本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种纯棉抗菌面料的制备方法。面料浸轧氯化锌溶液,液氨整理,后处理,得到纯棉抗菌面料。针对传统抗菌面料在使用过程中出现的耐水洗性能差、抑菌性能差、水洗过程中纳米银易脱落、成本高等问题,本发明采用将丝光后面料先浸轧一定浓度的氯化锌溶液,再进行液氨整理,整理加工过程使金属锌离子与液氨能够发生金属络合反应生成锌氨络合物,最终制得的抗菌面料具有持久、高效的抗菌性。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种纯棉抗菌面料的制备方法。
背景技术
纺织品与人类活动息息相关,其滋生的细菌可能通过各种途径给人类带来健康隐患。大多数纤维面料都具有多孔微观结构,这利于微生物附着,成为微生物生存、繁殖的良好寄生体,另外人体皮肤上新陈代谢产物为细菌提供了充足的营养物质,寄生体除了污染纤维之外还会对人体造成危害。
棉织物吸湿透气、穿着舒适,深受人们的喜爱,但是棉织物具有较大的比表面积和较强的吸湿能力,容易被微生物附着,微生物在纺织品上生长繁殖不仅影响纺织品的清洁性,穿着的舒适性,而且还会因为微生物的繁殖导致棉纤维褪色或损伤,产生特殊的气味,甚至引起疾病传播,影响使用者的健康。为了减少细菌对人体的侵害,对棉织物进行抗菌整理显得十分必要。
目前市场上常用的织物抗菌/抗病毒整理加工方式有两种:一种是内置抗菌活性物质的抗菌纤维面料,采用纺丝级抗菌技术把抗菌剂直接做到化学纤维里面;另一种是借助于面料后整理加工技术通过面料拉幅定型工艺进行整理。后处理的工艺相对简单,成本容易根据客户的具体要求进行控制,是市场上应用最多的一种。然而,后处理加工的抗菌面料上的抗菌剂附着牢度不够,多次清洗之后纯棉面料中的抗菌剂会逐渐脱落,面料的抗菌性能已无法满足抗菌要求,抗菌面料的抗菌寿命较短。
中国专利CN 105133294 A公开一种易去污免烫全棉衬衫的处理方法,包括如下步骤:对全棉面料进行液氨处理;预缩整理;用第一易去污整理剂静电喷涂预缩后的全棉面料;对静电喷涂后的全棉面料进行微波处理;对微波处理后的全棉面料进行抽真空处理;对抽真空处理后的全棉面料,再用经微波处理过的木浆液进行蒸煮处理;将用木浆液蒸煮处理后的全棉面料甩干,然后放入冷冻室进行冷冻干燥处理;将冷冻干燥处理后的全棉面料,投入含有第二易去污整理剂SR及亲水免烫的浸渍液中进行浸轧处理;将浸轧处理后的全棉面料再进行冷冻、烘干、裁剪、制衣;将制好的成衣用烘培定型机上整烫定型,再进行整理、包装、入库。亲水免烫液的主要组分为亲水免烫树脂、纤维保护剂、柔软剂、催化剂、PH调节剂和水,主要组分的含量为:亲水免烫树脂60~200g/L、纤维保护剂10~50g/L、柔软剂20~60g/L、催化剂15~25g/L,所述亲水免烫处理液的pH值为3.5~6。所述亲水免烫树脂为选自改性二羟基甲基二羟基乙烯脲、纳米分散自交联聚醚聚氨酯、改性烷基二羟基乙烯脲中的至少一种;所述纤维保护剂为选自弹性聚氨酯的硅酮乳液和氧化聚乙烯均聚物与氨基硅油的共乳化物中的至少一种;所述柔软剂为选自含聚醚基团的氨基化聚硅氧烷和聚乙烯聚硅化合物合成体中的至少一种;所述催化剂为氯化镁,或为复合催化剂;所述复合催化剂由金属盐催化剂和羟基羧酸复合而成,所述金属盐催化剂为选自氯化镁、硝酸镁、氯化锌、硝酸锌中的至少一种,所述羟基羧酸为柠檬酸、二羟甲基丙酸、2,3-二羟基丁二酸中的至少一种,所述复合催化剂中金属盐催化剂的重量百分比为80~90%;所述pH调节剂为选自乙酸、柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲液、乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲液和磷酸二氢钠-柠檬酸缓冲液中的一种。此专利中所述的金属盐催化剂如氯化镁、硝酸镁、氯化锌、硝酸锌等主要是用作树脂与棉纤维交联时的催化剂,无抗菌效用。
