背景技术
市场上,部分奶制品、液体饮料的外包装形状似枕头,故作为原材料之一的基纸称之为枕包纸原纸。市场上的枕包纸原纸都由长网多缸机生产,原纸平滑度较低、挺度较差,制成的枕包印刷不清晰、易变形,不利于奶制品的装箱、运输和存储。
我司采用长网大缸纸机生产的枕包纸原纸具有纸页正面平滑度高、纸质细腻光泽度好的优点,配备膜转移表面施胶机,枕包纸原纸挺度高,以此作为基纸制成的枕包不易变形,更易于装箱、运输和存储;但是纸页经过大缸干燥时,高温急干燥降低纸页纤维初期结合力,导致纸页表面强度较低,枕包纸原纸在下游客户印刷时,容易掉粉,形成印刷白点。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种长网大缸纸机生产枕包纸原纸的方法,通过改变表面胶的配比及其工艺,能够明显提高纸页表面强度,减少掉毛掉粉;通过调整浆板配比,提高针叶浆板用量,提高了纸页的挺度。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:

在施胶机工艺中,表面胶由以下重量份数的原料组成:
两性表面木薯淀粉100份
聚乙烯醇18-22份
阴离子苯丙14-16份
清水990份。
所述的浆板工艺中,浆板配比为:漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆(品牌阿拉巴马)60-70%,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆30-40%。
所述的磨浆机工艺中,磨浆工艺为:漂白针叶阔叶浆按配比混合15-20分钟后,采用三台DD720双盘磨串联打浆,第一台盘磨使用切割鳍型磨片,第二、三台盘磨采用扫帚鳍型磨片,叩解度25-26°SR,湿重7-8g。
所述的成浆池与抄前池之间的管道中加入阳离子木薯淀粉和硫酸铝,阳离子木薯淀粉的加入量为12-16kg/吨浆,硫酸铝的加入量为6-7kg/吨浆;所述的冲浆泵与压力筛之间的管道中加入阳离子助剂,阳离子助剂的加入量为0.2-0.3kg /吨浆。
所述的冲浆泵工艺中,在其入口加入湿强剂和AKD,湿强剂的加入量为15-20kg/吨浆,AKD的加入量为12-16kg/吨浆。
所述的冲浆泵与压力筛之间的管道中加入松香胶,松香胶的加入量为13-15kg/吨浆。

所述的压光机采用双压区软压光机,一压区硬辊压纸页正面,正面为纸页平滑度高的一面,二压区硬辊压纸页反面,反面为纸页平滑度较低的一面,一压压力55-60kN/m,温度115-120℃;二压压力55-60kN/m,温度115-120℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)确认了配备长网大缸加膜转移施胶机形式的高速纸机可以生产出合格的枕包纸原纸;
(2)通过调整浆板配比,提高针叶浆板用量,提高了纸页的挺度;
(3)通过提高化学品中的硫酸铝用量,既能起到清洁烘缸表面的作用,减少掉毛掉粉问题,同时可以提高纸页的挺度,采用酸性碱性混合施胶,原纸具有高抗水渗透性能,高抗乳酸抗双氧水的性能;
(4)本发明采用大缸纸机生产,由于大缸表面的高温熨烫作用,显著提高了枕包纸纸原纸正面平滑度和光泽度;
(5)表胶工艺能够明显提高纸页表面强度,减少掉毛掉粉,满足下游客户正常印刷需要;
(6)通过调整膜转移施胶机正面计量棒及反面计量棒型号,可以提高纸页表面胶用量,起到封闭纸页的效果,提高纸页正反面的表面强度;
(7)通过调整大缸汽压,提高纸页出大缸进膜转移施胶机的干度,提高吸胶量,增加表面强度;
(8)压光机利用双压区软压光机高温高压的特点,解决了大缸纸机生产纸种成纸反面粗糙的缺陷,同时显著提高正面平滑度。

