Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disinfectants, and particularly relates to an alcohol-free surgical hand disinfectant.
Background
Healthcare professionals have a significantly higher risk of hand eczema, dermatitis, and other skin problems than the general population. These conditions not only cause problems for medical care work, but also affect patient populations. For example, eczema can contribute to the spread of nosocomial infections. More than 90% of people with moderate to severe eczema are infected with staphylococcus aureus. Staphylococcal infection can be fatal. In particular, strains with antibiotic resistance are difficult to control. Thus, the prevalence of eczema among healthcare employees is a serious problem.
For people with eczema, washing the hands with soap and water can cause further irritation and impede healing. This is why many healthcare workers instead rely on hand sanitizers as an alternative or supplement to hand washing. It is estimated that 40% of all hospital-caused infections result from inadequate hand disinfection, the main cause of which is skin allergy. Hand sanitizers or hand sanitizers are typically gels, foams, or liquid solutions containing active ingredients for killing microorganisms. Most hand sanitizers include alcohols in the form of ethanol or isopropanol.
Alcohol-based hand disinfectants can actually exacerbate the problem for people with eczema by promoting the autoimmune response that causes eczema. When exposed to alcohol, viable staphylococcus aureus and other bacteria respond by producing a protective biofilm. Biofilms are known to impair skin wound healing and reduce local antimicrobial efficiency, and are capable of transmitting bacteria into the air. At the same time, bacteria with antibiotic resistance, such as MRSA, can proliferate in biofilms, resulting in many serious and fatal nosocomial infections. Eczema, particularly of healthcare providers, remains a major concern for public health.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the situation and overcoming the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the non-alcoholic surgical hand disinfectant, which adopts the biguanide component which is mild and non-irritating, and has the functions of sterilization and disinfection, deodorization and deodorization of the natural organic antibacterial deodorant, namely the grain amino acid component, skin care and skin moistening of aloe and glycerin, and cooling and refreshing mint.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the invention relates to a nonalcoholic surgical hand disinfectant, which comprises polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, chlorhexidine acetate, a natural organic antibacterial deodorant, an aloe extract, glycerin, peppermint oil, pure water and essence.
A preparation process of an alcohol-free surgical hand disinfectant comprises the following steps:
1) taking 50.5g of chlorhexidine acetate, adding 45kg of pure water, stirring and dissolving;
2) adding 500g of 20% polyhexamethylene biguanide, and uniformly stirring;
3) adding 50g of natural organic antibacterial deodorant, and uniformly stirring;
4) adding 100g of water-soluble peppermint oil, and uniformly stirring;
5) adding 50g of aloe extract, and uniformly stirring;
6) adding 500g of glycerol, and uniformly stirring;
7) adding 50g of essence, and uniformly stirring and mixing;
8) adding pure water to 50kg, and stirring and mixing uniformly;
9) preparing 21 barrels;
10) packaging 300 ml 3500 bottles;
11) and (5) checking and putting the product into a finished product warehouse after the product is qualified.
The invention with the structure has the following beneficial effects: the alcohol-free surgical hand disinfectant adopts the biguanide components which are mild and non-irritating, and has the effects of sterilization and disinfection, deodorization and deodorization of natural organic antibacterial deodorant cereal amino acid components, skin care and skin moistening by aloe and glycerol, and cooling and refreshing mint.