目前,亟需提供一种可以改善抗菌面料抑菌性能、耐洗性能和安全性的纯棉抗菌面料的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纯棉抗菌面料的制备方法,选用无机助剂氯化锌进行液氨整理,提高面料的抑菌能力、耐洗性能和安全性,使面料具有持久抗菌效果,且对人体不造成伤害。
本发明所述的纯棉抗菌面料的制备方法是面料浸轧氯化锌溶液,液氨整理,后处理,得到纯棉抗菌面料。
所述的面料为经、纬向纯棉机织或针织面料。
所述的面料的经、纬向纱线为纱支20-120s的纯棉单纱或对应的股线,面料的克重为100-280g/m2。
所述的氯化锌溶液的pH值为3.5-5.5。
所述的氯化锌溶液的浓度为10-30g/L。
本发明所述的纯棉抗菌面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)浸轧氯化锌溶液:面料在拉幅定型机上浸轧氯化锌溶液,烘干;
(2)液氨整理:浸轧氯化锌溶液后的面料在液氨机上进行液氨整理;
(3)后处理:对液氨整理后的面料进行后处理,得到纯棉抗菌面料。
步骤(1)中所述的拉幅定型机的车速为20-60m/min,轧余率为50-70%,烘干温度为100-130℃。
步骤(1)中所述的面料为丝光后面料。
步骤(1)中所述的氯化锌(ZnCl2)溶液为弱酸性,防止有沉淀析出。
步骤(1)中控制拉幅定型机车速、轧余率等,使氯化锌溶液均匀充分的渗入到纤维内部。
步骤(2)中所述的液氨机车速为20-50m/min,轧车张力为100-450N,液氨机水洗槽温度为50-70℃(酸槽不升温),液氨机酸槽的pH值为3.5-4.5。
步骤(3)中所述的后处理为拉幅和预缩。
所述的拉幅为柔软整理或树脂整理。
本发明的有益效果如下:
针对传统抗菌面料在使用过程中出现的耐水洗性能差、抑菌性能差、水洗过程中纳米银易脱落、成本高等问题,本发明采用将丝光后面料先浸轧一定浓度的氯化锌溶液,再进行液氨整理,整理加工过程使金属锌离子与液氨能够发生金属络合反应生成锌氨络合物,最终制得的抗菌面料具有持久、高效的抗菌性。
本发明生产过程操作简单,生产加工流程短,适应大批量、快节奏的生产模式。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
面料选用经、纬向纯棉机织面料,纱线为纯棉100s合股纱,组织为1/1平纹,面料的克重为110g/m2,具体步骤如下:
(1)浸轧氯化锌溶液:将丝光后面料在拉幅定型机上浸轧10g/L、pH值为3.5的氯化锌溶液(加入1g/L中和酸维持溶液稳定性)后烘干;拉幅定型机的车速为50m/min,轧余率为60%,烘干温度为110℃;
(2)液氨整理:将浸轧氯化锌溶液后的面料进行液氨整理,液氨机车速为30m/min,水洗槽温度为50℃,酸槽pH值为3.5;
(3)后处理:后续根据工艺要求进行常规柔软整理和预缩即得面料成品。
成品面料的抗菌性测试采用GB/T 20944.3-2008震荡法(金黄色葡萄球菌),抗菌性测试结果见表1。
实施例2
面料选用经、纬向纯棉机织面料,纱线为纯棉40s合股线,组织为3/1斜纹,经向密度为110根/英寸,纬向密度为80根/英寸,面料的克重为240g/m2,具体步骤如下:
(1)浸轧氯化锌溶液:将丝光后半成品面料在拉幅定型机上浸轧20g/L、pH值为4的氯化锌溶液(加入1g/L中和酸维持溶液稳定性)后烘干;拉幅定型机的车速为30m/min,轧余率为50%,烘干温度为100℃;
(2)液氨整理:将浸轧氯化锌溶液后的面料进行液氨整理,液氨机车速为50m/min,水洗槽温度为60℃,酸槽pH值为4;
(3)后处理:后续根据工艺要求进行常规免烫树脂整理和预缩,即得面料成品。
成品面料的抗菌性测试采用GB/T 20944.3-2008震荡法(金黄色葡萄球菌),抗菌性测试结果见表1。
实施例3
面料选用纯棉纬编针织面料,纱线为纯棉30s股线,面料组织为汗布,面料的克重为260g/m2,具体步骤如下:
(1)浸轧氯化锌溶液:将丝光后半成品面料在拉幅定型机上浸轧30g/L、pH值为5.5的氯化锌溶液(加入1g/L中和酸维持溶液稳定性)后烘干;拉幅定型机的车速为60m/min,轧余率为70%,烘干温度为130℃;
