Performance test
The antibacterial hand sanitizer prepared in examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were tested for antibacterial performance.
The detection method is based on: GB15979-2002 hygienic Standard for Disposable sanitary articles-appendix C method for testing the sterilization performance, the bacteriostatic performance and the stability of products;
evaluation basis: GB15979-2002 hygienic Standard for disposable articles.
The test results are shown in table 3 below.
As can be seen from the test data in table 3, the antibacterial hand sanitizer prepared in examples 1 to 10 has a bacteriostasis rate to escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans, and the action time can reach 100% after reaching more than 5min, which indicates that the hand sanitizer prepared in the present application has a good antibacterial effect. In addition, the hand sanitizer formula does not contain preservatives which have irritation to skin, the addition amount of bactericides and the like except plant extracts is far lower than that of the common antibacterial hand sanitizer, and the hand sanitizer is harmless to human bodies and the environment.
The test results of the example 1 and the comparative examples 1 to 3 show that the grapefruit extract and the peony root extract both have certain bacteriostatic effects, but the effects of the two extracts are not good when the two extracts are used independently, and after the two extracts are compounded according to the formula proportion, the bacteriostatic rate is obviously improved, so that the grapefruit extract and the peony root extract have certain synergistic effect when the grapefruit extract and the peony root extract are compounded.
According to the test results of the embodiment 1 and the comparative examples 4 to 6, the bacteriostatic effect of the hand sanitizer is improved to a certain extent by a small amount of the bactericide and the preservative, and even if the addition amount of the bactericide and the preservative is lower than that of the conventional commercially available hand sanitizer, the hand sanitizer still has a good bacteriostatic rate under the condition of compounding the plant extract.