8.蜡棒使用方法及步骤
使用前准备1支酒精灯和1支带圆孔的木板。
1、将蜡棒的端面置于酒精灯火焰上方,待端面熔融而未滴下时即可轻轻放置于水平的纸面上,不要施加外力按压。
2、等待大约5分钟,熔蜡冷却后,将木板的圆孔套于蜡棒上平压在纸面上。左手压住木板,右手均匀向上用力,迅速将蜡拔起。
3、观察纸面是否被破坏,蜡棒端面是否有纸粉、纸屑,二者若有其一,则说明纸张强度低于此型蜡棒,应选用更低编号的蜡棒重复1、2步骤,直到纸面不破坏,蜡棒端面无纸屑,则纸张强度就是用对应蜡棒的编号表示。若第一次拔起,无任何破坏,则再用更高型号的蜡棒,直到有破坏。纸张强度就用比有破坏的蜡棒低一级的型号表示。
4、第一次使用蜡棒、或蜡棒端面有纸屑时,在做新的测试之前,须将蜡棒放于火焰上方,待熔融时,将蜡棒端面与纸张平行,轻而迅速地在纸面上抹一下以除去纸屑,并保证蜡棒端面平整。

表面施胶剂溶液质量标准为:固含量12%,粘度12mpa.s,ph为5.1,温度 65℃。
浆板工艺中,浆板配比为:漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆60%,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆40%。
磨浆机工艺中,磨浆工艺为:漂白针叶阔叶浆按配比混合均匀后,采用三台DD720双盘磨串联打浆,第一台盘磨使用切割鳍型磨片,第二、三台盘磨采用扫帚鳍型磨片,叩解度25°SR,湿重7.5g。
成浆池与抄前池之间的管道中加入阳离子木薯淀粉和硫酸铝,阳离子木薯淀粉的加入量为14kg/吨浆,硫酸铝的加入量为6.5g/吨浆。阳离子助剂:0.25kg/吨浆
冲浆泵工艺中,在其入口加入湿强剂和AKD,湿强剂的加入量为16kg/吨浆,AKD的加入量为13kg/吨浆。

表面胶的制备方法为:将配方量的两性表面木薯淀粉、聚乙烯醇1799加1/3配方量的清水在表面胶蒸煮罐中搅拌均匀后通汽,并升温至95℃,保温20min,提至表面胶稀释桶与配方量的阴离子苯丙与2/3配方量清水混合成固含量12%的表面胶溶液,提至表面胶贮存桶备用。

表面施胶剂成纸取拾量:正面1.8g/㎡,反面1.8g/㎡;
进膜转移施胶机成纸干度94.5%,出膜转移施胶机的成纸干度75%。
压光机采用双压区软压光机,一压区硬辊压纸页正面,正面为纸页平滑度高的一面,二压区硬辊压纸页反面,反面为纸页平滑度较低的一面,一压压力60kN/m,温度120℃;二压压力60kN/m,温度120℃。
对比例1
生产工艺流程如下:浆板→链板输送→碎浆机→卸料池→磨浆机→成浆池→抄前池→冲浆泵→压力筛→流浆箱→网部→压榨部→组缸→施胶机→组缸→压光机→卷取部→复卷→包装入库。
在施胶机工艺中,表面胶由以下重量份数的原料组成:
两性表面木薯淀粉100份
聚乙烯醇1799 10份
阴离子苯丙8份
清水865份。
表面施胶剂溶液质量标准为:固含量12%,粘度12mpa.s,ph为5.1,温度 65℃。
浆板工艺中,浆板配比为:漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆70%,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆30%。
磨浆机工艺中,磨浆工艺为:漂白针叶阔叶浆按配比混合均匀后,采用三台DD720双盘磨串联打浆,第一台盘磨使用切割鳍型磨片,第二、三台盘磨采用扫帚鳍型磨片,叩解度25°SR,湿重7.5g。
成浆池与抄前池之间的管道中加入阳离子木薯淀粉和硫酸铝,阳离子木薯淀粉的加入量为14kg/吨浆,硫酸铝的加入量为6.5g/吨浆。阳离子助剂:0.25kg/吨浆
冲浆泵工艺中,在其入口加入湿强剂和AKD,湿强剂的加入量为18kg/吨浆,AKD的加入量为15kg/吨浆。
冲浆泵与压力筛之间的管道中加入松香胶,松香胶的加入量为15kg/吨浆。
压力筛和流浆箱之间的管道中加入硅溶胶,硅溶胶的加入量为3.5kg/吨浆。
表面胶的制备方法为:将配方量的两性表面木薯淀粉、聚乙烯醇1799加1/3配方量的清水在表面胶蒸煮罐中搅拌均匀后通汽,并升温至95℃,保温20min,提至表面胶稀释桶与配方量的阴离子苯丙与2/3配方量清水混合成固含量12%的表面胶溶液,提至表面胶贮存桶备用。
纸机运行主要参数为:
(1)车速380m/min;
(2)大缸汽压520kPa;
(3)膜转移施胶机控制参数;
计量棒型号及压力:
正面计量棒V30,线压力18kN/m;
反面计量棒V30,线压力18kN/m;
表面施胶剂成纸取拾量:正面1.8g/㎡,反面1.8g/㎡;
进膜转移施胶机成纸干度94.5%,出膜转移施胶机的成纸干度75%。
压光机采用双压区软压光机,一压区硬辊压纸页正面,正面为纸页平滑度高的一面,二压区硬辊压纸页反面,反面为纸页平滑度较低的一面,一压压力60kN/m,温度120℃;二压压力60kN/m,温度120℃。
实施例和对比例的检测结果见表1。

