S4、将基料升温至70℃,然后加入天然表面活性剂、棕榈油脂肪酸酯再次混合均匀,升温至60-70℃,保温1-3h,保温的过程中以500r/min的转速不停搅拌,然后加入香料、除菌剂按重量份数计各1份,得到基料B;
S5、将基料B添加至熔喷机中,通过熔喷机将混合料B加热至熔融状态,并将熔融状态中的杂质过滤除去,最后通过喷丝孔将物料均匀喷出;
S6、将喷出的物料冷却后,通过卷曲设备卷曲成型,得到成品。

S5、将基料B添加至熔喷机中,通过熔喷机将混合料B加热至熔融状态,并将熔融状态中的杂质过滤除去,最后通过喷丝孔将物料均匀喷出;
S6、将喷出的物料冷却后,通过卷曲设备卷曲成型,得到成品。
步骤S3中的香料为金盏花提取物和香精制成,除菌剂为虎尾兰提取液制成。
对比例一:去除月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、棕榈油脂肪酸酯、茶树提取物和高纯芥酸酰胺,其余成分和制备方法分别与实施例一、二、三、四相同。

如表一所示,添加了月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、棕榈油脂肪酸酯、茶树提取物和高纯芥酸酰胺的无纺布,根据不同的添加量,其制成的无纺布的表面摩擦力具有显著且不同程度的下降,而抗菌率具有显著且不同程度的提高。

Claims (8)

1.一种抗菌无纺布卫生材料,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括以下原料:聚丙烯纤维70-80份、聚酯纤维110-120份、天然表面活性剂20-30份、棕榈油脂肪酸酯60-80份、茶树提取物1-2份、高纯芥酸酰胺1-2份、亲水整理剂5-10份、活性碳纤维10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌无纺布卫生材料,其特征在于:聚丙烯纤维78-80份、聚酯纤维115-120份、天然表面活性剂28-30份、棕榈油脂肪酸酯65-80份、茶树提取物1.4-2份、高纯芥酸酰胺1.1-2份、亲水整理剂5-10份、活性碳纤维10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌无纺布卫生材料,其特征在于:聚丙烯纤维78份、聚酯纤维115份、天然表面活性剂30份、棕榈油脂肪酸酯80份、茶树提取物2份、高纯芥酸酰胺2份、亲水整理剂5份、活性碳纤维10份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌无纺布卫生材料,其特征在于:亲水整理剂的成分按重量份数计为抗静电剂20份、乳化剂8份、亲水性表面活性剂16份、水10份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌无纺布卫生材料,其特征在于:所述天然表面活性剂为月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗菌无纺布卫生材料,其特征在于:月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚与棕榈油脂肪酸酯混合能够起乳化反应。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌无纺布卫生材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、亲水整理剂配制:无纺布浸渍于整理溶液 2分钟,在压力环境为0.3-0.4MPa的环境下轧液,最后烘干5分钟;
S2、将聚丙烯纤维、聚酯纤维纺织成半成品,并加入茶树提取物、高纯芥酸酰胺、亲水整理剂、活性碳纤维与之混合;
S3、将混合物升温至75-80℃,保温1-2h,将混合物放入工业搅拌机内以600r/min转速搅拌1h,搅拌结束后冷却至室温得到基料A;
S4、将基料升温至70℃,然后加入天然表面活性剂、棕榈油脂肪酸酯再次混合均匀,升温至60-70℃,保温1-3h,保温的过程中以500r/min的转速不停搅拌,然后加入香料、除菌剂按重量份数计各1份,得到基料B;
S5、将基料B添加至熔喷机中,通过熔喷机将混合料B加热至熔融状态,并将熔融状态中的杂质过滤除去,最后通过喷丝孔将物料均匀喷出;
S6、将喷出的物料冷却后,通过卷曲设备卷曲成型,得到成品。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抗菌无纺布卫生材料的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤S3中的香料为金盏花提取物和香精制成,除菌剂为虎尾兰提取液制成。
