Abstract
The invention relates to a disinfectant, in particular to a hand-washing-free skin-care disinfection gel and a preparation method thereof. The hand-washing-free skin-care disinfection gel is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 55-60% of ethanol; 0.2-0.3% of carbomer; 0.1-0.2% of triethylamine; 1-2% of glycerol; 0.5-1% of elsholtzia oil; 1-3% of aloe extract and the balance of deionized water. The hand-free disinfectant disclosed by the invention is prepared by compounding ethanol and elsholtzia oil and adding the moisture-preserving and skin-protecting components, so that the hand-free disinfectant not only has a good synergistic effect and a good disinfection effect, but also has a long killing time and a good skin-protecting function.

Uniformly dispersing 0.3g of carbomer in deionized water, standing and swelling until the carbomer is transparent and has no particles, standing overnight, stirring uniformly, adding 55g of ethanol to uniformly disperse, then adding 1g of the bactericide elsholtzia oil, 1.5g of glycerol, 2g of aloe extract and the balance of deionized water, finally adding 0.15g of triethylamine neutralizer to neutralize to be gelatinous to prepare the hand-washing-free skin-care disinfection gel, filling and sealing to obtain the finished product.
Example 3
Uniformly dispersing 0.2g of carbomer in deionized water, standing and swelling until the carbomer is transparent and has no particles, standing overnight, stirring uniformly, adding 56g of ethanol to be uniformly dispersed, then adding 0.5g of the bactericide elsholtzia oil, 1g of glycerol, 1g of the aloe extract and the balance of deionized water, finally adding 0.1g of triethylamine neutralizer to neutralize to be gelatinous to prepare the hand-washing-free skin-care disinfection gel, filling and sealing to obtain the finished product.
Example 4
Uniformly dispersing 0.2g of carbomer in deionized water, standing and swelling until the carbomer is transparent and has no particles, standing overnight, stirring uniformly, adding 58g of ethanol to be uniformly dispersed, then adding 1g of the bactericide elsholtzia oil, 2g of glycerol, 2.5g of the aloe extract and the balance of deionized water, finally adding 0.16g of triethylamine neutralizer to neutralize to be gelatinous to prepare the hand-washing-free skin-care disinfection gel, filling and sealing to obtain the finished product.
Example 5
Uniformly dispersing 0.25g of carbomer in deionized water, standing and swelling until the carbomer is transparent and has no particles, standing overnight, stirring uniformly, adding 60g of ethanol to be uniformly dispersed, then adding 0.9g of the bactericide elsholtzia oil, 1.8g of glycerol, 2g of the aloe extract and the balance of deionized water, finally adding 0.2g of triethylamine neutralizer to neutralize to be gelatinous to prepare the hand-washing-free skin-care disinfection gel, filling and sealing to obtain the finished product.
Example 6
Uniformly dispersing 0.25g of carbomer in deionized water, standing and swelling until the carbomer is transparent and has no particles, standing overnight, stirring uniformly, adding 57g of ethanol to be uniformly dispersed, then adding 0.6g of the bactericide elsholtzia oil, 1.2g of glycerol, 1.5g of the aloe extract and the balance of deionized water, finally adding 0.16g of triethylamine neutralizer to neutralize to be gelatinous to prepare the hand-washing-free skin-care disinfection gel, filling and sealing to obtain the finished product.