(2)液氨整理:将浸轧氯化锌溶液后的面料进行液氨整理,液氨机车速为40m/min,水洗槽温度为70℃,酸槽pH值为5.5;
(3)后处理:后续根据工艺要求进行常规柔软整理和预缩,即得面料成品。
成品面料的抗菌性测试采用GB/T 20944.3-2008震荡法(金黄色葡萄球菌),抗菌性测试结果见表1。
对比例1
面料选用经、纬向纯棉机织面料,纱线为纯棉100s合股纱,组织为1/1平纹,面料的克重为110g/m2,具体步骤如下:
(1)将液氨整理后的面料在拉幅定型机上浸轧30g/L的银离子抗菌助剂后烘干;银离子抗菌助剂为陶氏化学银离子抗菌助剂,拉幅定型机的车速为50m/min,轧余率为60%,烘干温度为110℃;
(2)进行预缩整理后即得面料成品。
成品面料的抗菌性测试采用GB/T 20944.3-2008震荡法(金黄色葡萄球菌),抗菌性测试结果见表1。

由表1中的数据可知,采用本发明生产的抗菌面料相比于对比例中的常规银离子抗菌剂处理得到的抗菌面料具有更高的抑菌值和更好的持久性。
Claims (10)
1.一种纯棉抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于面料浸轧氯化锌溶液,液氨整理,后处理,得到纯棉抗菌面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纯棉抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的面料为经、纬向纯棉机织或针织面料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纯棉抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的面料的经、纬向纱线为纱支20-120s的纯棉单纱或对应的股线,面料的克重为100-280g/m2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纯棉抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的氯化锌溶液的pH值为3.5-5.5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纯棉抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的氯化锌溶液的浓度为10-30g/L。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的纯棉抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)浸轧氯化锌溶液:面料在拉幅定型机上浸轧氯化锌溶液,烘干;
(2)液氨整理:浸轧氯化锌溶液后的面料在液氨机上进行液氨整理;
(3)后处理:对液氨整理后的面料进行后处理,得到纯棉抗菌面料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的纯棉抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(1)中所述的拉幅定型机的车速为20-60m/min,轧余率为50-70%,烘干温度为100-130℃。
8.根据权利要求6所述的纯棉抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(2)中所述的液氨机车速为20-50m/min,轧车张力为100-450N,液氨机水洗槽温度为50-70℃,液氨机酸槽的pH值为3.5-4.5。
9.根据权利要求6所述的纯棉抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(3)中所述的后处理为拉幅和预缩。
10.根据权利要求9所述的纯棉抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的拉幅为柔软整理或树脂整理。
