Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺,涉及服装辅料技术领域,为解决现有医用涂布无纺布抗菌效果差,且透气性不佳,易滋生细菌的问题。所述无纺布基料各原料按重量份计,包括:聚丙烯纤维90~110份、聚酯纤维80~100份、有机蒙脱土1~3份、活性碳纤维20~25份、晶形蜡1~4份、抗静电剂1~4份以及抗氧化剂1~2份,所述涂布层基料各原料按重量份计,包括:改性氧化石墨烯20~30份、月桂酸酐12~15份、醋酸5~15份、涂层基料30~50份,所述改性氧化石墨烯各原料以重量份计,包括:氧化石墨烯50~60份、乙酸锌8~10份、氢氧化钠10~20份、硝酸银15~30份。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及服装辅料技术领域,具体为一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺。
背景技术
无纺布又称非织造布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。它不是由一根一根的纱线交织、编结在一起的,而是将纤维直接通过物理或化学的方法粘合在一起的。无纺布的特点无纺布没有经纬线,剪裁和缝纫都非常方便,而且质轻容易定型。无纺布作为一种常用的医疗器械,被广泛运用于一次性口罩、实验服、伤口包扎等情况,目前市面上用于伤口包扎的无纺布仅仅是通过压迫血管来减少血液流失,进行止血,而血液的主要成分为蛋白质,无纺布在吸收血液后,不及时更换就极易造成细菌的滋生从而引发伤口的进一步感染,但是频繁更换无纺布又会造成药物敷料的浪费,且更换过程也十分麻烦,尤其是身边没有专业人士帮忙更换无纺布的话,就很容易导致伤口包扎不完全,增加伤口感染和撕裂的风险。
现有医用涂布无纺布抗菌效果差,且透气性不佳,易滋生细菌;因此,不满足现有的需求,对此我们提出了一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有医用涂布无纺布抗菌效果差,且透气性不佳,易滋生细菌的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:按重量份计:无纺布基料90~100份,涂布层基料15~25份。
优选的,所述无纺布基料各原料按重量份计,包括:聚丙烯纤维90~110份、聚酯纤维80~100份、有机蒙脱土1~3份、活性碳纤维20~25份、晶形蜡1~4份、抗静电剂1~4份以及抗氧化剂1~2份。
优选的,所述涂布层基料各原料按重量份计,包括:改性氧化石墨烯20~30份、月桂酸酐12~15份、醋酸5~15份、涂层基料30~50份。
优选的,所述改性氧化石墨烯各原料以重量份计,包括:氧化石墨烯50~60份、乙酸锌8~10份、氢氧化钠10~20份、硝酸银15~30份。
优选的,所述涂层基料各原料以重量份计,包括:壳聚糖10~20份、胶黏剂15~25份、琼脂10~15份;所述胶黏剂为VAE乳液。
优选的,所述有机蒙脱土的粒径为1~100μm。
优选的,所述抗静电剂为乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺类抗静电剂。
优选的,所述抗氧化剂为甲壳素、硫代二丙酸二月桂脂或丁基羟基茴香醚中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述无纺布基料的厚度为0.85~1.2mm。
一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:取聚丙烯纤维和聚酯纤维分别纺织成丝,并利用开包机进行开松;
步骤2:将聚丙烯纤维丝和聚酯纤维丝在高温下混合熔融并加入有机蒙脱土、活性碳纤维、晶形蜡、抗静电剂以及抗氧化剂,混合得到无纺布原料;
步骤3:向胶黏剂中依次加入改性氧化石墨烯、月桂酸酐和醋酸后,搅拌得到涂料;
步骤4:将无纺布原料过滤和梳理,然后将涂料直接刮涂在无纺布基料上;
步骤5:将涂料分别涂覆在无纺布的上表面和下表面,置于120~150℃紫外线灯下固化3~6小时;
步骤6:将壳聚糖与琼脂混合,混合液PH值调至7~8,然后将上述步骤5得到的无纺布基料浸渍在混合液中;
