A multifunctional external antibacterial sterilizing medicament and a preparation method thereof, wherein the medicament comprises the following components in parts by weight; benzalkonium chloride 0.05-0.2%; 0.05-2% of organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt ([3- (trihydroxy silicon base) propyl ] dimethyl octadecyl ammonium chloride); 97.8 to 99.9 percent of water. The bactericide provided by the invention has the characteristics of physical sterilization and long-acting bacteriostasis, can kill bacteria and fungi such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, candida albicans and the like in a broad spectrum manner, and has a good sterilization effect; can prevent diseases caused by bacterial infection; can not cause the drug resistance of the bacteria. The bactericide adopts deionized water, does not contain alcohol, and increases the safety of the product; the preparation method of the bactericide has the advantages of simple operation, low consumption cost, high preparation speed and the like.

Verification examples
The agents described in examples 1 to 3 were used for the bactericidal effect test. 4. The multifunctional external antibacterial disinfectant as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1% of benzalkonium chloride; 0.2 percent of organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt; and 99.7% of deionized water.
5. The multifunctional topical antimicrobial and antiseptic agent of claim 1 wherein the deionized water has a temperature of 50 ℃.
6. The multifunctional topical antibacterial agent according to claim 1, wherein the stirring time is 90 minutes in length.
