现代医学已经充分证明了免疫力低下是万病之源,提高免疫力防治各种疾病是最根本的健康之道。中医学认为:免疫力是人体的生命力,俗称“人体警察”,是人体抵御外来侵害的“壁垒”。免疫力强,则致病因素不易入侵,人体不易发病,反之,患疾病的机会就大。随着疫苗的局限性和滥用抗生素的弊端被发现,世界各国的医学界人士和民众越来越认识到提高自身天然免疫力的巨大优势。
各种原因使免疫系统不能正常发挥保护作用,在此情况下,极易招致细菌、病毒、真菌等感染,因此免疫力低下最直接的表现就是容易生病。因经常患病,加重了机体的消耗,所以一般有体质虚弱、营养不良、精神萎靡、疲乏无力、食欲降低、睡眠障碍等表现,生病、打针吃药便成了家常便饭。每次生病都要很长时间才能恢复,而且常常反复发作。长此以往会导致身体和智力发育不良,还易诱发重大疾病。

发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种能够改善人体亚健康的人参核桃肽及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种能够改善人体亚健康的人参核桃肽的制备方法,由下列重量份比的原料制成:人参肽4~12份、核桃肽10~20份、蛹虫草提取物15~25份、葡萄籽提取物6~14份、水飞蓟蛋白8~16份、松茸粉10~20份、牡蛎粉3~5粉、儿茶素5~15份和甜味剂0.2~0.8份。
优选地,由下列重量份比的原料制成:人参肽8份、核桃肽15份、蛹虫草提取物20份、葡萄籽提取物10份、水飞蓟蛋白12份、松茸粉15份、牡蛎粉4粉、儿茶素10份和甜味剂0.5份。
水飞蓟脱脂粉蛋白含量19.58%,高于普通谷物,其中以清蛋白含量最多,占总蛋白的60.60%(陈毓荃. 水飞蓟综合利用基础研究 [J]. 西北农业学报, 1998, 7(1): 79-81.)。
松茸粉具有抗辐射、抗衰老、抗癌、强身、益肠胃、止痛、理气化痰、驱虫等功效,同时还有治疗糖尿病、早期癌症的特效。日本有关资料显示,松茸抗癌效果可达90%以上抗癌,据分析,鲜松茸约含水分89.9%;在菌子中粗蛋白17%,纯蛋白8.7%,粗脂肪5.8%,可溶性无氮化合物总量61.5%,粗纤维8.6%;此外,还含有丰量的维生素B1、B2,维生素C及其他营养素。据许多文献记载,松茸具有强身、益肠胃、止痛、理气化痰等功效。现代科学研究表明,松茸还具有治疗糖尿病、抗癌等特殊作用,列担子菌类抗癌之前茅。
牡蛎主含碳酸钙80~95%、磷酸钙和硫酸钙。含镁、铁、铝、硅等多种无机元素和各种氨基酸。
优选地,所述人参肽的分子量的范围200~500Da。
优选地,所述核桃肽的分子量的范围300~600Da。
优选地,所述蛹虫草提取物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将风干的蛹虫草粉碎,加入4~6倍蛹虫草重量的酒尾浸泡3~5h,添加0.1~0.5%wt蛹虫草重量的复合植物水解酶,混合均匀,45~50℃、pH自然条件下酶解6~10h,蒸馏酒尾,减压干燥,得到蛹虫草提取物。
优选地,所述复合植物水解酶选自食品级,酶活10000~20000u/g。
优选地,所述酒尾是高粱酒生产过程中蒸馏成品酒之后得到的副产物,酒精度1~10%vol。
优选地,所述葡萄籽提取物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将干燥的葡萄籽粉碎,80%vol的清香型白酒浸泡脱脂之后干燥,50℃水浴中,用60%vol的清香型白酒对葡萄籽提取30~60min,冷却,抽滤,真空浓缩成粉。
优选地,包括如下步骤:
S1、将人参肽、核桃肽通过1000目全自动筛筛入混合罐中,通过摇动混合罐使上述原料混合均匀;
S2、将混合罐中摇匀的混合物与蛹虫草提取物、葡萄籽提取物、水飞蓟蛋白、松茸粉、牡蛎粉、儿茶素和甜味剂混合均匀。
基于一个总的发明构思,本发明另一个目的在于保护上述制备方法制备得到的能够改善人体亚健康的人参核桃肽。
本发明原料配伍及制备步骤符合国家食品药品监督管理局对保健食品原料和工艺的要求,通过毒理试验和功能试验证明安全有效,能够长期服用,是具有增强免疫功能的保健食品。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有修复人体消化系统,免疫,内分泌等循环系统损坏的细胞,加速新细胞的生成,清除了亚健康的病因,提高免疫力,具有快速补充营养等功效。并且具有缓解脑力疲劳的作用,同时,还具有调节中枢神经、保护心脑血管和镇静压力等作用。

