the main raw materials of the treatment fluid are introduced as follows:
the imidazoline surfactant is prepared by taking fatty acid and proper polyamine as raw materials and synthesizing the raw materials by a two-step method. Is mild and non-toxic, has no allergic reaction to skin, and has good compatibility with polymeric cationic surfactant and conditioner. In particular to cocoyl ampholytic-base disodium diacetate which has excellent emulsifying, dispersing, foaming, foam stabilizing, antistatic, solubilizing, wetting and corrosion inhibiting performances. Can reduce the irritation of other surfactants. Hard water resistance. The compatibility is good.
The cetyl pyridinium chloride in the invention is white solid powder, usually contains one molecule of crystal water, and has a melting point of 77-83 ℃. Is easy to dissolve in water and ethanol, can be dissolved in chloroform, and has good surface activity and sterilization and disinfection performance. The product belongs to a nitrogen-containing cationic surfactant and is mainly used as a sterilizing disinfectant. Under the same use condition, the product has better killing rate on heterotrophic bacteria, iron bacteria and sulfate reducing bacteria than dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium bromide and other common quaternary ammonium salt bactericides, for example, under the dosage of 10mg/L, the killing rate of the product on heterotrophic bacteria, iron bacteria and sulfate reducing bacteria is 99.9 percent, 99.9 percent and 99.99 percent respectively.
The invention combines the zwitterionic surfactant, especially the cocoyl amphodiacetate disodium, the cationic surfactant cetyl pyridinium chloride and the isostearamide propyl morpholine lactate, and carries out scientific proportioning, fully exerts the synergistic effect of the three, not only ensures strong decontamination and cleaning capability to bath caps and wet tissues, but also has mild effect after compatibility use and small irritation to the skin of a human body.
Methylparaben, also known as methylparaben, white crystalline powder or colorless crystals, readily soluble in alcohol, ether and acetone, boiling point 270-. The product is mainly used as a sterilization preservative for organic synthesis, food, cosmetics and medicines, and also used as a feed preservative.
Diazo imidazolidinyl urea has good and lasting bacteriostatic effect on gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and pseudomonas; the bath cap is matched with the preservative methyl paraben for action, so that the problems of peculiar smell, microorganism breeding and the like easily caused by the bath cap can be effectively solved.
Vitamin E acetate is also known as acetate vitamin E, tocopherol acetate, vitamin E acetate/tocopherol acetate, vitamin E acetate has the same effect as vitamin E, but preferably forms an ester for better absorption.
Sodium citrate is also known as citric acid, trisodium citrate, chemical formula Na3C6H5O7 · 5H2O (pentahydrate). The product is white cubic crystal or granular powder, and has no odor, refreshing, salty taste, and slight pungency. Relative molecular mass 357.1. Can be dissolved in 1.5ml water at 1g (25 deg.C), is insoluble in ethanol, is stable in air, and can be used as acidity regulator, buffer, emulsifier, and stabilizer. The sodium citrate is the most important citrate at present, is mainly produced by fermenting starch substances to generate citric acid and neutralizing with alkali substances, and has multiple unique excellent properties. The raw materials for preparing the sodium citrate are basically from grains, so the sodium citrate is absolutely safe and reliable and does not cause harm to human health. The food and agriculture of the United nations and the world health organization do not limit the daily intake of the product at all and can consider the product to be a non-drug product. It has good biodegradability, strong complexing ability to metal ions, excellent solubility, and the solubility is increased along with the rise of water temperature; the sodium citrate has good pH adjusting and buffering properties. Sodium citrate is a weak acid strong base salt, and can form a strong pH buffer when being combined with citric acid, so that the sodium citrate has important application in some occasions where the pH is not suitable to change in a large range. In addition, the sodium citrate also has excellent retarding performance and stability. Sodium citrate has many of the above-mentioned excellent properties, and thus has a wide range of uses. Sodium citrate is non-toxic, has pH adjusting properties and good stability, and can therefore be used in the food industry. The sodium citrate is used as a food additive, has the largest demand, and is mainly used as a flavoring agent, a buffering agent, an emulsifying agent, an expanding agent, a stabilizing agent, a preservative and the like; in addition, sodium citrate is compatible with citric acid and can be used as gelling agent, nutritional supplement and flavoring agent for jam, jelly, fruit juice, beverage, cold drink, dairy product, cake, etc.

A commercial leave-on bath towel was used as a comparative example, and the relevant performance tests were performed with the no-rinse bath caps prepared in examples 1-3 above:
1. the antibacterial performance of the fabric passes an AATCC-100 antibacterial test (quantification) method, and the test method has the following operation points:
the sample obtained by AATCC-100 method was changed from a circular shape having a diameter of 4.8cm to a square shape having a side length of about 1.8cm, and placed in a 30mL or 50mL conical flask with a cap. The inoculum was diluted with 0.85% ice cold physiological saline (0-4 ℃) instead of AATCC broth. The strain is diluted from about 108-109cfu/mL to 1X 105-2X 1105cfu/mL to prepare an inoculated bacterial liquid.
The bacteriostatic activity of the sample was calculated by the following formula:
the bacteriostasis rate is (the viable count of the blank control sample after 18 h-the viable count of the sample after 18 h)/the viable count of the blank control sample after 18h is multiplied by 100 percent
Taking the bath cap obtained in the examples 1-3, and calculating according to the method, wherein the bacteriostasis rate of the bath cap on staphylococcus aureus is 92%; meanwhile, the bath cap of the comparative example is taken, and the bacteriostasis rate to the staphylococcus aureus is 78 percent according to the calculation of the method. Statistical analysis of t-test shows that the bacteriostatic rate of the bath cap treated in the example 1 on staphylococcus aureus is obviously higher than that of the comparative example.
2. Skin irritation parameters were measured by the method specified in the sanitation supervision issue [2007] No. 1 cosmetic hygiene code (2007 edition). 10 bath caps prepared in examples 1 to 3 were used, and the test results showed that none of the bath caps of examples 1 to 3 was irritant.
3. The bath foam and the bath cap of the embodiments 1 to 3 both meet the standard requirements of GB15979-2002 hygienic standards for disposable sanitary products and GB 19877.2-2005 special bath foam.
4. Evaluation of use
The use test and evaluation are carried out on 200 men and 200 women with the ages of 20-80 years and a total of 400 men and women. Of these, 98% evaluated the wash clean and 100% indicated no discomfort and no allergic reaction. The following are a few typical examples of their use.
