Description

Detergent with antibacterial effect
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemicals, in particular to a detergent with an excellent antibacterial effect and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, with rapid development of economy and improvement of living standard, consumers pay more attention to sanitation and health, and the bacteriostatic detergent becomes an indispensable and extremely important daily article for preventing bacteria and virus from spreading in daily life. The demand of consumers for the detergent is gradually increased, and the demand is continuously upgraded, so that the development of the detergent towards diversification and individuation is promoted. Consumers have not only satisfied that detergents have only conventional cleaning properties, but also desire additional functions such as disinfecting, fragrance, etc. In recent years, the domestic detergent market is developed rapidly, but most products have single effect and are difficult to meet the dual requirements of washing, disinfection and sterilization, or the bacteriostatic detergent on the market has poor bacteriostatic effect and narrow antibacterial spectrum, and the traditional detergent formula easily causes environmental pollution, so that the requirements of consumers on disinfecting household detergent products are increased rapidly due to the factors.
Tannin is also called tannin or tannic acid, is a secondary organism generated by metabolism in the plant growth process, is a polyphenol compound which is soluble in water and has the relative molecular weight of 500-3000Da, and is widely present in tissues of plant roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits and the like. Tannic acid has antibacterial and antiviral effects, and is widely used in medical field, and then in daily chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, leather industry, etc. Tannin has in vitro antibacterial activity, and has inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Micrococcus luteus, etc.
The cation guar gum is a guar gum quaternary ammonium salt derivative which is generated by taking guar gum as a raw material and 3-chlorine-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as an etherifying agent through reaction, and is water-soluble high-molecular food gum. The foam stabilizer is mainly used in hair products, and has the functions of foam stabilization, static resistance, conditioning and the like; in skin care products, it can reduce the irritation of detergent to skin, protect keratin from damage, reduce the loss of natural lipid in skin, and increase skin softness. The cationic guar gum has been proved by animal experiments to be safe and nontoxic within a proper concentration mass fraction range.
Various disinfectant products sold in the market at present have single component and are easy to generate drug resistance after long-term use. Therefore, the prepared novel efficient bacteriostatic detergent can meet the requirements of consumers on dual effects of washing, disinfection and sterilization, and can solve the problem of drug resistance of a disinfectant.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of poor bacteriostatic effect, narrow antibacterial spectrum and the like of the existing bacteriostatic detergent, and thus provides a detergent with the bacteriostatic effect and a preparation method thereof. The invention provides a compound formula of tannic acid and cationic guar gum, which produces synergistic effect after being compounded, and experiments prove that the tannin and cationic guar gum can inhibit the growth of thalli and have obvious bacteriostatic effect on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans and bacillus subtilis. The invention can kill and wash objects and has the characteristics of safety, no side effect, wide antibacterial spectrum, quick sterilization and the like.
The invention provides a formula of the antibacterial detergent, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 0.1 to 3.0 percent of tannic acid, 0.1 to 3.0 percent of cationic guar gum, 1.0 to 1.8 percent of surfactant, 0.01 to 3.0 percent of citric acid and the balance of water; the surfactant is one or more of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether-9 (AEO-9), dodecyl dimethyl betaine, dodecyl glucoside, sodium laureth sulfate and cocamidopropyl betaine.
Further, the antibacterial detergent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 0.8-2.5% of tannic acid, 0.8-1.8% of cationic guar gum, 1.2% of surfactant, 0.01-0.1% of citric acid and the balance of water; the surfactant is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether-9 (AEO-9).
The preparation method of the bacteriostatic detergent provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
adding the formula water into a beaker, placing the beaker in a water bath kettle, keeping the water temperature at 60 ℃, adding the formula amount of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether-9 (AEO-9), and continuously stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved, wherein the temperature is controlled to be 60-65 ℃ in the stirring process; stopping heating, after the temperature is reduced to room temperature, sequentially adding tannic acid and cationic guar gum, continuously stirring until the tannic acid and the cationic guar gum are completely dissolved, measuring the pH value of the solution, and adjusting the pH value by using citric acid to ensure that the pH value is less than or equal to 7, thus obtaining the antibacterial detergent.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the bacteriostatic detergent disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of safety, no side effect, wide antibacterial spectrum, quick sterilization and the like, and has a synergistic effect on two natural active ingredients, namely tannin and cationic guar gum, and an obvious inhibition effect on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans and bacillus subtilis.
Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples, but the scope of the invention is not limited thereto:
example 1
Adding the water into a beaker, placing the beaker in a water bath kettle, keeping the water temperature at 60 ℃, adding 1.2 percent of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether-9 (AEO-9), continuously stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved, and controlling the temperature to be 60-65 ℃ in the stirring process; stopping heating, after the temperature is reduced to room temperature, sequentially adding 0.8% of tannic acid and 0.8% of cationic guar gum, continuously stirring until the tannic acid and the cationic guar gum are completely dissolved, measuring the pH value of the solution, and adjusting the pH value by using citric acid to ensure that the pH value is less than or equal to 7, thus obtaining the antibacterial detergent.
Examples 2-7 and comparative examples 1-2 were prepared in the same manner as in example 1, except that tannic acid and cationic guar were used in the amounts shown in table 1.