步骤7:将上述步骤6中得到的无纺布基料在室温下干燥5~10min;
步骤8:将经过干燥的无纺布基料用烘干箱烘干,烘干温度设置在25~40℃之间;
步骤9:将烘干好的无纺布自然冷却,裁剪,卷筒。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过采用壳聚糖为提取物,能有效抗菌,醋酸纤维易分解具有粘附作用,通过采用紫外线灯对无纺布进行加固,抗菌效果增强,通过采用刮涂的方式不仅不影响无纺布的透气性,并且上下表面的涂覆能够使涂料被均匀渗透在无纺布内,增大涂层在无纺布上的附着力,还可以抵抗外源细菌对伤口的侵袭,延长抗菌时间,通过烘干处理,促进胶黏剂反应的进行,改善无纺布的亲水性能,且胶黏剂的网状结构将混合液中的成分固定在其内部,提高了无纺布的抗菌性和透气性,将其用于医用无纺布产品,质轻、吸湿、柔韧、抗菌,且不易产生纤维屑,能够有效降低手术中及手术后的感染率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1
一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺,按重量份计:无纺布基料90份,涂布层基料15份。
进一步,所述无纺布基料各原料按重量份计,包括:聚丙烯纤维90份、聚酯纤维80份、有机蒙脱土1份、活性碳纤维20份、晶形蜡1份、抗静电剂1份以及抗氧化剂1份。
进一步,所述涂布层基料各原料按重量份计,包括:改性氧化石墨烯20份、月桂酸酐12份、醋酸5份、涂层基料30份。
进一步,所述改性氧化石墨烯各原料以重量份计,包括:氧化石墨烯50份、乙酸锌8份、氢氧化钠10份、硝酸银15份。
进一步,所述涂层基料各原料以重量份计,包括:壳聚糖10份、胶黏剂15份、琼脂10份;所述胶黏剂为VAE乳液。
进一步,所述有机蒙脱土的粒径为50μm。
进一步,所述抗静电剂为乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺类抗静电剂。
进一步,所述抗氧化剂为甲壳素、硫代二丙酸二月桂脂。
进一步,所述无纺布基料的厚度为0.85mm。
一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:取聚丙烯纤维和聚酯纤维分别纺织成丝,并利用开包机进行开松;
步骤2:将聚丙烯纤维丝和聚酯纤维丝在高温下混合熔融并加入有机蒙脱土、活性碳纤维、晶形蜡、抗静电剂以及抗氧化剂,混合得到无纺布原料;
步骤3:向胶黏剂中依次加入改性氧化石墨烯、月桂酸酐和醋酸后,搅拌得到涂料;
步骤4:将无纺布原料过滤和梳理,然后将涂料直接刮涂在无纺布基料上;
步骤5:将涂料分别涂覆在无纺布的上表面和下表面,置于130℃紫外线灯下固化5小时;
步骤6:将壳聚糖与琼脂混合,混合液PH值调至7,然后将上述步骤5得到的无纺布基料浸渍在混合液中;
步骤7:将上述步骤6中得到的无纺布基料在室温下干燥8min;
步骤8:将经过干燥的无纺布基料用烘干箱烘干,烘干温度设置在28℃之间;
步骤9:将烘干好的无纺布自然冷却,裁剪,卷筒。
实施例2
一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺,按重量份计:无纺布基料100份,涂布层基料25份。
进一步,所述无纺布基料各原料按重量份计,包括:聚丙烯纤维110份、聚酯纤维100份、有机蒙脱土3份、活性碳纤维25份、晶形蜡4份、抗静电剂4份以及抗氧化剂2份。
进一步,所述涂布层基料各原料按重量份计,包括:改性氧化石墨烯30份、月桂酸酐15份、醋酸15份、涂层基料50份。
进一步,所述改性氧化石墨烯各原料以重量份计,包括:氧化石墨烯60份、乙酸锌10份、氢氧化钠20份、硝酸银30份。
进一步,所述涂层基料各原料以重量份计,包括:壳聚糖20份、胶黏剂25份、琼脂15份;所述胶黏剂为VAE乳液。
进一步,所述有机蒙脱土的粒径为100μm。
进一步,所述抗静电剂为乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺类抗静电剂。
进一步,所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚。
