技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料领域,具体涉及一种防水全遮光涤纶面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
涤纶是现阶段应用最多的合成化学纤维之一,其几何规整性较高,分子间作用力强,反应性较弱,故其具有优良的物理化学性能。对涤纶织物进行功能性整理,例如防水、阻燃、抗静电、抗菌、抗皱,高耐水压等,可提高产品档次和附加值。其中,涤纶织物防水全遮光整理是研究的热点之一,其产品广泛应用于产业用纺织品、户外用品以及帐篷等。
目前的整理方法主要有以下方法:
1)干涂层法,其中应用较多的是PU聚氨酯加一些黑色颜料,该黑色颜料和聚氨酯PU相容性差,饱和度和分散度不好,产品加工难度大,成本高,次品率多,布面均匀度差,耐水压低,遮光效率差。
2)泡沫涂层法,整理后的织物克重偏高,厚重,附着布面牢度差,容易老化,耐水压低,设备要求高,不适宜应用于户外用品,帐篷。以上方法还需使用有机溶剂,环境能耗大,难以是实现广泛应用。
3)水性涂层法,此加工的产品牢度差,防水耐水压低,遮光差,难以应用于遮光需求的帐篷面料。
鉴于上述缺点,因此,有必要研发一种超级防水且全遮光涤纶面料的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明为解决现存问题提供一种防水全遮光涤纶面料及其制备方法,涂层处理后的面料通过热熔胶复合机把TPU遮光黑膜敷到布料上,使布面有了黑膜达到完全遮光的效果。

本发明提供了一种防水全遮光涤纶面料,包括:涤纶面料、涂层和TPU遮光黑膜,所述涂层涂覆在涤纶面料上,所述TPU遮光黑膜热复合于涂层表面,其中:所述涂层的胶液按照重量份计为:PU聚氨酯90-110份,交联剂2-4份,TiO2白浆15-25份,有机溶剂甲苯45-55份;所述TPU遮光黑膜是将炭黑研磨后,均匀分散到热塑性聚氨酯上,吹膜形成黑色的TPU黑膜,所述TPU黑膜的厚度0.018mm,克重20-21G/M2
进一步优选的,所述涂层的胶液按照重量份计为:PU聚氨酯100份,交联剂3份,TiO2白浆:20份,有机溶剂甲苯50份。
本发明还提供了一种防水全遮光涤纶面料的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)将炭黑采用超细研磨机研磨后,均匀分散到热塑性聚氨酯上,吹膜形成黑色的TPU黑膜,冷却待用;
(2)将涤纶织物胚布放入NaOH溶液中,进行退浆处理;
(3)将退浆后的涤纶织物采用定型机采用防水表面剂做布面表面处理,经过烘箱预烘,焙烘制得防水4-5级的涤纶面料;
(4)将涤纶面料经过压光机镜面辊压光,使布面更加平整;
(5)制作涂层胶液,所述涂层胶液按照重量份计为:PU聚氨酯90-110份,交联剂2-4份,TiO2白浆15-25份,有机溶剂甲苯45-55份,并将涂层胶液使用涂层机对压光后的涤纶面料做涂层整理,烘干;
(6)通过热熔胶复合机把TPU遮光黑膜经PUR湿气反应性聚氨酯复合到涂层处理的布料上,得到防水遮光涤纶面料。
进一步优选的,所述TPU黑膜的厚度0.018mm,克重20-21G/M2
进一步优选的,所述TPU遮光黑膜冷却24-36小时。
进一步优选的,所述步骤(3)中的表面处理选用溶于水的脂类的化合物,经过轧辊车使布面带有30%的带液量,轧车压力3KG。
进一步优选的,所述步骤(4)中镜面辊压光温度130-140℃,压力80T。
进一步优选的,所述步骤(5)涂层机运用1.5#胶刀均匀涂层,布面张力控制30KG,通过胶刀前弯棒控制左中的张力均匀。
进一步优选的,所述烘干温度为100-140℃,处理时间为40sec。
进一步优选的,所述热熔胶复合机温度设定94℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1.本发明提供的一种防水全遮光涤纶面料,在涤纶面料上进行压光并涂层处理后再复合TPU黑膜,具有较好的防水遮光效果。
2.本发明提供的一种防水全遮光涤纶面料的制备方法,涂层处理前经过压光机镜面辊压光,使布面更加平整。
3.本发明提供的一种防水全遮光涤纶面料的制备方法,涂层处理过布料送至复合机,复合机是运用PUR湿气反应性聚氨酯,无需用任何溶剂,属于全环保型加工。
4.本发明提供的一种防水全遮光涤纶面料的制备方法,运用吸油量极好的炭黑,进行超细研磨,通过均匀分散到热塑性聚氨酯,通过高温吹膜形成黑色的TPU黑膜,控制TPU黑膜的厚度0.018mm,克重20-21G/M2,具有分散均匀,遮光性好。
5.本发明提供的一种防水全遮光涤纶面料的制备方法,通过热熔胶复合机把TPU遮光黑膜到布料上,热熔胶温设定94℃,使布面有了黑膜达到完全遮光效果。

