Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of antibacterial disinfection, in particular to a hand-washing-free disinfection gel. When the percentage content of the ethanol in the disinfection gel reaches about 75%, the disinfection effect is best, but at the moment, the concentration of the ethanol is high, the irritation is large, and the problems of dryness and roughness are easy to occur when the oil on the surface of the skin is removed after repeated use. Based on the problems, the invention provides a washing-free disinfection gel, the ethanol with lower percentage content is adopted to cooperate with eucalyptol and rosemary in a refreshing agent, camphor tree essential oil and mint oil, the concentration of the ethanol is low, the stimulation to the skin is small, the phenomenon of dryness and roughness is not easy to occur on the surface of the skin after repeated use, the antibacterial and disinfection effects are stronger, the problem of narrow antibacterial spectrum of the existing product is solved, and the eucalyptol and rosemary, camphor tree essential oil and mint oil are all extracts in natural plants, compared with a chemically synthesized antibacterial agent, the antibacterial gel has the advantages of safety, no toxicity, no side effect and good application prospect.

Description

Hand-washing-free disinfection gel
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of antibacterial disinfection, in particular to a hand-washing-free disinfection gel.
Background
With the rapid development of society and the rapid progress of science and technology, the living standard of people is gradually improved. More and more people are concerned about health care in daily life, and various medical disinfection products are produced at the same time.
The hand-washing-free disinfection gel product is convenient and quick, has good disinfection effect and is popular with the public. The types of disinfectant commonly used in hand-free disinfecting gel products are: oxidizing disinfectant, alcohol disinfectant, surfactant disinfectant, and biological disinfectant. The oxidizing disinfectant is a chlorine disinfectant and an iodine disinfectant, can sterilize and disinfect, but has unstable effect, needs to be prepared on site and has small action range. The surface active agent disinfectant includes chlorhexidine and quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant, but the compatibility of the disinfectant is limited, the antibacterial spectrum is narrow and the price is high. The biological disinfectant is mainly plant extract and microbial polypeptide disinfectant, and has complicated preparation process and unstable activity.
The existing no-clean gel hand disinfectant mainly adopts volatile alcohols as a solvent, and ethanol and isopropanol are used most in consideration of the requirements of safety and nontoxicity. The foreign research shows that the alcohol disinfectant has reliable and rapid action and good tolerance, the optimal ethanol disinfection concentration is 75%, but when the ethanol content is too high, the alcohol disinfectant has strong pungent smell, and after repeated use, the grease on the surface of the skin is removed, so that the problems of dryness, roughness and the like easily occur, and the alcohol disinfectant is difficult to be accepted by consumers. The ethanol content of the existing hand-washing-free disinfectant is generally 55-65%, but the low-concentration ethanol has poor sterilization effect and needs to be compounded with other bactericides. Experimental research shows that the 2,4,4 '-trichloro-2' -hydroxydiphenyl ether has good bactericidal activity, and the compound is widely applied to daily necessities such as toothpaste, cosmetics, antibacterial soap and the like as a common chlorine-containing bactericide at present, but can also cause side effects such as skin allergy and the like. How to achieve the high sterilization rate and reduce the side effects of ethanol and the bactericide in the hand disinfectant, and simultaneously, the hand disinfectant has the effects of no stickiness, comfortable smell and skin care when being used by consumers, which is a problem to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: when the percentage content of the ethanol in the disinfection gel reaches about 75%, the disinfection effect is best, but at the moment, the concentration of the ethanol is high, the irritation is large, and the problems of dryness and roughness are easy to occur when the oil on the surface of the skin is removed after repeated use.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the invention provides a hand-washing-free disinfection gel which comprises the following components in parts by mass:
Figure BDA0002622115380000021
specifically, the total mass fraction of all the components in the hand-washing-free disinfection gel is 100 parts.
Specifically, the thickener is one or more of carbomer 940, carbomer 934, carbomer 980, carbome 20, carbome 21 and carbomer 2020.
Specifically, the pH regulator is triethanolamine or a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with the concentration of 15-19 mol/L.
Specifically, the emollient comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1.2 to 1.5 portions of propylene glycol
0.5-1 part of vitamin E
0.3-0.5 part of glycerol.
Specifically, the refreshing agent comprises the following components in parts by mass:
eucalyptol rosemary 0.1-0.35 parts
0.2-0.25 part of camphor tree essential oil
0.1-0.2 part of peppermint oil.
Specifically, the mass ratio of the eucalyptol and the rosemary to the camphor tree essential oil to the peppermint oil is 3:2: 1.
Specifically, the no-wash hand disinfection gel is prepared according to the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing a thickening agent and water according to the formula amount, and standing until no white particles exist in the mixed solution, thereby obtaining a mixture I;
(2) placing the mixture I into a stirrer, and stirring into a uniform transparent solution without particles, wherein the stirring speed is 1000rpm, and the stirring time is 30-60 min;
(3) after stirring, dropwise adding a pH regulator in a formula amount into the mixture I, after dropwise adding, increasing the stirring speed to 1200rpm, stirring until the mixed solution becomes semitransparent gel, and continuously stirring for 20min to obtain a mixture II;
(4) according to the formula amount, eucalyptol and rosemary, camphor essential oil and peppermint oil are uniformly mixed to obtain a refreshing agent;
(5) according to the formula amount, uniformly mixing propylene glycol, vitamin E and glycerol to obtain the emollient;
(6) sequentially adding the refreshing agent and the emollient into the mixture II, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture III;
(7) adding ethanol with the formula amount into the mixture III, stirring uniformly, and performing vacuum degassing in the stirring process at the vacuum degree of 0.2-0.4MPa and the stirring speed of 1000rpm to finally obtain the hand-free disinfection gel.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention adopts the synergistic effect of lower percentage content of ethanol and eucalyptol rosemary, camphor tree essential oil and peppermint oil in the refreshing agent, has stronger antibacterial and disinfection effects, makes up the problem of narrow antibacterial spectrum of the existing product, and has the advantages of safety, no toxicity and no side effect compared with the chemically synthesized antibacterial agent of extracts in natural plants;
(2) the washing-free hand disinfection gel is added with propylene glycol, glycerol and vitamin E with skin moistening effect, and the vitamin E can effectively reduce the generation of hand wrinkles and speckle tissues, protect hand skin from being damaged by ultraviolet rays and pollution, and reduce scars and the deposition of pigment; the propylene glycol and the glycerol can effectively solve the problems of water shortage, dryness and the like caused by skin degreasing after the hands are contacted with the ethanol;
(3) the eucalyptol, the rosemary oil, the camphor tree essential oil and the mint oil of the hand-washing-free disinfection gel can effectively sterilize and play a role in moistening skin and refreshing.
