7. Dust removal system 7

The dust emission meets the GB16297-96 standard, the dust overflow phenomenon is avoided in the operation of the equipment by calculating the selected air draft volume, the dust concentration of a working site is less than 5mg/m3, the dust removal efficiency is more than 99.5%, and the emission concentration is less than 20mg/m 3.
The most advanced and reasonable three-stage dust removal mode and the unique and effective dust removal structure are selected:
the primary dust removal is a pellet settling chamber 7-1 designed at the top of the equipment. The settling chamber is an inertial settling chamber which accords with the aerodynamic principle, can realize effective settling of the projectile, and cannot generate pressure loss. And a one-way valve for preventing the formation of pneumatic transmission is designed at the lower part of the settling chamber, so that the pellet settling can be effectively realized. The purpose of this stage of dust removal is for the pipeline sand suction and accumulation problem.
The secondary dust removal is an inertial dust remover 7-2. The purpose of this stage of dust removal is to settle out larger particles and increase the life of the filter material (since dust particles that travel at high speed are a major factor in the life of the filter material of the dust separator).
The three-stage dust removal is an economical and practical filter drum type dust remover 7-3 which is tested for a long time. The pulse filter drum dust remover adopts a pulse back-blowing dust-cleaning system based on a Venturi principle, and has the advantages of low filtering air speed, high filtering precision, good dust-cleaning effect and the like. The filter cartridge dust remover can perform dust removal in various forms, including mechanical rapping, compressed air back blowing or high-pressure fan back blowing.
Wherein the specification of the filter cartridge type dust remover:

8. Foundation 8

The cleaned shot and sand mixture enters a shot and sand separator 5 through a bottom screw conveyor 3 and a bucket elevator 4, so that shot, impurities and broken objects are separated, the separated shot enters a shot blasting device 2-1 through a distribution system for recycling, one part of the separated impurities and broken objects directly flow into a waste material area, the other part of the separated impurities and broken objects enter a dust removal system 7, a cyclone filter drum dust remover is used for isolating dust, purified air is discharged, and after the work is finished, a trolley 6 is pulled out manually, so that the trolley 6 is reset.
