3上剥去全部可剥离层5,并可同时从表面层3上去除乱涂乱画。此外,因为只是从表面层3上剥去可剥离层5,所以不会划伤表面层3。
(实施例1)
表1是对于去除落在表面层上的乱涂乱画的容易性,按乱涂乱画所使用的不同材料表示其效果。

在该实施例中,分别向涂敷具有防水性的溶剂缩合型硅酮树脂涂料而形成的表面层,以及涂敷作为一般耐候性饰面材料的丙烯聚氨酯涂料而形成的表面层,用喷漆器和油性标记笔进行乱涂乱画,并剥去由在其上涂敷的可剥离性涂料形成的可剥离层后,对乱涂乱画的去除性进行评价。
由具有防水性的溶剂缩合型硅酮树脂涂料形成的表面层上的乱涂乱画,在使用喷漆器或油性标记笔的任一情况下,其去除性均良好。但是,由丙烯聚氨酯涂料形成的表面层上的乱涂乱画,则由于从可剥离层的表面层剥去的剥离性不良,所以从可剥离层的表面层上去除乱涂乱画当然也不良。
结果证明,由具有防水性的溶剂缩合型硅酮树脂涂料形成的表面层上的乱涂乱画,易于附着在可剥离层上。而且,由于可剥离层易于从表面层上剥离,所以可容易地去除乱涂乱画。
(实施例2)
表2是表示形成可剥离层的可剥离性涂料硬化后的物性和为去除乱涂乱画的操作性。

结果表明,由可剥离性涂料形成的可剥离层硬化后的物性若为延展率在100%以上、拉伸强度在100kg/cm2以上,则为去除乱涂乱画的操作性十分良好。
根据上述,本发明具有如下效果。
本发明由于首先由具有防水性的溶剂缩合型硅酮树脂涂料形成表面层,再在表面层上乱涂乱画,之后在其上涂敷可剥离性涂料,从而形成可剥离层,所以在可剥离层硬化后,通过从表面层剥去可剥离层,乱涂乱画附着在可剥离层上,从而可容易地去除乱涂乱画,而不会划伤表面层。
另外,本发明由于可剥离层由可剥离性涂料形成,该可剥离性涂料是硬化后的物性在20℃时,延展率为100%以上,拉伸强度为100kg/cm2以上,所以可剥离层富有柔软性和拉伸率,在从表面层上剥去可剥离层时不会发生断开,操作性十分良好。
Claims (2)
1.一种乱涂乱画的去除方法,其特征为,通过底涂层,将具有防水性的溶剂缩合型硅酮树脂涂料涂敷在建筑物基层材料的表面上,形成难粘接性的表面层,在该表面层上乱涂乱画后,在其上涂敷可剥离性涂料,形成可剥离层,在可剥离层硬化后,通过从表面层上剥去可剥离层,而由表面层的表面去除乱涂乱画,所述可剥离性涂料是树脂涂料,该树脂选自丙烯酸树脂、氨基甲酸乙酯树脂、环氧树脂、聚酯树脂和硅酮树脂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的乱涂乱画的去除方法,其特征为,可剥离性涂料硬化后的物性是,延展率在100%以上(20℃),拉伸强度在100kg/cm2以上(20℃)。
