The invention has the beneficial effects that: through step 1), can reduce the stem of walking violently of chinese magnoliavine fruit stock plant to a great extent, make the stem of walking violently can not rob the nutrient composition of chinese magnoliavine fruit stock plant, through step 2) -step 5), make the stem of walking violently that clears up out can regard as the nutrient fertilizer of chinese magnoliavine fruit stock plant, make the nutrient composition that the stem of walking violently competed from chinese magnoliavine fruit stock plant can be absorbed by chinese magnoliavine fruit stock plant again and utilized, reduce the fertilizer quantity in the chinese magnoliavine fruit cultivation process, and therefore, the cost is reduced, the nutrient composition that the stem of walking violently absorbed matches chinese magnoliavine fruit stock plant completely simultaneously, can not produce the damage to chinese magnoliavine fruit stock plant, add organic fertilizer in the stem of walking violently.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of schisandra chinensis transverse stem cleaning, in particular to a process for cleaning transverse stem by schisandra chinensis.
Background
The schisandra chinensis grows rapidly and only has a few adventitious roots with poor nutrient and water absorption capacity, each transverse stem can grow many overground stems and breed many overground plants, the nutrient needs are almost supplied by the matrix, and if the growth amount is large, the plants are subjected to great nutrient competition and influence on ventilation and light transmission. The flower bud differentiation and normal fruiting of the schisandra chinensis can cause large nutrition competition, and the transverse stem depends on the nutrition survival and development of the matrix, so that the transverse stem of the schisandra chinensis needs to be cleaned in time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problems in the prior art and provides a process for cleaning transverse stem of schisandra, which can solve the problems in the prior art to at least a certain extent.
In order to achieve the technical purpose and achieve the technical effect, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a process for cleaning transverse stem of fructus Schisandrae chinensis comprises:
1) digging out a transverse walking stem: marking the ground surface with the diameter of 10-15cm around the mother plant of the schisandra chinensis, shoveling the ground surface into a soil layer which is about 10cm below the ground surface by a worker along the mark and using a shovel, shoveling off stems of the schisandra chinensis in the soil layer transversely, and digging out the ground surface;
2) crushing: placing the planed transverse stem in a crushing device to crush the transverse stem into a straight section with the length not more than 0.5 cm;
3) drying: paving the crushed transverse stem on a clean cement ground, wherein the paving thickness is not more than 2cm, and the sun drying time is not less than 5 hours;
4) drying: placing the dried walking stems in a drying device, firstly quickly raising the drying temperature to 115 ℃, drying for 5min, then keeping the drying temperature at 115 ℃, drying for 1 h, and finally cooling to 45 ℃, drying for 10 min;
5) grinding: and (3) placing the dried transverse stem in a powder grinding device, and grinding the transverse stem into powder to be used as a nutrient supply fertilizer for the schisandra chinensis stock plant.
As a further optimization of the technical solution, in the step 1), streaking is performed on the schisandra chinensis stock plant in the dormant period.
As a further optimization of the technical scheme, the marking in the step 1) is marked on the ground within the range of 13-14 cm of the diameter around the Chinese magnoliavine mother plant.
As a further optimization of the above technical solution, in the step 3), firstly, a vegetation ash layer with a thickness of 0.5cm is laid on the ground, and then the crushed schisandra chinensis is laid on the vegetation ash layer along the stem.
As a further optimization of the technical solution, in the step 5), 0.3 times of organic fertilizer is added to the milled caulis et folium walkeridis.
As further optimization of the technical scheme, the organic fertilizer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
60 parts of animal wastes, 30 parts of mulberry-based fishpond sludge, 40 parts of crop straws, 0.5 part of a leavening agent, 3 parts of gypsum powder and 0.5 part of diethanolamine.
