the formula comprises the following components in parts by mass: 76.5-87.0 parts of purified water, 6.0-9.5 parts of glycerol, 4.0-6.0 parts of butanediol, 0.5-1.2 parts of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.6-1.8 parts of honeysuckle extract and 0.4-1.1 parts of sterilizing agent; the sterilizing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30-60% of phenoxyethanol, 20-40% of benzalkonium chloride and 20-40% of cetylpyridinium chloride;
adding purified water into a stirring pot, adding glycerol, butanediol and 1,2 hexanediol, stirring for 8-20 minutes, and uniformly mixing to obtain a first mixture;
step three, adding the honeysuckle extract into the first mixture, and stirring for 15-20 minutes until the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain a second mixture;
adding phenoxyethanol, benzalkonium chloride and cetylpyridinium chloride into the purified water, uniformly mixing to obtain a sterilization mixed solution, adding the sterilization mixed solution into the second mixture, and stirring for 6-10 minutes until the sterilization mixed solution is uniformly mixed to obtain a third mixture;
and step five, adding a pH regulator into the third mixture to keep the pH of the mixed solution between 6.0 and 7.0, and stirring for 6 to 10 minutes until the mixed solution is uniformly mixed to obtain the skin cleaning solution.
7. A method of preparing a skin sanitizing cleaning solution according to claim 5, comprising the steps of;
step one, preparing materials according to a formula;
the formula comprises the following components in parts by mass: 76.5-87.0 parts of purified water, 6.0-9.5 parts of glycerol, 4.0-6.0 parts of butanediol, 0.5-1.2 parts of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.6-1.8 parts of honeysuckle extract and 0.4-1.1 parts of sterilizing agent; the sterilizing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30-60% of phenoxyethanol, 20-40% of benzalkonium chloride, 20-40% of cetylpyridinium chloride and 0.2-0.4 part of daily chemical essence;
adding purified water into a stirring pot, adding glycerol, butanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol and daily chemical essence, stirring for 8-20 minutes, and uniformly mixing to obtain a first mixture;
step three, adding the honeysuckle extract into the first mixture, and stirring for 15-20 minutes until the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain a second mixture;
adding phenoxyethanol, benzalkonium chloride and cetylpyridinium chloride into the purified water, uniformly mixing to obtain a sterilization mixed solution, adding the sterilization mixed solution into the second mixture, and stirring for 6-10 minutes until the sterilization mixed solution is uniformly mixed to obtain a third mixture;
and step five, adding a pH regulator into the third mixture to keep the pH of the mixed solution between 6.0 and 7.0, and stirring for 6 to 10 minutes until the mixed solution is uniformly mixed to obtain the skin cleaning solution.
8. A skin sanitizing cleaning solution according to claim 6 or 7, wherein said pH adjusting agent is citric acid.
