Abstract

本发明公开了一种清洁剂，是在无水乙醇中加入草酸均匀溶解后，再加入工业用乙酸乙酯，其中加入的草酸含5-18重量%，无水乙醇30-45重量%，乙酸乙酯或乙酸丁酯或乙酸戊酯50-65重量%。本发明对于城市建筑物的表面被人非法乱涂乱画的城市“牛皮癣”擦洗效果好，尤其是对于用聚酯漆、自动喷漆的乱涂乱画，擦洗效果非常理想。

本发明涉及一种清洁剂。
技术背景
目前，城市建筑物的表面常被人非法乱涂乱画，俗称城市“牛皮癣”，严重影响城市的市容和环境卫生，由于乱涂乱画所使用的或是不溶于水的聚酯漆类，或是喷漆，或是染料、纤维素、碳素笔等，对于不溶于水的就很难用水擦洗干净，用有机溶剂作为清洁剂的如三氯三氟乙烷、乙醇、丙酮、酸类物质、石油类溶剂等，有的擦洗不干净，留有痕迹；有的虽然能够擦掉乱涂乱画的痕迹，但是存在副作用，如破坏建筑物的表面，或者破坏大气臭氧层，属于严格限制使用之列，或者影响人的身体健康，；有的根本就擦洗不掉，尤其是对于用聚酯漆、自动喷漆的乱涂乱画，擦洗效果非常不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术之不足，而提供一种使用方便、对人体无害且环保、清洗效果理想、成本低的清洁剂。
本发明的发明内容为：是在无水乙醇中加入草酸均匀溶解后，再加入工业用乙酸乙酯，其中加入的草酸含5-18重量％，无水乙醇30-45重量％，乙酸乙酯或乙酸丁酯或乙酸戊酯50-65重量％。
上述组份优选方案为：草酸含5重量％，无水乙醇45重量％，乙酸乙酯或乙酸丁酯或乙酸戊酯50重量％。
本发明是针对城市建筑物表面的乱涂乱画而选用草酸、无水乙醇和乙酸乙酯按比例进行混合配制的一种清洁剂，乙酸乙酯为无色可然性液体，是一种良好的溶剂，能溶解油脂、蜡质、樟脑松香、聚酯漆等，另外，乙酸丁酯和乙酸戊酯与乙酸乙酯具有相类似的性质，因此，乙酸丁酯或乙酸戊酯可替换乙酸乙酯；乙醇为常用的醇类溶剂，在擦洗过程中，有助于清洗的挥发，使用于乱涂乱画的聚酯漆不扩散；草酸易被氧化，可作还原剂，对一些染料(对碳素笔)及纤维素有破坏作用，用棉织物去除聚酯漆、喷漆的乱涂乱画是很有效的。草酸、无水乙醇、乙酸乙酯三种物质按比例混合就可擦洗掉乱涂乱画痕迹，且不破坏建筑物的表面，配制使用都很方便，成本也较低。本发明由于含有无水乙醇，因此易挥发，要密封保存。
实施例
在450g无水乙醇中加入50g草酸均匀溶解后，再加入500g工业用乙酸乙酯混合即制得，密封保存。

Claims (2)

1、一种清洁剂，其特征在于由按重量百分含量计的草酸5-18％、无水乙醇30-45％、工业用乙酸乙酯或乙酸丁酯或乙酸戊酯50-65％组成，其是通过在无水乙醇中加入草酸均匀溶解后，再加入工业用乙酸乙酯或乙酸丁酯或乙酸戊酯而得到的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的清洁剂，其特征在于所述的草酸为5％、无水乙醇45％、工业用乙酸乙酯或乙酸丁酯或乙酸戊酯50％。
