本发明涉及一种含有DHA的健脑膨化食品。其目的在于解决现有的此类食品或饮料因鱼油具有腥味而难于直接服用的问题。该食品含有鱼油、淀粉、食盐、调味剂,其特征在于将鱼油包裹于膨化后的淀粉内。该产品具有纯食品的外观,口感良好,能够提高机体的抗病能力,预防疾病,特别是有助于人的大脑必需的营养物质DHA的加强和增强智力。

含DHA的健脑膨化食品
本发明涉及一种含DHA的健脑膨化食品。
有资料证明,鱼油特别是深海鱼油中的不饱和脂肪酸含有大量的DHA(二十二碳六烯酸),这是人类大脑灰髓质的主要构成部分。缺乏DHA,脑细胞膜的形成发生障碍,致使细胞死亡,若DHA不足,脑细胞间网状组织被破坏,信息传递受阻,人的智力将受到极大影响。因此含有鱼油的食品或饮料受到人们的喜爱,但鱼油有腥味,不宜直接吞服,使得食用此类食品或饮料受到一定的限制。例如,现在市场上已可见到的“多灵多”就是这样的产品,“多灵多”是直接将鱼油及辅料乳化而成,成品中带有一定的腥味。
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有DHA的健脑膨化食品,它能成功的解决因鱼油有腥味而难于直接吞服的问题。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
含DHA的健脑膨化食品,它含有鱼油、淀粉、食盐、调味剂,其特征在于将鱼油包裹于膨化的淀粉内。
上述含DHA的健脑膨化食品的主要组份及含量如下:
鱼油      1-2%
淀粉      90-93%
食盐      0.1-0.3%
调味剂    5-7%
本发明的优点和积极效果如下:
膨化食品是公认的美味食品,一般含有多种维生素,并有香酥恰人的口味,使含DHA的健脑膨化食品有良好的口感,并能提高机体的抗病能力。
鱼油中所含的DHA是国际公认的健脑益智的物质,并能提高人体的免疫力。
本发明将鱼油包裹在膨化后的淀粉中,制成了美味的健脑膨化食品,本食品香酥可口,使人能在美味中将鱼油吞下,从而起到了增智、提高免疫力的作用。按上述配方制成的含DHA的健脑膨化食品质量稳定。鱼油本身的腥味,即使精炼再好,也处理不掉,本发明采取了特殊的方式——膨化淀粉包裹,成功的解决了这一问题,这样,既保持了鱼油的原有结构,又易于被直接食用。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的细述。
实施例1:
称取鱼油0.22kg、食盐0.03kg、淀粉10kg、调味剂0.7kg,先将鱼油、食盐、淀粉等三种物质放在一起搅匀,然后将其放入膨化主机内膨化、定型;将调味剂放入调味机内,然后将膨化、定型好的食品放入调味机内调味后即可。
按此方法即可制得含DHA的健脑膨化食品的成品。
实施例2:
称取鱼油0.16kg、食盐0.02kg、淀粉10kg、调味剂0.63kg,先将鱼油、食盐、淀粉等三种物质放在一起搅匀,然后将其放入膨化主机内膨化、定型;将调味剂放入调味机内,然后将膨化、定型好的食品放入调味机内调味后即可。
按此方法即可制得含DHA的健脑膨化食品的成品。

1.一种含DHA的健脑膨化食品,含有鱼油、淀粉、食盐、调味剂,其特征在于将鱼油包裹于膨化的淀粉内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含DHA的健脑膨化食品,其特征在于该食品的主要组份及含量如下:
鱼油      1-2%
淀粉      90-93%
食盐      0.1-0.3%
调味剂    5-7%
3.权力要求1、2所述的淀粉,可由含淀粉高的天然植物粉来代替,如:大米粉、玉米粉等。