实施例一
本实施例提供一种防水全遮光涤纶面料,包括:涤纶面料、涂层和TPU遮光黑膜,所述涂层涂覆在涤纶面料上,所述TPU遮光黑膜热复合于涂层表面,其中:所述涂层的胶液按照重量份计为:PU聚氨酯100份,交联剂3份,TiO2白浆:20份,有机溶剂甲苯50份;所述TPU遮光黑膜是将炭黑研磨后,均匀分散到热塑性聚氨酯上,吹膜形成黑色的TPU黑膜,所述TPU黑膜的厚度0.018mm,克重20-21G/M2
本发明还提供了一种防水全遮光涤纶面料的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)将炭黑采用超细研磨机研磨后,均匀分散到热塑性聚氨酯上,吹膜形成黑色的TPU黑膜,TPU黑膜的厚度0.018mm,克重20-21G/M2,TPU遮光黑膜冷却30小时后待用;
(2)将涤纶织物胚布放入NaOH溶液中,进行退浆处理;
(3)将退浆后的涤纶织物采用定型机做布面表面处理,选用溶于水的脂类的化合物,经过轧辊车使布面带有30%的带液量,轧车压力3KG,经过烘箱160℃预烘,焙烘制得防水4-5级的涤纶面料;
(4)将涤纶面料经过压光机镜面辊压光,镜面辊压光温度130℃,压力80T,使布面更加平整;
(5)制作涂层胶液,所述涂层胶液按照重量份计为:PU聚氨酯100份,交联剂3份,TiO2白浆:20份,有机溶剂甲苯50份,先将PU聚氨酯溶解在有机溶剂甲苯中,再向聚氨酯-甲苯溶液中放入TiO2白浆,最后加入交联剂反应2-4h得涂层胶液,并将涂层胶液使用涂层机对压光后的涤纶面料做涂层整理,涂层机运用1.5#胶刀均匀涂层,布面张力控制30KG,通过胶刀前弯棒控制左中的张力均匀,烘干,烘干温度为120℃,处理时间为40sec;
(6)通过热熔胶复合机把TPU遮光黑膜经PUR湿气反应性聚氨酯复合到涂层处理的布料上,热熔胶复合机温度设定94℃,得到防水遮光涤纶面料。
实施例二
本实施例提供一种防水全遮光涤纶面料,包括:涤纶面料、涂层和TPU遮光黑膜,所述涂层涂覆在涤纶面料上,所述TPU遮光黑膜热复合于涂层表面,其中:所述涂层的胶液按照重量份计为:PU聚氨酯90份,交联剂2份,TiO2白浆:15份,有机溶剂甲苯45份;所述TPU遮光黑膜是将炭黑研磨后,均匀分散到热塑性聚氨酯上吹膜形成黑色的TPU黑膜,所述TPU黑膜的厚度0.018mm,克重20-21G/M2
本发明还提供了一种防水全遮光涤纶面料的制备方法,具体步骤为:

(3)将退浆后的涤纶织物采用定型机做布面表面处理,选用溶于水的脂类的化合物,经过轧辊车使布面带有30%的带液量,轧车压力3KG,经过烘箱160℃预烘,焙烘制得防水4-5级的涤纶面料;
(4)将涤纶面料经过压光机镜面辊压光,镜面辊压光温度130-140℃,压力80T,使布面更加平整;
(5)制作涂层胶液,所述涂层胶液按照重量份计为:PU聚氨酯90份,交联剂2份,TiO2白浆:15份,有机溶剂甲苯45份,先将PU聚氨酯溶解在有机溶剂甲苯中,再向聚氨酯-甲苯溶液中放入TiO2白浆,最后加入交联剂反应2-4h得涂层胶液,并将涂层胶液使用涂层机对压光后的涤纶面料做涂层整理,涂层机运用1.5#胶刀均匀涂层,布面张力控制30KG,通过胶刀前弯棒控制左中的张力均匀,烘干,烘干温度为140℃,处理时间为40sec;
(6)通过热熔胶复合机把TPU遮光黑膜经PUR湿气反应性聚氨酯复合到涂层处理的布料上,热熔胶复合机温度设定94℃,得到防水遮光涤纶面料。
实施例三
本实施例提供一种防水全遮光涤纶面料,包括:涤纶面料、涂层和TPU遮光黑膜,所述涂层涂覆在涤纶面料上,所述TPU遮光黑膜热复合于涂层表面,其中:所述涂层的胶液按照重量份计为:PU聚氨酯110份,交联剂4份,TiO2白浆:25份,有机溶剂甲苯55份;所述TPU遮光黑膜是将炭黑研磨后,均匀分散到热塑性聚氨酯上,吹膜形成黑色的TPU黑膜,所述TPU黑膜的厚度0.018mm,克重20-21G/M2