进一步,所述无纺布基料的厚度为1.2mm。
一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:取聚丙烯纤维和聚酯纤维分别纺织成丝,并利用开包机进行开松;
步骤2:将聚丙烯纤维丝和聚酯纤维丝在高温下混合熔融并加入有机蒙脱土、活性碳纤维、晶形蜡、抗静电剂以及抗氧化剂,混合得到无纺布原料;
步骤3:向胶黏剂中依次加入改性氧化石墨烯、月桂酸酐和醋酸后,搅拌得到涂料;
步骤4:将无纺布原料过滤和梳理,然后将涂料直接刮涂在无纺布基料上;
步骤5:将涂料分别涂覆在无纺布的上表面和下表面,置于150℃紫外线灯下固化4小时;
步骤6:将壳聚糖与琼脂混合,混合液PH值调至8,然后将上述步骤5得到的无纺布基料浸渍在混合液中;
步骤7:将上述步骤6中得到的无纺布基料在室温下干燥7min;
步骤8:将经过干燥的无纺布基料用烘干箱烘干,烘干温度设置在40℃之间;
步骤9:将烘干好的无纺布自然冷却,裁剪,卷筒。

1.一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺,其特征在于,按重量份计:无纺布基料90~100份,涂布层基料15~25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述无纺布基料各原料按重量份计,包括:聚丙烯纤维90~110份、聚酯纤维80~100份、有机蒙脱土1~3份、活性碳纤维20~25份、晶形蜡1~4份、抗静电剂1~4份以及抗氧化剂1~2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述涂布层基料各原料按重量份计,包括:改性氧化石墨烯20~30份、月桂酸酐12~15份、醋酸5~15份、涂层基料30~50份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述改性氧化石墨烯各原料以重量份计,包括:氧化石墨烯50~60份、乙酸锌8~10份、氢氧化钠10~20份、硝酸银15~30份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述涂层基料各原料以重量份计,包括:壳聚糖10~20份、胶黏剂15~25份、琼脂10~15份;所述胶黏剂为VAE乳液。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述有机蒙脱土的粒径为1~100μm。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂为乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺类抗静电剂。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为甲壳素、硫代二丙酸二月桂脂或丁基羟基茴香醚中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述无纺布基料的厚度为0.85~1.2mm。
10.基于权利要求1-9任意一项所述一种抗菌性医用涂布无纺布的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1:取聚丙烯纤维和聚酯纤维分别纺织成丝,并利用开包机进行开松;
步骤2:将聚丙烯纤维丝和聚酯纤维丝在高温下混合熔融并加入有机蒙脱土、活性碳纤维、晶形蜡、抗静电剂以及抗氧化剂,混合得到无纺布原料;
步骤3:向胶黏剂中依次加入改性氧化石墨烯、月桂酸酐和醋酸后,搅拌得到涂料;
步骤4:将无纺布原料过滤和梳理,然后将涂料直接刮涂在无纺布基料上;
步骤5:将涂料分别涂覆在无纺布的上表面和下表面,置于120~150℃紫外线灯下固化3~6小时;
步骤6:将壳聚糖与琼脂混合,混合液PH值调至7~8,然后将上述步骤5得到的无纺布基料浸渍在混合液中;
步骤7:将上述步骤6中得到的无纺布基料在室温下干燥5~10min;
步骤8:将经过干燥的无纺布基料用烘干箱烘干,烘干温度设置在25~40℃之间;
步骤9:将烘干好的无纺布自然冷却,裁剪,卷筒。