对比例1比实施例减少了表面施胶剂的用量,同时使用长网多缸机生产,导致纸页正面平滑度和表面强度均有下降。
本发明使用大缸熨平纸页,同时采用的膜转移施胶工艺,在提高纸页正反面表面强度的同时也提高了纸页的挺度,采用双压区软压光机对纸页正反面进一步修饰,最终获得较高的正反面强度,解决了大缸纸机生产的枕包纸原纸印刷易掉粉的问题,满足了用户正常印刷需求。

Claims (5)

1.一种长网大缸纸机生产枕包纸原纸的方法,其特征在于,生产工艺流程如下:浆板→链板输送→碎浆机→卸料池→磨浆机→成浆池→抄前池→冲浆泵→压力筛→流浆箱→网部→压榨部→大缸→施胶机→组缸→压光机→卷取部→复卷→包装入库;
所述的施胶机工艺中,表面胶由以下重量份数的原料组成:
两性表面木薯淀粉100份
聚乙烯醇18-22份
阴离子苯丙14-16份
清水990份;
所述的浆板工艺中,浆板配比为:漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆60-70%,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆30-40%;
所述的成浆池与抄前池之间的管道中加入阳离子木薯淀粉和硫酸铝,阳离子木薯淀粉的加入量为12-16kg/吨浆,硫酸铝的加入量为6-7kg/吨浆;所述的冲浆泵与压力筛之间的管道中加入阳离子助剂,阳离子助剂的加入量为0.2-0.3kg /吨浆;
所述的表面胶的制备方法为:将配方量的两性表面木薯淀粉、聚乙烯醇加1/3配方量的清水在表面胶蒸煮罐中搅拌均匀后通汽,并升温至93-95℃,保温18-20min,提至表面胶稀释桶与配方量的阴离子苯丙与2/3配方量清水混合成固含量11.5-12%的表面胶溶液,提至表面胶贮存桶备用;
所述的纸机运行参数为:
(1)车速350-400m/min;
(2)大缸汽压500-550kPa;
(3)膜转移施胶机控制参数:
计量棒型号及压力:
正面计量棒V30,线压力18kN/m;
反面计量棒V30,线压力18kN/m;
表面施胶剂成纸取拾量:正面1.5-2.0g/㎡,反面1.5-2.0g/㎡;
进膜转移施胶机成纸干度93-95%,出膜转移施胶机的成纸干度72-75%;
所述的压光机采用双压区软压光机,一压区硬辊压纸页正面,二压区硬辊压纸页反面,一压压力55-60kN/m,温度115-120℃;二压压力55-60kN/m,温度115-120℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的长网大缸纸机生产枕包纸原纸的方法,其特征在于,所述的磨浆机工艺中,磨浆工艺为:漂白针叶阔叶浆按配比混合15-20分钟后,采用三台DD720双盘磨串联打浆,第一台盘磨使用切割鳍型磨片,第二、三台盘磨采用扫帚鳍型磨片,叩解度25-26°SR,湿重7-8g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的长网大缸纸机生产枕包纸原纸的方法,其特征在于,所述的冲浆泵工艺中,在其入口加入湿强剂和AKD,湿强剂的加入量为15-20kg/吨浆,AKD的加入量为12-16kg/吨浆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的长网大缸纸机生产枕包纸原纸的方法,其特征在于,所述的冲浆泵与压力筛之间的管道中加入松香胶,松香胶的加入量为13-15kg/吨浆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的长网大缸纸机生产枕包纸原纸的方法,其特征在于,所述的压力筛和流浆箱之间的管道中加入硅溶胶,硅溶胶的加入量为3-4kg/吨浆。
