背景技术
采用长网大缸纸机生产酒标纸原纸具有成纸正面平滑度高、纸质细腻光泽度好的优点;经涂布超压后的酒标纸真空镀铝后光泽度高、印刷图案清晰逼真。但是纸页经过大缸干燥时,高温急干燥降低纸页纤维初期结合力,导致纸页表面强度较低,酒标原纸在下游客户涂布时,容易漏胶,在涂布背辊上粘纸粉,影响涂布均匀性,最终影响镀铝及印刷效果,严重时造成涂布机停机清洗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种长网大缸纸机生产酒标纸原纸的方法,在保证大缸纸机成纸正面平滑度高,镀铝印刷效果良好的特点前提下,提高原纸表面强度,满足用户涂布等正常使用。
本发明所述的长网大缸纸机生产酒标纸原纸的方法,生产工艺流程如下:浆板→链板输送→碎浆机→卸料池→磨浆机→成浆池→抄前池→冲浆泵→压力筛→流浆箱→网部→压榨部→大缸→施胶机→组缸→压光机→卷取部→复卷→包装入库;
其中:
(1)浆板配比:漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆30-40%,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆60-70%;
(2)磨浆工艺:浆板混合均匀后,采用三台DD720双盘磨串联打浆,第一台盘磨使用切割鳍型磨片,第二、三台盘磨采用扫帚鳍型磨片,叩解度43-45°SR,湿重2.5-3.5g;
(3)在碎浆机加入填料与浆料混合磨浆,添加量为200升/吨浆;
(4)在成浆池与抄前池之间的管道中加入阳离子淀粉;
(5)在冲浆泵的入口加入湿强剂和AKD;
(6)在压力筛与流浆箱之间的管道中加入硅溶胶;
(7)采用施胶机施新型表面施胶剂;其中,新型表面施胶剂溶液质量标准:固含量12±1%,粘度10-15mPa·s,pH=5-6,温度65-70℃;新型表面施胶剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:
两性表面木薯淀粉100份
聚乙烯醇10份
阴离子苯乙烯丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液6份
表面AKD,固含量30%10份
EPI湿耐磨剂4份

所述的AKD的用量为25-28kg/吨浆;所述的湿强剂的用量为85-90kg/吨浆。
所述的硅溶胶的用量为3-4kg/吨浆。
新型表面施胶剂的制备方法如下:
将配方量的两性表面木薯淀粉、聚乙烯醇加1/3配方量的清水在表面胶蒸煮罐中搅拌均匀后通汽,并升温至95℃,保温20min,提至表面胶稀释桶与配方量的阴离子苯乙烯丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液、表面AKD、EPI湿耐磨剂与2/3配方量清水混合成固含量12±1%的新型表面胶溶液,提至表面胶贮存桶备用。
本发明技术方案,也可以用长网多缸纸机生产,但是成纸正面平滑度较低,涂布超压后酒标纸真空镀铝时存在表面亮度低、印刷图案清晰度差的缺点。本发明使用大缸熨平纸页,同时采用新型的膜转移施胶工艺,提高纸页正反面表面强度,采用双压区软压光机对纸页正反面进一步修饰,最终获得较高的正反面强度,解决了大缸纸机生产的酒标纸原纸涂布时易掉粉和粘辊问题,满足了用户正常涂布镀铝需求。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明确认了配备长网大缸加膜转移施胶机形式的高速纸机可以生产出合格的酒标纸原纸。
2、本发明采用大缸纸机生产,显著提高了酒标纸原纸正面平滑度和光泽度。
3、本发明采用新型表胶工艺能够明显提高纸页表面强度,减少掉毛掉粉及涂布粘辊问题,满足下游客户正常涂布镀铝需要。
4、本发明通过调整膜转移施胶机正面计量棒及反面计量棒型号及线压力,可以提高纸页反面(贴涂布背辊面)的表面胶用量,起到封闭纸页的效果,提高纸页正反面的表面强度。
5、压光机利用双压区软压光机高温高压的特点,解决了大缸纸机生产纸种成纸反面粗糙的缺陷,同时显著提高正面平滑度。

将配方量的氧化玉米淀粉加1/3配方量的清水在表面胶蒸煮罐中搅拌均匀后通汽,并升温至95℃,保温20min,提至表面胶稀释桶与配方量的壳聚糖与2/3配方量清水混合成固含量10%的表面胶溶液,提至表面胶贮存桶备用。
对采用上述实施例1-2和对比例方法制备的48g/㎡酒标原纸进行检测,检测结果见表1。