(1)将炭黑采用超细研磨机研磨后,均匀分散到热塑性聚氨酯上,吹膜形成黑色的TPU黑膜,TPU黑膜的厚度0.018mm,克重20-21G/M2,TPU遮光黑膜冷却24-36小时后待用;
(2)将涤纶织物胚布放入NaOH溶液中,进行退浆处理;
(3)将退浆后的涤纶织物采用定型机做布面表面处理,选用溶于水的脂类的化合物,经过轧辊车使布面带有30%的带液量,轧车压力3KG,经过烘箱160℃预烘,焙烘制得防水4-5级的涤纶面料;
(4)将涤纶面料经过压光机镜面辊压光,镜面辊压光温度130-140℃,压力80T,使布面更加平整;
(5)制作涂层胶液,所述涂层胶液按照重量份计为:PU聚氨酯110份,交联剂4份,TiO2白浆:25份,有机溶剂甲苯55份,先将PU聚氨酯溶解在有机溶剂甲苯中,再向聚氨酯-甲苯溶液中放入TiO2白浆,最后加入交联剂反应2-4h得涂层胶液,并将涂层胶液使用涂层机对压光后的涤纶面料做涂层整理,涂层机运用1.5#胶刀均匀涂层,布面张力控制30KG,通过胶刀前弯棒控制左中的张力均匀,烘干,烘干温度为100-140℃,处理时间为40sec;
(6)通过热熔胶复合机把TPU遮光黑膜经PUR湿气反应性聚氨酯复合到涂层处理的布料上,热熔胶复合机温度设定94℃,得到防水遮光涤纶面料。
将实施例1-3制备的涤纶面料进行性能测试,具体指标见表1:

Claims (10)

1.一种防水全遮光涤纶面料,包括:涤纶面料、涂层和TPU遮光黑膜,其特征在于:所述涂层涂覆在涤纶面料上,所述TPU遮光黑膜热复合于涂层表面,所述涂层的胶液按照重量份计为:PU聚氨酯90-110份,交联剂2-4份,TiO2白浆15-25份,有机溶剂甲苯45-55份;所述TPU遮光黑膜是将炭黑研磨后,均匀分散到热塑性聚氨酯上,吹膜形成黑色的TPU黑膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水全遮光涤纶面料,其特征在于:所述涂层的胶液按照重量份计为:PU聚氨酯100份,交联剂3份,TiO2白浆:20份,有机溶剂甲苯50份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水全遮光涤纶面料,其特征在于:所述TPU黑膜的厚度为0.018mm,克重为20-21G/M2
4.一种如权利要求1所述的防水全遮光涤纶面料的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)将炭黑采用超细研磨机研磨后,均匀分散到热塑性聚氨酯上,吹膜形成黑色的TPU黑膜,冷却待用;
(2)将涤纶织物胚布放入NaOH溶液中,进行退浆处理;
(3)将退浆后的涤纶织物采用定型机做布面表面处理,经过烘箱预烘,焙烘制得防水4-5级的涤纶面料;
(4)将涤纶面料经过压光机镜面辊压光,使布面更加平整;
(5)制作涂层胶液,所述涂层胶液按照重量份计为:PU聚氨酯90-110份,交联剂2-4份,TiO2白浆15-25份,有机溶剂甲苯45-55份,并将涂层胶液使用涂层机对压光后的涤纶面料做涂层整理,烘干;
(6)通过热熔胶复合机把TPU遮光黑膜经PUR湿气反应性聚氨酯复合到涂层处理的布料上,得到防水遮光涤纶面料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防水全遮光涤纶面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述TPU黑膜的厚度为0.018mm,克重为20-21G/M2,所述TPU遮光黑膜冷却24-36小时。
6.根据权利要求4所述的防水全遮光涤纶面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的表面处理选用溶于水的脂类的化合物,经过轧辊车使布面带有30%的带液量,轧车压力3KG。
7.根据权利要求4所述的防水全遮光涤纶面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中镜面辊压光温度130-140℃,压力80T。
8.根据权利要求4所述的防水全遮光涤纶面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)涂层机运用1.5#胶刀均匀涂层,布面张力控制30KG,通过胶刀前弯棒控制左中的张力均匀。
9.根据权利要求4所述的防水全遮光涤纶面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述烘干温度为100-140℃,处理时间为40sec。
10.根据权利要求4所述的防水全遮光涤纶面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述热熔胶复合机温度为94℃。
