Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disinfectants, relates to a hand-washing-free gel, and particularly relates to a biological type hand-washing-free antibacterial gel which is safe, mild, non-irritant, stable in performance and suitable for different crowds, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In life, the hands are most frequently contacted with the outside, so the hands are the most easily polluted body parts and are also important channels for transmitting germs. The hand sanitizer is a daily article specially used for hand cleaning, can keep the hand clean and sanitary, and has very important significance for preventing diseases and guaranteeing the body health.
At present, a large amount of resistant bacteria are propagated due to the fact that the disinfectant is used in large amounts in various industries and academia. According to the reports of relevant documents, various traditional chemical disinfectants have the generation of resistant bacteria, such as quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants, including pseudomonas aeruginosa, alcaligenes, candida albicans and the like, and even coagulase negative staphylococcus. Among the phenolic disinfectants, it has been reported that gram-negative bacteria can be separated from hexachloro bisphenol soap solution and cream, and become a potential cause of skin infection. The biguanide disinfectants mainly have drug resistance to chlorhexidine acetate, and comprise providencia stuartii, pseudomonas aeruginosa, proteus mirabilis, klebsiella pneumoniae, streptococcus faecalis and the like, and various disinfectants have bacterial drug resistance conditions to different degrees, thereby bringing great threat to the environment and human beings. Based on the analysis of the sterilized product sales data, people prefer to use gel-type products.
At present, 89% of gel hand disinfection and bacteriostasis products contain alcohol, so that the gel hand disinfection and bacteriostasis products can destroy sebum layers after long-term use and cannot be carried on transportation tools such as airplanes and trains, and therefore people who often go on a business are very confused. The hand disinfection and bacteriostasis product mainly takes ethanol, quaternary ammonium salts, phenols, silver ions, hypochlorous acid and the like as main components, and is not suitable for long-term use by pregnant women, children and other people.
Lysozyme (also called muramidase) or N-acetylmuramidase (N-acetylmuramidase glycohydrolase) is an alkaline enzyme that hydrolyzes mucopolysaccharides in bacteria. Lysozyme dissolves bacteria by breaking the beta-1, 4 glycosidic bond between N-acetylmuramic acid and N-acetylglucosamine in the cell wall, breaking down the cell wall insoluble mucopolysaccharide into soluble glycopeptides, causing the contents of the broken cell wall to escape. Lysozyme can also be directly combined with virus protein with negative charge, and forms a complex with DNA, RNA and apoprotein to inactivate the virus.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects that most of the existing gel hand disinfection and bacteriostasis products contain alcohol, cannot be carried on transportation tools such as airplanes and trains, and is not suitable for long-term use by people such as pregnant women, children and the like, and provides a biological type hand-washing-free bacteriostasis gel which is safe, mild, non-irritant, stable in performance and suitable for different people.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the biological type hand-washing-free bacteriostatic gel.
The invention also provides application of the biological type hand-washing-free bacteriostatic gel.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the biological type hand-washing-free bacteriostatic gel comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-20% of lysozyme, 1-3% of gel, 0.01-0.10% of pH regulator, 3-8% of humectant, 10-20% of solubilizer and the balance of solvent.
In the technical scheme, the main component of the antibacterial gel is lysozyme, and the antibacterial gel does not contain alcohol and any other chemical disinfection active components, is safe and environment-friendly, and simultaneously effectively inhibits escherichia coli, candida albicans, staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the antibacterial rate is more than 99.9%. The biological hand-washing-free antibacterial gel has stable performance, is stored in an aging box for 90 days at 37 ℃, and has an antibacterial rate of more than 99.9% on escherichia coli, candida albicans, staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa; storing the gel in an aging box for 14 days at 54 ℃, wherein the gel form is not changed; after the gel is stored in a freezing chamber of a refrigerator for 14 days and taken out for dissolution, the shape of the gel is not changed.
Through test tests, when the content of the lysozyme is lower than 5%, the sterilization rate is less than 90%, and the sterilization rate is gradually improved along with the increase of the concentration. When the concentration is more than 20 percent, the solution is turbid, so the content of the lysozyme in the product is determined to be 5 to 20 percent.
The animal-derived lysozyme has good bacteriostatic effect, the plant-derived lysozyme has good safety, and the microbial source has broad-spectrum bacteriostatic effect, so that the invention selects three kinds of lysozyme for compounding to achieve the effects of spectrum bacteriostatic and safety.