从以上检测数据可以看出,采用本发明的方案,成纸抗张强度、撕裂度、表面强度均有明显增加,说明成纸纤维结合力提高,弥补了大缸纸机生产的纸页成纸疏松,纤维结合力差的缺点;透气度从3.5um/pa.s降低到2.0um/pa.s,减少了酒标纸涂布漏胶的风险;平滑度和光泽度也有比较大的提高,可以增加纸页的光亮度,进而保证后续印刷时花色较为靓丽。而从客户实际使用后的反馈看,确实如上所述,完全满足了客户使用要求。

7.蜡棒使用方法及步骤
使用前准备1支酒精灯和1支带圆孔的木板。
1、将蜡棒的端面置于酒精灯火焰上方,待端面熔融而未滴下时即可轻轻放置于水平的纸面上,不要施加外力按压。
2、等待大约5分钟,熔蜡冷却后,将木板的圆孔套于蜡棒上平压在纸面上。左手压住木板,右手均匀向上用力,迅速将蜡拔起。
3、观察纸面是否被破坏,蜡棒端面是否有纸粉、纸屑,二者若有其一,则说明纸张强度低于此型蜡棒,应选用更低编号的蜡棒重复1、2步骤,直到纸面不破坏,蜡棒端面无纸屑,则纸张强度就是用对应蜡棒的编号表示。若第一次拔起,无任何破坏,则再用更高型号的蜡棒,直到有破坏。纸张强度就用比有破坏的蜡棒低一级的型号表示。
4、第一次使用蜡棒、或蜡棒端面有纸屑时,在做新的测试之前,须将蜡棒放于火焰上方,待熔融时,将蜡棒端面与纸张平行,轻而迅速地在纸面上抹一下以除去纸屑,并保证蜡棒端面平整。

Claims (5)

1.一种长网大缸纸机生产酒标纸原纸的方法,其特征在于:生产工艺流程如下:浆板→链板输送→碎浆机→卸料池→磨浆机→成浆池→抄前池→冲浆泵→压力筛→流浆箱→网部→压榨部→大缸→施胶机→组缸→压光机→卷取部→复卷→包装入库;
其中:
(1)浆板配比:漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆30-40%,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆60-70%;
(2)磨浆工艺:浆板混合均匀后,采用三台DD720双盘磨串联打浆,第一台盘磨使用切割鳍型磨片,第二、三台盘磨采用扫帚鳍型磨片,叩解度43-45°SR,湿重2.5-3.5g;
(3)在碎浆机加入填料与浆料混合磨浆,添加量为200升/吨浆;
(4)在成浆池与抄前池之间的管道中加入阳离子淀粉;
(5)在冲浆泵的入口加入湿强剂和AKD;
(6)在压力筛与流浆箱之间的管道中加入硅溶胶;
(7)采用施胶机施表面施胶剂;其中,表面施胶剂溶液质量标准:固含量12±1%,粘度10-15mPa·s,pH=5-6,温度65-70℃;表面施胶剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:
两性表面木薯淀粉100份
聚乙烯醇10份
阴离子苯乙烯丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液6份
表面AKD,固含量30% 10份
EPI湿耐磨剂4份
清水950份;
(8)纸机运行主要参数
1)车速400-450m/min;
2)大缸汽压500-550kPa;
3)膜转移施胶机控制参数:
计量棒型号及压力
正面计量棒V26,线压力23kN/m;
反面计量棒V30,线压力20kN/m;
表面施胶剂成纸取拾量:正面≥1g/㎡,反面≥1.5g/㎡;
进膜转移施胶机成纸干度≥90%,出膜转移施胶机的成纸干度≥70%;
4)压光机采用双压区软压光机,一压压力120kN/m,温度150℃;二压压力100kN/m,温度120℃;
表面施胶剂的制备方法如下:将配方量的两性表面木薯淀粉、聚乙烯醇加1/3配方量的清水在表面胶蒸煮罐中搅拌均匀后通汽,并升温至95℃,保温20min,提至表面胶稀释桶与配方量的阴离子苯乙烯丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液、表面AKD、EPI湿耐磨剂与2/3配方量清水混合成固含量12±1%的表面胶溶液,提至表面胶贮存桶备用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的长网大缸纸机生产酒标纸原纸的方法,其特征在于:所述的填料采用60级浆钙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的长网大缸纸机生产酒标纸原纸的方法,其特征在于:所述的阳离子淀粉的用量为20-25kg/吨浆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的长网大缸纸机生产酒标纸原纸的方法,其特征在于:所述的AKD的用量为25-28kg/吨浆;所述的湿强剂的用量为85-90kg/吨浆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的长网大缸纸机生产酒标纸原纸的方法,其特征在于:所述的硅溶胶的用量为3-4kg/吨浆。