实施例1
一种能够改善人体亚健康的人参核桃肽,由下列重量份比的原料制成:人参肽8份、核桃肽15份、蛹虫草提取物20份、葡萄籽提取物10份、水飞蓟蛋白12份、松茸粉15份、牡蛎粉4粉、儿茶素10份和甜味剂0.5份。
所述人参肽的分子量200~500Da,购自吉林肽谷生物工程有限责任公司;
所述核桃肽的分子量300~600Da,购自河南味泉生物科技有限公司;
所述蛹虫草提取物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将风干的蛹虫草粉碎,加入5倍蛹虫草重量的酒尾浸泡4h,添加0.3%蛹虫草重量的复合植物水解酶,混合均匀,48℃、pH自然条件下酶解8h,蒸馏酒尾,减压干燥,得到蛹虫草提取物。
所述复合植物水解酶选自食品级,酶活15000u/g。
所述酒尾是高粱酒生产过程中蒸馏成品酒之后得到的副产物,酒精度3.2%vol。
所述葡萄籽提取物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将干燥的葡萄籽粉碎,80%vol的清香型白酒浸泡脱脂之后干燥,50℃水浴中,用60%vol的清香型白酒对葡萄籽提取45min,冷却,抽滤,真空浓缩成粉。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将人参肽、核桃肽通过1000目全自动筛筛入混合罐中,通过摇动混合罐使上述原料混合均匀;
S2、将混合罐中摇匀的混合物与蛹虫草提取物、葡萄籽提取物、水飞蓟蛋白、松茸粉、牡蛎粉、儿茶素和甜味剂混合均匀。
比较例1
一种能够改善人体亚健康的人参核桃肽,由下列重量份比的原料制成:人参肽8份、核桃肽15份、蛹虫草提取物20份、葡萄籽提取物10份、儿茶素10份和甜味剂0.5份。
所述人参肽的分子量200~500Da,购自吉林肽谷生物工程有限责任公司;
所述核桃肽的分子量300~600Da,购自河南味泉生物科技有限公司;

按国家相关标准和《中华人民共和国药典》规定的方法制定常规项目的测定企业标准;
按《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003版)规定的方法制定检测标志性功效成分含量的企业标准。

1.一种能够改善人体亚健康的人参核桃肽的制备方法,其特征在于,由下列重量份比的原料制成:人参肽4~12份、核桃肽10~20份、蛹虫草提取物15~25份、葡萄籽提取物6~14份、水飞蓟蛋白8~16份、松茸粉10~20份、牡蛎粉3~5粉、儿茶素5~15份和甜味剂0.2~0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够改善人体亚健康的人参核桃肽的制备方法,其特征在于,由下列重量份比的原料制成:人参肽8份、核桃肽15份、蛹虫草提取物20份、葡萄籽提取物10份、水飞蓟蛋白12份、松茸粉15份、牡蛎粉4粉、儿茶素10份和甜味剂0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够改善人体亚健康的人参核桃肽的制备方法,其特征在于,所述人参肽的分子量的范围200~500Da。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够改善人体亚健康的人参核桃肽的制备方法,其特征在于,所述核桃肽的分子量的范围300~600Da。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够改善人体亚健康的人参核桃肽的制备方法,其特征在于,所述蛹虫草提取物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将风干的蛹虫草粉碎,加入4~6倍蛹虫草重量的酒尾浸泡3~5h,添加0.1~0.5%wt蛹虫草重量的复合植物水解酶,混合均匀,45~50℃、pH自然条件下酶解6~10h,蒸馏酒尾,减压干燥,得到蛹虫草提取物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种能够改善人体亚健康的人参核桃肽的制备方法,其特征在于,所述复合植物水解酶选自食品级,酶活10000~20000u/g。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种能够改善人体亚健康的人参核桃肽的制备方法,其特征在于,所述酒尾是高粱酒生产过程中蒸馏成品酒之后得到的副产物,酒精度1~10%vol。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够改善人体亚健康的人参核桃肽的制备方法,其特征在于,所述葡萄籽提取物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将干燥的葡萄籽粉碎,80%vol的清香型白酒浸泡脱脂之后干燥,50℃水浴中,用60%vol的清香型白酒对葡萄籽提取30~60min,冷却,抽滤,真空浓缩成粉。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够改善人体亚健康的人参核桃肽的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将人参肽、核桃肽通过1000目全自动筛筛入混合罐中,通过摇动混合罐使上述原料混合均匀;
S2、将混合罐中摇匀的混合物与蛹虫草提取物、葡萄籽提取物、水飞蓟蛋白、松茸粉、牡蛎粉、儿茶素和甜味剂混合均匀。
10.一种通过权利要求1~9任一项所述制备方法制备得到的能够改善人体亚健康的人参核桃肽。
