Detailed Description
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a disinfectant solution for resisting a new coronavirus, which comprises the following raw materials by mass: 1-5% of disinfection component, 0-0.5% of thickening agent, 0.5-25% of polyphenol compound, 1-4% of softening agent, 0-11% of surfactant, 0.05-0.2% of pH regulator and the balance of water.
As a preferred technical scheme, the disinfecting component comprises didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and silver ions.
As a preferable technical scheme, the mass ratio of the didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride to the silver ions in the disinfection component is (1-5): (0.002-0.003).
The didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride can effectively kill gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, fungi and mould and effectively inhibit enveloped viruses such as hepatitis B, HIV and the like; has high tolerance to anionic impurities and hard water, and still plays a role in high-efficiency and excellent surface activity and wetting performance in high-degree organic dirt such as bloodstains, protein stains and the like.
The silver ions attract thiol groups with negative charges in bacterial protease to perform specific binding, and effectively puncture cell walls and cell membranes, so that the bacterial cells are denatured due to proteins. When the bacteria are killed by the silver ions, the silver ions can be dissociated and contact with other bacteria, and the sterilization is repeated and lasting. In addition, the silver ions also have the skin care effect, can effectively improve the moistening and permeating effects of the product, promote the healing of skin wounds and improve the repair function of damaged cells.
As a preferred technical scheme, the thickening agent is carbomer.
As a further preferred embodiment, the carbomer is an acrylate/alkyl acrylate cross-linked copolymer.
As a preferred technical scheme, the alkyl acrylate is C10-30 alkyl acrylate.
The thickening agent can increase the viscosity of the system and keep the system in a uniform and stable suspension state or an emulsion state. The carbomer is an excellent rheology modifier, and can protect skin, reduce the damage of irritant substances to skin and mucous membrane, and prevent various allergic symptoms. The carbomer has certain activity, can enhance the resistance of human skin to ultraviolet rays, and can reduce the damage of the ultraviolet rays to the human skin. Carbomer is also a natural medicinal ingredient, and has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.
As a preferred technical solution, the polyphenol compound is polyphenol dilactone.
As a further preferred embodiment, the polyphenol dilactone is ellagic acid.
The polyphenol compound not only can cooperate with the disinfection component to disinfect and inhibit bacteria, but also has the skin care effect. The polyphenol compound not only has good inhibition effect on various bacteria and viruses, but also can inhibit the growth of cancer cells, protect cell membranes and prevent cell degeneration. In addition, the product can also remove oxygen free radical and hydroxyl free radical, inhibit tyrosinase activity, block melanin generation, and has skin whitening, speckle lightening and antioxidant effects.
As a preferred embodiment, the emollient comprises glycerin.
The emollient increases or maintains moisture in the upper layers of the skin for an extended period of time. The micromolecular polyalcohol structure of the glycerol absorbs moisture from the environment, so that the vapor pressure on the surface of the skin can be reduced, and hydroxyl in the molecular structure can form hydrogen bonds with water molecules, so that a good water absorption and water locking effect is achieved, the TEWL reduction caused by the evaporation of the moisture is effectively prevented, and the moisture content of the skin is improved.
As a preferable technical scheme, the surfactant is a compound of an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant.
As a preferable technical scheme, the anionic surfactant is polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, and the nonionic surfactant is coconut oil diethanolamide.
As a preferable technical scheme, the compound mass ratio of the polyoxyethylene ether sulfate to the coconut oil diethanolamide is 0-3%: 0 to 8 percent.
The surfactant contains hydrophilic groups and lipophilic groups on one hand, and can reduce surface tension so as to achieve the decontamination effect; on the other hand, the bacterial cells are adsorbed on cell walls and cell membranes on the surfaces of bacterial cells, and then, the bacterial cells are killed by inhibiting the normal action of semipermeable membranes and the penetration into cells, inactivating enzymes, inhibiting the synthesis of ribonic acid and proteins, and causing protein denaturation or cell wall and cell membrane destruction, accompanied by the occurrence of interference with microbial enzyme systems.
As a preferred technical scheme, the pH regulator is one or more of triethanolamine, citric acid, lactic acid, sodium citrate and amino acid.
In a further preferred embodiment, the pH adjuster is an amino acid.
The pH regulator can prevent color spot, dark, acne, aging, etc. caused by unbalanced pH value of skin. A skin care health channel is established, and the skin is white, tender, smooth and compact; and can lay a foundation for the nutrition of the skin in the later period of absorption.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of a disinfectant for resisting a new coronavirus, which comprises the following steps: the components of the formula are mixed according to a certain proportion, stirred and heated to 70-80 ℃, and cooled to obtain the finished disinfectant.
