(3) adding the disinfectant with the formula amount into the mixed solution A, stirring for 10-20 minutes, then adding the humectant with the formula amount, continuously stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding the surfactant with the formula amount, and continuously stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain a mixed solution B;
(4) adding the essence with the formula amount into the mixed solution B, and stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain a mixed solution C;
(5) and adding the pH regulator into the mixed solution C according to the formula amount, regulating the pH of the solution to 6-7, stirring for 1-2 hours, and bottling to obtain the rosemary disinfection hand sanitizer.
Test example 1: test of sterilizing Effect
The hand sanitizer prepared in examples 1 to 6 is used as an experimental group, a common hand sanitizer sold in the market is used as a control group, 10 persons are selected as experimental objects in each group, the bacterial load on hands is measured before cleaning, the bacterial load on hands is measured at the same time interval after cleaning, the dosage of the hand sanitizer is the same, and the sterilization effect of the hand sanitizer is shown in table 1:

As can be seen from the data in Table 1, the hand sanitizer prepared by the embodiment 1-6 of the invention can effectively inhibit staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli, has better bacteriostatic effect and duration than common hand sanitizers sold in the market, and has good bacteriostatic and disinfectant effects and long bacteriostatic and disinfectant duration.
Test example 2: test of moisturizing Effect
The hand washing solutions prepared in examples 1 to 6 were used as experimental groups, common hand washing solutions sold in the market were used as control groups, 10 persons were selected for each group as experimental subjects, the hand wetting conditions of the experimental subjects were observed at the same time interval after cleaning, the dosage of the hand washing solutions was the same, and the moisturizing effects of the hand washing solutions are shown in table 2:

As can be seen from the data in Table 2, the hand sanitizer prepared by the embodiment 1-6 of the invention has better moisturizing effect and moisturizing durability than common hand sanitizers sold in the market, and has good moisturizing effect.

Claims (10)
1. The rosemary disinfection hand sanitizer is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of disinfectant, 3-8 parts of surfactant, 1-2 parts of humectant, 0.5-1 part of thickening agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of pH regulator, 0.05-1 part of essence and 20-40 parts of purified water.

The rosemary disinfection hand sanitizer according to claim 1, which is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-45 parts of disinfectant, 4-6 parts of surfactant, 1.3-1.7 parts of humectant, 0.7-0.9 part of thickening agent, 0.8-1.2 parts of pH regulator, 0.2-0.8 part of essence and 25-35 parts of purified water.

The rosemary disinfection hand sanitizer according to claim 1, which is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of disinfectant, 5 parts of surfactant, 1.5 parts of humectant, 0.7 part of thickening agent, 1 part of pH regulator, 0.5 part of essence and 30 parts of purified water.
4. The rosemary disinfectant hand sanitizer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the disinfectant is a mixture of benzalkonium chloride and rosemary extract, wherein the weight ratio of benzalkonium chloride to rosemary extract is 0.1-0.5: 1.
5. A rosemary disinfectant hand sanitizer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the surfactant is one or more of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether ammonium sulfate, sodium alpha-alkenyl sulfonate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.
6. A rosemary disinfectant hand sanitizer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the humectant is one or more of aloe vera extract, glycerine, sorbitol, propylene glycol.
7. A rosemary disinfectant hand sanitizer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the thickener is one or more of hydroxymethylcellulose, sodium chloride, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol.
8. A rosemary disinfectant hand sanitizer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the pH adjuster is citric acid.
9. A rosemary disinfectant hand sanitizer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the fragrance is a floral or fruity fragrance;
wherein the flower essence is one or more of rose essence, jasmine essence, gardenia essence, lavender essence, sweet osmanthus essence, violet essence and chrysanthemum essence;
the fruit-flavor essence is one or more of apple essence, orange essence, grape essence and lemon essence.
10. A preparation method of rosemary disinfection hand sanitizer is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the proportion of the rosemary disinfection hand sanitizer according to any one of claims 1 to 3;
(2) adding the thickener with the formula amount into the purified water with the formula amount, and stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain a mixed solution A;
(3) adding the disinfectant with the formula amount into the mixed solution A, stirring for 10-20 minutes, then adding the humectant with the formula amount, continuously stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding the surfactant with the formula amount, and continuously stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain a mixed solution B;
(4) adding the essence with the formula amount into the mixed solution B, and stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain a mixed solution C;
(5) and adding the pH regulator into the mixed solution C according to the formula amount, regulating the pH of the solution to 6-7, stirring for 1-2 hours, and bottling to obtain the rosemary disinfection hand sanitizer.
